You pay for a service that doesn't have to be given to you by O2.Its in T&C. Utterly Shocking attitude by GILLIAN @O2 customer service!!!!!

They then by law have to prove to your back that you signed up to pay. Yes I work for a bank

Since then it’s formally crashed on me and had to get apple to fix it. I can’t hear out speaker half the time and it kicks me off using my data even on WiFi and mobile data!
