I mean it’s far beyond customer service now, this has become a safeguarding issue because you can’t just put your life on hold. Maybe grab a cheap pay as you go sim in the meantime?

Yesterday, due to terrible service, and for them going to my bank for a DD I did not owe, I received compensation of £50. Today, they threatened to cut my services and report me to Debt Collection Agencies. They sent me SMS and an email, yet apparently, the £30 compensation they offered today, I can not have because I had the maximum compensation yesterday for another matter.

Sends you an email, and, you’ve to click on it. Other companies aren’t like that. The previous version was absolutely amazing. Fix it immediately!
