    @cymraesydwi @tescomobile @O2 Tbh ate bloody terrible. Definitely a goodwill payment due whenever they get it resolved…! I mean leaving a woman stranded with no mobile phone is downright dangerous.

    @O2 Thanks for getting back to me they knew my full name, and that I was the account holder that’s as far as they got before I put the phone down. I didn’t give any details at all. Can these people access my account? It is worrying

    @O2 Yes it’s not with Tesco my plan and phone was bought through AO/mobile phone direct ? When I popped in to your Tamworth store they advised me that I’m on a piggy back service that’s why my signal is really bad ! I have already complained to 02 ????

    @O2 @AmberRoseGill My daughter is having a mental breakdown, because of the sheer incompetence of your customer service. Trying to take £1000 from her account, for an error you have made. Which will ruin her credit rating if she cancels the direct debit, Contact me asap!!!

    @O2 Mistake made in store when opening 2 new accounts... terrible customer service... terrible retail support... now no new phones.. 3 hard searches on credit score & almost lost our numbers we had for years .. billed for contracts we never got! DISGUSTING! MY ADVICE... AVOID O2!
