@cymraesydwi @tescomobile @O2 Tbh ate bloody terrible. Definitely a goodwill payment due whenever they get it resolved…! I mean leaving a woman stranded with no mobile phone is downright dangerous.

After almost 20yrs as an @O2 customer I will shortly be moving to a new provider. The preorder experience for the iPhone 17 on Friday was the last straw. After trying for 7hrs with o2 I was able to preorder for release day with another provider in under a minute. And to top it off I’ll save £20 a month for the same contract

@O2 Cannot transfer my number as for some reason when @virginmedia setup the Volt O2 account, it somehow has a different email address (that I don't own or have access to) so I can't even setup the My o2 app. Need help

@O2 I would just like to say how disappointed I am in O2 I have been a loyal customer since it was in fact BT. I have been miss sold insurance and after raising a complaint I have been passed backwards and forwards from department to department. EE here I come!!
