@O2 Ok. Still never realised I needed to give you 30 days notice even when my contract had ended. I assumed it just ended- unless renewed. Which I have done for over 20 years now! I guess I should have read more closely.

@O2 again us people in the PL23 postcode are abandoned to having no service. Your general “known issue at busy periods” is now wafer thin. For 6 months now, we will have no service. It’s stinks and I’m fed up with it. Sort it out or I’m off. For 3 years you’ve told us the same BS

@O2 I'm not having the issue, you are. Only reason I'm with o2 is for the free weekly cafe Nero drink, now it's being cut to one a month. Been holding out with o2 just because or this, because the service you offer in my city centre is atrocious. Says 4g but loads like 1G.

@virginmedia @O2 The installation has been done but my complaint is I was charged prior to installation and I called customer care to complain. No response to that. I can't access my account on the app even with my password
