@O2 the mast in HD9 4AP is not working again. This is the 3rd time in January! This is an ongoing problem and you can continue to ignore it (and me) but I will not be renewing when my contract comes up and nor will many others. Your network is just too unreliable.

@O2 This has already been tried twice. According to the man in the shop it was a known issue that a note was sent out to all staff in O2 about - I’m guessing thats not the case then ??

@virginmedia Hi John, Not really a "Team" though is it!? One of your "Team" told me yesterday i couldn't lower my service tariff. Today i was informed again by your "Team" that i couldn't lower it, but i could cancel it. Followed by a brief sales pitch of @O2 No thanks.
