    @O2 I was driving through town and I was on the phone (Handsfree of course😉) and it kept dropping out and then used it at home and nothing would work, connected to WiFi and it worked fine I’ve done everything on that list and still not working...

    @O2 No, I haven't - which is awful as a Welsh woman. But he might not tour after this so not taking any chances! I wish I could meet him😂 bet his band will be phenomenal!

    @O2 I understand that carriages speed and materials do not help, but repeaters in tunnels sure would to avoid disruptions especially as they can particularly nasty to a laptop when the phone or the train is the hotspot as that side of the connection never goes down just the gateway’s

    Hi @O2 I’d like to sort out my signal issues before I fully commit to o2 for another 2 years. I’m having odd issues with my data, and network coverage at home & out & about. I’m using a Samsung Galaxy A50. I have noticed something odd, while trialling sky mobile I’m the same

    @O2 ordered a phone & contract for next day delivery. Waited in all day patiently for it to arrive, no dispatch mail. Rang customer services. Transferred all over the place. Not been sent. Not a great start.

    Same old crap from @O2 you tweet about there appalling customer service, they DM straight away asking what’s wrong to be told the complaint I thought I logged Friday hadn’t even been logged😡😡 answering half the questions I raised & try fob me off with £30!! Doubt it FCA it is

    @O2 @kingzerno This has gotten worse over the last few weeks but croydons 4g reception has been shocking for at least a year! It's getting worse and worse. Seems to be as buildings go up, the reception goes down

    When I renew, @virginmedia offer free AirPods with some plans and @O2 do the same! So much for customer loyalty, they just want more and more money! 🤬
