@O2 What’s point of this service if it takes 48 hours to reply to every message? Your live chat is the same, start to deal with an issue but then they cut the chat off when they finish for the evening. 2 weeks I’ve not had service (your error)and tried to contact you every day.

@O2 hi guys just did a click and collect order for today to collect my upgrade, did all the checks and said it was in stock. Went through with the order to then receive an email saying I can't collect today. Can I cancel that order please if I can't get it today.
