@O2 on January 14th i cancelled my contract with O2 and asked for PUK code, iv been unable to use any other sim as my phone needs to be unlocked and the code i keep getting doesnt work so im now waiting on a master code, i can msg you my details and so you can have a look at account

What the actual F is going on with o2’s 4G??? This has been going on for weeks now! Get it sorted! @O2 if this carry’s on then EE it is! Nobody ever seems to have issues on that network!

Such a shame that some customer services agents at @O2 bend over backwards and are more compassionate than the company they work for. I've had nothing but shoddy performance from this network from day 1. Your staff deserve more. Your services suck and your staff bare the brunt.

@O2 Despite even speaking with a customer rep on the phone, I told them what the issue was and they reassured me they would pass the message on and make sure your 'service' centre looks into it properly. Clearly, they can't read either?

4 attempts for my husband to get some sense out of @O2 this morning and midway through the call that seems to be going somewhere and they’ve cut off his service! Amazing! Bye bye O2! You really are the worst.

@O2 I've recently.awapped over to a 5G sim and now when not in 5G area I get practically bugger all signal reception!
