@O2 on January 14th i cancelled my contract with O2 and asked for PUK code, iv been unable to use any other sim as my phone needs to be unlocked and the code i keep getting doesnt work so im now waiting on a master code, i can msg you my details and so you can have a look at account

@O2 They have all, repeatedly, contacted your customer care team - re-read my post. They all, repeatedly, fail to get the problem resolved and continue to get letters, debt threats and case not resolved. One person *did* get a resolution via Insta.

@O2 just upgraded my sim only and now have issues with loss of visual voicemail and setting for Wi-Fi calls . One solution suggests setting up idata bolt on and other switching airplane mode on an off . Iphone Se 15.1 . O7762820773. Please sort asap.

Damn @O2music @O2 first time I’ve used priority queuing and I get told by security there is no priority queue. What’s the point of the offer then? There better be the cloakroom offer at least once I get in it I’ll be really 😡 #PaleWaves #BirminghamAcademy

Two months ago, @o2 took down my local mast. My sim card stopped working instantly. I phoned up to cancel my account. They told me I still had to pay £36 for the last month. I said, why am I paying when you're not providing the service.

@Aruuj_x @virginmedia @O2 Hi Aruj, if you have difficulty obtaining a deadlock letter, you will have to wait eight weeks since raising the complaint before referring it to CISAS. If we believe that a service provider is not sending deadlock letters when they should be, we may look in to this further.
