    @bleddyn123 @O2 I’m paying £100.00 for the phone/contract a month 😳 can’t be any worse I’m looking at new service providers tomorrow

  • matt_saunders_ Matt (@matt_saunders_) reported from Marazion, England

    @cymraesydwi @tescomobile @O2 Never known it to be this bad for anyone. May want to escalate to the CEO or something? I mean it’s far beyond customer service now, this has become a safeguarding issue because you can’t just put your life on hold. Maybe grab a cheap pay as you go sim in the meantime?

  • BrownieLB_1 Lisa-Marie (@BrownieLB_1) reported from St. Ives, England

    @O2 Thanks for getting back to me they knew my full name, and that I was the account holder that’s as far as they got before I put the phone down. I didn’t give any details at all. Can these people access my account? It is worrying

  • loupop81 Sophie Osborne (@loupop81) reported from Penzance, England

    @O2 Network down in Cornwall not able to make or receive calls.. not helpful given current climate 😐

  • matt_saunders_ Matt (@matt_saunders_) reported from Marazion, England

    @cymraesydwi @tescomobile @O2 I can imagine. Deeply uncool of tesco to not recognize this as an issue.

  • MarkkusC Markus Clitheroe (@MarkkusC) reported

    @Elf0207 @O2 The My02 app doesn't work either

  • TimPayne1 Upso Roundso (@TimPayne1) reported

    Dear @O2 I’ve come to conclusion that your mobile service is a scam. It’s not fit for service. You’re charging people for something that YOU KNOW doesn’t work. This shouldn’t be allowed. There needs to be an antiO2 action group, to bring this to wider attention. #scam

  • ss112233445561 Sharjeel shah (@ss112233445561) reported

    @O2 I have now been told as I did not purchase the phone from you you are unable to offer me my proof of barring and usage and you cannot see it on your network even though it has been in use on o2 since January. I have provided the imei number and proof of purchase.

  • PulaRJS Richard Sanders (@PulaRJS) reported

    -@O2 -in the last couple of weeks you have taken over £700 out of my bank account in bills for 4 fraudulent accounts that were opened and which you told me you closed on Sept 10. I've spoken to customer services 4 times - but you just keep taking money out. You're a disgrace.

  • nootnootmofos23 Mark Sykes (@nootnootmofos23) reported

    @O2 what is going on with you as a company your customer service has become frankly disgusting

  • CheSacke Cheryl Quinn (@CheSacke) reported

    @O2 the signal on your network is appalling! No signal in Weybridge , no signal near Waterloo Station.. in fact no signal in most places! Are there plans in place to sort ? This never used to be the case.

  • wendyk1501 Wendy Jefferson (@wendyk1501) reported

    @O2 This is just ridiculous. No worries a formal complaint will be made by email, assuming that system is working 🙄

  • thewildsnappero Josh (@thewildsnappero) reported

    @O2 Is there any reason that you offer gifts (Samsung earbuds for a heavy discount) and then fail to send the code. Go to a store told they cant help and to call customer services, call customer services but their English isn't good enough and 'they dont know what im on about'

  • withshadee Shadé (@withshadee) reported

    @Modaj1 @O2 @Ofcom Yes, I’ve gone through my bank because they’ve taken out £600+ from my account despite saying it was all sorted! I’ve come on here to see that many people have had the same issue

  • simonhouston68 Simon Houston (@simonhouston68) reported

    In August my wife’s @O2 account was hacked by fraudsters who ran up a bill of more than £300 when they added two lines to her account. O2 promised to sort immediately. They didn’t. They’ve done nothing. She’s still waiting for the money back. Brutal way to treat customers.
