@EnglandRugby @O2 The 9 - 10 axis is the root of England's problem. JVP is not international standard. Doesn't scan the play & therefore, hesitatant in distribution. Smith can't tackle and doesn't function when on the back foot. Opposition targets Smith to get in the front foot = England scramble.

@O2 on January 14th i cancelled my contract with O2 and asked for PUK code, iv been unable to use any other sim as my phone needs to be unlocked and the code i keep getting doesnt work so im now waiting on a master code, i can msg you my details and so you can have a look at account

@Google @Samsung @o2 (2/2) When this happened before, I pressed Illusionsoft Inc. for a fix, and worked with them to this end. However, it was a firmware update that eventually resolved the issue. I am expecting the same solution here (since the symptoms are the same). PLEASE?

@O2 I really hope so as I also called yesterday. The number switch should of taken minutes I was told , I’ve been very messed around by @O2 and it’s really not acceptable, I will be putting in a complaint about the service.

Hey @O2 - trying to get support, but my call quality is so awful I can’t call and every time I try the chat feature it just says you’re too busy to speak to me! Rubbish customer experience. Need to get you to enable WiFi calling on my account because you won’t fix the local mast!

@O2 another few days without a working mobile because you can’t get any issue sorted. My phone was delivered last Saturday. I haven’t had a working mobile for I’ve a week now. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER. But I bet you’ll still process my bill without glitch!
