Why can’t @O2 peeps on #o2 live chat just chat to one person at a time when sorting issues. I have to wait 393726181 minutes before each of their replies. #rude

@O2 I’ve come to check the status checker again today as advised in the email in the image above. Now it says the next update will be the 13th October. When will the issue be resolved? This is getting ridiculous.

@O2 The signal quality seems to have decreased where I live. Sometimes this will result in just a 3G signal, or very low strength of 4G. I’m not convinced the issue is O2 specific as multiple neighbours have reported the same thing for other networks. Any mast issues?

I’m in Dulwich. One of the more expensive areas of London, supposedly a global city, and I’m getting worse mobile phone reception that I did in Kabul a decade ago. I pay for two contracts: @O2 and @EE and neither is reliable so I can’t work. Mobile phones are useless in vast areas of Britain and have got worse. You can never work on a train, unlike in France. But we’re spending £4.5 billion in bike lanes and crossings. This government is prioritising virtue signalling vanity projects when we need infrastructure urgently.

@TomTugendhat @O2 @EE Yes Tom, but the objective is to maximize profit NOT provide you with a functioning service. Golden rules of Capitalism: 1. Charge the maximum you can get away with. 2. Deliver the least you can get away with.

@TomTugendhat @O2 @EE Your shower of shite where in power for *check notes* 14 years, not just phone signal that’s a disgrace. Why are MPs not charged with negligence like CEOs?

  • Chris94501165
    Chris (@Chris94501165) reported

@TomTugendhat @O2 Tom, cell masts use this thing called electricity. Essentially O2 are underpowering them due to the cost of energy. The bad news for you is that the cost of Net Zero is increasing those energy costs. Who enshrined it in to law? Secondary order consequences are a thing...

  • Eldenofthering

@TomTugendhat @O2 In the last 3 weeks my phone has failed to catch @O2 any signal whatsoever during the first mile (of built-up area) of my commute. It always comes on at the same point so it's not my phone playing up. Their website says there are no issues. I wish they'd just be honest

  • CliveRoper

@TomTugendhat @O2 @EE Go for Lebara on Vodafone, good service and reliable

  • JoshBates
    Josh (@JoshBates) reported

@O2 Someone replied and I have now replied to arrange the callback with a time/date. Email complaints agents picking have meanwhile ignored my request to escalate to CISAS and for a final position letter - despite this being in the O2 Customer Complaints Code

  • GUnit156

@OldNorseGuy @TomTugendhat @O2 This is the problem with EU membership, the countries that should be the biggest net recipients are the biggest net contributors

    what the dickens? (@MitziStaff77788) reported

@TomTugendhat @O2 @EE We used to be able to work in France. Then your **** government took that away from us. So sit ******** down and shut ******** up. This **** is all your fault.

@TomTugendhat @O2 @EE Well think of it this way, Tom. Nobody ever got run over by a car when their phone signal went.
