@O2 I’ve come to check the status checker again today as advised in the email in the image above. Now it says the next update will be the 13th October. When will the issue be resolved? This is getting ridiculous.

Why can’t @O2 peeps on #o2 live chat just chat to one person at a time when sorting issues. I have to wait 393726181 minutes before each of their replies. #rude

@O2 The signal quality seems to have decreased where I live. Sometimes this will result in just a 3G signal, or very low strength of 4G. I’m not convinced the issue is O2 specific as multiple neighbours have reported the same thing for other networks. Any mast issues?

@O2 Customer service i have received from you insurance department is absolutely terrible you have had my handset for over 4 weeks with no replacement insight charged left right and centre for service you are unable to provide disgusted is an understatement!!!!

@O2 shocking #o2recycle service. Do you now use a scam company? My wife's fully working phone was checked in store and sent off yet recycle say it's damaged. Pure lies. Trustpilot shows this happens all the time. Disgusting and will not take another contract out again with O2

@O2 I did thank you. She was very rude when I was asking about the fault they had found. I recycled in store they were really helpful & looked it over while on. He reminded me to take my case & factory reset, happily gave me a full quote. So wouldn't he have noticed a screen burn?

@O2 love trying to get a pac code from you for your advisors to refuse and then hang up. Call back, get hung up on after advisor gives name, call back and then hung up on again! And yet you wonder why people want to leave! Why can’t you just give me my pac code!
