    @EnglandRugby @O2 The 9 - 10 axis is the root of England's problem. JVP is not international standard. Doesn't scan the play & therefore, hesitatant in distribution. Smith can't tackle and doesn't function when on the back foot. Opposition targets Smith to get in the front foot = England scramble.

    @O2 on January 14th i cancelled my contract with O2 and asked for PUK code, iv been unable to use any other sim as my phone needs to be unlocked and the code i keep getting doesnt work so im now waiting on a master code, i can msg you my details and so you can have a look at account

    Trying to get help from @O2 is a nightmare. My number porting should have been done on Thursday but hasn’t and can’t get hold of anyone to speak to!

    @O2 Your network and lack of customer service is appalling. I advised you 1 week after joining 02 I had poor network. Fobbed off with “mast issues” and now you are holding me to pay for a service you cannot provide!!

    @O2 pls sort out your network, it's the second time within a couple of weeks where my 3g isn't working, can't make or receive phone calls when out and about, very frustrating 😡 if I needed to ring someone in an emergency such as friends or family, it would be useless

    @O2 I am experiencing issues with your app - is it currently down? I tried to make a payment and also tried to contact an agent but it keeps freezing.

    @O2 absolutely shocking service last night. Been with you almost 20 years simple because your customer service was great. Can get much cheaper service elsewhere. Spoke to 2 different advisers yesterday both with terrible English!

    @O2 I cant fix your network, only you can. No signal at home, or all the way to my local major town, in the town, on the train to London. I have asked for you to cancel my contract but was told that I need to pay the full value until the end even though you cant provide the service

    @LutzSchueler how about sorting out customer services & networks problems it’s 2023 you should have at least 4g & full signal across the uk @o2 are so far behind other network’s providers

    @O2 6 hours on you chat service yesterday and fobbed off. No improvement or resolution to my complaint. Still can’t call you or anyone else!!!
