@O2 Existing customer of quite a number of years! Have seen a Three offer which I’d like clarification of price matching (or beating) from O2. I’d rather stay but also have no problem switching.

@O2 Like I was saying, that option isn't available to me on myo2. Your customer care won't take the details and I don't have the option to do it via the app or online. How am I supposed to pay you after my current card expires?

@virginmedia @O2 recently upgraded my package and since I have, my phone signal and internet quality is awful compared to the old sim…. Why? You are supposed to have a huge network but everywhere I go with work I’m lucky if I’m getting 3G let alone the 5G I should be
