@O2 Ok. Still never realised I needed to give you 30 days notice even when my contract had ended. I assumed it just ended- unless renewed. Which I have done for over 20 years now! I guess I should have read more closely.

@782elaine @O2 Tag your compliant with tags BBCWatchdog, WhichUK, Ofcom, Martin Lewis tags. I been waiting 10 months plus for the mast in my area to be fixed. Network is totally appalling all over the place. Need to get this known

@O2 @RajaAslam21 DO NOT JOIN THIS NETWORK. OTHERWISE YOU WILL NEED TAKE DAYS OFF TO DEAL WITH CUSTOMER SERVICES OR DO ANYRGING OVER THE PHONE AS THEIR WORK ID APPALLING, EVEN WORSE THAT 3 AND THAT SAYS A LOT
