@O2 Ok. Still never realised I needed to give you 30 days notice even when my contract had ended. I assumed it just ended- unless renewed. Which I have done for over 20 years now! I guess I should have read more closely.

@O2 stuck in long contracts, impossible means to pay off devices and no help from o2 when we are trying to get money together to pay bills. Where is the help? Where is the understanding? Customer for 15 years, £200pm in payments. Disgraceful service.

@O2 you set up a Direct Debit on the day my bill is due and then cut off the service for two weeks every month claiming you haven't been paid, meaning I'm paying full price for half my tariff.
