    @cymraesydwi @tescomobile @O2 Never known it to be this bad for anyone. May want to escalate to the CEO or something? I mean it’s far beyond customer service now, this has become a safeguarding issue because you can’t just put your life on hold. Maybe grab a cheap pay as you go sim in the meantime?

    @cymraesydwi @tescomobile @O2 Tbh ate bloody terrible. Definitely a goodwill payment due whenever they get it resolved…! I mean leaving a woman stranded with no mobile phone is downright dangerous.

    O2 since when do your help desks cold call your clients about their accounts? I refuse to deal with anything when I’m contacted directly? 0330 303 5296 number has called me 4 times In 2 days #mobilephone @O2

    Why is the @O2 signal in Blackpool ( specifically FY1 ) so rubbish ?!?! Hardly ever get more than 1 or 2 bars on 4G which also constantly drops out. Anything I can do to increase the coverage at my end ? Any help would be appreciated as it is driving me insane.

    @O2 lads, why is the mast in WA6 down AGAIN?! As soon as I leave the house I literally cannot do anything, I get no signal, no nothing. It’s been the better part of a week. If I didn’t pay you for a week you’d be pretty pissed right?

    @O2 honestly might have the worst customer services ever. I have never experienced anything like it in my life & I’m still going in circles, not kidding I’ve spend hours trying to resolve now 😭

    @O2 your services are down, and no communications ... some numbers are not connected ... 5G and 4G are shown but nothing working.... Also, you are down in Liverpool and suddenly it shows you are having maintenance until 31st of August...no communications for this either!

    @O2 I am in the USA I have purchased a new phone and now I cannot access anything as I need to get a new eSIM. The o2 chat service asks me to log into my o2 app which I can’t and if not call 202. My phone does not have a sim. Please DM me urgently

    Genuinely never known service as terrible as @O2 No actual assistance offered as to how to set up new watch, I've done it wrong over an hour on live chat suddenly kicked off and now on hold on the phone. Tempted to send the bloody thing back and not bother

    If you've a problem with @O2 forget it. You are screwed. Raised issue on 21 July. Supposed to respond in 3-5 working days. Got call today 10 w days later. Line was awful, (ironically) couldn't hear a thing. Was cut off. No attempt made to call back. #essentialliving my arse.
