@O2 I submitted a complaint on the 24th March and reicevr and mail saying I'd get a response in 7 days. It's now been a full month and I haven't heard anything. Appreciate sometimes it is busy, but what is your current response time?

@tacjets @O2 The first thing I did was check the service and it said everything was fine so but there is 3 of us and none of our phones are connecting, must be a problem somewhere Hopefully it will be a quick fix

@O2 Hi yes both of us tried manually selecting networks. It hasn't worked unfortunately - our signal bars on our phones (S21 ultras) do not show the small "R" for roaming - last 3 days in France it showed the "R" our roaming is 100% turned on - like I said last 3hrs stopped working.

@O2 mobile service is down in Spain. It went down here approx 1 hour ago. I’ve reset and checked all mobile network settings. It won’t connect manually or automatically to any Spanish network here!
