    O2 since when do your help desks cold call your clients about their accounts? I refuse to deal with anything when I’m contacted directly? 0330 303 5296 number has called me 4 times In 2 days #mobilephone @O2

    @O2 20 mins on the phone waiting for car insurance on hold. Guess what signal drops again and disconnects. Do not trust o2 it’s shocking and getting worse and no one wants ti help. Stuck in a contract with no signal in the UK. Never mind abroad.🤯

    @O2 hello. If yiu are deploying smart cells across UK please can we have them in Plymouth city centre, barbican areas where your 4g is 3rd world level awful? Totally over congested to point of unusable! Lucky I have BT wifi

    @O2 Hi @O2 yes it has been referred to credit file referrals over two weeks ago and no response. The check had issues because call handler tried it twice in short space of time. Have been told to try again but don’t want to damage score further. No response from anyone. Have sent DM

    Due to a mistake by @O2 they have taken £477 out of my account, I am told it will be refunded in 7 days so let's see how that works out. It was taken despite 5 calls to customer services :-(

    @EnglandRugby @O2 Good to see Farrell not as a captain and all coming out about Eddie’s concerns for him in this role, upsetting referees, poor tackle technique and no plan B options as only plays one way. This will allow Jones to sub him just after half time from now on to go with plan B.
