    @O2 my signal has been either non existent or at 1 bar for several weeks now. I’ve checked the network checker and it always says it’s intended. I’ve tried turning my phone on and off and it’s no better. Not great when I’m paying for a contract that I can’t use 😠

    @O2 for two weeks now I have had no connection due to a cell site issue. I have called numerous occasions and asked for an update, to which I have no response. Absolutely disgusting customer service for business customers. Who do I complain to?

    @EE Oh & @VodafoneUK and @O2 work perfectly in this same area, both indoor and outdoor signal. Ashleigh, Are you able to tell me why the engineers cannot visit either mast box and boost the signal/ are the masts even on?

    @O2 iv had to do two online chats via your web page asking for my voicemail to be turned off.. goes back to june yet today my voicemail is still turned on. dialing 1760 does not turn it off. i wish to make a complaint as yet again im having to contact you

    @o2 @skyhelpteam signal in PE1 is more pathetic than usual today. Switched off a few towers for “upgrading” again???
