    @O2 why do you block 101 outgoing if someone couldn't afford to pay there bill on time due to the pandemic going on. And I can't call 101 for a medical issue now.

    Literally the WORST experience upgrading with @O2. I wish I hadn’t bothered now. 5 days later and my phone which I’m paying for and unable to use is just going hub to hub with the delivery provider. Nobody can tell me why or give a reason. Disappointed doesn’t even come close 😩

    @jonevasn @O2 I had horrendous trouble with them. Took me nearly 3 months and 3 threatening court letters from them before a fraud issue on my account was sorted. Absolutely disgusted with the way it was handled 😩

    @kd84afc @StopFundingHate @O2 We seem to be at cross-purposes. O2 provide me with a service in return for money. If I don't like what they do with that money it is within my rights to take steps to find somebody else to provide that service.
