    @O2 yet again being hounded by fake O2 customer services on a fecking Sunday. Telling me I owe you money and if I don't pay you will take me to court. My Bills are paid in full every month. Quite your love island BS and sort this fraud out. I'm reporting it again for 4th time

    @O2 All of them. Look online at the thousands of VM customers complaining about the terrible service now being provided since they switched over to @o2

    @O2 is it normal for people on the website chat to simply disconnect from the chat when asked to simply clarify what I get as a VM customer. Seemed he wanted to just push a sale and didn't want to answer simple questions. Very rude and unhelpful.

    @wendyg4073 @O2 I went into the shop with the same problem.They exchanged the Sim but that didn’t help

    @O2 have sent incorrect info to a customer that now leaves that disabled customer vulnerable in a foreign country without access to their phone for use in emergencies!!! Seriously?? Can @O2 respond please

    @O2 Hi - longtime customer here. I've been on hold for 30 mins trying to speak to someone about my tariff. Do I need to say I'm leaving O2 for someone to pick up the phone faster?
