Why can’t @O2 peeps on #o2 live chat just chat to one person at a time when sorting issues. I have to wait 393726181 minutes before each of their replies. #rude

@O2 The signal quality seems to have decreased where I live. Sometimes this will result in just a 3G signal, or very low strength of 4G. I’m not convinced the issue is O2 specific as multiple neighbours have reported the same thing for other networks. Any mast issues?

@O2 No I haven’t received the esim yet because the person I spoke to regarding this last week never actioned the work for said sim to be sent, they listened to my request said they would get it sent and never did.

@O2 Hello, I’ve now got an email to say the Watch is out of stock. If I want to change the order for the same Watch but with the Alpine loop, I’m being told that I need to cancel the order, make a new one and undergo another credit check? Original order can’t just be amended?
