@O2 ...in my 8 years as your customer, the time one spends whilst their 'call is in a queue' has been progressively getting longer. I tried calling over the weekend and got tired after being in a queue for 2 hours. This morning, i also got tired after being in a queue for 2 hours

@O2 What?? "fault free service"? you had two masts providing O2 coverage, you now have ZERO masts providing coverage...thats a TOTAL lack of service not a fault free service..poor response to be honest
