  • sophsweet Sophie Sweatman (@sophsweet) reported from Falmouth, England

    @O2 As I said I never click any links. My question was, why isn't it picked up on the server as suspicious? Are there no algorithms to flag up links being sent in texts. This is already in my spam folder and reported so not sure how to forward it?

  • BrownieLB_1 Lisa Brown (@BrownieLB_1) reported from St. Ives, England

    @bleddyn123 @O2 I’m paying £100.00 for the phone/contract a month 😳 can’t be any worse I’m looking at new service providers tomorrow

  • sophsweet Sophie Sweatman (@sophsweet) reported from Falmouth, England

    @O2 you really ought to know about #Neurodiversity your automated voice asking people to say in a few words what they are calling about totally EXCLUDES people on the #spectrum - visual processors. Best to give numbers for departments to include all types of customer. #inclusive

  • sophsweet Sophie Sweatman (@sophsweet) reported from Falmouth, England

    @O2 spam reporting text service is buggy. Can't access message as in spam folder but it auto replies to ask for a reply with the name or number of the spam text. I reply with answer and just get same auto reply asking same question again. Forget a month later and the loop goes on

  • joanna2267 Johanna Ryan (@joanna2267) reported from Perranporth, England

  • JonoG1 Jon Goodman 〓〓 (@JonoG1) reported from Newquay, England

  • Perranarworthal Jack Tempest (@Perranarworthal) reported from Falmouth, England

    @O2 hi, question. I want to do a number change. The online help says to ring customer services but customer services says it’s only dealing with lost/ stolen phones or cancellations/new business, and everything else is online. What would you recommend?

  • sophsweet Sophie Sweatman (@sophsweet) reported from Falmouth, England

    @O2 the mobile signal is getting very unreliable and the call quality is terrible, with echoes, faintness and other interference. I find it hard to believe in 2021 a government can sabotage communications by reversing roaming. in a queue for a call centre when the line dropped

  • Jimb0b007007 JimBob (@Jimb0b007007) reported

    Well @giffgaff @O2, having evaluated your service all over the country for use as a backup to my main @EE sim on my dual sim phone. I find your service absolutely abysmal and not even suitable as a backup. Therefore I must dispense with your shocking network.

  • bootneck Sanity-Sux (@bootneck) reported

    .@O2 why am I still being chased for a bill from an account I never activated Nov 21 & closed within 24hrs of ordering a sim card? I've suffered 5 conversations each >1 hour and on each call I'm told the bill is a mistake & that it will be cancelled and the initial DD returned.

  • GiveUpTheJosh Forty-Nine Sea Horses (@GiveUpTheJosh) reported

    **** @O2 so much. Upgraded yesterday so it would be on the same sim, go to work today and i have no data??? Great

  • RoLiyanage1 Ro Liyanage (@RoLiyanage1) reported

    @O2 Still waiting for resolution. We he have essentially been sold a completely broken phone and customer service has been terrible. This was a birthday present and in DM we have been assured it will be sorted out . Still waiting for what to do next and a replacement etc .

  • Sadlybrokeboy Matt Morris (@Sadlybrokeboy) reported

    @o2 stupid question for you. Can I switch an existing SIM card to an esim connection?

  • Northlander74 𝔖𝔱𝔢𝔭𝔥𝔢𝔫 𝔍. 𝔍𝔞𝔠𝔮𝔲𝔢𝔰 (@Northlander74) reported

    @bt_uk I can assume that any terms of cancellation of my contract are now void because since December I've received no mobile signal while at my workplace location... Seems unfair to me to pay for a non-service. Might as well speak to @VodafoneUK or @O2 to see if I'll receive any signal

  • ChanelleMarie18 Chanelle✨ (@ChanelleMarie18) reported

    @O2 it’s a bit frustrating when your on hold after speaking with someone for 40 minutes to randomly have the call transferred and be treated like a new call and they don’t help. The First Lady was looking into an upgrade for me and to see what they could do on the upgrade fee🙄

  • matthews3343 Lisa matthews (@matthews3343) reported

    @O2 The worst company going

  • neezypeezy83zy Nick Palser (@neezypeezy83zy) reported

    @O2 Hello! I have an apple watch 7 but I am looking to switch to O2 so I can have cellular service. I don’t want a new phone, just the SIM. Is this possible?
