@O2 Yes. I did that straight away. The Daily Mail became involved and The fraud team immediately resolved the issue. So all’s well that ends well.

Dear @O2 how can it be the year 2022 and I can’t have a phone call last more than 60 seconds without my signal dropping out? Doesn’t matter where I am in the country, I’d get better signal on Neptune. You’re responsible for my high blood pressure! Complete shambles. 🚮

@O2 Seems there is work going on with the network - seeing as it's within a 2 mile radius of my home, would have been good to have been notified as it's affected my work this morning!
