    Its been 4 days since half of my postcode is without power, I am fortunately one of the lucky ones with power but what's the craic @Northpowergrid ? I'm just glad that the only inconvenience I have is that my @O2 signal is patchy as the mast is without power.

    @O2 Don’t bother I phoned instead and paid using auto payment line - they knew how much I had to pay - why couldn’t the app? Are there security issues your customers need to know about ?
