@O2 Ok. Still never realised I needed to give you 30 days notice even when my contract had ended. I assumed it just ended- unless renewed. Which I have done for over 20 years now! I guess I should have read more closely.

@O2 again us people in the PL23 postcode are abandoned to having no service. Your general “known issue at busy periods” is now wafer thin. For 6 months now, we will have no service. It’s stinks and I’m fed up with it. Sort it out or I’m off. For 3 years you’ve told us the same BS

@O2 Thank you but I don't expect money for it as it's broken, can't turn it on and we want to get rid in an environmental way. We found it on a litter pick, nobody's claimed it.

@O2 just a heads up from a usually happy customer, the roaming in the USA is dreadful, doesn’t text or allow data (and for £6 a day) turning roaming off now but you may need to speak to your US partners

@O2 Yes I can log into the actual website but not the mobile app itself which is strange. Are there issues with the app?? I can't keep resetting my password to attempt to access the app 🙄

@O2 Where do I start. I have been having a major , major problem with your customer Service and have a bill of over £2200 outstanding. Basically the bolt on that I bought was not activated !! I have now made many many phone calls to your Customer Service number in South Africa.

caught in loop of @O2 doing something that's stopped my phone connecting to the network. Try to log in to myo2 "there's something wrong with your account - we've sent you a text message to confirm your details" Sigh 3 working days to get an answer on why.

@O2 @o2 @LutzSchueler spoke with complaints team who was more interested in telling me I’ve received discount I was not entitled too rather than addressing my complaint. He’s apparently sending my deadlock letter so I can raise with the ombudsman after he removes my discount
