@clairew11864401 @O2 Yes, got them through O2 browser, although kicked out just before 9.30, I just left refreshing and got through to AXS queue just after ten. Got my tickets at 10.20….so lucky, didn’t realise the bigger issue until later 😳

@O2 After trying all day yesterday and yesterday evening and I was 400th in the queue at 10am when the priority website and app crashed, I could only get on today to see that O2 priority are all sold out. Utter crap. And then you have the cheek to wish people “good luck”

@rocknroll66 @O2 I went on at 10:15 and the website loaded and i bought tickets. Tried to get on again 5 mins later to see if I could get 2 for my parents and it was down again so i guess it came down to luck in the end

@O2 Hi. Please can someone from the fraud team get in contact. I was advised they had received the request on 26/10/22 and would contact me within 5 days. Still no contact and I’ve started to receive letters welcoming me to O2. Please can someone help.

@O2 have the absolute worst customer service. They’re rude, belligerent and have an amazing nack to screw up completely and blame the customer and then do absolutely nothing to fix their error.
