@O2 why is it I can get a signal in the Mersey tunnel but struggle to get a signal in my own house?.....I had a perfect, uninterrupted call going through the tunnel but when im at home i either have to call people on WhatsApp or Facebook messenger?

Absolute shite customer service from @O2. I’ve been a loyal customer for over 10 years and been treated appallingly! Don’t you know we’re in the middle of a pandemic! A phone company who struggle to even answer/speak on the phone 😤
