    @O2 2 hours I’ve been on hold and passed to 4 different people to cancel a contract. Every time the person has no information so have to go through security each time! #rubbish #gotbetterthibgstobedoing

    @O2 Any response would be nice, or appreciated as I am still waiting for one from o2. Requesting my PAC code so I can go to another network but o2 still hasn’t responded to my request but they are still taking money from my account whilst my phone is blocked

    @O2 How can I log a formal complaint with you. I've been without any mobile data for at least 3 weeks already with an update given today saying the next update will be 25th April!!! This is completely unacceptable and I should not have to pay for a service I am not receiving
