@O2 Ok. Still never realised I needed to give you 30 days notice even when my contract had ended. I assumed it just ended- unless renewed. Which I have done for over 20 years now! I guess I should have read more closely.

@O2 again us people in the PL23 postcode are abandoned to having no service. Your general “known issue at busy periods” is now wafer thin. For 6 months now, we will have no service. It’s stinks and I’m fed up with it. Sort it out or I’m off. For 3 years you’ve told us the same BS

@O2 Thank you but I don't expect money for it as it's broken, can't turn it on and we want to get rid in an environmental way. We found it on a litter pick, nobody's claimed it.

@O2 why have I received the message “O2 has turned off 4G calls on your account” and I now have no ability to make or receive calls? I have tried all the fixes suggested and nothing has rectified the issue?
