    @O2 Thanks for getting back to me they knew my full name, and that I was the account holder that’s as far as they got before I put the phone down. I didn’t give any details at all. Can these people access my account? It is worrying

    @O2 @virginmedia Terrible network coverage by O2. Nothing loads up, nothing downloads! Static and everything round in circles until you get msg "sorry try again later". And this is wherever I am: home, out, park, shop, office, by the sea!!! When my contract's up I won't be renewing thats 4 sure

    @O2 worst news I’ve had all year- the best mobile provider (O2) has joined forces with the worst ( Virgin media). I fully expect Virgin media to drag down O2 - great shame as i have been with O2 for years and they have been great - complete opposite of Virgin !

    @O2 Thanks for responding! However, my main concern is the actual mobile phone service. O2 have provided quite a good service, especially in comparison to what’s out there whereas Virgin don’t know what a quality service is and I’m concerned that o2 service might sink to match theirs
