@O2 I’ve come to check the status checker again today as advised in the email in the image above. Now it says the next update will be the 13th October. When will the issue be resolved? This is getting ridiculous.

Why can’t @O2 peeps on #o2 live chat just chat to one person at a time when sorting issues. I have to wait 393726181 minutes before each of their replies. #rude

@O2 The signal quality seems to have decreased where I live. Sometimes this will result in just a 3G signal, or very low strength of 4G. I’m not convinced the issue is O2 specific as multiple neighbours have reported the same thing for other networks. Any mast issues?

@O2 surprise surprise you are a victim of fraud by o2 and they still are not quick enough to refund or have any companion in fraud to a loyal customer you ring customer service and have no idea what your going on about this case I’ve been fitting for has nearly took 3 months!

@O2 the customer service we have received has been shocking, an hour and a half on the phone and making my mum has had to travel 12 miles two days in a row and no help has been given please tell me what I have to do to help her @MarkEvansO2
