    @cymraesydwi @tescomobile @O2 Never known it to be this bad for anyone. May want to escalate to the CEO or something? I mean it’s far beyond customer service now, this has become a safeguarding issue because you can’t just put your life on hold. Maybe grab a cheap pay as you go sim in the meantime?

    @cymraesydwi @tescomobile @O2 Tbh ate bloody terrible. Definitely a goodwill payment due whenever they get it resolved…! I mean leaving a woman stranded with no mobile phone is downright dangerous.

    O2 since when do your help desks cold call your clients about their accounts? I refuse to deal with anything when I’m contacted directly? 0330 303 5296 number has called me 4 times In 2 days #mobilephone @O2

    Almost 6 hours later and @O2 priority still down. We see with all ticket sites, can’t cope with demand time after time. There has to be a better way. And don’t get me started on the crooks already selling them at inflated prices 😡 shouldn’t be allowed.

    @RileyPickerZ @O2 I almost gave up when I got no help from support team luckily someone here referred me to @techrexovery01 on twitter and he got it fixed for me all thanks to him contact him now and get yours fixed.

    @O2 I’ve been trying since it opened and no luck at all on the website or the app. I’ve kept one webpage open if it was a queueing system and still showing errors.
