    Trying to get help from @O2 is a nightmare. My number porting should have been done on Thursday but hasn’t and can’t get hold of anyone to speak to!

    @O2 58 minutes on live chat to the complaints department and it still didn't register with them what I was saying regarding a 6 month issue that I have called about numerous times over the 6 months .. I got the copy of the chat to my email for Ofcom to see if they will help.

    @O2 My contract renewal phone some how being delivered to my old address. Called Monday. Advised delivered Tuesday. Called Tuesday. Advised delivered today. DPD still showing "Your parcel is held in our depot" in the wrong city. Can someone please fix this for me?

    @O2 Day 3 of 365 on trying to get O2 to fix their phone customer service. 1) If you ring and ask for an e-sim for an Apple Watch then good luck with that. Staff seem very untrained. 2) Calls disconnect too much when speaking on 202. 3) The whole IVR system feels dated.

    @O2 @GoodThingsFdn @virginmedia That would be great if you could sort my phone out! You are supposed to do a port on today and nothing. No text or port on as promised by you. Yet you still take my money whilst offering a sun standard service!

    @O2 never known such a backwards and unhelpful company in my life!! Been trying to get an issue sorted for near enough a year now and you’re still causing me grief from your own incompetence! Your customer service is an actual JOKE too! Just want this resolved! 🤬

    @AneeshVarma @O2 Indeed I did, I also had an outstanding complaint (when my number didn’t transfer correctly I made a complaint) so had the email address of someone and it was her that told that was what the issue was. The customer services team on the phone were helpful though
