    @O2 has the worse call steering system in the world. Try calling O2 doesn’t recognise digits on keypad, doesn’t go through, cuts you off. O2 the company that doesn’t want to talk to customers 🙈🙈🙈#crap #o2

    @O2 How do I make the My O2 App work again. I have tried resetting the password, uninstslling and re-installing the app and calling O2 customer services three times but it still doesn't work. Is there someone with more technical knowledge than customer services who can help?

    Hi @O2 I have a device that doesn’t work I have just spent a delightful hour being passed through 20 members of staff who all claimed they were connecting me to the ‘correct team’ and a manager who told me to hang up and call back?! What is going on this is infuriating!!

    @sabphotos69 @O2 I can barely get 3G or make a phone call! The network it’s t fit for purpose! Then they have the audacity to hike their prices!!!

    Used to be a time on Twitter that you could connect to organisations @o2 @apple etc when you got little to no help from their customer services. Now - total silence. Nothing. Dreadful.

    @BenWarr1 @O2 Doesn't help the call centre was based in South Africa and I couldn't understand most of what he said when taking out the TV package. He said it was free for the sim with the 360 package, it was not! They wanted £25 on top! SCUMBAGS!!!

    @sabphotos69 @O2 I’m in DY5, engineers have said the network just isn’t working well in our area, said they might upgrade in the next 2yrs! Told me to go to EE or use Wi-Fi calling…which is fine til I want to leave my house! Joke network!

    @O2 I’ve also just been informed by a friend that this response it a copy and paste response to what she got as she’s having the exact same issues. But she did it in a private chat. Do better, this is shameful.
