Alex Pino (@alpinoservices) reported from Fowey, England@O2 again us people in the PL23 postcode are abandoned to having no service. Your general “known issue at busy periods” is now wafer thin. For 6 months now, we will have no service. It’s stinks and I’m fed up with it. Sort it out or I’m off. For 3 years you’ve told us the same BS
-
Alex Pino (@alpinoservices) reported from Polruan, England@O2 Ok. Still never realised I needed to give you 30 days notice even when my contract had ended. I assumed it just ended- unless renewed. Which I have done for over 20 years now! I guess I should have read more closely.

-
Sheldini (@sheldinij) reported@O2 can I please speak to someone in English? I really need to resolve some issues and add new devices to my account, but I simply can't understand the call handler. Help!
-
Ian Court (@iancourt) reported@O2 @Joff_L Not convinced, O2, sorry. Uswitch SIM only deals used to be open to existing customers who were renewing at the end of their contracted period, but you stopped that last year. Why? The deals you offer existing customers aren’t great in comparison to the Uswitch offers. Fortunately for me, I managed to renew several of my O2 contracts via a Uswitch link the day before you pulled the plug. You’ve since had the nerve to hit us with a higher than advertised April price increase, in spite of Ofcom’s rules. When I’m next up for renewal, unless you can do me a really good deal that’s on par with the price comparison offers, I may very well take my business elsewhere, after 27 years of being a customer.
-
Colin H (@Colin_H1972) reported@Joff_L @O2 Upgrade offers are never good. Was cheaper for me to go to PAYG than upgrade to the deal they offered me on my SIMO plan.
-
Shana Hendry (@Happyengland79) reportedYet again @O2 your mast is not working! You're a ******* embarrassment of a company, ripping people off because you're not providing the service you are being paid for. Trampy behaviour at it's finest. #evidenceforombudsman
-
Dan sutherland (@TheDesirePathUk) reported@O2 why isn't your myo2 website not working. When will it be fixed? I can't login to see my bills or view my contract.
-
Tom Kent (@tomkentuk) reported@andrewsdenham @Joff_L @O2 They must’ve changed something, have done that for years. Tbh, might move anyway - service is terrible by me - though they still have the best European coverage.
-
LT (@TownsLt) reported@O2 Can you stop the constant emails and threats of debt recovery going to call us we do not owe any money our account was shut down by Abdul weeks ago and his manager agreed that nothing was owing on our account. !!
-
✞ ⛥ ElectroFox ⛥ ✞ (@TheElectroFox) reported@Joff_L @O2 They also see fit to charge existing customers upfront costs when trying to upgrade and dont budge on any of it, forcing you to customise your tariff and making it down to £10 as the lowest amount, which then raises the overall cost and then has you dropping down a tariff later.
-
David (@David297819311) reported@O2 @JoeGibbs2 Cancel your contract with 02, they are clearly not providing the service you signed up for, they are in breach of their contract with you.
