@O2 on January 14th i cancelled my contract with O2 and asked for PUK code, iv been unable to use any other sim as my phone needs to be unlocked and the code i keep getting doesnt work so im now waiting on a master code, i can msg you my details and so you can have a look at account

@O2 You really don't need to @O2. I'm done. I have my pac code and im away to a working network - even at the break cost of nearly £200. Worst experience ever from a mobile provider. 20mo of unusable speeds despite full strength 4g. Joke.

@O2 @Jimbo09001 Useless. My son has a business which relies on his phone. The network checker said on Tuesday it should be back to normal on Sat by 6pm. He cant even contact you as cannot receive or make texts or calls. If you cannot fulfill ur pt of the contract to supply a signal. COMPENSATION

@O2 - a question. My phone works a treat on 5G - abroad - yet I can't get 5G round here. However, the guy I'm standing next to gets it perfectly on his phone - which is on Giff-Gaff.... which I thought was O2 anyway. So what's occurring?
