    @O2 on January 14th i cancelled my contract with O2 and asked for PUK code, iv been unable to use any other sim as my phone needs to be unlocked and the code i keep getting doesnt work so im now waiting on a master code, i can msg you my details and so you can have a look at account

    @O2 you really would save cost on your customer service team wages if when asked if they can beat a deal they said no rather than keeping me on the line trying to sell me a fabulous deal costing over £300 more.

    @CPWTweets @O2 Hi Sam. Thanks for your reply. Could it be the phone is already unlocked? It was bought on contract around 4 years ago, so I assumed it was. I can't check as my contract still with O2, but wanted to send the phone to a relative whose phone has broken.

    @O2 Basically you're banking on people getting the 'free' Disney + and then forgetting to cancel subscription. And you're just misleading people, when the last thing they need if choosing some 12-24 month contract, is the confusing mess you've deliberately engineered.

    @O2 thoroughly unimpressed with your o2 recycle service and now understand why you keep it at arms length. Had sent off my old handset. Now just noticed money taken back off my bill without communication or return of handset!

    Just moved to @O2 after years with @ThreeUK to improve network coverage in my home. Everything going well until you want to contact @O2 helpline. The automated service isn't fit for purpose. You say what your problem is and it tells you to look online, then cuts you off! Rubbish.

    @O2 my monthly contract recently ended so I asked to switch to pay as I wanted to keep my current number You guys sent me a new sim with a new number I rang up to swap numbers and they told me it’s done but It isn’t as I cannot receive calls or text on my old sim no more help!
