Conor (@_ConorCook) reported from Stonehaven, Scotland@O2 I’ve been looking at my options to upgrade on the myo2 app and I’ve had three different prices in the past 24 hours, started off at £51 then £63 and now it’s up to £66 😵 all for the same phone and same plan. Any help?

GJ Penman 🇬🇧 (@GJPenman) reported from Laurencekirk, Scotland@O2 Sorry, your system crashed and I’ve been trying since 09:30 this morning! No confidence in the network if it crashes at the first sign of being busy! As with, @TicketmasterUK failed to cope with demand - certainly for us out in the sticks, we get nowhere again…!!!

JaG (@J4God) reported@O2 I’m IT literate. Have done all this countless times. Local O2 shop confirms that I have this issue. A common complaint in this area where they say the mast doesn’t work/is getting fixed, and/or whatever else. The problem is endemic and I feel that I am paying O2 for 0

Kath Moonlight (@kath_moonlight) reported@O2 @O2 It’s the MyO2 app/account. I’m currently in Mexico with my UK O2 Pay As You Go SIM. my mobile number appears to be linked to a different email address, so I can’t link it to my Virgin Media O2 ID or top up. I can’t sign in because the O2 website/app blocks access from Mexico.
