    @O2 been trying for last hour to set up an o2 new account. The website has taken the upfront payment and won’t go through on website. Called twice and been cut off. Help! I was on hold for 20 mins each time and cut off from advisor.

    Please help me @O2 I am trying to top up my son’s phone and every (valid) card is being refused. This is driving me nuts enough to consider changing network. Phone customer care won’t help as it is PAYG phone even though I have had a contract for years!

    @O2 I’m on my wifi. Nothing to do with O2 / 4G. There is an issue with my 4G internet and phone calls. So can you answer my question? Is there a service issue in L17 @O2
