@O2 The signal quality seems to have decreased where I live. Sometimes this will result in just a 3G signal, or very low strength of 4G. I’m not convinced the issue is O2 specific as multiple neighbours have reported the same thing for other networks. Any mast issues?

Why can’t @O2 peeps on #o2 live chat just chat to one person at a time when sorting issues. I have to wait 393726181 minutes before each of their replies. #rude

@O2 I was first told it will take 48 hours, then 28 days, then I called back after 30 days only to be told it will take another five days. Then I called again after a week and was told it will take another five days. It's five days today. Still no resolution.

@O2 2 times I’ve called O2 (0800 902 0217) regarding a payment error, both employees hang up the phone after they hear about the issue.

@O2 three times I have now called and I've been passed from pillar to post, Had phone hung up on me, being told you can't take a payment. Getting beyond a joke all of this is now. The service you provide is shocking and as soon as I can leave the bloody better!

@O2 Yes they did. He said it wasn’t accepted. (To note it says I should give them the QR code but I never get a QR code)
