Why can’t @O2 peeps on #o2 live chat just chat to one person at a time when sorting issues. I have to wait 393726181 minutes before each of their replies. #rude

@O2 I’ve come to check the status checker again today as advised in the email in the image above. Now it says the next update will be the 13th October. When will the issue be resolved? This is getting ridiculous.

@O2 The signal quality seems to have decreased where I live. Sometimes this will result in just a 3G signal, or very low strength of 4G. I’m not convinced the issue is O2 specific as multiple neighbours have reported the same thing for other networks. Any mast issues?

"If you're having the issue in multiple areas, it does lead us to believe that the issue is with your phone or sim" You have to love the nonsense @o2 comes up with. Yeah, because my SIM is why the data is crap in some areas. Or it's just that the o2 network is total garbage.

@O2 the worst customer service imaginable!! I have been a customer over 20+ years and been sold a watch contract that doesn’t exit! Also took a second contract which was not honoured! Been spoken to rudely by management in South Africa, 3 weeks and a still pending. #Horrendous
