    Just ridiculous that in 2021 I can’t get 4G where I work (Dorchester), or 4G where I live (Weymouth) - both urban areas and it’s not just a one off but it’s poor all the time. Like it either doesn’t work or it only works near a window. @O2

    @Masaka83 @O2 Same here, been with O2 for years but very disappointed with how this has been handled. My phone is still broken, it’s affecting my job (and safety ultimately) and there seems to be zero urgency in getting this resolved.

    @O2 @o2 I spoke to them in the first place, I sent everything to them and they cancelled the contracts in his name. I keep getting third party calls who have all said they have been sent my dads details from you. I want to speak to someone and put a complaint in
