    @MoneySavingExp I’ve been trying to disconnect from @O2 since I moved last November! Paying £18 a month despite not receiving any service from them!! They just told me that they can’t do anything as I’m tied into a contract!! Isn’t this a breach of contract @MartinSLewis

    @O2 It seems to be ok at the moment. Unfortunately they rely on a data sim and mifi for their Wi-fi so the link doesn’t help.

    @O2 answer to 4G never working in Swansea City Centre... turn 4g off 🤔 only switched a month ago, I’m not in a contract so I’ll be switching again pretty soon!

    @O2 @AppleSupport I bought the iPhone XR in March from o2 branch in Leeds. Since then it’s formally crashed on me and had to get apple to fix it. I can’t hear out speaker half the time and it kicks me off using my data even on WiFi and mobile data!

    @HayleyJ87 @O2 If it’s a direct debit Falkland your bank, cancel it and ask them to do an indemnity claim If it’s a card payment tell them you want their disputes team to take it up with O2. They then by law have to prove to your back that you signed up to pay. Yes I work for a bank

    @O2 HORRIFIC CUSTOMER SERVICE TELEPHONE CALL from GILLIAN!! I'm glad it was recorded to pass onto the OMBUDSMAN. You pay for a service that doesn't have to be given to you by O2.Its in T&C. Utterly Shocking attitude by GILLIAN @O2 customer service!!!!!

    @O2 Two DMs now. I’ve been trying to get this issue sorted since Sat and I’m out the country from Sun so it needs sorting before then. I was reassured that it was when I rang yesterday but it isn’t. Still no response. Yet others replied to having not waited as long as I have.

    Emotionally unstable and a flight risk as it is, let alone now O2 have disconnected my phone from being used because of an issue their end. Starling won’t let me dispute it, so now I’m without a phone. Can you 1v1 and sort this out between you? @StarlingBank @O2

    @virginmedia @O2 @peterkay_co_uk I want to speak with Michael Kay at VM. I setup a new package with VM and O2 on the 30th Sept 2022 and now i am getting Final demand messages from VM stating I have paid. Spent 52mins on the phone on Saturday last and 44 mins this evening.Get Michael Kay of VM to sort this issue.

    @virginmedia @O2 So you sent me a small cable to connect my hub to my telephone line. The problem is that they are both installed in different rooms, thus rendering the telephone useless. How do you suppose I overcome this problem? I’m paying for something that I can’t use!
