@O2 Ok. Still never realised I needed to give you 30 days notice even when my contract had ended. I assumed it just ended- unless renewed. Which I have done for over 20 years now! I guess I should have read more closely.

Can't help thinking @O2 have really ****** up with these yearly price rises. Remember when @ThreeUK kicked everyone off the One Plan, it took them several years to get the lost business back. But hey they know best. Bet PAC codes are flying out the door today.

@Ofcom The only scams are when companies like @O2 put their prices up mid-contract. How about clamping down on that @Ofcom? You are not fit for purpose, I feel internet and mobile companies are scamming consumers every April and you do nothing to protect us from these unnecessary hikes

@O2 Do you not care at all about customer service, twice I’ve called you now due to fraud, my account is still hacked, I can’t use my iPad and monies still being used on my account. How can someone get an eSIM with out any security form O2, disgrace and you still won’t help me.

@O2 why has the slow network in my area still not been resolved? Been fine since I became a customer and suddenly dropped out over the last week. The message on the service status about “busy area” is a poor excuse. It’s like using 3G again.
