I mean it’s far beyond customer service now, this has become a safeguarding issue because you can’t just put your life on hold. Maybe grab a cheap pay as you go sim in the meantime?

I have raised another complaint you have three days to deal with it until I take legal action against you you can't refuse somebody the 14 days change your mind. £££££££
