There’s an art to choosing hold music. You could promote your company, cheer people up, or, as @O2 have opted, you can choose ghastly sub-lift noise, that will play terribly down the telephone in the hope that people will be unable to continue listening, and hang up.

@virginmedia It's been flashing green constantly - I'd switch the box off, leave it for 5 mins, switch it on. It would connect, but after another 5 mins, it would disconnect, reconnect, then fail. Same issue for wired devices. While my iPhone shows 4G @O2 but nothing comes through.

@O2 hi I ave the Priority app and cannot use it when I leave home. I have checked everything to make sure it can be used and I can use other apps but still not Priority. I’ve a o2 concert at Brixton Academy and it will not allow me to use it. Can you help?

Switching over to @O2 for my phone service and it’s starting well: was told new iPhone would be in yesterday when we put the deposit down for it a week ago. It isn’t, and apparently nobody is able to tell us when I’ll actually be able to pick it up. 🫥
