@O2 My phone was delivered 10 days ago to an incorrect address and I’m getting nothing!!!! From o2!!! I can’t get through on the phone, no chats are working and no replies on any social media!!! I bet you will have no problem charging me for a phone I don’t have in 2 week!!!!!!

received a text saying my bank have informed you that I've cancelled my direct debit....only thing is I haven't cancelled anything......can you help @O2 ?? Is it a scam text, because the designation of o2 doesn't seem the same as usual o2 texts 🤔

@O2 So I finally spoke to someone - who took my number should your service stop, someone disconnects me or whatever. Low and behold the call dropped. I’m still waiting on a call back or do I have to start the whole f**king process again with some other half wit? Answer me!

@O2 my order has still not arrived?! Despatched 14th…(ordered on the 10th) DHL delay delivery every day, got email confirmation that Saturday delivery was guaranteed and it didn’t come… I’m losing patience now. I have never been so angry at such shocking service.
