@O2 Ok. Still never realised I needed to give you 30 days notice even when my contract had ended. I assumed it just ended- unless renewed. Which I have done for over 20 years now! I guess I should have read more closely.

@BBCBreaking @O2 are forcing SICK customers, out of their homes, after agreeing to defer payments, while their customers are ill, but THEN cutting their phones off!! During a pandemic?!! Their customer services will NOT help!!

@O2 I am more amused at the fact that i cant apply an NHS O2 open discount on my Iphone 12 pro. I am really disliking the way o2 mislead and treat customers! Especially those that are loyal + key workers. Shame on you🤮
