@VodafoneUK why doesn’t your network function on an iPhone 13 in France? My friends on @O2 or @EE gave no problems, whereas I can’t even make a phone call. Helpdesk told me to buy a local Sim!

@O2 nightmare situation for me. Please help. Turned power on then off and asked to provide my sim code number. Was not accepted then received voicemail to reset my code. Repowered and it still won’t accept with 1 try left. Stuck now. #O2

@O2 Thanks, but I can't get decent signal anywhere. It's either my phone or my aim card. It was never that bad with my old phone. Paid for this phone for a year and have had to spend most of the time having it tethered to my work phone!

@SamPanasuik @O2 Tell them you’re leaving & ask for your PAC code to keep your number! day 9 & £45 in recompense later we are finally able to make calls for something that was their fault when we owe £0.00 Been with O2 since 2012 absolutely terrible service so we’re leaving!! Oh dear O2
