  @O2 on January 14th i cancelled my contract with O2 and asked for PUK code, iv been unable to use any other sim as my phone needs to be unlocked and the code i keep getting doesnt work so im now waiting on a master code, i can msg you my details and so you can have a look at account

  @EnglandRugby @O2 The 9 - 10 axis is the root of England's problem. JVP is not international standard. Doesn't scan the play & therefore, hesitatant in distribution. Smith can't tackle and doesn't function when on the back foot. Opposition targets Smith to get in the front foot = England scramble.

  @WillR_1807 @EnglandRugby @O2 Mitchell + Farrell for me. Ford/Smith same issue as both can't stand up to international forwards in the contact. I'm tired of watching England's defence continuously shuffling around the breakdown to compensate passive tackles. Farrell presents no soft option for the opposition.

  @O2 are absolutely useless! Can't stress how cross I am with the lack of service and the stupid restrictions that prevent working people receiving parcels. Ended up cancelling my brand new tablet and potentially canceling a phone tomorrow if they can't get their act together!

  @O2 The signal in the town has always been iffy, but the last few months its been a complete joke, and the last 2 it's taken the biscuit. I've done all sorts, sim swaps, airplane mode and restarting phone. It's definitely down to the fact the service is awful/ getting worse.

  @O2 just sent me a notification that 5g was now available on my plan for free. That would be fantastic, the problem is I can barely get 4G and 3g is almost none existent at all here so i'd rather they gave me one of them first!

  @O2 so sending txt messages still not working... started Saturday and got informed by o2 this morning another 5 days???!!!
