@O2 I’ve been looking at my options to upgrade on the myo2 app and I’ve had three different prices in the past 24 hours, started off at £51 then £63 and now it’s up to £66 😵 all for the same phone and same plan. Any help?

@O2 Sorry, your system crashed and I’ve been trying since 09:30 this morning! No confidence in the network if it crashes at the first sign of being busy! As with, @TicketmasterUK failed to cope with demand - certainly for us out in the sticks, we get nowhere again…!!!

@O2 Can you please contact me asap about my elderly father’s account? He’s very upset as his bills increase monthly. The webchat is very unhelpful. I want to speak to somebody on a call to rectify the situation. This is no way to treat a vulnerable customer demographic.

@O2 @RishaaBoats27 @O2 I was promised a refund of £669 on august 13 yet the money still hasn’t reached my account. I have called customer services ever night for past 2 weeks and the incompetence of the staff is insufferable. How can a global company like o2 operate in this way?

@O2 what's happening in my area?? There was maintenance work being done that was completed on Thursday but 5g/4g doesn't work and there's 1 bar of network, l know other networks aren't working too.
