Michael Bratley (@MichaelBratley) reported from Bracebridge Heath, England@O2 The signal quality seems to have decreased where I live. Sometimes this will result in just a 3G signal, or very low strength of 4G. I’m not convinced the issue is O2 specific as multiple neighbours have reported the same thing for other networks. Any mast issues?

I’m getting 5–10 calls a week at this point and it’s beyond frustrating. I’ve politely asked to be removed from their list around 9 or 10 times now and today, when I pointed out that I’ve repeatedly asked them to stop calling me, they simply slammed the phone down on me. How on earth do you actually get yourself removed from whatever ridiculous list these companies seem to have you on? Surely I can’t be the only one dealing with this nonsense?

I’m on a £10 rolling plan so I’m just getting charged for data. Customer services can’t help and o2 store can’t help. Absolute shambles 😡

I’m a new customer, as of yesterday, and trying top up then trying to get access to link my number to my myo2 account is a nightmare and no one at your call centres can help me!!!! Did I make a mistake leaving EE?!
