@O2 there has been an issue with the phone mast that serves my home address since the 1st of June, I can't always text messages or phonecalls or ever use data while I'm at home. I have just received another text to say it is out of action until at least the 29th June.

@o2 Hello. I had an email recently saying the problem with signal in my area has been fixed. But it hasn’t. I still can’t access any 4G data or phone signal in my house and it’s been months!

Five iPhones and one iPad all tested at my house yesterday on @O2 , little or no signal. @O2 claim it’s my sim or my phone. Unable to make calls unless I use WiFi call which isn’t a fix. Anyone else struggling around Manchester area?

@bt_uk not saying your internet is useless but a download over WiFi 44 minutes. Using mobile data through @O2 10 minutes…. Another 25 hours down to 10…. Thank god for O2!!!

@O2 first raised a complaint 15th April. Cancelled direct debits for 2 mobiles. Went to considerable effort to end contracts with dozens of messages, phone calls and a letter to O2. Yet you are still trying to bill me and congratulated me on my new deal! Please make it stop.
