    @O2 thanks for the email to say the prices are going up again, despite me being in contract. I questioned last time if the money is going towards improving signal, Iโ€™m guessing a year on the answer is no.

    @Julsey1886 @O2 Of course. I was pretty bad for it but my circumstances changed a year or so ago. Not for the better in many ways but it has given me a chance to get a grip on things, distance myself from certain stuff that perhaps I didnโ€™t 12 months ago. Itโ€™s a journey though.

    @O2 I have sent you a message in regards to being cut off twice on the phone to your customer service team whilst trying to move my grandads phone from pay as you go to pay monthly. Please can someone assist as soon as possible?

    @Poldisleftpeg @O2 I've always been really paranoid so never have anything on tick or owe anything major. I think a lot of people spend the entirety of their wages and when things all go up at once they're a bit stuck. Not blaming them but it's obviously a bit of a gamble.

    @O2 what a joke your increasing my bill from April even tho for the last year the service is been poor and rubbish from you and you not improved it one bit So why do you think itโ€™s right to increase customers bills when you offer such a poor service
