    @O2 Yes I've done a service check everyday & i get told there's a problem with a mast that an engineer is on their way to. This is day 3!!!!! Indoors I'm connected to my Internet which means I can check emails etc, but away from home I have absolutely nothing.

    @O2 I’m having issues adding the £2 off Disney+ offer on my account. My tariff is eligible but I always get ‘Oops something went wrong’ when adding. Cust services said don’t worry, the discount is added automatically but that is not the case. Can you help?

    @O2 despicable behaviour my sister has received from your Cust service. A frontline nhs worker fighting hard to safeguard vulnerable people has to beg to borrow a phone so she can care for her patients because you won’t take ownership of a faulty phone shame on you @sukisue01
