@O2 answer to 4G never working in Swansea City Centre... turn 4g off 🤔 only switched a month ago, I’m not in a contract so I’ll be switching again pretty soon!

@O2 @AppleSupport I bought the iPhone XR in March from o2 branch in Leeds. Since then it’s formally crashed on me and had to get apple to fix it. I can’t hear out speaker half the time and it kicks me off using my data even on WiFi and mobile data!

@Ginger_Tucci @O2 Drives me mental that I have absolutely no signal around Central Station radiating out about three blocks. And signal drops out significantly on the rail route around Uddingston and Bellshill.

@O2 How **** can you be? 3 calls now been hung up on, 30 minute hold and then tell me gonna be transfered to just hand up on me again, I want to cancel my fuking account why is that so hard? Not only now do I want a full cancellation but I also want the £32.47 back for this month

@O2 I know, you sent that same info, hence my complaint. 17.1% in total, this is nuts. I would understand the price hike after the 12-month period, not this. I'll be leaving as soon as my contract expires.

@EnglandRugby @O2 Brave move if this translates into the match day 23. Near unanimity about the wisdom of dropping Marcus. Ignores form when so many in the team are struggling to find it, especially given the turgid showings so far. Picking those on the way down is just odd and alienates fans
