    @virginmedia @TheBHF @O2 We've had terrible Internet for over 2 weeks now. It's either no Internet at all or it's so slow we may as well not have it. Trying to get in touch is a nightmare. Everytime we call we are told there is an intermittent fault in the area and to call back in 24 hours.

    @O2 we just dropped into the Richmond store. There were 4 staff, none of whom could help cancel a simple sync contact with my Apple Watch. 3 phone “advisors” later, after lengthy waiting times we were cut off at the final moment of someone getting things sorted. Bad bad service.

    @O2 I'm about to make a complaint to the mobile ombudsman, I've made my complaint on TrustPilot already. You're encouraging promotional upgrade voucher wastage through poor practice, I won't be letting this go. You have 3 days to resolve.

    Hi @O2 could you please put me in touch with a member of your staff that's actually competent at their job? I have had signal (internet and call) issues with you since the start of my contract in December and i'm STILL getting nowhere with your staff.

    Great customer support by @o2. Because the agent was happy they closed the ticket... Not waiting to see if the customer was happy. And what's more, I think they are flouting the @Ofcom rules.
