@O2 They already knew my address and my e-mail address. I declined to give them my date of birth, and I gave an excuse to terminate the call. They had e-mailed an agreement for me to sign electronically. I checked the company out on Companies House and saw that it was very small.

@O2 Complete garbage. We all know why there’s no 4G available and you keep agreeing, it’s because lots of people are using it. But that’s no different than paying monthly for electricity and getting none but still being charged the same every month. It’s almost criminal, it is a Con.
