    @cymraesydwi @tescomobile @O2 Tbh ate bloody terrible. Definitely a goodwill payment due whenever they get it resolved…! I mean leaving a woman stranded with no mobile phone is downright dangerous.

    @O2 I’ve DM’d. I’m pretty annoyed about this so may consider cancelling the order and going to another network. Lying about stock levels to pile up orders isn’t a quality I’m looking for in a service provider.

    @O2 changed my parents phone contract three days ago. Awaiting new SIM card to be posted, but since the phone call had no signal at all.

    @O2 hi are your phone lines down? Everytime I try selecting options to speak to someone I get told to refer to the website and then "bye" and the call disconnects. I need to speak to someone

    @O2 I also had a technician visit my place to do the wire work in the building through o2- but he refused to help with any FRITZ box setting as he said this was not a part of his job.
