@O2 on January 14th i cancelled my contract with O2 and asked for PUK code, iv been unable to use any other sim as my phone needs to be unlocked and the code i keep getting doesnt work so im now waiting on a master code, i can msg you my details and so you can have a look at account

@O2 hi, question. I want to do a number change. The online help says to ring customer services but customer services says it’s only dealing with lost/ stolen phones or cancellations/new business, and everything else is online. What would you recommend?

@o2 thanks for sending me default notices for a fraudulent account set up in my name - and thanks for refusing to put me through to your fraud dept. Crappy service. And thanks for obs not doing due diligence when it came to setting up the accounts in the first place. Sloppy

@2WeekTraveller @O2 I’ve signed out of data cap but need to call a UK call centre every time which never answers - even when I lift the cap they still cut me off automatically periodically until I pay ahead of my bill falling due. Can’t override & leaves me stuck. There must be a better way to deal

.@O2 Must congratulate #o2 for great customer services. Made a total mess of finances this month and had to speak to o2. Very helpful, very understanding & managed to resolve it all in one call. I’m so used to rubbish cust ser that it makes a nice change when they are great!
