@O2 I've been promised a call from a manager o 7 separate occasions since 12th Dec and I'm still waiting for someone to call me. How ca your customer service team be so incompetent and unprofessional? You clearly don't care about your customers!

@Sam6WHU @forfuksakeali @O2 They just don't care is the answer. They have hundreds of thousands of contracts and garbage systems to manage their customers. The squeaky wheel gets the grease and when the payments stop I bet they'll be in touch

@O2 me again…..why is the service so bad? I’ve had 12 months of this now! Just reported recent fault to customer services and the office sounds like it’s on a bus. The noise is awful listening to everyone talking at once.

Been w @O2 too long for now ****** service. Customer service is abysmal been cut off 6x and given wrong departments to call.

@O2 Just spent 20 minutes on hold only to be hung up on. I have no signal in my area and haven't had for weeks now. While I have wifi calling enabled, I can't send or receive text messages which means I've stuck logging into stuff that needs 2FA.

@virginmedia @TheBHF @O2 This is fraud and I would like to take it further with the omardsman. I wish to put my complaint through but the email server doesnt allow this and I don't want to phone as it is very stressful.
