What started as really bad customer service from @o2 one hour ago has turned into good service from the 3rd and 4th person I’ve spoke too, Aaron and Tomass (Sorry if spelt incorrectly) were very helpful and the situation is out of the hands and they were apologetic

@O2 day three of no calls, or data in my area. Your status page says "Sorry, a phone mast close to you isn't working. To fix the mast, we need to get into the site. We’re talking to the landlord and will enter as soon as we can. " Seriously? how bad is this!

@O2 It wasn’t a nice experience! I’ve been trying to pay my bill for a few days (I’ve since found out o2 have a technical issue), quite frankly ‘Sheila’ shouldn’t be answering the phone to customers with her bad attitude & constant interrupting. An unhappy customer (..of 20 years!)👎

@O2 I tried to contact your Fraud Team, but no response at all, now it's been over two weeks. I've been victim of identity fraud and without your help I cannot close the case with Equifax.
