@cymraesydwi @tescomobile @O2 Tbh ate bloody terrible. Definitely a goodwill payment due whenever they get it resolved…! I mean leaving a woman stranded with no mobile phone is downright dangerous.

@O2 worst upgrade experience ever. Upgraded thurs, wasn’t done properly, spent 6 hours trying to resolve getting sent around the houses. Finally able to pick up next phone Fri & now airtime contract not set up & new sim doesn’t work & now another 48 hours to wait. Sort it out

@o2 @Geopost_news you were supposed to deliver my phone on Wednesday. It is now Saturday and the status is still delayed. I was told to go to the o2 store in Trafford centre. Their systems are migrating and only have half the customers details accessible wtf I just want to cancel
