And @O2 have now sent the phone they damaged back to me, I asked them not to. Seriously bad service from what is supposed to be a reputable company, they won't honour promises 🤔

@O2 I’m having a terrible customer service experience from you. A gold customer of 16 years. You make a mistake not taking payment and bar the phone for 4 days running and offer £10 credit!!! Very disappointing. Perhaps time to change network.

@O2 I need the PAC code for the SIM. You have sent a verify code to the account holder, and one of of your reps called her to ensure that she granted permission for me to speak with O2 on her behalf. I am 150 miles away from her, trying to help but I can’t because of your process.

@O2 It’s not acceptable to be honest … there should be adequate coverage but here I am struggling .. I thought it was my phone but it’s you guys n it’s been like this for months n still no fixes … just keeps getting worst

@O2 can’t send and receive sms on iPhone, had a rotten experience with o2 from day 1, contacted your support they said someone will be in touch within 3 days…. Great!
