@O2 you really ought to know about #Neurodiversity your automated voice asking people to say in a few words what they are calling about totally EXCLUDES people on the #spectrum - visual processors. Best to give numbers for departments to include all types of customer. #inclusive

Just spend an hour with o2 on the blower trying to sort an iPhone 13 then the guy on the phone hung up coz I told him the line was bad i I couldn’t hear a question #******* now @O2 I’ll take my business elsewhere 🖕🏻

Hey @O2, please get someone to update me via my ongoing issue which is currently being dealt with via DM. Being without service since Friday morning really isn't on and genuinely can't believe it takes hours to reply to DM messages when I've responded within a minute every time

@O2 disgusting experience in store today when my father in law was dealing with customer services over a phone contract obtained by his son who has severe learning difficulties. O2 think it’s acceptable to tell him to go and get power of attorney before they will speak to him.
