@O2 @mummykx What a bunch of liers. You are putting our prices up and are hushing everyone out from all media. Ofcom are sleeping on this. Bunch of scumbags. It's all working not this is down

@Terristarfish @MoneySavingExp @O2 Txt PAC 65075 and you will receive your code that way. Once a new provider uses that Pac code your old contract will cancel down automatically

@O2 @Terristarfish @MoneySavingExp Even there you're as pointless as here and I've now sat in a chat window for over 30mins. Never mind it won't help you keep three phone contracts by also having terrible customer service.

Wow @O2 — weeks of a broken voicemail and not one person who can fix it. Every agent repeats “try 1750/1760.” Still broken. Your customer care is honestly awful — no ownership, no escalation, no help. Loyal customers deserve far better. #O2 #CustomerServiceFail

Hello @O2 quick question, how, after being a customer for 22 years am I hearing about mid-contract price hikes from @MartinSLewis before you?
-

(@Xynthymr) reported
@MartinSLewis These price hikes are disgusting. How is #OFCOM even allowing this!? I've gone from having a sub-£9/mo @O2 SIM to it being nearly £15/mo in just the last 24 months! For something I very rarely use, but require because of 2FA reasons 🙄 20+ year customer. Not for much longer! #O2

@O2 hello , I can’t cancel my O2 sim which was linked to virgin. It’s impossible to login so I’m going to stop the payment

@MartinSLewis @GMB I was seriously thinking of changing contracts to @O2. Not now. This price gouging of customers has to stop. The regulator needs to grow a pair and get on the side of the customer.

@O2 have the worst customer services ever. I’m actually done with them. Need a new network provider asap.
