    @O2 Sorry, your system crashed and I’ve been trying since 09:30 this morning! No confidence in the network if it crashes at the first sign of being busy! As with, @TicketmasterUK failed to cope with demand - certainly for us out in the sticks, we get nowhere again…!!!

    @O2 And this is why I wanted to complain. They weren’t connected but still charged. Your web chat people said they must have all come off Wifi only….🤔. You seen very reluctant to give out complaints email address. Your wbe site has a link but it’s broken.
