    Trying to get help from @O2 is a nightmare. My number porting should have been done on Thursday but hasn’t and can’t get hold of anyone to speak to!

    @O2 on January 14th i cancelled my contract with O2 and asked for PUK code, iv been unable to use any other sim as my phone needs to be unlocked and the code i keep getting doesnt work so im now waiting on a master code, i can msg you my details and so you can have a look at account

    Waiting outside one of your shops 2 people are there I was told I was next and the last customer left 15 mins ago , great customer service @O2

    @O2 Within the Alton Towers resort. There’s thousands upon thousands of people and inadequate bandwidth. They want everyone to use the app for maps and queue times but nobody’s data is working, despite showing signal. EE was at least functional.

    @O2 @canopyandstars When are you guys fixing the issue in Trowbridge. It’s been like Thai since Friday and I’m using o2 for WiFi. Now I’m screwed.

    Can not wait to finish this contact with @o2 pay near enough £80 a month for my 3G to never ever work. Always hotspotting - absolute jokers

    @O2 020 8133 8597 and no they didnt ask any of that, just confirm what my numbet ended in (which they obviously knew) said i didnt need to give over anything personal just kept saying i should receive two security texts, i never got any

    @O2 @canopyandstars Having literally one of the worst experiences with you @o2 - we upgraded our business contract in June and four weeks ago you noticed fraud had been committed on our account and locked us out of it. You have done absolutely nothing to rectify this or get our account reactivated.

    @O2 - I would like to make a complaint. I'm a victim of identify fraud and your fraud department have taken over 2.5 months to respond (I am still waiting!). @VodafoneUK and @tescomobile took 10 days to close the case from contacting them. What is taking so long to respond to me?
