@Kyle87550379 @O2 Still the same issues , error 50, no signal, no calls in and no calls out , really needed my phone last night during my dangerous security shift during new years eve... But I guess the emergency services wouldn't of had an issue finding me with out a signal.... Nout means nout

@O2 Having a nightmare with your company bought my husband a new phone from apple with no contact so he can keep his ongoing contract with o2 went to the shops yesterday’s to get a esim pack for the phone had to ring o2 yesterday to help as the guy in shop couldn’t help the woman

@O2 Day 50 of 365 on trying to get O2 to fix their phone customer service. 1) If you ring and ask for an e-sim for an Apple Watch then good luck with that. Staff seem very untrained. 2) Calls disconnect too much when speaking on 202. 3) The whole IVR system feels dated.
