Sometimes this will result in just a 3G signal, or very low strength of 4G. I’m not convinced the issue is O2 specific as multiple neighbours have reported the same thing for other networks. Any mast issues?

I've been trying to get this shite contract cancelled since it ended in October last year but their useless AI assistant cannot verify us because the system does not work! David (@davidlondon92) reported@O2 I’m roaming in the US on my ultimate plan and the 5G is painfully slow. I just realised you cap the speed at 2 mbps, which renders it pretty useless. Can I even buy a bolt on to remove the throttle? Not sure why I pay for an ultimate plan if your speed is so abysmal

I will not be paying my bill this month as I've been trying to cancel my contract for almost 12 months to no avail. What a **** company!
