    @O2 Grt service from Cheltenham store for 10+yrs. But yesterday was rubbish. Store staff without a clue. Boss called at least 5 times, but didn’t even acknowledge me. My phone doesn’t work properly now, and the store don’t answer their phone. O2 Support also doesn’t answer 😡

    @O2 Ahhhh, the selective replies! Decided you know how shocking your call centre services are so best to avoid addressing the complaint. I’m cancelling my DD and will take you to court if you attempt any collection. Another day spent on hold
