And @O2 have now sent the phone they damaged back to me, I asked them not to. Seriously bad service from what is supposed to be a reputable company, they won't honour promises 🤔

Took out an @O2 account as part of some 'volt' deal with @virginmedia. My god O2 are bad. Apparently you have to wait a few months to access your account online to wait until their systems "catch up" for new joiners. Shouldn't have bothered.

@O2 @o2businessuk Absolutely appalling customer service from your business team! In your York store with my mother to upgrade to a business account, after being on hold to your referrals team for over 30 minutes, they just hung up the phone. Nearly 2 hours there and no phone!

@O2 been trying to pay a closing balance on a phone bill but I can’t. Have tried calling customer services 17 times and I still haven’t got through to anyone. Been on hold for most of the time and then sometimes just cut off!! How can I pay the bill before I get fined?!

@e_emobile great advert doing a shave on Snowdon or landing a plane. But could you first fix the issues when I can’t get a signal at work or get multiple dropouts on a walk or commute home. Never happened with @O2
