    @O2 @02 19minutes on hold to be then cut off. Repeatedly text the number to get the pac code & get the “issue” response back. What’s the issue?

    @O2 your service is so poor! Standing at a London tube station and cannot connect to wifi! I’m an o2 customer! It’s telling me my number ins invalid and I need to register for o2 wifi before I can use!!

    @bt_uk It’s a bit tricky to know if it’s on or off as I work on Sundays (including the last 2) and even if I was home I wouldn’t be able to message or call because I rely on the wifi to use @o2 wifi calling because the reception is so poor. Surely there’s some sort of past data log??

    @O2 just wanted to let you know your service and signal is the worst. Struggle to download anything if not on Wi-Fi. 4G 5G it doesn’t matter O2 is horrendous. Back to @EE I think atleast there you get the service you pay for
