@O2 I've replied. Absolutely ridiculous. Been trying to ring you since Friday!! You ring me and leave an automated option then hang up!! The app won't work for me to do live chat either. Seriously fuming. 3 times I've waited 30 mins then been cut off out of 20

Absolute disgraceful service from @o2 ordered a new phone contract as a birthday present from website Thursday 25/11/21 after 6 phone calls to customer service and a week later I’ve received and email to say out of stock !! Steer clear

@O2 I’ve been an o2 customer for 22 years (when you were genie).I’m looking to upgrade to iPhone 13 pro and quite saddened to learn that you’re £12p/m more expensive than #skymobile and there are no discounts for long term loyalty customers.Will be cancelling my contract with you
