@O2 I’ve been looking at my options to upgrade on the myo2 app and I’ve had three different prices in the past 24 hours, started off at £51 then £63 and now it’s up to £66 😵 all for the same phone and same plan. Any help?

@O2 Sorry, your system crashed and I’ve been trying since 09:30 this morning! No confidence in the network if it crashes at the first sign of being busy! As with, @TicketmasterUK failed to cope with demand - certainly for us out in the sticks, we get nowhere again…!!!

@O2 don't follow through on their rewards when people sign up for new deals etc! Be aware that they make it ridiculously difficult to go through any customer care routes and don't respond to emails or call back when they say they will #AwfulCustomerService

@pmdv77 @EnglandRugby @O2 He's been very good every other game I've seen him and apart from a charge down I don't think he was to bad. The replay of the early knock on showed he didn't actually touch it and the ball wasn't out when he got caught after that. The intercept was just a poorly planned move imo

@O2 I renewed my contract with you and instead of Disney+ I asked for o2 inclusive zone (available in US) I’m here and I can’t use my phone and I can’t contact you via support chat.

@JUULESY @O2 Submit a formal complaint to o2 & threaten them with the @ICOnews if they don’t stop sharing customer information with the Govts ‘Situation Room’, also known as SitCen. They’ll say the data is ‘fully anonymised’, but how do customers know that for certain.

@O2 trying to help my friends return some parcels to you, but the problem is online chat provided some return labels that aren't valid anymore and old royal mail standard. Can we please have two valid postal labels for returns
