@O2 The signal quality seems to have decreased where I live. Sometimes this will result in just a 3G signal, or very low strength of 4G. I’m not convinced the issue is O2 specific as multiple neighbours have reported the same thing for other networks. Any mast issues?

Why can’t @O2 peeps on #o2 live chat just chat to one person at a time when sorting issues. I have to wait 393726181 minutes before each of their replies. #rude

@O2 been a customer for 5yrs paying £30 a month. Went to upgrade & best you could do was 24month sim only for £22 a month. Checked Labara & they could do less than £2 a month for more data and 30 day rolling. It’s a no brainer to leave when you’re ripping people off this much.

@O2 so apparently the man on the phone said i need to pay the bill for the sim contract i dont want and didnt order and then they can look at complaint and refund. If i dont pay then they can look at the complaint or any refund if the account is disconnected. Utter lies

Hi @O2 - trying to log into my O2 account app and cannot get past the virgin media/O2 verification -why can't I just log in as normal!?! Have now done the same thing 8 or more times yet still can't log in!?! Is it broken?

@virginmedia @O2 piss poor transition to this new virgin media merger debacle! Cel service worse & can’t access my bill because my old account number is 10 digits but virgin media says account number should be 9 digits. Also no clue what ‘area reference number’ even means! 🤯🤬

@O2 It all seems to be activated on my watch but when out of reach of my phone or my phone is turned off the watch says no mobile network connection. Any ideas?

The collapse of @o2businessuk @O2 customer service has been crazy. After an alert for potential fraud on our account, we've been ignored, lied to and shrugged off for a more than a month by a series of customer service managers. So incredibly poor.
