    If @o2 says your phone will take up to 24 hours to start working again but it actually takes several calls and 72 hours, isn't reasonable that they should refund any charges incurred on another o2 phone whilst waiting for that to happen? Not according to @o2 customer support.

    @O2 My bank account has been scammed by o2 continuing to take money after a phone service was cancelled in 2016. Continuing to send personal data to an expired email address after it was updated in 2016. Complaint Review Service insists o2 have not made any errors? Thieves.

    @O2 How come friend got S20+ but only Disney plus. I know Apple TV doesn't work on Android (offically) but seems unfair only 1 freebie.

    @O2 my contract just finished, I’m astounded to hear that I can get a much better offer through USwitch (still with O2) than you can offer to retain me as a customer. What a joke!

    @O2 I have a letter from K Adams, o2 Complaint Review Service with spelling mistakes in it. She claims o2 have made no errors, but sent emails containing personal information to an email address that is not on my account. Isn't this suspicious?

    @O2 trying to sign up to the priority offer for Disney+ says I'll receive an email or text within 48hrs. Hoping to get it setup for the Xmas day premier, I signed up on Tuesday about 2pm. Can you help at all please?

    @Ofcom @O2 Shocking that O2 cannot take a payment and close an account. £23.56p. Been in the local store - can’t help. Called O2 “Helpline” what a joke! Absolutely fuming! Incompetent doesn’t come close! Avoid O2!
