@O2 again us people in the PL23 postcode are abandoned to having no service. Your general “known issue at busy periods” is now wafer thin. For 6 months now, we will have no service. It’s stinks and I’m fed up with it. Sort it out or I’m off. For 3 years you’ve told us the same BS

@DEBORAH19763708 @O2 Why would I need a cyber security expert to access my own account? I just need to speak to someone @02 which is impossible as I can't find a number to call on their website as everything is just circular links demandning I log in, which is their lack of customer service.

@O2 Hi. What’s going on with the 4G coverage in Newquay please? It’s so bad even though my phone says I have full 4G I can barely make a phone call, let alone browse. It’s all over Newquay too. It used to be bad in some spots, now it’s bad all the time.
