@O2 worst experience I’ve had with O2 EVER! Customer service has been shocking and problem not resolved. Kept on hold for literally hours and fobbed off from department to department. CS not honouring their promise to call back to resolve the problem with the correct team......🤬

@O2 ordered new phone 3 weeks ago tomorrow and it’s still not arrived! Contacted you on numerous occasions to be told different excuses... it’s on its way, it’s not been dispatched, It’s been delivered and it’s due to lockdown it’s not arrived! Awful customer service
