    In to our second week of no mobile signal with @O2 because of a mast issue in TN2 4. When will this be fixed please @O2? Becoming a real issue for work calls now

    @O2 Even calling up and saying that I wish to ‘make a complaint about your customer service’ gets me cut off. @Ofcom I cannot make a complaint directly to O2! Can you help me make a complaint about poor pricing for existing customers please?

    @O2 My signal has been very low on and off and today someone called and it went straight to voice mail. That’s the only issue I’ve had with calls and texts have been fine :)
