    Appalling customer service from @O2 - now the third time I have got to resolve the same issue… numerous hours wasted trying to get through for it to repeat again the next month. Why is it so difficult?!

    @O2 HORRIFIC CUSTOMER SERVICE TELEPHONE CALL from GILLIAN!! I'm glad it was recorded to pass onto the OMBUDSMAN. You pay for a service that doesn't have to be given to you by O2.Its in T&C. Utterly Shocking attitude by GILLIAN @O2 customer service!!!!!

    @O2 had a call from what appeared to be an actual number from o2 stating that you’re shutting my sim down in a so many days due to the merge with virgin it’ll be deactivated I’ve contacted you and made you aware just want to share it for others and see if you are

    Through a phone “system” and 3 operators who largely ignored our issue. We’re now on to the Complaints team at @o2. A disproportionate amount of effort to leave a contract they are not fulfilling, without being charged. As we can send a text or receive a call. @MartinSLewis
