Why can’t @O2 peeps on #o2 live chat just chat to one person at a time when sorting issues. I have to wait 393726181 minutes before each of their replies. #rude

@O2 The signal quality seems to have decreased where I live. Sometimes this will result in just a 3G signal, or very low strength of 4G. I’m not convinced the issue is O2 specific as multiple neighbours have reported the same thing for other networks. Any mast issues?

@ChrisLawton1 @O2 I’m having the exact same issue and I’m extremely angry that nothing is being done to stop this. Everyone is being told they have this (research on line backs this up) and they’re getting away with daylight robbery. O2 clearly aren’t bothered about it or their reputation

@O2 @VMO2News @virginmedia They are not answering. Can you guys not sort this joke of a company out. 24 years as a customer and the customer service is the worst I've ever witnessed. Tie you in to 18 month contracts too so I'm counting down the months and weeks till I get out of such frustrating service.

@O2 I've tried numerous times to get through your phone menu to use a PAC code to transfer my number across. Just hitting a wall, great customer service for a new customer 😤

@O2 I have a samsung phone with emergency messages activated. Having to use it the other day for the first time, Days later I find that I've been charged for this, via my bill, when it's a vital service, sorry why is this even a thing with a system designed to help people!
