@cymraesydwi @tescomobile @O2 Never known it to be this bad for anyone. May want to escalate to the CEO or something? I mean it’s far beyond customer service now, this has become a safeguarding issue because you can’t just put your life on hold. Maybe grab a cheap pay as you go sim in the meantime?

@O2 utterly useless. Changed tariff today, new 18 month sim only contract. Why do you then get rid of the iPhone bolt on. That you can’t put back on with the app (even though it says you can). 30 mins on hold and I give up. Cancel the contract, I’ll go with literally anyone else

Come on @O2 got through to customer service quick to cancel contract, told I’ll be on a short hold... 50 mins later, still on hold to get a PAC code.
