@O2 Well as I’m not actually receiving the service I’m paying for, I think I should be allowed to leave without paying the remaining contract. At the very least I should not have to pay anything until it’s sorted. No?

@O2 can anyone explain why the O2 signal in the S44 area has deteriorated so much over the last year? Grateful for WiFi calling, otherwise my phone would be useless at home. 6 months to contract change and decisions to be made! Same issue on work iPhone so definitely the network.

That is it!!! I am leaving O2!!!! My Internet signal doesn't even exist these days!! Even in the city I can't get 5 or 4g constantly saying "h" no signal!?!!? @o2

@O2 Yeh, something went wrong when I used PayPal and the order was never confirmed. Now when I try to use the code it tells me it's already been redeemed. 😥

@1975craigb @O2 Wtf? I'm trying to log into my @O2 account but I'm told the password is INCORRECT so I have to reset my password😠. When I try to reste it, the system tells me 'I cannot use my current password' - which shows that the password I'm trying to log in with is CORRECT🤬

@O2 do you know when the phone mast in HU11 4 is likely to be resolved 4 weeks without a mobile signal is great, thankfully got WiFi calling but not ideal
