    @O2 hi, question. I want to do a number change. The online help says to ring customer services but customer services says it’s only dealing with lost/ stolen phones or cancellations/new business, and everything else is online. What would you recommend?

    @O2 you really ought to know about #Neurodiversity your automated voice asking people to say in a few words what they are calling about totally EXCLUDES people on the #spectrum - visual processors. Best to give numbers for departments to include all types of customer. #inclusive

    @O2 on January 14th i cancelled my contract with O2 and asked for PUK code, iv been unable to use any other sim as my phone needs to be unlocked and the code i keep getting doesnt work so im now waiting on a master code, i can msg you my details and so you can have a look at account

    @O2 upgraded daughters phone in November and was given all sorts of sales information and tarriffs. Not once did anyone from @O2 mention leader phone and member phone requirement for data sharing. Apparently I need to upgrade today to do this. Disgraceful customer service.

    @thelatexmallard @O2 Tried everything mate,3 different phone calls and assured it’s sorted every time,,then they ask me to DM them on here so I explain the problem and it’s obviously too much trouble for them so they ignore it,,,If it was about a new contract they would sort it straight away 😡😡😡

    @Fevtruckdriver @O2 I swapped to O2 and had some issues with number transfers! I called customer services pressed the option for emergency and the lady who dealt with me was bloody brilliant! don’t know if you’ve tried that yet?? 👍🤔🦆🦆🦆 The automated service is totally **** though! 😳

    @O2 7 and a half hours since I sent you a DM as instructed by YOU and you still ain’t replied to it,,😡😡😡 is it because it’s a problem and you don’t want to sort it??? Or simply because it won’t earn you money? Very poor

    @O2 No signal on my phone due too faulty sim . Not good when your a key worker and need your phone for work . 3 days wait for a replacement not good

    @O2 I've never had a problem with O2 and the partner network GiffGaff in 12 years of being with you both contract and pay & go. I'm verging on leaving now. I want to pay my handset off. That's all.
