@O2 Thanks for getting back to me they knew my full name, and that I was the account holder that’s as far as they got before I put the phone down. I didn’t give any details at all. Can these people access my account? It is worrying

  • matt_saunders_
Matt (@matt_saunders_) reported from Marazion, England

@cymraesydwi @tescomobile @O2 Tbh ate bloody terrible. Definitely a goodwill payment due whenever they get it resolved…! I mean leaving a woman stranded with no mobile phone is downright dangerous.

  • TerryWhaley13
Terry Whaley (@TerryWhaley13) reported from Redruth, England

How does anyone use a mobile in Cornwall, I’ve not had a signal all week @O2 dogshit

  • BrownieLB_1
Lisa Brown (@BrownieLB_1) reported from St. Ives, England

    @bleddyn123 @O2 I’m paying £100.00 for the phone/contract a month 😳 can’t be any worse I’m looking at new service providers tomorrow

  • matt_saunders_
Matt (@matt_saunders_) reported from Marazion, England

@cymraesydwi @tescomobile @O2 I can imagine. Deeply uncool of tesco to not recognize this as an issue.

  • BrownieLB_1
Lisa-Marie (@BrownieLB_1) reported from St. Ives, England

O2 since when do your help desks cold call your clients about their accounts? I refuse to deal with anything when I’m contacted directly? 0330 303 5296 number has called me 4 times In 2 days #mobilephone @O2

  • matt_saunders_
Matt (@matt_saunders_) reported from Marazion, England

@cymraesydwi @tescomobile @O2 Never known it to be this bad for anyone. May want to escalate to the CEO or something? I mean it’s far beyond customer service now, this has become a safeguarding issue because you can’t just put your life on hold. Maybe grab a cheap pay as you go sim in the meantime?

  • raymond_badgery
raymond badgery (@raymond_badgery) reported from Camborne, England

@lewbrwn @O2 Potty they don't repair 4g masts, mine down for two months!

  • loupop81

@O2 Network down in Cornwall not able to make or receive calls.. not helpful given current climate 😐

@kokeshimum @O2 Because whenever the mobile companies want to put up masts to solve the problem everyone objects. See also pretty much any kind of infrastructure improvements

  • jonathandu10972
    jonathan durmont (@jonathandu10972) reported

@jibbajabbba @kokeshimum @O2 Did you not read? Signal much worse last 2 years

  • mitchhirsty
    Mitch Hirsty (@mitchhirsty) reported

@Archibald1878 @O2 And another one O2! You keep blaming your customers instead of actually fixing the broken payment gateway! Acknowledge the problem and fix it! The generic troubleshooting you provide is not going to resolve a problem on your end.

  • EggrollsByam
    Eggrolls (@EggrollsByam) reported

@kokeshimum @O2 I’m with EE and around where I live there are many large areas where I get zero signal. In my house I get one bar of 4G on a good day.

  • ScottishGamer74
    Deano (@ScottishGamer74) reported

@O2 @IwasKayammu1st Yeah having the same problem, service has been poor on a brand new phone. Definitely looking at leaving.

  • SimonTa44447286
    alaw mot (@SimonTa44447286) reported

Whats point of having an app if it doesnt work @O2

  • behrendtio
Mario Behrendt | AI Founder (@behrendtio) reported

@kokeshimum @O2 One could argue you’re in Huddersfield. It’s not the “highest priority area” to build infrastructure let’s say. But I’m in London and during a typical commute on an overground train I lose my signal entirely at least 3 times. Both on EE and Vodafone. Incredible.

  • jokewapo
    john rowan (@jokewapo) reported

@2gurlys1kupp @O2 @virginmedia Aye mate it’s horrible. I complained on live chat and got £30 off my bill. Told me it’s now been fixed but it’s still terrible. Virgin WiFi is just as bad.

  • 6littlecherubs
    Tina (@6littlecherubs) reported

@kokeshimum @O2 02 is good in my house but outside it’***** and miss. EE is non existent in my house but great outside. Hubby is Vodafone and from what I know he has no issues at all.

  • jonR1939056
    dr_yugoslavia444 (@jonR1939056) reported

@kokeshimum @O2 Because the UK internet infrastructure is old, it's a patchwork of systems from different eras. Less developed countries have a newer total network
