Trying to sort out a problem with my less than 1 day old @O2 account, not off to a good start. The online chat is awful and I can’t find a phone number to speak to a real human. Have I made a mistake changing to them?

I didn’t realise Edge and 3G networks will still a thing until I switched to the @O2 mobile network. I’ve gone from 5G and 4G coverage everywhere to 4G if you’re lucky, 3G a lot of the time and occasionally Edge or just no data connection at all. I’m having buyers remorse.

@O2 spent the past 14 days on your live chat, 6 sim activations/ swaps & a trip to a store later and still no closer to having any service on my phone. Just about fed up of being fobbed off by your so called customer service team. I just want a sim that works.
