Jack Tempest (@Perranarworthal) reported from Falmouth, England@O2 hi, question. I want to do a number change. The online help says to ring customer services but customer services says it’s only dealing with lost/ stolen phones or cancellations/new business, and everything else is online. What would you recommend?
-
Sophie Sweatman (@sophsweet) reported from Falmouth, England@O2 you really ought to know about #Neurodiversity your automated voice asking people to say in a few words what they are calling about totally EXCLUDES people on the #spectrum - visual processors. Best to give numbers for departments to include all types of customer. #inclusive

Lisa-Marie (@BrownieLB_1) reported from St. Ives, EnglandO2 since when do your help desks cold call your clients about their accounts? I refuse to deal with anything when I’m contacted directly? 0330 303 5296 number has called me 4 times In 2 days #mobilephone @O2

Lisa-Marie (@BrownieLB_1) reported from St. Ives, England@O2 Thanks for getting back to me they knew my full name, and that I was the account holder that’s as far as they got before I put the phone down. I didn’t give any details at all. Can these people access my account? It is worrying
-
Matt (@matt_saunders_) reported from Marazion, England@cymraesydwi @tescomobile @O2 Tbh ate bloody terrible. Definitely a goodwill payment due whenever they get it resolved…! I mean leaving a woman stranded with no mobile phone is downright dangerous.
-
Sophie Sweatman (@sophsweet) reported from Falmouth, England@O2 As I said I never click any links. My question was, why isn't it picked up on the server as suspicious? Are there no algorithms to flag up links being sent in texts. This is already in my spam folder and reported so not sure how to forward it?
-
Sophie Sweatman (@sophsweet) reported from Falmouth, England@O2 the mobile signal is getting very unreliable and the call quality is terrible, with echoes, faintness and other interference. I find it hard to believe in 2021 a government can sabotage communications by reversing roaming. in a queue for a call centre when the line dropped

Sophie Sweatman (@sophsweet) reported from Falmouth, England@O2 spam reporting text service is buggy. Can't access message as in spam folder but it auto replies to ask for a reply with the name or number of the spam text. I reply with answer and just get same auto reply asking same question again. Forget a month later and the loop goes on
-
Matt (@matt_saunders_) reported from Marazion, England@cymraesydwi @tescomobile @O2 Never known it to be this bad for anyone. May want to escalate to the CEO or something? I mean it’s far beyond customer service now, this has become a safeguarding issue because you can’t just put your life on hold. Maybe grab a cheap pay as you go sim in the meantime?

-
Suzanne Shrewsbury (@susieshrew) reported@O2 appalled by your customer service. You left my daughter phone-less whilst travelling, all because your ineffective record-keeping could not provide her with the info that she needed for her insurance. You cost her a lot of money, & we never got to the bottom of the issue!!
-
Dr Yasemin Allsop MBE (@yallsop) reported@G99____ @O2 No, the customer care told me they had a security breach effected many accounts. I asked why did they not inform us, she couldn't answer. Then, she said she unlocked it and I should be able to access it in 3 days. The whole thing doesn't make sense. And I phoned their number not a fake one :)
-
Benedict Ratchford (@TheBenRatch) reported@O2 Coverage around Wigan awful. Lucky to even muster one bar nevermind internet. Struggling to make calls, texts not sending or being received late. Not just at home but around town too. Its shocking. Done all the troubleshooting and to be honest its been like it for years.
-
Tony Welsby (@tonywelsby) reported@Worly82 @O2 Was on O2 for a few years after leaving EE (after over 25 years) for ‘a deal’. Became terrible after the merger with Virgin. Thankfully was on a sim only rolling contract and managed to get out. Awful farmed out customer services.
-
Jason (@btc8500) reported@O2 Can you send me a certified genuine picture of your new O2 satellite system that you use with your network What would be even better is a certified picture of them in orbit around Earth
-
Siobhean 🖤 (@SiobheanG) reported@StevieDee710 @O2 Unless you're paying up a phone on a contract...(something I'd never do tbh) you should only be paying around a tenner a month...we're all usually £5/£12 a month each for our phones
-
MayRa (@MayRa02703866) reported@geek_gareth @TheGriftReport @O2 I’ve had recent calls claiming to be from O2 about a new SIM. I haven’t been an O2 customer for nearly 20 years.
