    @O2 Can you trace the phone number I’ve provided & shut these fraudsters down? I hate to think of elderly, vulnerable etc people falling victim to phone scams via 02 website.

    @O2 HELP Still no calls in or out after sim swap. Now 48 hours. Being fobbed off by call centre. So wait another 24 hours. How can you leave people with no calls in or out for over 72 hours.

    @o2 Help! I’m in Europe on Wi-Fi trying to turn my roaming back on but it’s not working. I think it’s because I placed a zero spending cap. Tried to log in to help but it keeps sending me texts to log in. Which I’m not getting as I’m on Wi-Fi!!! Help!

    @O2 had virgin media broadband package for years and just took out a mobile contract with you but i'm struggling to get the volt benefits to work. can you help?
