Why has @O2’s internet connection been so bad lately, 4g non existent which is apparently suppose to run things faster my 3g connection is running quicker and even that’s shocking most times getting frustrating

@O2 very disappointed that had no signal or data at Fairford for the last week. I was told that O2 refused to put extra support in the area due to the air tattoo which is what normally happens. EE provided this for their customers so not sure why you didn’t? Time to change to EE

@O2 I've to cancle my direct debit but terrified to do that in case you try and take the money and ruin my credit rating. I'm scared you take my money or ruin my rating. It's a horrible predicament to be in and I don't trust its going to get sorted. My sons no. Is working again

@O2 has cocked up my new upgrade! It's been nearly 48hrs trying to get an issue fixed as I cannot make/receive calls! Spoken to customer services 4 times, been into store & still no luck!! Wouldn't recommend as they clearly don't have a clue what's going on in their own company!!

@O2 I just rang 202 to get help adding a bolt on. After a chat I said ‘dw I’ll add it myself’, get off the phone he’s added one I didn’t want… called back and someone else told me ‘tough’ I have to pay for it…

@o2 Help! I’m in Europe on Wi-Fi trying to turn my roaming back on but it’s not working. I think it’s because I placed a zero spending cap. Tried to log in to help but it keeps sending me texts to log in. Which I’m not getting as I’m on Wi-Fi!!! Help!

@O2 sim swapped over 24 hrs ago and still still have zero network recognition,it briefly allowed text but now its saying no network. No messages from yourself saying there is an issue. After upgrading can you help as I am a carer and rely on my phone.
