Never had any issues with @O2 refresh but @skytv sky mobile won’t let me swap. Apparently my credit check didn’t pass even though I already have a contract with them. Sucks.

The worse thing is I’m stuck on another contract with @O2 thanks to the deal I have with @virginmedia - if I could I’d cancel that one too. Never again.

@virginmedia Trust me I bet I won’t be the only person to say this about @O2 the disrespect they treat you with is awful

Phone is completely paid off. You barred me from calling people, you’ve barred people calling and texting me. I couldn’t even ring 202 because the bar doesn’t allow it I’ve been to the @O2 shop twice in a week. Even the staff was laughing at how stupid you lot are.

@O2 In the US and all mobile data stopped working Friday. I've Dm'd you. Tried everything on the support articles. I have data. Cannot call because I have "No service." No online chat agent. I'm travelling alone with no means of calling for help if I need help. Help?!

@O2 I'm currently struggling financially and have arranged a debt management plan with stepchange. O2 have rejected their offer of repayment due the account being active with you guys. When calling to cancel my account I'm told unless I pay the full balance it can't be cancelled.

I’m honestly not normally one for complaining about company’s on Twitter but @O2 you absolutely completely deserve it. Rang to cancel my contract in august got told no to ring in September cancelled it. Got a pay as you go SIM card out. Then got another bill of £49 days later.

So @O2 Advertises a product / service, as being available immediately Then says oh wait we need to do some more checks Then says, hey all's good we should have your order ready in 6 days time Then tells you to cancel your order and go instore with no explanation why CONT

Email never arrives. Takes a further 48 hours to respond, asking security questions that could've been asked for with the order no. Never actually addresses the questions asked about their procedures (not my account). Would you want to give them your money @O2 ?
