    @O2 I’ve come to check the status checker again today as advised in the email in the image above. Now it says the next update will be the 13th October. When will the issue be resolved? This is getting ridiculous.

    Why can’t @O2 peeps on #o2 live chat just chat to one person at a time when sorting issues. I have to wait 393726181 minutes before each of their replies. #rude

    @O2 The signal quality seems to have decreased where I live. Sometimes this will result in just a 3G signal, or very low strength of 4G. I’m not convinced the issue is O2 specific as multiple neighbours have reported the same thing for other networks. Any mast issues?

    @O2 Really @O2? The only response you can give is ‘this isn’t good’? If the problem has not been resolved by 26 October I will consider you to have failed to provide a level of service I should reasonably believe 2b adequate from a national mobile phone provider and as such 1/2

    @virginmedia @O2 Yes: six times. They refused to talk to him on two of those occasions as when they try to trace an account for him they only find my mum’s account at the address and obviously their names aren’t the same. They’ve said an order number would help, you won’t tell him it.

    @O2 my phone is paid off next month and my app says that my Airtime Bill is £14.78 but it’s usually £34.78 and my Monthly device plan says “Overdue” but goes out every 19th of the month no hassle! Help!

    @O2 I have had no service all day. I messaged you at 5.30 when I got somewhere I could get wifi. I have not heard anything. I went online to access my account. You insist on sending me a code but no code arrives.

    My phone (galaxy note 10+ 5g) is only 3 years old(ish) and now O2 apps "no longer support my device" If that isn't forced obsolescence idk what is, what ******** @O2
