@O2 on January 14th i cancelled my contract with O2 and asked for PUK code, iv been unable to use any other sim as my phone needs to be unlocked and the code i keep getting doesnt work so im now waiting on a master code, i can msg you my details and so you can have a look at account

Got a message from @O2 saying my bills are going up by the percentage rate of inflation (13.4%) plus another 3.9%. What the actual...? And yet nurses etc are bad for asking for inflation-equivalent rises?

@virginmedia @O2 Nooo I’m sick of them ! They had great joy in telling me I’m lumbered with them until 2024 with this **** service . So I will enjoy telling you both where to go then when my combined £90 will be going elsewhere . Customer service , SHITE !
