I mean it’s far beyond customer service now, this has become a safeguarding issue because you can’t just put your life on hold. Maybe grab a cheap pay as you go sim in the meantime?

You state that the purchase follows a text or email regarding the purchase and how to cancel but I didn’t receive anything. Very poor

I deal with all of my mother’s accounts and it’s never been an issue even the last phone she got from o2 was straightforward. I was almost changing to vodaphone
