    @O2 Ok. Still never realised I needed to give you 30 days notice even when my contract had ended. I assumed it just ended- unless renewed. Which I have done for over 20 years now! I guess I should have read more closely.

    @O2 i don’t know what the hell you’re doing to the masts in llanelli, south wales but it’s coming into 3 days without any service. this really isn’t good enough

    @O2 @Emz1978uk It would be really really nice if some of your surprise boxes found their way to some very long standing customers, all we get is an annual price hike! It is simply a kick in the teeth to see new customer getting a suprise, Clearly loyalty means nothing to O2.

    Just found out that virgin media and @O2 will be sharing our Data. How dare they treat their customers like this 🤬 @O2 never got my permission to share my data!!

    @weenell3 @O2 I got am Email about it the other week but I can't stand virgin media. I never gave them permission to share my data with virgin media so am canceling my contact! Your welcome Nell
