@O2 Ok. Still never realised I needed to give you 30 days notice even when my contract had ended. I assumed it just ended- unless renewed. Which I have done for over 20 years now! I guess I should have read more closely.

@O2 Hi guys. After at least 2 years of pretty much no 4g in the EX4 area or Exeter, I was wondering if there is anything that can be done. I literally do not get a data signal when I leave my house.

@Rachelpquinn @O2 They won’t. I haven’t had a 4g signal for maybe three years in my area. They’ll tell you it’s working fine looking at it from their end and then ignore you.
