(4/4) ...as being the fault of an automated system, without any recompense or any attempt to suggest that they can improve, is horrifying. I feel almost constantly threatened, intimidated, and abused by @O2 due to an issue that they caused, and they are making no attempt to fix.

@Russellegdell Called me, convinced me they were @O2, got into my account, changed my login details, bought an expensive phone on credit, got it delivered to a London address. All seemed credible: they started with some of my details, calm when challenged, call-centre background noise, etc…

@VodafoneUK You can save significant amounts by buying direct from Samsung. Was with Vodafone for almost two decades but the service kept getting worse. At no point did they try and retain me, until I requested my PAC code and moved to @O2 Even then the deals were the same as new customers
