    @O2 Ok. Still never realised I needed to give you 30 days notice even when my contract had ended. I assumed it just ended- unless renewed. Which I have done for over 20 years now! I guess I should have read more closely.

    @O2 again us people in the PL23 postcode are abandoned to having no service. Your general “known issue at busy periods” is now wafer thin. For 6 months now, we will have no service. It’s stinks and I’m fed up with it. Sort it out or I’m off. For 3 years you’ve told us the same BS

    @O2 @miss_steele89 Sadly been with O2 for years and since the merger is terrible anywhere you go now, don’t get me started on the amount of scammers who seem to have O2 client details either as that’s now beyond a joke. Phone calls constantly.

    @O2 I have been trying to get through I broke my phone and bought a new one I out in my o2 SIM card and I can’t receive text messages hence can authenticate my payments apps I need urgent help
