    @O2 Ok. Still never realised I needed to give you 30 days notice even when my contract had ended. I assumed it just ended- unless renewed. Which I have done for over 20 years now! I guess I should have read more closely.

    @O2 Also told me i cannot just cancel the order and go into a shop. This is like slipping into a parallel universe and unlike any other dealings with O2

    @O2 hey, I cancelled a contract in the cool off period and I'm being sent requests for payment which are not due. The chat link you send out in replies to emails doesn't work and I have no my O2 account to use because no O2 contract. How do I get this stopped?

    Oh and @O2 while your partners in crime shaft my ability to work, your signal in my area has been awful the last few weeks. I'm showing H+ half strength!!! What year is this, and what am I paying for? No chance of tethering at these speeds as a backup plan.

    @O2 CAN YOU PLEASE fix priority i miss caffe nero dont even get a chance to get one anymore since you changed there gone / sold out by 11:30 a.m - 12p.m and i dont have one nearby to even get one
