    @cymraesydwi @tescomobile @O2 Tbh ate bloody terrible. Definitely a goodwill payment due whenever they get it resolved…! I mean leaving a woman stranded with no mobile phone is downright dangerous.

    @O2 Try reading my first post - the whole issue is - I literally have NO VOICE. I cannot even "squeak" my request down the phone. But that is the only option allowed to cancel my insurance. So it will cost me ~2 weeks premium while I wait for my voice to return.

    @O2 Nope, it’s showing normal 4G, even moving up and down the bars in strong signal areas etc. Sometimes dropping to 3G. Sim doesn’t work in other phones, and other sims work in her phone so definitely the sim. Have tried all network tips

    Good morning tweets! What a muggy nite! So @O2 have teamed up with another network, my smart meter isn't connecting to meter, my BT line went down too as its gone digital, same time my smart meter went tits up!🤔 Honestly technology floors me to the ground sometimes🙄

    @O2 I notified you of my father's death in March and for some reason you haven't closed the account, and somehow you have linked it to my credit file and marked as a late payment! How low can you get. It's never been a contract in my name..

    @O2 have a problem with there southern mast, connection down but nobody informed. Paying for a none existent service spoke to there customer service in South Africa who informed me if I'm not happy go elsewhere. 🤔🤔 Great device, not.
