@O2 I’ve come to check the status checker again today as advised in the email in the image above. Now it says the next update will be the 13th October. When will the issue be resolved? This is getting ridiculous.

@O2 The signal quality seems to have decreased where I live. Sometimes this will result in just a 3G signal, or very low strength of 4G. I’m not convinced the issue is O2 specific as multiple neighbours have reported the same thing for other networks. Any mast issues?

@O2 Hi. Signal keeps cutting out every 5 minutes taking up to 5-10 minutes to come back. Postal address is ML12 6TH. Are you aware of the issue & any ideas when it’ll be resolved? Cheers : )

@O2 hi I just upgraded my phone yesterday through live chat. I was told I would have to text my unidays code when I received my phone to 61202 but it’s saying it’s an invalid code. Also I swapped over sims just there and now neither my new phone or previous phone have signal?
