    @O2 again us people in the PL23 postcode are abandoned to having no service. Your general “known issue at busy periods” is now wafer thin. For 6 months now, we will have no service. It’s stinks and I’m fed up with it. Sort it out or I’m off. For 3 years you’ve told us the same BS

    @O2 Ok. Still never realised I needed to give you 30 days notice even when my contract had ended. I assumed it just ended- unless renewed. Which I have done for over 20 years now! I guess I should have read more closely.

    @O2 How’s that possible when your app/site have been down all day, and still are… worst experience ever to get some tickets, especially seeing as I’ve been online trying since 9.20am…! Guess all the scalpers/bots got the tickets so they can be re-sold at some ridiculous price 🙄

    @ChristinaH1824 @O2 Argh yes, I think they've admitted defeat & took it down for maintenance... From what I've seen, it defo works better on the web browser (using Google), it will always tell you there's been a problem after you use your code to get in, ignore & easier for London 02.🤞For you.

    @katie_louise_b @O2 Do it! Left last year - wish I’d done it sooner. EE are far better for service and call quality

    @katie_louise_b @O2 I switched recently to O2 from EE due to O2 being cheaper and better data packages at the time. All I can say is I see why EE charge more. Far more reliable service.

    @andyw83 @ChrisBurgess72 @O2 Yes-appears they've taken it proper down now, overnight I suspect... Go through web browser not app, as above, ignore when you when you enter code & says a problem, there isn't-always tells me that, click to tickets... Not helpful for you in pool but London 02 seem easier to get.
