@O2 Worst company. Still chasing me for money after I lost my business and my employees lost their jobs due to fallout from the pandemic. No shame, refusing to close our account despite the fact we have stopped trading. Shameful

@O2 That doesn't address what I wrote though. It's a trend to put prices up even when companies are doing well. I don't know how well O2 are doing. You aren't exactly encouraging me not to go elsewhere, where I'll get a cheaper deal as a new customer. Anyway, have a nice day.

Unbelievable that @O2 thinks it's ok to increase price by 13 % when the service is so bad. No reception in central Bristol. I have to be on WiFi as soon as I can or I can't do anything with my phone... I miss you @bt_uk can I come back?

@O2 … social media team trying to look relevant and trendy by latching on to a popular show release. Our customer service is still terrible, so are our business ethics and prices. But we know what’s steaming on Disney plus!
