@O2 on January 14th i cancelled my contract with O2 and asked for PUK code, iv been unable to use any other sim as my phone needs to be unlocked and the code i keep getting doesnt work so im now waiting on a master code, i can msg you my details and so you can have a look at account

@o2 I’ve just called your customer service about a number port that hasn’t happened and after 10 mins on hold someone answered the phone saying “We are experiencing system issues, please call back in 24 hours” and immediately hung up.

@O2 Interesting to note that according to last year's annual report, @o2 invested around £750m in the network and still managed to rake in profits of £581m. Yet they absolutely need to raise their prices.

@O2 your service is terrible and I haven't even fully moved over from my current provider. Managed to move 2 sims across but struggling with two more. Keep getting a declined, then your customer service team call saying can see incomplete order but then cut me off !
