@O2 For the avoidance of doubt, this has been happening since my handset upgrade, (roughly 18 months). I'm familiar with your default replies and guarantees of network upgrades. You've promised this for a while now. Like I said, actions speak louder than default scripted responses.

Hi @O2 I've been having problems with my 4G for the last couple of weeks. Not really happy with this considering the amount I pay each month and how long I've been a customer. When can I expect this issue to be sorted?
