    So @o2 priority has been down for 90 mins. And @Ticketmaster lets you queue for over an hour only to take you back to the previous screen. When will events stop allowing exclusive ticket access to vendors who can never ever provide the service?

    @O2 needs to issue a mass apology. They were bound to know the demand for this tour and should have been ready for it. Completely unfair that scalpers have these tickets and will now sell for thousands
