Stupid @O2 illegally handing customer data on to third parties who cold-call you, stupid fooking crooks, @iconews should prosecute the filthy rats. >> 01612749218 = SCAMMERS, #UNIVERSALSQUARE CALL CENTRE, ARDWICK MANCHESTER. BUNCH OF TAXI DRIVERS WORK THERE DURING LUNCH TIME.

@virginmedia and @O2 Terrible customer service, trying to sort out my package...bank details forwarded without my consent, trying to change a DD date for a sim card I am not using so cannot get through verification. Thinking of cancelling completely. Awful.

@O2 O2. You are an embarrassment to service companies. Failed again. How can it take a week to port a number. I have Dm you multiple times so no need to use that excuse. Every time I call I get told escalated to mgr and back office. I can only assume they are all on holiday

  • lisa_boo1987 Lisa Walsh (@lisa_boo1987) reported

@O2 20 years with you and first real reason to complain upgraded when you were offering a £300 gift card. Still no details and no help from store or over the phone? Not happy

  • Lava087 Simon (@Lava087) reported

@O2 signal in New Ollerton NG22 is really bad! I’ve only picked up signal as I’ve left. What’s going on with your network lately? It’s a nightmare!!

  • veritas5000 F Columbo (@veritas5000) reported

@O2 These were checked - the only option offered when ordering a SIM is to accept your terms and conditions. It seems thousands of others have posted similar concerns. It's illegal and your boss deserves sack or jail for authorising sale of customer data. @iconews should investigate

  • alilouherts Alison D (@alilouherts) reported
