    @O2 I have asked twice now a very simple question. I was considering leaving @o2 but the fact you can't be bothered to reply AT ALL is confirming my thoughts as to which way to jump. Only been a customer since 2007 so I am obviously not valued.

    @O2 is there a way you can ring o2 customer services if your service has been (mistakenly) barred? All I seem to get is a normal number but can't seem to call it as service restricted? TIA

    Hi @O2 I’ve done the suggested checks via your help line and nothing help still terrible network coverage, but I did fix the issues I brought a cheap @EE SIM card/phone and what a difference night and day better, 12minths and counting till I swap.. #o2sucks

    @O2 Yes O2 biggest scammers ever, so you have now added 4, yes 4 default accounts to my credit file, even though you know I've been frauded, you have police fraud reference, the persons address and details, yet you choose to ignore all this!!! IM NOT EVEN YOUR CUSTOMER!!!
