@virginmedia @O2 Signal normal drops out due to signals from other routers would and can cloud your signal. The intelligent WiFi of the HUB 3.0 will switch between 2.4ghz and 5ghz wnd there is where you will experience the drop connection. My recommendation is a pin hole reset. 👍

@virginmedia @O2 This company is disorganised, calls are transferred between Indian call centres who haven’t got clue what is going on,appalling costumer service.

So the email has arrived announcing that @O2 and @virginmedia have joined forces, why am I not impressed? Well O2 couldn’t get my phone set up properly when I joined and Virgin Media have just replied to a complaint I raised last year. This merger doesn’t fill me with confidence.

@RichieH37745130 @virginmedia @O2 I have done that already which makes it better. But my calls still drop out a lot! I have virgin media internet too which goes down quite a bit in my area, but we are limited for other providers

@O2 Hi can you tell me what the rate is for calling an 00800 number from the UK on your network?

@s_onward @O2 @virginmedia I’m sorry to hear that!! Personally I find VM customer service absolutely shocking but I’ve always found o2 very helpful. I just hope this merge doesn’t change things. 🤞🏼 the problem is this merge will all be about money and not us the customers.

@snippetsofem @virginmedia @O2 Depending on your mobile, why not activate WiFi calling on your device where you can make calls through your virgin media router. Such google for you device and add WiFi calling and go from there to get signal.

@snippetsofem @virginmedia @O2 Okay I would sugguest is login to the router and change the channel of the 2.4ghz and 5ghz. There is app called WiFi analyser. It will scan networks (access points) around you. Other routers on the same channel the app will show you your best channel to be on. Trust me it works

@O2 I am absolutely shocked by your customer service today! I have been with you for over 10 years and 3 different service agents have either hung on me or transferred me to a different department that has nothing to do with my query. Your customer care was always top notch!?!

@O2 @virginmedia As soon as my contract is up then I’ll be leaving. You’ve made pals with the company with the worst customer service. I left them for that reason. I’ll be saying cheerio to you now too. Time to shop around!
