    Trying to get help from @O2 is a nightmare. My number porting should have been done on Thursday but hasn’t and can’t get hold of anyone to speak to!

    @O2 on January 14th i cancelled my contract with O2 and asked for PUK code, iv been unable to use any other sim as my phone needs to be unlocked and the code i keep getting doesnt work so im now waiting on a master code, i can msg you my details and so you can have a look at account

    @O2 I'm on day 14 of my cooling off period and realised I want to cancel my pay monthly contract. My new sim (PAYG) will come in a few days and I can only use my PAC code then but o2 are telling me everything will terminate today and I have to use my PAC code today or lose my no?

    @O2 requested 3 times over phone again via email and live chat letter of 'Deadlock' ongoing issue for over 2 months. Live chat is 180min wait?? @TradeStandards @financialombuds

    @O2 I've been advised to turn phone on and off which I have then spent 30mins trying to troubleshoot it by checking sim resetting network whilst on phone didn't work so was told to just keep trying for 24 hours and assured it would work but still has message no service

    @O2 is by far the worst provider ever!!!! No phone for 6 days, no help from customer services, keep getting told different things off different people. Absolutely disgusting service !!

    @O2 I’m paying good money for my phone and services of unlimited data on my iPhone 11 Pro Max. The issue is I can’t connect to my data. 4g is non existent and 3G doesn’t connect. Been going on for weeks now.
