@O2 first off listened to conversation via my landline between 2 customer service ops for 4 mins, then operator hung up. I've now tried 5 times to reach you via 202 and the automated service doesn't recognise my responses. How do I contact you about topping up data on a dongle?

What's the point of having google pay on your phone if you have to carry your bank card because @O2 4g signal is so bad that it won't connect to make payment. Twice in 2 days been left embarrassed try to pay #notimpressed 🤬🤬

@O2 why is it impossible to speak to someone in customer service and the one time I managed to get through to a real person they told me to ring back in 24 hours and hung up before I could even say a word! Terrible service will be leaving as soon as I am humanly able to do so! 😡
