    Why can’t @O2 peeps on #o2 live chat just chat to one person at a time when sorting issues. I have to wait 393726181 minutes before each of their replies. #rude

    @O2 The signal quality seems to have decreased where I live. Sometimes this will result in just a 3G signal, or very low strength of 4G. I’m not convinced the issue is O2 specific as multiple neighbours have reported the same thing for other networks. Any mast issues?

    @O2 For anyone following this after days of back and forth. The link above is useless as o2 DO throttle the speeds to an unusable level! “There’s no fixed data allowance with O2 Travel, so to manage traffic (including audio and video streaming) we limit the service to 500kbps.”

    Just moved over to @O2 and I'm shocked to learn that they don't support Wifi or 4G calling for phones that weren't bought direct from O2 🤯 I never had problems using my @OnePlus_UK (bought outright from OnePlus) on the @EE network. What gives, O2!? It's 2023 – come on!

    @o2 I’m having MAJOR issues with my service atm. I’m having to make 5-6 calls just to have 1 conversation as the line has either got horrible interference, distorts voices or just cuts off. This has now been ongoing for about 2 months. Please help or I’ll need to switch provider

    @O2 hi guys I’m hoping you can help I live in postcode TN26 which comes off the TN30 mast you have removed meaning loss of signal and service and an update is expected on the 26th of April can we end our contracts early due to the fact your unable to provide our services thanks
