    @therealmissjo have them all in own town now. Problem is @o2 reception is bloody awful meaning you cannot access the app until you walk to a shop with wifi, running the risk of getting a ticket...

    2hrs 20mins on @O2 live chat this morning just to change a sim plan!! Shocking! Wish I had the confidence to have rung instead. Took the person over 5+mins most times to reply to msgs. Never used to take more than half hr to live chat & swap plans 🙄

    @O2 @virginmedia a customer of both of you but everytime I try and login to pay my O2 phone bill it takes me to a virgin sign in page which I do, it then sends a security link which I click and then it takes me back to the beginning where the whole thing starts again over! #help

    @O2 hi, I was on the phone with an advisor this AM for 25min and then got cut off, nothing is solved after days of trying to contact you and visiting a store even. AI assistant keeps telling me to use app when I can't log in. I need a data bolt on added and to log a complaint pls

    So despite paying the £2 day roam fee to @ThreeUK they then charge me £40 for 14gb of data and think this is OK....time to move to @O2 or @EE i think #shameful #poor

    @O2 still waiting on our fraud case….. twice promised of a call back within 48hrs, that’s been and gone. @O2 not essential for living. @O2 needed like a hole in the head. Appalling customer service.
