    @O2 The signal quality seems to have decreased where I live. Sometimes this will result in just a 3G signal, or very low strength of 4G. I’m not convinced the issue is O2 specific as multiple neighbours have reported the same thing for other networks. Any mast issues?

    Why can’t @O2 peeps on #o2 live chat just chat to one person at a time when sorting issues. I have to wait 393726181 minutes before each of their replies. #rude

    @O2 I’ve come to check the status checker again today as advised in the email in the image above. Now it says the next update will be the 13th October. When will the issue be resolved? This is getting ridiculous.

    @O2 would like a call back regarding this complaint as soon as possible. I have been waiting for a refund since September on my account of 113 pound. On speaking to many of your staff at customer services. Refund still not sorted.

    @dan_marks77 If you're broke then is it really a good idea for @O2 to allow you to enter into a 24 month term for an Apple Watch Ultra which is an unessential item? I think your impulse spending has got the better of you again, Daniel. @O2 pls cancel his order, he has issues.

    @O2 can someone please help me. I lost my phone. I reported - I then asked to be transferred to sales so I could by a new one. Because I can’t get into my shop - they couldn’t sell me a phone. I was transferred again and cut off. Still no phone. This is terrible service. HELP!
