    Hi @O2 we’ve been in Blackpool most of the day and have little or no signal until we were leaving. Do you have a known issue, a lack of cell towers or something? We’ve been half a dozen times this year and it’s always the same on 3 different phones.

    @O2 Nothing helps, I get zero signal at home and in work. Places where I do get a bit of signal always ends up cutting out. I generally only use 2/3G of data a month due to not being able to connect unless on wifi

    @O2 What's going on with an ongoing network issue (at least 2 1/2 months now, with no end in sight)? It can sometimes take multiple attempts to establish a call (both incoming and outgoing), and calls drop repeatedly. Help me O2-Wan Kenobi, you're my only hope!

    @O2 im Extremely Angry at 02 .They called me stating that I’ve been their customer for Long will send out a gift etc turns out 1. They lied ,They ran a hard search on my credit score without my permission,Sent me an apple watch i never order and added a credit to my account

    @O2 Hi 02 can you please ,please sort out your sale staff and customer service . How can sales staff give you an offer over the phone only for a manager to come on the line and recind it stating it was a mistake and would not honour it.
