    @O2 Day 85 of 365 on trying to get O2 to fix their phone customer service. 1) If you ring and ask for an e-sim for an Apple Watch then good luck with that. Staff seem very untrained. 2) Calls disconnect too much when speaking on 202. 3) The whole IVR system feels dated.

    @sampixeldot @O2 I was with 3 for a while but the service near me was worsening. O2 is amazing anywhere else in the UK except the north west. Sometimes can’t even get a signal in Manchester with 5G, far too oversubscribed.
