Why can’t @O2 peeps on #o2 live chat just chat to one person at a time when sorting issues. I have to wait 393726181 minutes before each of their replies. #rude

@O2 The signal quality seems to have decreased where I live. Sometimes this will result in just a 3G signal, or very low strength of 4G. I’m not convinced the issue is O2 specific as multiple neighbours have reported the same thing for other networks. Any mast issues?

@o2 I have had some poor customer service but you have brought to a new low. For 9 days you kept telling my order “was stuck”. You did nothing about it and now you are disappointed I asked you to cancel it? Oh and I have to wait 24-48 hours for it to be cancelled. Shocking….

@virginmedia @O2 Called virgin media to reduce my package price and somehow I’ve ended up with it double to price. Advisors lying over the phone. Unable to amend this and now I’m left with a bill in unable to pay and it’s going to leave a mark on my credit file! VM customer services are cowboys!

@O2 was sent O2 SIM as virgin replacement and can’t use it so your staff canxd the account but I’m being chased for more money.Multiple times I speak to Cust svcs & they say it’s canxd but still being chased and refund promised has never been paid back. Email contact needed

@virginmedia @O2 Passed from department to department. Promised emails to confirm bills have been changed, nothing ever happens! Even had people hang up on me. Spoken to at least 20 advisors. Stealing from low income people. How do I make an official complaint until this is sorted?
