@O2 on January 14th i cancelled my contract with O2 and asked for PUK code, iv been unable to use any other sim as my phone needs to be unlocked and the code i keep getting doesnt work so im now waiting on a master code, i can msg you my details and so you can have a look at account

@HubNutVids Are you with @O2 by any chance? I’ve been told by them that I have to put up with their poor service until they manage to get round (on an unspecified date/year/century) to increase the bandwidth to allow more than a handful of people to use the network at the same time.

@jennifer268716 @O2 Amazing how the sales customer service guys can do callbacks, but when you need to resolve an issue with a manager it takes them days to ring you back! Currently on day 5….once they have your money comes to mind…..

@O2 WHY am I still waiting to hear from your fraud team from 31/08/21 after calling and being told I’ve been made a priority?? You’ve taken over £100 from me and don’t seem to be willing to rectify this problem!!!!
