    Trying to get help from @O2 is a nightmare. My number porting should have been done on Thursday but hasn’t and can’t get hold of anyone to speak to!

    @EnglandRugby @O2 The 9 - 10 axis is the root of England's problem. JVP is not international standard. Doesn't scan the play & therefore, hesitatant in distribution. Smith can't tackle and doesn't function when on the back foot. Opposition targets Smith to get in the front foot = England scramble.

    @WillR_1807 @EnglandRugby @O2 Mitchell + Farrell for me. Ford/Smith same issue as both can't stand up to international forwards in the contact. I'm tired of watching England's defence continuously shuffling around the breakdown to compensate passive tackles. Farrell presents no soft option for the opposition.

    @O2 on January 14th i cancelled my contract with O2 and asked for PUK code, iv been unable to use any other sim as my phone needs to be unlocked and the code i keep getting doesnt work so im now waiting on a master code, i can msg you my details and so you can have a look at account

    How I wish what happened yesterday had never happened. My arm hurts so much, even though I’m so happy to see Ariana; my back hurts, my feet hurt, my whole body hurts because of the sick people who did this to me.     @o2 Now I am receiving threatening messages to say my account is going to be suspended, I owe additional charges and my credit rating will be affected. I am 6 days post partum and was v poorly giving birth having me rushed into hospital as an emergency. I do not need this.

    @O2 must be the worst network. People said 3 is bad. 3 is hundred times better compares to #O2. Travelled to Swansea for 3 days and didn’t manage to get any good signal half of the time. At one stage I was connected to Edge.

    Still more AI drivel from @o2 instead of actual customer service, I will not deal with AI to sort out a problem of your making, advertise goods how your prepared to sell them don't try and flimflam customers or you'll end up losing them like you have in our case.
