    @O2 Ok. Still never realised I needed to give you 30 days notice even when my contract had ended. I assumed it just ended- unless renewed. Which I have done for over 20 years now! I guess I should have read more closely.

    @O2 again us people in the PL23 postcode are abandoned to having no service. Your general “known issue at busy periods” is now wafer thin. For 6 months now, we will have no service. It’s stinks and I’m fed up with it. Sort it out or I’m off. For 3 years you’ve told us the same BS

    @O2 So there is a nationwide problem of poor signal strength then? It’s literally everywhere I’ve been this week from Hastings to London to Edinburgh. It can’t go on. I will be looking at other options this weekend after 35 years with you.

    @altrinchamhq @O2 Get a second sim with talkmobile (Vodafone and 3 mobile) I'm on that and BT (EE). Still have the odd issue but gives you more chance of coverage.

    @daviddunninguk @O2 No signal in much of Beverley. Poor in parts of central Hull and I’m on 2 bars of signal in Barton-upon-Humber. I’ve been with them since they were Cellnet when O2 was just dioxygen.

    @O2 I have an existing contract with you.I want to purchase a phone for an O2 SIM given to me by an O2 store.Your online system will not take my payment (funds are there, authorised in app).Your customer service can't find the phone I've picked.noone can take my money apparently
