    @O2 on January 14th i cancelled my contract with O2 and asked for PUK code, iv been unable to use any other sim as my phone needs to be unlocked and the code i keep getting doesnt work so im now waiting on a master code, i can msg you my details and so you can have a look at account

    Trying to get help from @O2 is a nightmare. My number porting should have been done on Thursday but hasn’t and can’t get hold of anyone to speak to!

    @O2 I have been spent endless time on the phone and keep getting the call put down on me. I am trying to upgrade my contract and the customer service is absolutely horrendous. They do not understand why I want and each time they end up hanging up the phone! Please sort this out!

    @O2 This time I asked to get connected with a customer care manager and I was told within 24 hours I will get a call. I waited 24 hrs and called again requesting to speak to a customer care team they went through the same procedure and said i will get a call in 24 to 48 hours.

    @O2 hi I am in Ecuador and I have selected the 02 worldwide roaming but I can’t seem to get data. I tried to select 3G but it just says 4g or 5g al does that mean my phone isn’t comparable please? I am on the Clara network and can make and receive calls that’s it though.

    @O2 Hello, I am very very disappointed with O2 customer care team as fir the past 4 months I have to call them every time to fix my billing issue as I have a family discount on one of my mobile number. Which is still not resolved

    Do not use @O2 or their new #O2SwitchUp. Customer Service is terrible. Promised money back on three occasions and still waiting three weeks later. Manager callbacks not honoured on several occasions. Formal complaint raised for 2 weeks now, still nothing from them. @Ofcom
