    @O2 The signal quality seems to have decreased where I live. Sometimes this will result in just a 3G signal, or very low strength of 4G. I’m not convinced the issue is O2 specific as multiple neighbours have reported the same thing for other networks. Any mast issues?

    Why can’t @O2 peeps on #o2 live chat just chat to one person at a time when sorting issues. I have to wait 393726181 minutes before each of their replies. #rude

    @O2 I’ve come to check the status checker again today as advised in the email in the image above. Now it says the next update will be the 13th October. When will the issue be resolved? This is getting ridiculous.

    @O2 I tried both apps. When you get to the website to redeem the offer, an error message occurs. I think it's more of a website issue than an app.

    @O2 please can you justify a £49 charge to call Australia for 19 minutes? I used my partners phone as I had no signal and needed to call o2 to enable Wi-Fi calling. While he does not have the international bolt on like me, I was shocked to find out the charge. this is exorbitant.

    Just spoken to the rudest person @O2 store in Ashton Under Lyne. Customer Service was atrocious!!

    Asking for a friend… Data/apps etc won’t transfer from Android to IPhone via the IOS app. Nothing will transfer. Any help or advice? @O2 and @Apple been unable to help so far. Thanks in advance
