    @O2 on January 14th i cancelled my contract with O2 and asked for PUK code, iv been unable to use any other sim as my phone needs to be unlocked and the code i keep getting doesnt work so im now waiting on a master code, i can msg you my details and so you can have a look at account

    When @O2 promise your new phones will be with you by 12pm today, its now 11.14 and we've had NO confirmation to say its out for delivery. What's the point in paying £20 for delivery before 12pm? Poor service o2 #o2 #poorservice

    @andriusk @O2 @virginmedia Apparently O2 have other authorised agent companies selling their products that are using sales people without any regulations abusing their client base to commit fraud. Rogue Traders. BEWARE OF UNSOLICITED CALLS of “false O3 Customer Services”.

    @RMU1979 @EnglandRugby @O2 People fail to forget that Lawes has barely played second row for over the last four years, just because he has played there for a lot of his career doesn’t mean he wants to. 6 is his favoured position and will be until he retires

    Afternoon @O2. I have DM’d you but I landed in Turkey yesterday, turned my phone on twice to turn off my data and data roaming and can see I have been charged £45 😡 Can you explain this & cancel that?
