    @O2 again us people in the PL23 postcode are abandoned to having no service. Your general “known issue at busy periods” is now wafer thin. For 6 months now, we will have no service. It’s stinks and I’m fed up with it. Sort it out or I’m off. For 3 years you’ve told us the same BS

    @O2 Ok. Still never realised I needed to give you 30 days notice even when my contract had ended. I assumed it just ended- unless renewed. Which I have done for over 20 years now! I guess I should have read more closely.

    Dear @O2 please do some QC on your telephone service team on 08009777337. Almost completely unintelligible. Singaporean{?) accent so thick it needed many, many repetitions. "Thankyousomuchforthat" after my every answer extremely irritating. v frustrating

    So, after more than ONE WEEK waiting for my promised call back from @O2 i am still waiting for you to resolve my serious complaint. Your customer service is frankly appalling. Call me back this week without fail!!!

    @BlueChefCTID @O2 @1903bw Naff all service anywhere - struggled to use my phone for anything around Brighton yesterday, but same everywhere in the UK really. Leaving again the minute my 'contract' ends!!!

    @O2 a week on after complaining and my complaint marked as resolved I still can not phone customer care on any of the numbers and you are now telling me I have used all of my unlimited data plan is less than 3 days 🤬🤬🤬
