    @O2 absolutely shocking customer service from O2. After being a customer for 19 years, I've never experienced Customer service like it. A complaint raised in November21, no reply from your 'conplaints review service', dire customer service from your Refresh team 1/2

    @O2 managed to speak to Chloe, a 'manager' in the Refresh team in January who asked for photos then couldn't be bothered to reply once I'd sent them, to be told by another inept member of Refresh staff, my complaint had been closed it's MARCH22 and it wasn't remotely closed...2/3

    Hi @O2, I had an email last week telling me my tariff would go up in September (which I want to challenge or leave the network) yet my next bill has doubled without warning. I can't get through on the phone & MyO2 isn't letting me log in. Any advice please?
