@O2 I’ve come to check the status checker again today as advised in the email in the image above. Now it says the next update will be the 13th October. When will the issue be resolved? This is getting ridiculous.

Why can’t @O2 peeps on #o2 live chat just chat to one person at a time when sorting issues. I have to wait 393726181 minutes before each of their replies. #rude

@O2 The signal quality seems to have decreased where I live. Sometimes this will result in just a 3G signal, or very low strength of 4G. I’m not convinced the issue is O2 specific as multiple neighbours have reported the same thing for other networks. Any mast issues?

@O2 10+ years of being with O2 I have had fraud on my account of which O2 have accepted in Jan & rather than deal with it & help a customer they ignore & don’t bother to respond yet send me defaults and now enforcements and yet this ‘company’ have a crime ref too!#disgusted

@O2 I'm not saying it's bad. Because if I pay for my current sim and then the next day, the new sim arrives, I would off Just wasted quite a bit of money there
