    Right @o2, I’ve been a loyal customer for years. But that loyalty doesn’t stretch to you handcuffing me! I choose a new phone from @MPD_Online & you CANCEL the order. Won’t allow it on your network with my account. That’s anti-free trade. Certainly immoral.

    Anybody else struggle with @O2 signal ? Regular in or around city centres and reception for internet is rubbish, always failure to load or forever to get messages page cannot load. Pay too much for shoddy service, think I’m gonna buy myself out and go elsewhere.

    The amount of calls I've received from " @O2 " this week alone have been awful! Every 20 minites different calls from different people and they're so rude when I explain I haven't been an O2 customer in years...

    Not very happy with my local Gregg this morning, we have redeemed 2 x o2 codes for 2 x large mocha. Only to be told system down sorry we can't honour your code. Shop refused to honour #howisitourfault @O2 @GreggsOfficial

    So I joined O2 in December, “CONTRACT” says a price for 12 months . 4 months in the price increase is announced 😡 how is that a contract? on top of this the coverage in Coulsdon, Croydon , Tottenham is utter garbage. Useless really. Just let me cancel !!!! @O2

    So fed up with @o2 and having such poor network coverage / signal. Been ongoing for a year. Remind me again why we are paying over £100 a month across our family contracts?! And that’s not to mention issues I’ve had with billing. Very unlikely we’ll be renewing.
