@O2 I’ve been looking at my options to upgrade on the myo2 app and I’ve had three different prices in the past 24 hours, started off at £51 then £63 and now it’s up to £66 😵 all for the same phone and same plan. Any help?

@O2 Sorry, your system crashed and I’ve been trying since 09:30 this morning! No confidence in the network if it crashes at the first sign of being busy! As with, @TicketmasterUK failed to cope with demand - certainly for us out in the sticks, we get nowhere again…!!!

@O2 struggling to swap my number to a new sim. It says contact on myo2 and 202 as there was an issue but neither work and need to speak to an agent - but the line cuts you off if it’s not a stolen device or fraud and the messaging function is turned off. How can we sort it?

@O2 We have now been without phone signal for 10 days now due to storm Arwen. As business customers for over 14 years we are shocked that o2 has not contacted anyone to say what is being done about this. Surely o2 customers would be due compensation as unable to use phones.
