@O2 The signal quality seems to have decreased where I live. Sometimes this will result in just a 3G signal, or very low strength of 4G. I’m not convinced the issue is O2 specific as multiple neighbours have reported the same thing for other networks. Any mast issues?

Why can’t @O2 peeps on #o2 live chat just chat to one person at a time when sorting issues. I have to wait 393726181 minutes before each of their replies. #rude

Terrible service from @O2 phone masts for basically all postcodes in London are down and they've made no public announcement, no apologies, have given zero updates and customer service can't estimate a time frame. Zero service or signal.
