@O2 Credit checks are clearly not worth the paper they are written on, where is your customer service care? look at my personal history and then WHY did the same business account get me my 2nd device in an O2 shop from O2 staff without any hassle, please explain.?

@TheBlueMalladus @O2 Makes no sense, to be honest, if I look at the coverage map, where I was says it only gets 4G, but it’s in the boarder of 5G, so it must be picking up BARLEY 5G signal from a mast far aware. So dumb

@O2 Yes it's happening at my home address, trying to work from home. There's issues I get it, but the constant outage is appalling and the for 4th time in just a few months. Its what you have to pay against the service that is offered. And no access to customer service...
