The @O2 Recycle service is single handedly the worst service I’ve ever come across in my life. Quoting people upwards of £200 for their old phones which are in great condition, leading people to early upgrades and paying off their devices... @Ofcom

Calling the @O2 recycle team results in being left on hold for close to an hour before the line being hung up. This service is falsely advertising the time frame in which people can trade in their old device. Customers are being left 100’s of £££ out of pocket. @Ofcom

@O2 your 202 customer service line is terrible. I've just gone through all the options to make a one off payment to pay off my device plan, passed the security check then it says go online, goodbye and hangs up. Online says I have to phone. Is it actually possible to pay this?
