@virginmedia @O2 @virginmedia No 4G signal in Winchester - I had to switch manually to 3g otherwise my phone doesnt work at all. Yes, I have tried resetting working network and I have done already all I can on my phone. How can you assist with this before I just move to another provider?

@O2 No they haven't. I told them not to bother because any solution that involves calling your call-centre again after this experience is unacceptable. Will visit a store because that is way quicker than trying to get you on the phone. Wish I'd tried twitter 1st now :(

Swear down there's nothing more frustrating than the @O2 automated service, not even remotely solved my issue and I get "thank you for calling o2, goodbye" twice in a row, absolute waste of time
