    @O2 Ok. Still never realised I needed to give you 30 days notice even when my contract had ended. I assumed it just ended- unless renewed. Which I have done for over 20 years now! I guess I should have read more closely.

    @O2 again us people in the PL23 postcode are abandoned to having no service. Your general “known issue at busy periods” is now wafer thin. For 6 months now, we will have no service. It’s stinks and I’m fed up with it. Sort it out or I’m off. For 3 years you’ve told us the same BS

    @O2 I got in. There is a problem in York. The signal has been bad for weeks. To be honest it’s just what you expect from o2. As I said was wondering what the point of this account is if you can’t tell me . Anyway all beyond your control so thanks for at least replying

    @O2 hi. Currently in Spain from UK. My phone gas connected with dara no problems but my tablet is connecting for emergency calls only and no data. Settings on both devices ard identical. Can you help?

    @O2 Also. Is O2 business on here because I'm fed up with wasting an hour of my working day speaking to someone who says sorry sorry sorry sorry we will help you and then wants to charge £90 a month for a phone and I don't even want the newest one

    @O2 Coverage around Wigan awful. Lucky to even muster one bar nevermind internet. Struggling to make calls, texts not sending or being received late. Not just at home but around town too. Its shocking. Done all the troubleshooting and to be honest its been like it for years.

    @O2 Hi, the reason why I ask is because I’m a sky customer & I’ve been having issues with no data signal in the Leeds LS29 area since last March & sky are doing sweet FA about it. As they use your infrastructure the issue is with sky. I’ve taken them to CISAS. Can you provide proof?
