    @O2 again us people in the PL23 postcode are abandoned to having no service. Your general “known issue at busy periods” is now wafer thin. For 6 months now, we will have no service. It’s stinks and I’m fed up with it. Sort it out or I’m off. For 3 years you’ve told us the same BS

    @O2 Ok. Still never realised I needed to give you 30 days notice even when my contract had ended. I assumed it just ended- unless renewed. Which I have done for over 20 years now! I guess I should have read more closely.

    @O2 Thank you but I don't expect money for it as it's broken, can't turn it on and we want to get rid in an environmental way. We found it on a litter pick, nobody's claimed it.

    @O2 I just did it and still not working! I did that rebooting everyday and still does not work. Every time I called the help centre, staff said give 24 hours sim should be working. Now it is 96 hours, nothing works. Officially sent written complaint to 02 last night too.

    @Sam13346163 @virginmedia @O2 I haven't bothered ringing customer service as their website showed there is a fault, was really hoping it would be fixed now as have no TV, Prime or even Netflix because no Internet. We're stuck in the house too as my hubby has Covid 🙈

    @O2 @Ofcom Talking about this subject. Sent my phone to 02 recycle. Said 260. Expected something close. Offered 50. They said my camera phone was broken. It was not. They sent it back and working ok. Is this allowed ?

    @O2 I have upgraded my phone 3 weeks ago with o2. Phone was sent out for delivery with #Dhl only for me to be waiting all day for #Dhl to reschedule for another day 5 times. I had no choice but to call o2 for the 10th time I cancel my order and reorders new phone

    @MartinSLewis I bought a PAYG SIM card from @O2 yesterday with £15.00 credit as emergency phone in car. "Number not recognised on network." @O2 customer service don't reply. I wondered if they might respond if I included your name here. #O2useless
