@O2 telephone customer service is definitely by far the worse customer service, completely waste of time! Cut off three times for just a simple task and all failed miserably.

@O2 Joined 11/05, told I have to pick my O2 benefit in 28 days but my account still isn’t active. Called in but tech had to escalate, no return call. Complained and I get a reply every 5-7 days to find out it still doesn’t work. Waste of time moving to O2. Garbage.

@O2 hello, I've been chasing a refund from o2 , but every time I call o2 to send me a confirmation email, they all lie and say we will send it but never send, instead put the phone down! Thieves

@o2 I'm trying to recycle my old phone using the £300 Xperia 1 IV offer. When I enter in my order number in the format 'ms-xxxxxxxx' I'm getting the message 'Voucher code not valid' I've tried just the numbers but that doesn't work either. Any help appreciated, thanks!
