@SkyHelpTeam It's not possible, they called a number that the bill payer, Janet, has never used. It is in no way linked to her other than her being the previous bill payer of that @O2 phone number. They didn't even know she was already a customer.

@O2 I had a call back booked for today at 3.30, still not received.This is regarding an ongoing complaint over my last 2 bills being too high after upgrading.Requested call traces. This is the 2nd time I’ve been promised a call and nothing.Why don’t you take complaints seriously?
