@LutzSchueler Hey Lutz @LutzSchueler . Great to see O2 getting these results ! BUT why after years of promises on rural 4G coverage has my signal at a fixed rural location got worse ? No one at @O2 seems able to give support, they just say the area has patchy coverage. Please Help.

@o2 Presume I simply make the police aware of this? How can your staff get away with this? For what reason would my account suddenly cease working, not allow any text or voice or data service, nor WiFi calling etc? Account is in good standing. Acceptable?

Hello @O2 my other half has 4GB of data, but he can't seem to get anymore and has only used 1.7GB. Can you help? It's really frustrating he can't get Internet unless in the house or on a public WiFi.

@O2 your Western Favell store is poor! Completely incompetent staff who are rude and zero knowledge! A staff member tried telling me I was stupid for buying new apple watch ultra from Apple as O2 sold it for £549! I explained highly unlikely as it £849 everywhere else
