Sometimes this will result in just a 3G signal, or very low strength of 4G. I’m not convinced the issue is O2 specific as multiple neighbours have reported the same thing for other networks. Any mast issues?

I never get a response if i email, I’ve sent a letter 6 weeks ago with no response, I’m not holding my breath for any kind of reply.

Liesl_ (@_lliesl_) reported@jmellling1895 @O2 @davehpayne That's very interesting. I have had problems for months with the O2 app, periodically not letting me log in. Won't let me upgrade my tariff. When I tried to submit a complaint it failed Call centre suggesting I was the problem. I'm leaving them now. I have had enough.

Your customers deserve MUCH MUCH better and it’s not just the signal! It’s just about everything! While in the store two more people switched over as well.. I’d say you guys are in big trouble!
