    @O2 Ok. Still never realised I needed to give you 30 days notice even when my contract had ended. I assumed it just ended- unless renewed. Which I have done for over 20 years now! I guess I should have read more closely.

    @O2 again us people in the PL23 postcode are abandoned to having no service. Your general “known issue at busy periods” is now wafer thin. For 6 months now, we will have no service. It’s stinks and I’m fed up with it. Sort it out or I’m off. For 3 years you’ve told us the same BS

    @O2 Unfortunately it’s everywhere. No particular ‘bad spots’ luckily if I’m with my wife I can hit spot off her EE network, but I really shouldn’t have to. I simply canny put up with it much longer.

    @TakeThatClouds @O2 Just moved to Smarty becuase of **** like this, at one point a few years ago my number suddenly stopped working, they’d issued a pac code for my number and given it away, couldn’t get it back, so gave me a year for nothing, as soon as that was up I was off, 02 are utter ****.

    @O2 we have a big problem with internet connection on Neumünster Kieler Straße We going to connect the internet and bump no connections but little time JoJo effects is In and out connection We have trying to contact with @o2cando but nothing reaction

    How poor is your service my O2 app Been trying to upgrade for over a week all I get is an error message tried going through 202 that was about as useless as your app One more attempt failed in going to EE truly peed off with it now @O2

    @bombdiggy__ @O2 I’m in the exact same sitaution as you. Nearly most of North London, I either get extremely slow coverage & a lot of time, I have ZERO coverage. I’m trapped rn too & got offered a great deal from EE as well💔 gonna try fight to get the deal back once I’m free from O2 shackles!
