@O2 your data network is terrible. Your 4G is unreliable and your 3G network doesn’t seem to transmit data of any kind. I’m paying for a service I’m not getting and your excuses are always the same. Try taking some responsibility and fix the problems.

Really bad customer service @O2, going round in circles with your multi channel approach (web, voice rec, sms, ivr) and got put through to the wrong team, the opposite of what I needed. Throwing all channels to your customers at once is not 'omni channel', its just chaotic!

@O2 Hi on the 4th of July I was super excited to get my new Galaxy Flip 3 5G all seemed fine then after 2 weeks there seemed to be a slight distortion with the screen. i spoke to one of your excellent support people via the app and was supposed to obtain a call back

@O2 Not any more at this end. Only when VM went down and I guess everyone was tethering. But I had issues daily when in the IoW around Newport and Cowes. Full 4G signal but no data. Drive out of Newport and all the messages rush in. How can I report that when I have no connectivity?
