Jack Tempest (@Perranarworthal) reported from Falmouth, England@O2 hi, question. I want to do a number change. The online help says to ring customer services but customer services says it’s only dealing with lost/ stolen phones or cancellations/new business, and everything else is online. What would you recommend?

-
Sue Jamieson (@SouthDevonSue) reported from Mevagissey, England@O2 Thank you but I don't expect money for it as it's broken, can't turn it on and we want to get rid in an environmental way. We found it on a litter pick, nobody's claimed it.
-
Alex Pino (@alpinoservices) reported from Fowey, England@O2 again us people in the PL23 postcode are abandoned to having no service. Your general “known issue at busy periods” is now wafer thin. For 6 months now, we will have no service. It’s stinks and I’m fed up with it. Sort it out or I’m off. For 3 years you’ve told us the same BS
-
Sophie Sweatman (@sophsweet) reported from Falmouth, England@O2 As I said I never click any links. My question was, why isn't it picked up on the server as suspicious? Are there no algorithms to flag up links being sent in texts. This is already in my spam folder and reported so not sure how to forward it?
-
Alex Pino (@alpinoservices) reported from Polruan, England@O2 Ok. Still never realised I needed to give you 30 days notice even when my contract had ended. I assumed it just ended- unless renewed. Which I have done for over 20 years now! I guess I should have read more closely.
-
tjc (@tjc26900303) reported from Truro, EnglandTrying to get help from @O2 is a nightmare. My number porting should have been done on Thursday but hasn’t and can’t get hold of anyone to speak to!
-
Sophie Sweatman (@sophsweet) reported from Falmouth, England@O2 the mobile signal is getting very unreliable and the call quality is terrible, with echoes, faintness and other interference. I find it hard to believe in 2021 a government can sabotage communications by reversing roaming. in a queue for a call centre when the line dropped
-

Forget a month later and the loop goes on
