    @O2 having the gall to use an 0344 number for customer support as it's chargeable on their network... yes, part of your allowance but that's still costing.

    @O2 hi there, I was wondering if you could help? My brother switched from PAYG to a Pay Monthly SIM. His new SIM card arrived on Monday but his phone number, still hasn't switched from his old SIM to the new one. We followed the instructions, but nothing has changed. Please help?
