@O2 why is it impossible to cancel Disney+? Disney+ say it has to be done via MyO2. MyO2 gives no option to cancel. Advisor said I need to do it on MyO2. Just keep being passed about and it’s getting frustrating now! Please can you help?

@O2 hi, I’ve not had service for over a week now and your website has been saying the same thing (our engineers are likely to be on the case already) but nothing has changed. Am I going to be reimbursed for loss of service? I literally have to walk to my local shop for service

@O2 Your staff member has just told us while thinking of upgrading that if we hit the spending cap we wouldn’t be able to dial emergency services. When I questioned why as this is normally a free number she said it doesn’t apply to contracts with a cap on them.
