    @O2 Yes it’s my wife, she replied on messenger as she’s not on Twitter. She’s had the phone since 25th Nov and it won’t work as they say it’s been put down as a fraud. She’s spoken to numerous people and they say they can’t help. She’s emailed the fraud dept twice and had no reply.

    @madebydbm @O2 I’m just trying to get the £5.99 offer for existing customers. Said I’d buy it for my daughter who is having to self-isolate for Christmas. Going to call now for a 5th time and just cancel it and go direct.

    @O2 I have already done all of that. Your advisors back in august said there was an issue in my area being looked at. We are now in December and it’s worse
