    @O2 Thanks for getting back to me they knew my full name, and that I was the account holder that’s as far as they got before I put the phone down. I didn’t give any details at all. Can these people access my account? It is worrying

    @O2 Calls and texts were fine , had full 4g signal but couldn’t connect to anything online and no apps would work or speed tests wouldn’t complete

    @O2 I lodged a complaint and was told I would receive a callback from a manager in 24 hours. That was 13th March. In store advised me to email my complaint but the email address they gave me is invalid! How can I have this escalated?

    @O2 Hi O2 we were victims of identity fraud back in November 21 , the fraudsters used our identity to purchase multiple contracts with various mobile providers, Vodafone,Three etc, all the other companies found a resolution within 6 weeks, we are still calling you 4 months later

    @O2 please can someone help?? Hours on hold, no answers!! I can’t receive calls from non O2 numbers yet customer service keep ringing back on my number!? Frustrating!! I’ve got specific numbers on file to ring but you insist on ringing back on the number that is faulty!!!! 🤯😩
