@O2 Thanks for getting back to me they knew my full name, and that I was the account holder that’s as far as they got before I put the phone down. I didn’t give any details at all. Can these people access my account? It is worrying

@VModifiedMind @O2 But the SIM isn't even your kit! It's *theirs* - the whole point of the split into UE and SIM is that you own the UE (your kit), they own the SIM (their kit). At a stretch, you could have a phone that doesn't support band 40, but I'd be shocked if you hadn't thought of that.

@O2 are literally the worst network in the U.K. surely??? Been with them for over 15 years but I will most definitely be jumping ship when my contract ends!! The past 5 years I have had nothing but slow 4g and other issues.

@O2 being told on the phone it must just be me having signal problems then having a look on here to see the same thing with everyone else… I have even looked on EE and it’s the same! It’s getting past a joke now having a phone that won’t load anything unless connected to WiFi

It’s frankly disgusting that I have upgraded through the @O2 app which has resulted in my new phone being lost or stolen by #DPD. Appalling customer service from both companies and neither seem to care that I’m going to be paying for a phone soon that I don’t have 🥴

@O2 Your network needs to have the capacity for that to happen. Too often lately, you have a signal but nothing works and when you report it, your basically told it's your phone, yet 4 people in the same location are having the same issue. You're not providing a network for fornuse.
