Then an operative just decided it wouldn’t be applied as they couldn’t see it in the notes and so for months I’ve been stuck with a contract at a higher amount than agreed that I never would have gotten.

Can’t access my payment details on the app and the website just hangs and doesn’t load when I try to sign in. I need to change my payment details for my contracts.
