@O2 on January 14th i cancelled my contract with O2 and asked for PUK code, iv been unable to use any other sim as my phone needs to be unlocked and the code i keep getting doesnt work so im now waiting on a master code, i can msg you my details and so you can have a look at account

@O2 the phone signal in Portsmouth specifically Gunwharf quays is absolutely awful, says I’m on 4G but it may as well be emergency calls as you can’t use your phone at all

@O2 we went into Bristol and gave them a raft of postcodes across the uk apparently a lot if your masts are broken & have been for years.bristol 3g with little service,chepstow racecourse nothing north wales virtual nothing!In scotland faired a little better at home it dips all day

@VodafoneGroup @EE @O2 looking for a mobile provider that gives 4g coverage in the uk .My son is on weekly chemo 02 has given us the worse coverage & is failing epically when he has needed us we haven’t been to hand due to lack of service.even had to have landline .

@virginmedia Thank you. There has been intermittent issues all weekend into yesterday. It said it hopes to fix it 24hrs! Not sure if it coincides with @O2 upgrades in my area
