    @O2 I’ve been looking at my options to upgrade on the myo2 app and I’ve had three different prices in the past 24 hours, started off at £51 then £63 and now it’s up to £66 😵 all for the same phone and same plan. Any help?

    @O2 Sorry, your system crashed and I’ve been trying since 09:30 this morning! No confidence in the network if it crashes at the first sign of being busy! As with, @TicketmasterUK failed to cope with demand - certainly for us out in the sticks, we get nowhere again…!!!

    @O2 Normally your customer services folk are so nice, what happened?! Been trying to get through to you for two weeks about data not working (202 just leads back to the website and have spent far too long on hold). When I finally did he was so rude 😰

    @O2 hi guys. I’ve just upgraded my phone and am wondering if I should have transferred my old sim across, or if the new one supersedes and the signal will drop on old phone over next day. At the moment new phone is dependent on old for network connection. Thanks.

    @O2 Its not just myself but 3 other people on O2 are having the same issue.... I haven't deactivated as the answerphone service is in constant use.

    @O2 is there a customer service number that can be called where I can actually speak to a human being please? I have tried 5 different numbers and each one goes through the options and then says bye and hangs up the call! How can anyone deal with their account when you can’t spk!

    Absolutely DISGUSTING customer service from o2!! My sister has tried to get a refund for AirPods SINCE AUGUST!! The “manager” on the phone was useless too!?! Does it really take over 10 phone calls and a few months to just get a simple refund? Absolute joke. @O2
