    O2 since when do your help desks cold call your clients about their accounts? I refuse to deal with anything when I’m contacted directly? 0330 303 5296 number has called me 4 times In 2 days #mobilephone @O2

    @cymraesydwi @tescomobile @O2 Tbh ate bloody terrible. Definitely a goodwill payment due whenever they get it resolved…! I mean leaving a woman stranded with no mobile phone is downright dangerous.

    @brightonsnapper @O2 They had the debt collectors on me years ago because one of their staff members had failed to cancel my contract properly. Wouldn't touch them again.

    @joycey505 @EnglandRugby @O2 You need to watch more closely then. Maybe learn the difference between managing the game at the beginning and speeding it up at the end with a tiring defence. Damage had already been done to the Welsh orchestrated by JvP. Your view is because you don’t like box kicking?

    @AustinWaltersUK @O2 Find the same everywhere I go. Consistently have low signal strength, calls dropped and poor to no data signal. Spoke to o2, they didn’t seem too bothered.

    @O2 The ongoing problem I am having since before December with my phone cutting out with every call is now becoming a joke and is unusable. This is not a problem with my phone as all the people living in the village is experiencing the same problem! What is being done about it?

    @O2 Hi! I bought a new phone from your Wakefield store at the weekend and was told to hold off applying my student discount until my number had ported over so it didn’t apply to the wrong number, but now I can’t work out how to do it! Please can you help? 🙏🏻

    @O2 Right so it’s saying it’s slow in the area and to find Wi-Fi hotspots. So what the hell am I paying for?? AND YOU’RE INCREASING THE CHARGES???? How can you justify that???? Absolutely disgusting.
