@O2 has the worse call steering system in the world. Try calling O2 doesn’t recognise digits on keypad, doesn’t go through, cuts you off. O2 the company that doesn’t want to talk to customers 🙈🙈🙈#crap #o2

@DeviousPL @O2 @McDonaldsUK I tried the Quarter Pounder because I'd seen others say there was an issue with the Chicken Selects. I'm not expecting anything from O2 tbh. I was much happier on EE.

@ukBp_Roy @O2 @McDonaldsUK I got my missus’s Quarter Pounder but couldn’t claim my own Chicken Selects, which I was looking forward to as a treat. I’m still within my 14 days so might dump O2 and go to EE - at least phone calls and data work. O2 seem to be a perpetual disappointment.

@O2 the McDonalds O2 Priority perk didn’t work today, had major problems last week too. Stop offering things if you can’t get them to work properly, it’s bad enough your data network is useless but broken perks and zero support from you is very frustrating…
