Why can’t @O2 peeps on #o2 live chat just chat to one person at a time when sorting issues. I have to wait 393726181 minutes before each of their replies. #rude

@O2 The signal quality seems to have decreased where I live. Sometimes this will result in just a 3G signal, or very low strength of 4G. I’m not convinced the issue is O2 specific as multiple neighbours have reported the same thing for other networks. Any mast issues?

@O2 can you reply to my pm when the mast in our area is going to be fixed !? Which has been broken for a week now affecting 100's of people in the area and them not being able to use their mobile phone properly !!

Had major problems with @O2 mobile since Nov 2022… and still have a mobile not working!!! 🤬🤬🤬 DO NOT GO WITH O2 MOBILE !!!! #absolutleyuseless Paying for something I can’t use !!!
