    @O2 good evening 02, I'm wondering if you could help, I still have around 9 months contract with you, but my phone is super slow, some apps barely load, I get messaged several days later, and it's all round lagging on every app. I've had it looked at, and it's not improved?

    @O2 I have been trying to call you all day and spent nearly 2.5 hours in the queue trying to get through and finally when I did you cut me off !!! Pls can someone call or contact me pls regarding lost SIM card. Just joined o2 and not the best service !!

    Hey @O2 , I have sent you a DM, I cannot pay excess charges online because my transferred number is different to the number that I am able to make payments for on my 02. Please help, I've been locked out of a travel bolt on and desperately need data.

    @O2 new o2 phone is broken, contract with o2, your Cheltenham shop told me to contact you direct to get it replaced. 90 min queue (!!!!) on phone hence DM here.

    @O2 I’m disgusted with the treatment we have received from o2. They are a heartless company who have nothing in place to help those who fall ill and can no longer speak for themselves. Shocking customer service and lack of consideration to help those who have a dying relative.

    @O2 truly awful service. It has taken an hour to get to a point where I can move my existing number. You said you had sorted that out when I set my account. Why should I stay with you?
