@cymraesydwi @tescomobile @O2 Tbh ate bloody terrible. Definitely a goodwill payment due whenever they get it resolved…! I mean leaving a woman stranded with no mobile phone is downright dangerous.

Opened a new @O2 phone contracted and selected to collect today in store, but after paid the upfront they ate my collected date for the 19th, I got so annoyed and decided to cancel the plan, now I have to wait how many hours for my refund from the upfront ? So I can go to EE

@O2 Hi. I emailed 5 days ago about my monthly bill and haven't had a response. I've had VAT added on top of the monthly amount of £30 rather than included in that total. That has never been the case and it's meant to be inclusive of the £30 total. Could I have it sorted please?

Opened a new account today with @O2, and selected pick up in store today, but after I have paid the upfront the only options was, collect from 19th, why? So I decided to cancel the new contracts, and now how long do I need wait for my £30 refund ? To take the money is in 1 second
