Rubbish customer service from @O2. Sent my sons brand new iPad back with a fault to be told they haven’t received it (even though we have proof it’s been signed for) gave a direct number to ring which cuts you off after the hold music stops!

Never thought I’d see this, but @O2 have sent me an empty box instead of the AirPods I paid for and are now refusing to reply after I’ve called them out for it! Surely this must be a mistake?

@O2 why is it every month the 'My O2' app tells me I've paid my bill when in fact I haven't. I spoke to customer service this morning who explained that the app always says 'Paid' 3 days before payment. Why do this? This doesn't help people to manage their finances. Sort it❗❗

absolute madness from @O2 who won’t send me a replacement SIM card for the contract I’m paying for because I won’t take 2 bits of ID to an O2 shop... while I’m in self-isolation, in lockdown, in 2021. Apparently it’s an issue they are “looking into”, a year into the pandemic 🤯

@O2 why is it I’ve tried for 7 months to cancel my contract but you never respond to my emails, my calls are always cut & I can’t access my account... sort it out and stop charging me!!!!
