    @O2 I’ve come to check the status checker again today as advised in the email in the image above. Now it says the next update will be the 13th October. When will the issue be resolved? This is getting ridiculous.

    @O2 The signal quality seems to have decreased where I live. Sometimes this will result in just a 3G signal, or very low strength of 4G. I’m not convinced the issue is O2 specific as multiple neighbours have reported the same thing for other networks. Any mast issues?

    Why can’t @O2 peeps on #o2 live chat just chat to one person at a time when sorting issues. I have to wait 393726181 minutes before each of their replies. #rude

    @O2 still no answer to why I'm charged falsely for things and no improvement on the signal at all. Absolutely useless having a phone most of the time. Should be allowed to come out of contract if you fail to provide a service!! #ripoff #poorcustomerservice

    @O2 is disgraceful that someone can change my late mums account . Upgraded it get a brand new phone and nothing gets done . She has had this account for over 10years not once changed her address and never purchased a phone from you . This is the second time 02 have fleeced my

    @O2 why is it that the O2 network is stupidly slow across the entire country. Every time I call to complain about slow data they tell me it must be an issue in my area. I’m fed up with the lies. I can’t even load my darn emails over 4G it’s a joke….
