    @O2 The signal quality seems to have decreased where I live. Sometimes this will result in just a 3G signal, or very low strength of 4G. I’m not convinced the issue is O2 specific as multiple neighbours have reported the same thing for other networks. Any mast issues?

    Why can’t @O2 peeps on #o2 live chat just chat to one person at a time when sorting issues. I have to wait 393726181 minutes before each of their replies. #rude

    @O2 I’ve come to check the status checker again today as advised in the email in the image above. Now it says the next update will be the 13th October. When will the issue be resolved? This is getting ridiculous.

    @O2 can you advise what to do next. Have had no working phone due to an error your end for the last 7 days. 5 online chats and 4 calls later with each time telling me 24 hours and it’s still not fixed. Which department can I call now? Reaching my limit now as service is a joke.

    @JacquelineAbbD @O2 My problem is getting @O2 to sort the replacement. They helped via Twitter to restrict old phone but haven't got in touch re new one. I'm stuck without their help

    @O2 Get back to me, how is my bill double this month, who asked you to charge me for Amazon music!! The audacity your services is sooooo slow and I barely have internet most days and have to use my WiFi, not happy at all
