5 weeks with no signal or data and @O2 think it’s acceptable to lie telling me the network teams have tried calling to resolve it when they didn’t, which the agent then admitted to 😩😩😩 absolute shambles of a network

@paige_shepherd @O2 I’ll need to have a look at them, I bought an iPad with data plan in Dec & haven’t been able to use data plan since I bought it, no ones sorted it yet & now I apparently keep using up all my phone data & no signal! So annoying 🤬
