    @O2 hi I am experiencing issues with my O2 rewards. I saved my O2 Neros reward and locked it in earlier in the day but when I tried to redeem it the app showed out if stock! This is quite frustrating as it was already locked in and I don’t see the point of saving the reward.

    @O2 been a customer of yours for alot of years, have enjoyed the 25% airtime discount for nhs staff. Upgraded my phone to be told that because the first 3 months are free, nhs discount cannot be applied to new contract. Was unaware and very disappointed 😔

    @SJ_Selina Thanks love. Going for 7. Just had to cancel my order with @O2 though as they’ve not sent me a confirmation email yet the watch is expected tomorrow. They’ve been all over me all day but unsurprisingly post sales they’re CBA. Total shambles! Apple shop for me tomorrow!

    Spoke to three people who couldn't help me and then put me on hold for 1 hr 10mins (I gave up) so come on @O2 what is going on with your support? 15 days since buying @AppleSupport watch and can't use it for what I purchased it for :-( fyi @Ofcom
