    @O2 Ok. Still never realised I needed to give you 30 days notice even when my contract had ended. I assumed it just ended- unless renewed. Which I have done for over 20 years now! I guess I should have read more closely.

    @O2 Hi. Been trying to give you a PAC code on the App to bring a number over to you, but keep getting emails saying I failed security and the port was unsuccessful. 5 times now. Phone keeps telling me to do it on the app then cuts me off! Help!!

    @O2 I returned a phone to you because it was very poor. When calling and using chat to see if you've received it, I get a different time scale provided every time. Again poor service from o2

    @O2 I joined on the 30th December, however I have yet to receive my sim. You have sent it out twice now but I am still to receive it. I know there is a postal issue due to Covid. Can you send it via a courier ?

    @O2 are breaching trading standards. Have sent me a voucher code but are not allowing it to be redeemed against S21. Apparently due to being a new launch device, however there is nothing in the terms and conditions to suggest this should be an issue.
