    O2 since when do your help desks cold call your clients about their accounts? I refuse to deal with anything when I’m contacted directly? 0330 303 5296 number has called me 4 times In 2 days #mobilephone @O2

    @O2 @Bielsaball_1 It’s not about being successful though is it O2. No real customers could get on the app as it was down, yet you sold all tickets. Needs an investigation. Would be interesting to see where they all went, as something is not adding up here.

    @O2 Priority app shocking received 8 pass codes starting Wednesday 10:90 for Peter Kay. Could progress past submit code. Finally at 12:48 your app advised Peter Kay priority tickets “sold out” Disgraceful service by O2

    @O2 Could not get on all day thursday and you said dont worry it lasts 48hr, then since last night youse had taken priority down because you were working on it, now sold out, was looking for disabled Access tickets too, absolute shambles

    @kellie2468 @O2 Bizarre how the app was down for 24hrs but sold out🤷🏻 more baffling was people buying from gigs and tours website, no code or anything, and o2 saying it’s there allocation

    @O2 After trying all day yesterday and yesterday evening and I was 400th in the queue at 10am when the priority website and app crashed, I could only get on today to see that O2 priority are all sold out. Utter crap. And then you have the cheek to wish people “good luck”
