    @O2 again us people in the PL23 postcode are abandoned to having no service. Your general “known issue at busy periods” is now wafer thin. For 6 months now, we will have no service. It’s stinks and I’m fed up with it. Sort it out or I’m off. For 3 years you’ve told us the same BS

    @O2 Ok. Still never realised I needed to give you 30 days notice even when my contract had ended. I assumed it just ended- unless renewed. Which I have done for over 20 years now! I guess I should have read more closely.

    @GBYGC744 @ThreeUK @O2 For me I have the same with 3 but it shows O2 as full coverage. I’ll be honest I’ve been with all the major companies at one time or another and I’ve found them all equally awful but in different ways! 🙄

    @dannimac25 @O2 I moved from Virgin mobile to O2 because Virgin Mobile was awful for signal. O2 was brilliant. Went abroad and everything with no problems… then, Virgin bought O2 and ever since, I’ve had no end of problems with signal and performance.

    @O2 Ordered a phone on 9th the order was cancelled and still not received refund absolutely shocking I have been with you for a long time but this service is not good enough

    I want to ring my son today to wish him a happy birthday. Trouble is I'm on @O2 so can't use my mobile network and I have a @Google pixel 6 pro, so WiFi calling doest work either. I get a bonus next year, going to go on holiday so I can use my phone!

    @O2 Hi! I ordered a new SIM only deal on the 24th November but nothing has been delivered yet and I can't access any help through O2 app as I don't yet have a registered account because I don't have a number with you because no SIM. Can someone help please?
