@O2 Sorry, your system crashed and I’ve been trying since 09:30 this morning! No confidence in the network if it crashes at the first sign of being busy! As with, @TicketmasterUK failed to cope with demand - certainly for us out in the sticks, we get nowhere again…!!!

@O2 I’ve been looking at my options to upgrade on the myo2 app and I’ve had three different prices in the past 24 hours, started off at £51 then £63 and now it’s up to £66 😵 all for the same phone and same plan. Any help?

@O2 I’m currently abroad in Croatia right now, but have been unable to send any text messages (not iMessages) successfully, despite being able to receive them. It’s the same phone I had last year on holiday but I cannot seem to get it to work this time. Is there anyway to fix it?

@O2 thieves…..left them supposedly without penalty. All agreed but still took £600. Phoned 7 days ago and refund assured today. Phoned today as no refund…..and it had not been processed. That is theft and shocking customer service. Ombudsman here I come. #thieves
