    @O2 has the worse call steering system in the world. Try calling O2 doesn’t recognise digits on keypad, doesn’t go through, cuts you off. O2 the company that doesn’t want to talk to customers 🙈🙈🙈#crap #o2

    @O2 I know it’s a bit late as just seen the reply on notifications. They tried to scan and then just said it’s not working. Wouldn’t mind but it seems like they knew about the problem but weren’t telling anyone before they created the code!

    @O2 I can't even thank you guys enough, my mum took a contract out with you guys brand new iPhone, she unexpectedly died a month later, not only did you cancel the contract but you also refunded my dad money and let him keep the phone. Forever grateful 💐

    @O2 Don't buy it. I've got it. Problems after Problems and @O2 you have done nothing to help me. You referred me to Samsung who charged me to get it fixed, 7 months old. Goes into brick mode and takes hours to sort, I paid to grt it sorted on Wed, back to brick mode today. Ragin
