@O2 Ok. Still never realised I needed to give you 30 days notice even when my contract had ended. I assumed it just ended- unless renewed. Which I have done for over 20 years now! I guess I should have read more closely.

@O2 @purpledolphins7 They didn't help me. They didn't apply the increase in speed. In fact they said I could have 1gig for £30 extraper month. False advertising and liars!

@virginmedia @O2 your service and communication between one another today is deplorable. I have now been passed between you both for two hours in two separate phone calls today and still the issue is unresolved. You may have merged services but joint customer service is shocking
