    @EnglandRugby @O2 The 9 - 10 axis is the root of England's problem. JVP is not international standard. Doesn't scan the play & therefore, hesitatant in distribution. Smith can't tackle and doesn't function when on the back foot. Opposition targets Smith to get in the front foot = England scramble.

    @O2 on January 14th i cancelled my contract with O2 and asked for PUK code, iv been unable to use any other sim as my phone needs to be unlocked and the code i keep getting doesnt work so im now waiting on a master code, i can msg you my details and so you can have a look at account

    @WillR_1807 @EnglandRugby @O2 Mitchell + Farrell for me. Ford/Smith same issue as both can't stand up to international forwards in the contact. I'm tired of watching England's defence continuously shuffling around the breakdown to compensate passive tackles. Farrell presents no soft option for the opposition.

    @O2 The problem was reported on day one when the sim card was received - one month later still fighting the brokers and network to cancel the contract given no signal. Anyone at O2 want to try and help us out without directing me to another social media site ?

    @O2 I’ve been trying to cancel my insurance for a couple days now. The phone line cuts out on me once it’s established it’s not about fraud and the live chat always has a message saying no agents are available. Where should I go to resolve this?

    @O2 stop hanging up on me when I call your customer service. It’s not my fault that I can’t hear you and I’m not waiting in a queue again. So incredibly rude.

    @O2 your customer service is shambolic, I have been charged over £700 for cancelling my contract within 14 days and after speaking to over 8 advisors still can’t seem to get my money back, Keenan, Ziyande, Julie, Stephen, all absolutely shocking customer service skills

    Ladies and gentlemen do not go with @O2 - they tell you if you have an issue to Dm their twitter suprise suprise they do not respond, ring O2 up and advisor hangs up on me as I want to speak to complaints or a manager @TheFCA can you help? This is a joke

    @O2 I run a charity feeding people in need and last month we ordered 4 phones for our staff on contract with O2. Three perfect no problem and delighted - but mine has no signal other than through wifi although this is not yet working well.
