@O2 @VodafoneUK @giffgaff I’ve been without any connection due to a local tower for about 14 hours now. Your websites say no updates until 4/4. Is there a plan to fix the tower? Realistically when should I expect an update? How can I keep track of updates without any signal?

@O2 will you really offer wifi call and 4G calling for pay as you go users? Because in my home it’s says no service please do offer for pay as you go customers i am literally struggling finding signal..

After 10 years of using Android I yesterday received my iPhone 12 Pro Max with my upgrade,all seemed great with the phone until evening when I wanted to charge it, no wire included and no means to charge leaving me without a phone to use, very poor service @Apple @O2
