I find it hard to believe in 2021 a government can sabotage communications by reversing roaming. in a queue for a call centre when the line dropped

Can't access message as in spam folder but it auto replies to ask for a reply with the name or number of the spam text. I reply with answer and just get same auto reply asking same question again. Forget a month later and the loop goes on

What would you recommend?

I mean it’s far beyond customer service now, this has become a safeguarding issue because you can’t just put your life on hold. Maybe grab a cheap pay as you go sim in the meantime?

Are there no algorithms to flag up links being sent in texts. This is already in my spam folder and reported so not sure how to forward it?

Should of gone to specsavers (@mpj41) reported@O2 @mobilephones @mobilenetworks Hi my signal is awful in DA15 8RU were i live, and my signal at my workplace in DA18 4AF is showing -91dBm. Along almost all of the M20 in Kent(were i travel most days) has no signal. Why is it so awful . My wife has an old Nokia on sky network and that works great everywhere
