    @eleanorchar_ @O2 @eleanorchar_ you need to speak to retentions and request an PAC code if you want to keep the number but on a different network or an 30 days notice cancellation if you don’t want the mobile number anymore or request to move to O2 Pay & Go.

    Wtf is going on with @virginmedia & @O2 today. VM WiFi working on all devices except for banking. Hardwired, no issues streaming but main pc keeps saying invalid IP, change it, works for 1h then same issue again. O2 5G telling me I'm in Italy & so my banking apps are refusing

    @DebJBates @virginmedia @O2 They are always down. Absolute dog**** mate. Has to be one of the most unreliable overpriced scam providers with the worst customer service in the country.

    @O2 Hello, my Virgin Media package was changed nearly two weeks ago to 1Gig Volt. Last Monday (27 March) same retentions colleague set up the my O2 account and took PAC code to transfer number. Still waiting for SIM card to arrive to finalise O2 transfer. Can you please help?

    @SteministKendra @O2 Sorry to hear your accounts have been hacked! I've been there with my bank and it's awful- sounds like o2 customer services need to do better!
