@O2 The signal quality seems to have decreased where I live. Sometimes this will result in just a 3G signal, or very low strength of 4G. I’m not convinced the issue is O2 specific as multiple neighbours have reported the same thing for other networks. Any mast issues?

Why can’t @O2 peeps on #o2 live chat just chat to one person at a time when sorting issues. I have to wait 393726181 minutes before each of their replies. #rude

@O2 how embarrassing for you. Unable to cope with priority demand for Peter kaye. 24 hours too late you are back up and all the tickets have been sold to the poxy Three network. I’ve just handed in my notice and joined them. At least they can organise drinks at a brewery.

@O2 1st time using o2 priority & what a load of s***e. You said tickets were being sold yet the app & website wouldn't load at all. I tried from 10am yesterday morning. It's another gimic to get people to buy from your company but then like the mobile and TV service its not reliable.

@O2 @peterkay_co_uk How can every venue be sold out when your website was down all day yesterday?, such a shame we just renewed our contracts with O2, we will in the future be going else where.

@O2 I downloaded Priority specifically for Peter Kay tickets. Yesterday the app crashed, today they're no longer available. Wasted far too much time trying with your pointless app. 😤😥 Never again!

@O2 How is that possible?! They can’t have sold through priority? I can’t see 1 single o2 customer who got through! This has totally backfired I’m switching this was the icing on the cake of always having AWFUL SIGNAL! Perhaps you just let new Virgin customers get through

@O2 24hrs later and the priority app still isn’t working and now you’ve sold out somehow- absolute rubbish service , other providers can offer a more reliable service for my devices at a cheaper price .

@O2 You're a joke. An ISP that can't host a web server and have absolutely no systems in place to stop bots from bulk buying tickets. Absolutely disgusting. Your priority tickets are now on sale via third party sellers at astronomical prices. Absolute **** show

@O2 so there was a glitch when buying Peter Kay tickets where anyone could go onto gigs and tours and just tweak the URL. This meant o2 customers went without? What are you going to do to resolve this? Total fail on your part… what’s the point in having o2 priority 🫠
