@O2 Despite a long wait I never got through and gave up in the end. Changed provider to EE who have no such problem. Looking at your support forums this seems like a common issue.

Absolutely appalled by the lack of customer service I have 'received' just now. I was on hold for over an hour, passed around from one unhelpful agent to another - an absolute disgrace! My issue wasn't resolved and agent put the phone down @O2 don't care #terminatingcontract
