Never known customer service as bad as @O2’s. They sell you a faulty phone, 3 months later it breaks, and they refuse to do anything about it. Genuinely hung up on me. Won’t even acknowledge the complaint I sent in. Absolutely disgraceful.

@O2 how do I have a mobile contract put on hold? @AffordableMob managed to send a "brand new" mobile phone where the seal has been tampered and finger prints all over the screen. Their customer service has been 🤬 so far.

@ThreeUK three is one of the worst company which don’t care about there present customers I been to three shop today to do my e sim they said we are doing it for new customers only we will do for you in august. I wish i can cancel my contract and go to O2 @O2 my wife is with O2.

@O2 When O2 have technical problems meaning they don’t take payment, but email to say they will collect it the following month. Then won’t give a clear confirmation it won’t show up as a missed payment. Youthen can’t place order for new Apple Watch because you have a ‘missed payment’

Said it once and I will say it again louder for those in the back @virginmedia are shiiiiite providers for broadband. Off once again. As an @O2 customer I’m meant to have contingency, wifi security and top notch performance with Virgin, but do I hell receive that ever.
