@O2 Yeah it doesn’t show you have network issues in linwood but I can’t use my phone at all to phone, use data, texts don’t send it’s shocking!! I’m not the only person with o2 with these issues either!!

@O2 @SamsungUK Just don’t try to port your number if you get one. Two days later I still can’t make or receive calls. Not even porting from another provider, it’s O2 to O2. A “known issue” apparently.

@O2 the signal in PE19 / St Neots has been awful all week due to maintenance you are undertaking. When will this be resolved please? Wfh very difficult - can’t make or receive any calls!

@O2 Yes I have requested one but it wont make a difference as my order is apparently stuck at 'create service request' on your system apparently so my new service not active yet on myo2. Been advised it will take 24hrs but im not convinced!

@O2 you really need to sort your customer advisors out.. Hanging up on me because he can't fix my problem.. Shame on you. Had a new contract 2 days can't make or receive calls.. But you take my money. Disgusting!
