    @O2 @virginmedia They won’t stay connected with an o2 sim - worse…network….ever…. I got an 02 SIM card with my VM deal so swapped from Virgin mobile. It’s shockingly bad.

    @O2 Help immediately. My E SIM is deactivated although I didn't receive replacement SIM. Check DM sent. Immediately activate my SIM card. I can't make call or use internet. I pay for the services

    @O2 do not buy from this company. Customer for 30 years. Paid for upgrade. Confirmed phone in stock. But lied. Then lied again and again. Took my money but don’t have stock. Terrible. Will see them in court if I don’t get it resolved.

    @O2 tired of your pathetic areas of reception. When will you invest in masts that mean people actually receive coverage? Landlines are a necessity to those on your network.

    @O2 I sent you a DM at 1.17pm yesterday as requested. No reply yet. Seeing as I want to cancel my contract with you its not surprising you don't want to deal with me. Appaling customer service. I'll bet you soon find my account when I cancel my DD and you don't get your money 🤔 @O2

    @O2 why do o2 think it's acceptable to take nearly £800 for a phone they have had delivered back to them!O2 confirmed they have the handset. No response of multiple calls & promises of call backs. Went to store to have sales assistant roll her eyes. Disgusting customer service.
