    @O2 awful experience with your call centre, we had a query about our bill and was spoken to appallingly by 2 of your staff members, my mum was trying to explain something and was being laughed at and talked over. Been with o2 for years never had this experience before. Disgusting

    @O2 No signal from old phone and yes activated new sim said could take 24hrs but its gone over that. Sent messages on my o2 but message was to come back later.

    @O2 please explain to me why I'm still waiting for the money you owe me for when you wrongly accused me of not paying my bill? A bill for an account that I didn't even have. 5 phone calls to your customer service centre, countless promises to get it sorted & yet still no luck.
