    @O2 on January 14th i cancelled my contract with O2 and asked for PUK code, iv been unable to use any other sim as my phone needs to be unlocked and the code i keep getting doesnt work so im now waiting on a master code, i can msg you my details and so you can have a look at account

    @O2 hi, question. I want to do a number change. The online help says to ring customer services but customer services says it’s only dealing with lost/ stolen phones or cancellations/new business, and everything else is online. What would you recommend?

    @O2 you really ought to know about #Neurodiversity your automated voice asking people to say in a few words what they are calling about totally EXCLUDES people on the #spectrum - visual processors. Best to give numbers for departments to include all types of customer. #inclusive

    @O2 trying to top up a PAYG SIM via the automated line to activate as advised by your customer service agent on the phone but it will not go through despite numerous attempts. Is my only option to go in store to get it sorted?

    @O2 I have never used the sim @virginmedia provided me with when I took out the deal. I need to know how to cancel it when the contract is up. I can’t use the app because you keep sending instructions to the sim that I don’t use. Can you help please?

    @O2 my number hasn’t ported over to your network fully. I have moved from Vodafone to O2 and my O2 sim has no signal. I started the process on Sunday night.

    @O2 It's an OPPO Find X5. Unfortunately I don't have another phone and bizarrely enough multiple verification codes from Virgin Money and BT are now coming through from the last few days!! These were the ones prev not working.

    @O2 I cancelled Disney+ within the free period, today I was billed for services I did NOT want. The buffoon at your end refused to refund my money and escalate it. Sort it out or I will file complaint with the regulator 😡😡😡😡

    Hi @O2 I just called support about my number port. Was told all ports are delayed but can’t say by how long. I asked if that is likely to be days, weeks or months. The answer was “it won’t be months”. So, could be weeks? Meanwhile, no contact or MFA number available. Not great.
