    @O2 on January 14th i cancelled my contract with O2 and asked for PUK code, iv been unable to use any other sim as my phone needs to be unlocked and the code i keep getting doesnt work so im now waiting on a master code, i can msg you my details and so you can have a look at account

    @o2 absolutely shocking customer service... overcharged on bill by nearly £1800 and been trying to get money back. O2 have admitted error but to date have been unable to get refund. Another 45 mins on phone today and still cannot tell me when money is coming back.

    Been left without a working sim card for 48 hours, unable to leave the house with my infant son in case of an emergency, @o2 decided to ignore me yesterday and it is still not resolved.

    @O2 thanks for ruining my Saturday morning. Spent in total 5inutes on hold then finally got through they transferred me three times. All I wanted to do was to pay £15 off. There’s no way of doing on line so I had to phone. The Worst customer service I have ever experienced

    @MoneySavingExp @O2 signed up to an O2 Mobile Sim Only deal via MoneySavingExpert only to be refused based on a credit check. My credit score was 912 out of 1000 never having a completely clean record. Now I’ve missed the deal. Are these deals fake? It’s a joke.

    @O2 my wife after 4 days has no service on contract taken out with you where brought number with her. Call centre seem to insist on getting information which she cannot give because her phone does not work. Unimpressive to put it no higher.
