    @O2 The signal quality seems to have decreased where I live. Sometimes this will result in just a 3G signal, or very low strength of 4G. I’m not convinced the issue is O2 specific as multiple neighbours have reported the same thing for other networks. Any mast issues?

    @O2 I’ve come to check the status checker again today as advised in the email in the image above. Now it says the next update will be the 13th October. When will the issue be resolved? This is getting ridiculous.

    Why can’t @O2 peeps on #o2 live chat just chat to one person at a time when sorting issues. I have to wait 393726181 minutes before each of their replies. #rude

    @O2 called on the 9.9.22 for technical help as my iPhone 11 is not sending texts! Still waiting for a call back! Paying for a phone that doesn’t work! Call centre can’t understand me nor me them as their English is not very good! I want discount on phone bill this month like!

    @O2 I have no internet service or signal. I have turned my mobile date and phone on and off and it’s still not available. It also says all your agents are busy on the app

    So @o2 you can't even respond to customers, Literally the worst company to deal with! Customer services are none existent. No response to emails, no response to tweets nothing from you.

    @O2 Please can this be looked into asap? It’s causing issues with work, dentist, doctor etc. Plus it was meant to be a simple 24hr network switch & some Googling is showing that lots of people have this issue and are switching back to their old networks… thanks.

    @o2 the worst customer service ever. I’ve rang the customer service team twice now. Its like the agents don’t want to take any calls. As soon as it goes through the agents hang up. @o2 fix up on your services if they exist!!!

    @Scottycelticman @O2 @EE Virgin moved me over to o2 masts recently and same issues. Every other mobile provider gives me great reception in these areas. Honestly shocking. Won’t even play music.

    If anyones looking to go with @O2 network.. DONT!!!! They are absolutely ****, 4g/5g is shocking, slow and hardly ever works! At the football its impossible to get 4g and it takes about 10 times to send a text! Now im stuck with them for 2 years 😡
