    @O2 2. And it's been going on for days! Had txts a little while ago telling me work going on to improve the signal in my area is being carried out! But it's worse! And when you've got a loved ones funeral to arrange it's quite frankly beyond stressful when calls etc aren't

    @Tankslider @O2 'Oh dear James - please DM us so we can appear to be doing something whilst just ignoring you all over again'. Can never get my head round the fact that there are people who actually think like that. What if a member of their family rang up - would they **** on them as well ?

    So after 52minutes the hold music stopped and I was left with silence until I had to hang up because clearly nobody was answering my call @O2 not doing yourselves any favours for when my contract comes up later this year

    @O2 why do you make it all so difficult ! Just switched to o2 and it’s a becoming a nightmare. No customer service available at all, really disappointed.

    @O2 My partner called today and the insurance team weren't much help but I have now been emailed a claims form though along with an email from them saying they've been waiting for us to contact! (Unsure if it's automated) but this isn't good enough. I will be emailing a complaint in.
