I don't what the hell @O2 are doing but the network keeps dropping out and now I'm missing my therapy session and my anxiety has gone through the roof on what was a good day.

  • DanHallas Dan Hallas (@DanHallas) reported

@VodafoneUK @O2 I was just checking the status of the mast on Sunningdale Road, HD4 5DX. (or any other mast which is close) This one appears to be an O2/Vodafone mast. Signal in my area is dreadful, O2 say there's a mast issue in the area and I just wanted to check the estimated repair date.

@O2 I have messaged you with further detail but I absolutely stand by this post. I’m also relieved that I do not use your services and now will never be tempted to do so.

  • richellecrolla richellecrolla (@richellecrolla) reported

@O2 what's the crack with the signal/reception? Nearly 5 weeks I've not been able to use my services properly (massively restricted) and I'm sick of paying for something I'm not getting and missing important phonecards because of signal issues

  • tobysjaak Toby (ノ◕ヮ◕)ノ*:・゚✧ (@tobysjaak) reported

@O2 **** you and your ****** little app, do better

  • chrisjenko Chris Jenkins (@chrisjenko) reported

@O2 hey, I joined you guys about 6 weeks ago and migrated my number. I’ve registered the number with O2 wifi and yet the Underground wifi is still telling me that I’m not with O2. Are you able to help at all?

  • djbsuffolk Dave Bagnall 🇬🇧 (@djbsuffolk) reported

@O2 @Curlykidlife @virginmedia But only if you're in the 53% of UK addresses VM currently cover - half of the UK isn't eligible for anything - even if you're a loyal customer.

  • DanHallas Dan Hallas (@DanHallas) reported

@Yorksims @giffgaff @O2 Sadly as GiffGaff use the O2 Network, of which O2 and Vodafone 'share' masts. GiffGaff won't be able to repair a mast and will just continuously fob people off saying the 'network is busy', when in fact it's an infrastructure issue. Fix the mast issue and the network will be fine
