@O2 Ok. Still never realised I needed to give you 30 days notice even when my contract had ended. I assumed it just ended- unless renewed. Which I have done for over 20 years now! I guess I should have read more closely.

I have used chat options to communicate with both @O2 and @virginmedia this week and I get this horrible feeling I am not the only customer they are dealing with as the time between responses is incredibly long… not the best way of making me feel important!
