@cymraesydwi @tescomobile @O2 Never known it to be this bad for anyone. May want to escalate to the CEO or something? I mean it’s far beyond customer service now, this has become a safeguarding issue because you can’t just put your life on hold. Maybe grab a cheap pay as you go sim in the meantime?

@virginmedia Over two months of outages now for Virgin Fibre, the speeds are great but the reliability & customer service are shocking. Multiple properties on VM in area offline, promised callbacks and engineers never appear. Truly shocking service. Thankful for my @O2 hotspot.

@O2 please help! I moved home to Canada in May, notification given in June for my mobile & last payment made to O2 in July - but you've taken a further payment in August! I cannot contact customer support by phone. Please advice how I get refunded! Thank you!
