    @O2 Ok. Still never realised I needed to give you 30 days notice even when my contract had ended. I assumed it just ended- unless renewed. Which I have done for over 20 years now! I guess I should have read more closely.

    @O2 again us people in the PL23 postcode are abandoned to having no service. Your general “known issue at busy periods” is now wafer thin. For 6 months now, we will have no service. It’s stinks and I’m fed up with it. Sort it out or I’m off. For 3 years you’ve told us the same BS

    @O2 Unfortunately it’s everywhere. No particular ‘bad spots’ luckily if I’m with my wife I can hit spot off her EE network, but I really shouldn’t have to. I simply canny put up with it much longer.

    @o2 where on the train line from Maidstone to London 3G=no signal 4G=no signal E=no signal and 5G=no signal unless you have all 4 bars unfortunately for the majority (approx 50 minutes of a 1hr journey) there is no four bar 5G. It’s 2026 ffs!!!! Your service is shite

    @joshjeram @O2 @davehpayne Brilliant. Now they are spamming me with calls, presumably cos I said I was leaving. Not good enough O2 I can't face another call with someone who I can't understand bullshitting me. I left Now for the same issue. Overpriced and poor service

    Wow. The quality of signal and performance from @lebara since switching from @O2 which has been shite for a long time. 5G all the way on my tube journey, unlike o2. And Lebara is so much cheaper.

    @O2 @O2 It’s the MyO2 app/account. I’m currently in Mexico with my UK O2 Pay As You Go SIM. my mobile number appears to be linked to a different email address, so I can’t link it to my Virgin Media O2 ID or top up. I can’t sign in because the O2 website/app blocks access from Mexico.

    Network service from @O2 has fallen dramatically over the last few months. It's absolutely appalling in central London. Once my contract expires I'm off. Unfortunately I still have a year and a half left and they've said it'll cost over £234 to break the contract. 😡

    @O2 Hi, are you having issues in the LN11 area (Louth, Lincolnshire)? The service checker says it's perfect 5G, but it really isn't! People are talking about it on the FB community pages. You can't get on banking apps, send or receive on WhatsApp or Messenger, nothing at all!
