    @O2 Ok. Still never realised I needed to give you 30 days notice even when my contract had ended. I assumed it just ended- unless renewed. Which I have done for over 20 years now! I guess I should have read more closely.

    @O2 again us people in the PL23 postcode are abandoned to having no service. Your general “known issue at busy periods” is now wafer thin. For 6 months now, we will have no service. It’s stinks and I’m fed up with it. Sort it out or I’m off. For 3 years you’ve told us the same BS

    Can you explain why the phone app keeps signing me out and when I go to sign in it verifies and doesn't log in the app? Your auth servers having issues? @O2

    Well apparently if @o2 can provide no service, you still need to pay for it. We have both stuck with and paid for a service that does not work for 2 years and the repayment from O2 is to charge us for leaving. Been a customer for 10 years. @MartinSLewis

    @kokeshimum @O2 I think a lot of the issue is contention ratios in the UK. O2 has the coverage, but far too many people on it....not because O2 is particularly cheap, but the other main networks are now incredibly expensive.

    What is it with the infrastructure of mobile networks in the UK when you can get a signal - at all on a train?! Why is that? Why in 2026 with a digital generation can I not access an email on a train? It’s ridiculous @O2 @VodafoneUK @EE

    @BennyBlanco22 @O2 @Apple Yep, I had a 5g signal but nothing loading up. Spoke to mates and they said the same. Had it for years, don’t know why I tolerated it. Entire villages I visited with work blacked out. So much better with ID/3.

    @kokeshimum @O2 I live near four major cities. On 4G I can’t get an internet connection, cuts out constantly mid calls as soon as drops from 5G to 4G. O2 is broken.

    @kokeshimum @O2 Was in Estonia earlier this year, everywhere you went, no matter how remote the signal was booming. I drive 1m from my home and you start losing reception and that’s on the outskirts of Edinburgh; it’s pathetic and yet we pay more for a poorer service
