    @O2 Anyone at O2 using this? I could use some help with O2 Switch up. Says I have the max number of contracts. I have had the max number of contracts before and never stopped me from using O2 Switch up before. What's the issue? :(

    @O2 why am I paying for a service that I am not getting. ? I have 3 mobiles in the house & it’s gone from poor signal to non existent. Seems to be everywhere. Been with O2 for over 25 years think it’s time for a change.

    @O2 please can you sort out the signal around Aylesford Kent. Literally no data connection is available. I’m paying for 5G. Sigh.

    Never got my SIM, got threatened with an iPhone I didn’t order @O2 is a joke .

    Since @o2 has merged with Virgin, their 5G is awful!! Would love to move!!

    @O2 I’ve had no signal since the 16th because of a mast upgrade which was supposed to have been done by 6pm yesterday. The service checker says the mast is now not working. I haven’t been able to use my phone for 10 days now. When will this be fixed? SO509RL postcode.

    Since when @O2 make the unilateral desicions against their consumer without agreement, terms & conditions, just because they can? Please reply to complaint made via portal. P! S! There's no changed in tarriffs either, ready to reimburse?

    @O2 No it's fine, spent enough time being lied to by your app chat and voice team who seem to have little training on your services and all share different answers. I will be moving to Three. Apparently their customer service isn't great but it can't be worse than what I've had here
