It’s funny how only my @O2 network is down, my mum loves round the corner & has full network, my son lives in the same house as me & he too has network, me, I’m the lucky one with nothing. Apparently there is a problem with a mast which is affecting (effecting?) my network 🙄

@O2 I’ve clicked on the Disney+ Extra at £5.99, but it doesn’t then load anything other than the same for £7.99. That’s not the saving of £2 per month that you’re offering. Is there anything you can do to help with this? Thanks

@O2 account cancelled in April had email April saying £14 owing was being wiped off and contact cancelled now finding out o2 has marked my credit score as non payment for last 8 months 1 hour on phone and they put it down on me
