    @O2 Thanks for getting back to me they knew my full name, and that I was the account holder that’s as far as they got before I put the phone down. I didn’t give any details at all. Can these people access my account? It is worrying

    @O2 been on the phone with so called o2 for over 1.40min, cannot log in to my o2 to pay towards my outstanding bill. As I lost my job to this plandemic....when I try to get a password reset it says " we are unable to recover your account contact customer service" Wtf

    And for the record @O2 I'd be disappointed if you gave in to the cancel culture mob who seek to dictate everything we can and can't watch, read and hear. It's ridiculously laughable to judge the channel, which has expressed impartial intentions, before it's even aired.

    @giffgaff my service is Absolutley terrible at the minute! I was recommended to downgrade my package as my data usage wasn't too high but now I. Ant even load an email!!! @O2 what packages have you got going at the minute.
