@O2 hi, question. I want to do a number change. The online help says to ring customer services but customer services says it’s only dealing with lost/ stolen phones or cancellations/new business, and everything else is online. What would you recommend?

@O2 on January 14th i cancelled my contract with O2 and asked for PUK code, iv been unable to use any other sim as my phone needs to be unlocked and the code i keep getting doesnt work so im now waiting on a master code, i can msg you my details and so you can have a look at account

@O2 you really ought to know about #Neurodiversity your automated voice asking people to say in a few words what they are calling about totally EXCLUDES people on the #spectrum - visual processors. Best to give numbers for departments to include all types of customer. #inclusive

@O2 Well I said I am having problems with my 4g, you told me to follow the guide which told me to use the network checker, I showed you the results of the network checker and you said 4G isn’t about speeds. So what’s the point in telling me to use the network checker?

@O2 Hey - I have checked the guide. It’s not my device as it worked 100% better on a recent trip to France. It’s not the environment as this is something I experience everywhere (in Leicester, in Manchester, on trains, at festivals) - but your signal checker says I have good 4G.

@O2 are thieves charging me £351.43 for an early cancellation fee that I DID NOT ask for & have now taken me to debt collectors. I’ve been paying my contract every month so I’m not sure as to why they decided to cancel my contract early.

@O2 Hi @O2 yes it has been referred to credit file referrals over two weeks ago and no response. The check had issues because call handler tried it twice in short space of time. Have been told to try again but don’t want to damage score further. No response from anyone. Have sent DM

@O2 your signal is a joke. 5 places I have 4g and can't get anything to load. Wellingborough Kettering Markham vale Brackley I am sure there has been others but that's just today!!!
