@virginmedia ever since you swapped to the awful @O2 for your network my signal has been atrocious. Not just where I live in Gloucester (total deadspots in places with no network) but everywhere...even weak signal strength in London. Not my handset as my daughter has same issues

@O2 Are you trying to rip me off? Got 19 mysterious MMS charges that are impossible to view. Sorry, service unavailable. Was told to check my app. Can’t download PDF so can’t see who apparently I’ve sent these to. Never happened before. Not happy

Hi there @O2 - I have a PAYG sim card (with credit on it) and it seems to have 'died'. I use it infrequently but I'm sure it was less than 6 months ago. Please could you help? Thanks!!

@scottsyns @O2 Depends what area you live in mate. Have you even checked coverage in your area on o2? If it’s bad in general, would be worth going on another network. I live in a central area so get good signal and never had an issue of 3G, 4G or 5G.

Can’t believe I’m on the phone to @O2 for a THIRD time this week after being told I would be called back and have my issue sorted nearly an hour ago. Left work early and gone without dinner to be ready for this call. Do better.

@O2 Yep. That just says the network is fine. Which is what it always says. That doesn't change anything.
