Matt (@matt_saunders_) reported from Marazion, England@cymraesydwi @tescomobile @O2 Never known it to be this bad for anyone. May want to escalate to the CEO or something? I mean it’s far beyond customer service now, this has become a safeguarding issue because you can’t just put your life on hold. Maybe grab a cheap pay as you go sim in the meantime?

StevieDee (@StevieDee710) reported@paulineb1956 @O2 I’ve been with O2 for ages too. I’m quite loyal to most service providers but when they mess me about….
-
Michelle Edwards (@ALittleLaw) reported1.@O2 Since 2022, I have repeatedly raised complaints about ongoing signal outages, yet nothing has been resolved. On 16 April 2026, I spoke with a male operative in your overseas call centre. He acknowledged the long‑running issue and agreed to apply one month’s credit to...
-
Viridis (@Lord_Viridis) reported@O2 I have DM'd about it, called about it and emailed about it. Nothings changed in 4 months except where before I could use the app, now it's not working too I have now 6 lines that I cannot pay unless I sit on the phone to your call centre for hours Shambolic to what you used to be
-
MarQus Romelle (@MarQusRomelle) reported@O2 Yes I confirm. I seriously hope o2 are able to solve this issue because it shouldn’t be made so difficult, jumping through hoops and a bunch of loading screens with portal errors, to do something as simple as making a payment; it’s incredibly anti-consumer.
-
Squall Loire (@squall_loire) reported@O2 No, because I don't answer calls I'm not expecting. If I wanted to discuss a complaint on the phone, I would call you. Written complaints should be responded to in writing, otherwise it feels like you're dodging anything being on the record.
-
Saul Corrigan (@SaulCorrigan) reported@O2 it wont let me send a DM. If you keep records of my dealing with O2 over the past several weeks yiu will see my issue.
-
Frances 🍀 (Proinséas) (@LandFrances) reported@O2 why am I being refused an upgrade after 14 year of being a loyal customer with 2 contracts!! Disgusting way to treat loyal customers I’ll be going to Sky as it’s shocking! Not once has my bill even been paid late
-
Adam 'Toast' Taylor (@burnt__toast_) reported@O2 my contract was changed last week to sim only as I don’t want an upgrade yet, but since then I’ve had limited signal for calls and no 4G/5G! I need this sorted asap! I can’t log to the app because it says I’ve been locked out and can’t always receive calls.
-
Shana Hendry (@Happyengland79) reportedStill unable to claim the reward @O2! Also not only was the mast not working for 3days last week it's not working again today 😤 How are you not embarrassed that you can't provide what you are being paid for? The refund is racking up. #evidenceforombudsman

Adm (@MCR_ADM) reportedThe only time you can get reliable @O2 signal is by going to Europe. Anywhere in the UK. It will show 4G / 5G and you get naff all. “Maps offline” Music struggles to stream. Horrendous.
