Sometimes this will result in just a 3G signal, or very low strength of 4G. I’m not convinced the issue is O2 specific as multiple neighbours have reported the same thing for other networks. Any mast issues?

Billion Dollar Brain #MDANT (@harryhpalmer) reportedWow. The quality of signal and performance from @lebara since switching from @O2 which has been shite for a long time. 5G all the way on my tube journey, unlike o2. And Lebara is so much cheaper.
