Why can’t @O2 peeps on #o2 live chat just chat to one person at a time when sorting issues. I have to wait 393726181 minutes before each of their replies. #rude

@O2 The signal quality seems to have decreased where I live. Sometimes this will result in just a 3G signal, or very low strength of 4G. I’m not convinced the issue is O2 specific as multiple neighbours have reported the same thing for other networks. Any mast issues?

I am absolutely fuming, my sister has a Nigerian name ‘Kehinde’. She called up @O2 to resolve an issue. And a employee on the phone refused to call her by her name, and asked can I call you K. Perhaps you should @yewande_biala piece for @Independent . Absolutely disgraceful!!
