    @cymraesydwi @tescomobile @O2 Tbh ate bloody terrible. Definitely a goodwill payment due whenever they get it resolved…! I mean leaving a woman stranded with no mobile phone is downright dangerous.

    O2 since when do your help desks cold call your clients about their accounts? I refuse to deal with anything when I’m contacted directly? 0330 303 5296 number has called me 4 times In 2 days #mobilephone @O2

    @O2 Hi, I joined O2 and my old number was supposed to be ported over today. However this morning the O2 sim is "Emergency calls only" and gives me the error on my phone "SIM not provisioned".

    @O2 I ordered a phone contract on 19.04. U never sent the phone n I cancelled it all in 10 days. It’s been 48 days n I haven’t been refunded. Your customer service is rubbish. Called them many times. Still not resolved the issue but heard fake promises. I want my money back now!!

    @O2 can I have some help with my understanding of Volt? I have a phone under my name for my wife and we are looking at Virgin broadband. If I take out the broadband package do I contact you to say I have done it and you will double my O2 data??

    @O2 my phone is unusable at work. Your website says the area is busy. Well of course it is, it is in a city centre at a college! Sort it out. Only got a poor signal today as all of the kids are in exams. I was WFH so didn't know when I took out the contract. Too late now.

    @O2 I simply am now lost as to why O2 had become so terrible, how hard is it to deal with a simple problem, can you send me the email address for complaints and I also will write to communication Ombudsman
