@O2 The signal quality seems to have decreased where I live. Sometimes this will result in just a 3G signal, or very low strength of 4G. I’m not convinced the issue is O2 specific as multiple neighbours have reported the same thing for other networks. Any mast issues?

Why can’t @O2 peeps on #o2 live chat just chat to one person at a time when sorting issues. I have to wait 393726181 minutes before each of their replies. #rude

@O2 are your masts over subscribed? Most of the time 4G is so slow but flip to 3G and it’s fine. Signal is perfect on full base so it’s not that? Also I’m not the only person who seems to have this issue.

@O2 Hi, yes, I've tried everything on the help page, made no changes and bills up to date. Have reported on the status checker page, although it's silly that I need to make separate reports for data, SMS and calls. Reference nos 25575306, 25575310 & 25575311. Can you please expedite?

Why is @o2 coverage sooooooo bad, everywhere I go rubbish or limited 4G, I have to connect my @ee mifi which is amazing!

@O2 never had an O2 SIM card we tried a while ago but ur customer service is impossible to deal with, ever since u’ve been harassing & threatening my 11yo over a unpaid bill no matter how many times I call it keeps happening @MarkEvansO2 cant know how useless the staff r #TeamO2

@O2 I've done a check and it says there are no network issues in the area. Yet this has been an ongoing issue for the past year or so. Now that 5g has reached the area, signal is great when on that but when on 4g. There is nothing. My other mobile only 4g enabled and doesn't work now

You’ve really let me down this week @O2 My signal in Blackpool has been terrible. Completely nothing at times. And other times virtually unusable. It’s the last straw. Been with you for nearly 20 years. This will be my last contract. @ee has 5G in places here.

@O2 Really disappointed with o2. Been a customer for 12 years and you cut my phone off 3 days in a run! Bill paid in full every month. Called up every day and I'm being told its a computer automatically doing this. 3 days of work I've lost. No help at all.

Shout out to @O2 España #CustomerService for giving me a week of unlimited mobile data after my router died, pending a visit from tech support. I didn't even have to ask for it! That's how you build loyalty, which most companies don't seem to care about anymore.
