@O2 The signal quality seems to have decreased where I live. Sometimes this will result in just a 3G signal, or very low strength of 4G. I’m not convinced the issue is O2 specific as multiple neighbours have reported the same thing for other networks. Any mast issues?

@O2 I’ve come to check the status checker again today as advised in the email in the image above. Now it says the next update will be the 13th October. When will the issue be resolved? This is getting ridiculous.

Hello @O2 , can you please explain to me why I've spent all morning on the phone to 4 different people at your call center with my complaint only to be told the robots won't work right. Passed from pillar to post with my complaint and got absolutely nowhere.

@O2 I want to cancel my contract due to ongoing issues with your pathetic network. Keep telling me everything is fine… yet I’ve got 4G signal once again… outdoors in my garden and nothing loads or works can’t even switch to 3G only 5G which isn’t in my area. Absolute load of 💩

@O2 On the commute into Sheffield I had issues with signal, at time went to 3G (I can’t remember the last time I saw 3G with @EE). I also had some signal issues whilst at work in the centre of Sheffield & didn’t once achieve a 5G signal.

@O2 - please help o2! I've gotten locked into an additional phone contract and now paying two airtime/device payments each month. Is there a way to stop airtime payment on the second device as the device is not functional? ie - I'm paying for a service that I cannot access?

@virginmedia Furthermore I’ll not be renewing my @O2 contract when they merge with Virgin bad enough with on #showerofshit can’t be dealing with it on my mobile as well.
