    @O2 again us people in the PL23 postcode are abandoned to having no service. Your general “known issue at busy periods” is now wafer thin. For 6 months now, we will have no service. It’s stinks and I’m fed up with it. Sort it out or I’m off. For 3 years you’ve told us the same BS

    @O2 Ok. Still never realised I needed to give you 30 days notice even when my contract had ended. I assumed it just ended- unless renewed. Which I have done for over 20 years now! I guess I should have read more closely.

    @O2 trying to get a new esim profile as I have a new handset and can't get through. Been on hold 40 minutes each time for past few days. Live help says they can't help. This is frustrating.

    @O2 What an absolute joke of a company since virgin media i can't access my O2 app spoken to 2 people who said they will get this issue resolved & again nothing i still can't us the O2 app because I need a virgin account ******* sort it out !!

    @O2 got a new Pay as you go SIM card. It's not expired and my phone shows a signal, but when I register the number so I can then top up etc the verification codes aren't coming through. Any advise?

    @O2 Can you stop the constant emails and threats of debt recovery going to call us we do not owe any money our account was shut down by Abdul weeks ago and his manager agreed that nothing was owing on our account. !!

    @O2 I'm absolutely pissed off with O2 i can't log in to my app as its asking for virgin media login details which I don't have an account with 2 calls to customer services & just a waste of time
