@O2 Thanks for getting back to me they knew my full name, and that I was the account holder that’s as far as they got before I put the phone down. I didn’t give any details at all. Can these people access my account? It is worrying

When you expect good service from a company you've been with for 19 years but instead they lose your phone en route to it being repaired with very little care. Do better @O2 @DPDgroup_news

@o2 Your fair use guidelines for Europe state "using our services for more than 63 days in any 4 month period is . . . unfair use." What do you define as "use"? Do you consider a switched-on phone connected to local network that I never text, call or use data from to be "in use"?

@O2 The phone just stopped working. Customer services and in store have checked my accounts and have confirmed there is no reason why the bar was placed and confirmed it should never have been done, but no one is resolving it! I last spoke with the team yesterday & everyday prior!

@O2 You are raising my bill by 17.3%. I get thats its in your T&C's. Fair enough, once more you have the paying public over a barrel BUT why are we paying for such a poor service? Its 30 years since I got my first mobike phone and as I sit in my property still cant get signal.

@AvantiWestCoast @VodafoneUK @O2 No. I do not need your help. The bandwidth and patchy transmitter network is appalling. I used to get 9600-14400bps on the WCML in 1998 and I knew when the signal would drop. It is no better now. Despite three methods of connection to a network. This is a shambles.
