@cymraesydwi @tescomobile @O2 Never known it to be this bad for anyone. May want to escalate to the CEO or something? I mean it’s far beyond customer service now, this has become a safeguarding issue because you can’t just put your life on hold. Maybe grab a cheap pay as you go sim in the meantime?

@O2 That happened this morning and I rebooted and have had o2 service since however the other phone the number is porting from is still showing EE service, as for the iMessage it’s the correct number i get an error message when i try to activate it

@O2 Hi, I have recently brought a pay monthly sim from and sent in my pac code to keep my number. I have no SIM card, the tracking does not work but my old SIM now has no service!
