@O2 I’ve come to check the status checker again today as advised in the email in the image above. Now it says the next update will be the 13th October. When will the issue be resolved? This is getting ridiculous.

@O2 The signal quality seems to have decreased where I live. Sometimes this will result in just a 3G signal, or very low strength of 4G. I’m not convinced the issue is O2 specific as multiple neighbours have reported the same thing for other networks. Any mast issues?

Why can’t @O2 peeps on #o2 live chat just chat to one person at a time when sorting issues. I have to wait 393726181 minutes before each of their replies. #rude

@O2 I have complained of not having no network or reception on my mobile for over 3 months when I was in Upper Heyford. But you were taking money from my account, for services not supplied. That was over £190. Now you have cut my mobile off.

@O2 what has my wife got to do, to actually get through to someone in payment management?? Been trying for 3 days , she either gets cut off or given a number to ring by customer services, when she rings the number, it ends up being someone who doesn’t work at O2.

@O2 When it comes to renewing your o2 contract and you know the customer service are going to offer you the worst deal and you need to stay strong.
