    Trying to get help from @O2 is a nightmare. My number porting should have been done on Thursday but hasn’t and can’t get hold of anyone to speak to!

    @WillR_1807 @EnglandRugby @O2 Mitchell + Farrell for me. Ford/Smith same issue as both can't stand up to international forwards in the contact. I'm tired of watching England's defence continuously shuffling around the breakdown to compensate passive tackles. Farrell presents no soft option for the opposition.

    @EnglandRugby @O2 The 9 - 10 axis is the root of England's problem. JVP is not international standard. Doesn't scan the play & therefore, hesitatant in distribution. Smith can't tackle and doesn't function when on the back foot. Opposition targets Smith to get in the front foot = England scramble.

    @O2 on January 14th i cancelled my contract with O2 and asked for PUK code, iv been unable to use any other sim as my phone needs to be unlocked and the code i keep getting doesnt work so im now waiting on a master code, i can msg you my details and so you can have a look at account

    How I wish what happened yesterday had never happened. My arm hurts so much, even though I’m so happy to see Ariana; my back hurts, my feet hurt, my whole body hurts because of the sick people who did this to me.     @BluesnJazzxx @O2 I am experiencing exactly the same but @O2 obviously can't realise there is an issue and get IT onto it. I have just had an offshore tech team ringing me about it. I hung up. It would be a lot easier to have a tech team over here with the app in front of them.

    @O2 why is it taking over a month to sort out a issue with one of your masts you just keep sending out notifications saying update in seven days

    @O2 I’m IT literate. Have done all this countless times. Local O2 shop confirms that I have this issue. A common complaint in this area where they say the mast doesn’t work/is getting fixed, and/or whatever else. The problem is endemic and I feel that I am paying O2 for 0
