    @O2 I’ve come to check the status checker again today as advised in the email in the image above. Now it says the next update will be the 13th October. When will the issue be resolved? This is getting ridiculous.

    Why can’t @O2 peeps on #o2 live chat just chat to one person at a time when sorting issues. I have to wait 393726181 minutes before each of their replies. #rude

    @O2 The signal quality seems to have decreased where I live. Sometimes this will result in just a 3G signal, or very low strength of 4G. I’m not convinced the issue is O2 specific as multiple neighbours have reported the same thing for other networks. Any mast issues?

    @O2 imagine buying your 9 year old son an iPhone 12 mini for Xmas and two weeks later you discover it is faulty. Bit of a problem but I'm sure between apple and o2 ( two massive corporations) they can sort the problem out with ease. How wrong can you be??? Middle of march almost.

    @O2 Your rep, Bilal in Leeds, just hung up on me in the middle of my call after I rang to complain about the rep I spoke to prior to him who also hung up on me rather than answer questions about this messed up @virginmedia & @o2 joint venture. Simply stunning customer service.

    @O2 Done all that made no difference whatsoever, I think I will change networks I've been with o2 for some 20 yrs and all I've had is stress, expensive and crap handset's for the money I pay out each month.

    @O2 can you do something about the signal in my are of Doncaster it's shocking. Its been like this since I moved I only moved 9 mile n the signal is non existence.

    @O2 Day 23 of no phone signal due to your “faulty mast” and no sign of the update you keep promising. Amongst other things, to date I have been unable to: contact my doctor, receive msgs from HMRC, phone 111 when required. Do you really think this is acceptable?
