@O2 on January 14th i cancelled my contract with O2 and asked for PUK code, iv been unable to use any other sim as my phone needs to be unlocked and the code i keep getting doesnt work so im now waiting on a master code, i can msg you my details and so you can have a look at account

@virginmedia @TheBHF @O2 We've had terrible Internet for over 2 weeks now. It's either no Internet at all or it's so slow we may as well not have it. Trying to get in touch is a nightmare. Everytime we call we are told there is an intermittent fault in the area and to call back in 24 hours.

@O2 can’t believe how badly I’ve just been treated. Phoned to complain about network service and the o2 operator put the phone down on me. I wasn’t rude, just explained my frustration. She answered like she couldn’t be bothered, turns out she couldn’t be !! #badcustomerservice

@O2 Thanks for the reply. I hope to speak to someone with a resolution by C.O.P Wednesday. I upgraded because of this offer. Gift vouchers don't expire in 3-months unless that period is chosen. I need the voucher I was promised and I won't let it go. Be fair to your customers please
