@O2 Ok. Still never realised I needed to give you 30 days notice even when my contract had ended. I assumed it just ended- unless renewed. Which I have done for over 20 years now! I guess I should have read more closely.

Never have I been more stressed - I’ve been with @O2 19 years and yet they always seem to mess up! I paid for a phone outright only for them to mess up my order so I had to call my bank to try and get their pending funds refunded back to me
