Sometimes this will result in just a 3G signal, or very low strength of 4G. I’m not convinced the issue is O2 specific as multiple neighbours have reported the same thing for other networks. Any mast issues?

I seriously hope o2 are able to solve this issue because it shouldn’t be made so difficult, jumping through hoops and a bunch of loading screens with portal errors, to do something as simple as making a payment; it’s incredibly anti-consumer.

I had a phone call two months ago I believe with support asking when the -£7 in credit on my account would be refunded and why I had to chase this. I received the cheque in March but seem to be getting the texts and mails still.

Dan Barker (@DanTheMacGeek) reported@O2 your OAUTH and login flow is broken, both on desktop, mobile and app. Multiple browsers all report too many redirects when a user tried to login to manage their account/pay bills etc… is this something team are aware of and trying to fix?
