@O2 on January 14th i cancelled my contract with O2 and asked for PUK code, iv been unable to use any other sim as my phone needs to be unlocked and the code i keep getting doesnt work so im now waiting on a master code, i can msg you my details and so you can have a look at account

Shame on you @O2 you treat your existing customers terribly & don’t resolve issues that you created & when challenged your customer service staff Chantal refuses to deal with it and pass it to your manager Yassin who disconnects the call when caught out telling lies.😤🙄😤😤😤😤

I'd like to congratulate @O2 and @SMARTYMobileUK on screwing up my 94 year old father's number porting from O2 to Smarty and leaving him with no service on his mobile at all. Due by 5pm yesterday and still no sign of being done. Great job. Pathetic 👏👏👏👏😡😡😡

@O2 absolutely disgusted that I am still with no service for 10 days now I have rang on 3 separate occasions to get sorted I even called In to an o2 store for them to help they gave me a new sim card with still no service I then ring o2 yesterday to be told nothing they can do.
