@O2 Ok. Still never realised I needed to give you 30 days notice even when my contract had ended. I assumed it just ended- unless renewed. Which I have done for over 20 years now! I guess I should have read more closely.

@O2 again us people in the PL23 postcode are abandoned to having no service. Your general “known issue at busy periods” is now wafer thin. For 6 months now, we will have no service. It’s stinks and I’m fed up with it. Sort it out or I’m off. For 3 years you’ve told us the same BS

@O2 Try logging into O2 priority app on mobile browser and desktop. Shows an error everytime. But when I log in via the app it is working fine. Everytime I enter the code it shows an error. Please fix this asap or I may think about switching.

@O2 do pay as you go sims not have access to myo2 now or something. Never worked for weeks now I can’t even log in on the website. Not happy. Glad I ended my contract now for this awful service or should I say lack of service.
