Sometimes this will result in just a 3G signal, or very low strength of 4G. I’m not convinced the issue is O2 specific as multiple neighbours have reported the same thing for other networks. Any mast issues?

Maybe the tipping point! If you cannot get help when you need it, it’s time to move on! 5 days is just ridiculous!!

David Wright (@WrightDpw) reported@kojecat @O2 O2 clearly underestimated the volume of customers who would take up the offer. I have spoken with their customer services on 2 occasions this week and have been told different things each time. This is a technical issue which should have been sorted.
