For 6 months now, we will have no service. It’s stinks and I’m fed up with it. Sort it out or I’m off. For 3 years you’ve told us the same BS

Take That, Clouds (@TakeThatClouds) reported@O2 Apparently to transfer your eSIM from a phone that doesn't work to a new phone you can also get your new phone and place it next to the phone that doesn't work. But make sure the phone that doesn't work is switched on and Bluetooth is on.

So they just plod along, counting numbers, with little to offer. Also, there is no such thing as, "An independent watchdog/official body" - they are in each other's pockets.
