    @O2 you really ought to know about #Neurodiversity your automated voice asking people to say in a few words what they are calling about totally EXCLUDES people on the #spectrum - visual processors. Best to give numbers for departments to include all types of customer. #inclusive

    @O2 hi, question. I want to do a number change. The online help says to ring customer services but customer services says it’s only dealing with lost/ stolen phones or cancellations/new business, and everything else is online. What would you recommend?

    @O2 O2 acknowledges the problem. Says they can’t do anything about it, refused to release me from the contract and tell me “I’m at risk of affecting my credit rating”. I just wanted my phone to work.

    Last three days, I have been out of service, with no voice calls, text messages and no data. I spent hours and hours speaking/chatting with support and was unsuccessful. @O2 @tescomobile

    @O2 Hello! Everyone in our village and local area seems to be having issues with O2, but the status page just says that it can be 'a bit busy' - I have had emergency calls only for 2+ days now, so this doesn't seem right. We are CB24.

    @O2 Reasons to hate O2: your network is appalling in the Preston, Fylde, Wigan & Wyre areas. You referred to it as 4G “congestion” and advised me to try switching to 3G. I complained. You reminded me that in the T’s & C’s you don’t guarantee an acceptable network. Beware folks
