@O2 you really ought to know about #Neurodiversity your automated voice asking people to say in a few words what they are calling about totally EXCLUDES people on the #spectrum - visual processors. Best to give numbers for departments to include all types of customer. #inclusive

@O2 hi, question. I want to do a number change. The online help says to ring customer services but customer services says it’s only dealing with lost/ stolen phones or cancellations/new business, and everything else is online. What would you recommend?

@O2 on January 14th i cancelled my contract with O2 and asked for PUK code, iv been unable to use any other sim as my phone needs to be unlocked and the code i keep getting doesnt work so im now waiting on a master code, i can msg you my details and so you can have a look at account

@O2 I recently changed my phone over to a brand new S22 Ultra back in March, had the same problems with the previous device which was a ZFold2, just got off the phone from your advisor, they want the serial number off of the SIM card and will call back tomorrow

@O2 Autovoice told me zero owed. 5 hrs waiting for reconnect. 3 hrs of calling you. Cust adv. then tells me I owe £14!? 5 hrs of my son on his own with no phone 🤬 Very rude customer adviser. Disgraceful again.

@O2 wonder if u can help me? Talk 24/7 tell me ur charge for texts to Aus is £20 I’ve sent only 2 They tell me you have it as 19! When I called u, you no nothing about me. Have been with u since Cellnet days Talk 24/7 r blaming you and I’ve had to pay. Can u help me please?

@TheGalox_ Fold 4, just need to wait for @O2 to open pre-orders during Wednesday's event. Came so close to ordering a Fold3 the other week. Having seen the crease in person it doesn't bother me. Just as long as O2 has a clear policy re screen issues some are seeing on the Fold 3 now

@O2 recently joined o2 but have limited service in my area so require WiFi calling. Have a new S20 fe 5g bought from Samsung but cannot see the WiFi calling option, need some help. Went through the online chat where they told me I can upgrade in 3 months 😫

Just moved from @idmobile back to @O2 only to realise quickly how poor the 5g coverage is. Will be leaving again once contract is up again, as the 4g coverage is also hopeless....
