Then to make it worse I go on @O2 website to track my order there to be told they are still waiting on stock? - when you try and call through you get 10000 answers. This is gone past the point of being stupid, now it’s stressing me out!

@O2 Hey! I've been having phone calls not arrive in my phone call log and text messages not arriving. One case recently is a phone number called, i never heard/saw it and it's not in my phone log but I have a voice mail from them... (1/2)

@O2 you are absolutely woeful. Can’t help me cancel the contract until the phone is back with you, but I sent it OVER 2 weeks ago and have sent proof of this! Why are you dragging this out?!
