    O2 since when do your help desks cold call your clients about their accounts? I refuse to deal with anything when I’m contacted directly? 0330 303 5296 number has called me 4 times In 2 days #mobilephone @O2

    @cymraesydwi @tescomobile @O2 Tbh ate bloody terrible. Definitely a goodwill payment due whenever they get it resolved…! I mean leaving a woman stranded with no mobile phone is downright dangerous.

    @cymraesydwi @tescomobile @O2 Never known it to be this bad for anyone. May want to escalate to the CEO or something? I mean it’s far beyond customer service now, this has become a safeguarding issue because you can’t just put your life on hold. Maybe grab a cheap pay as you go sim in the meantime?

    @O2 @JakeMooreUK I have the same issue ever since 5G came out, my Spotify never dropped out when driving but it’s like an old car radio now. Will definitely be thinking about another network soon

    @O2 biggest waste of time you guys are - your complaints team are terrible you’ve made so many mistakes - misinformed me on my insurance - anyone with o2 ask them to check t&c’s guarantee they don’t actually know about their services - btw I’m an ex employee of @O2

    @O2 will we be reimbursed for the service outage in BT703HE and surrounding areas? A phone mast isn't working, your agent can't say when it will be fixed. Paying for a service and no communication, no ETA of service restoration and no data/coverage.

    @O2 do you think I haven’t been trying that? Your engineer team have been working on masts for weeks now and when they give the completion date it’s never fixed!

    Upgrading with @O2 pricing is an absolute joke! 20 year customer counts for nothing. They want to lock you in with an already stupid monthly for 36 months and increase every year on top!!
