And @O2 have now sent the phone they damaged back to me, I asked them not to. Seriously bad service from what is supposed to be a reputable company, they won't honour promises 🤔

@thedogman_918 @ThreeUK @O2 I was with them 10 years when They decided to charge me £1000 using phone abroad.. when I had my phone switched off… never used it. Never again!! I too had few accounts with them. Worse customer service.

@O2 Hi O2 - Swapped my Skymobile number to a new O2 PAYG 7 days ago and phone still not working. Spoke to your customer service who are useless. Can recieved txts but can receive calls or make call or txt. Been on hold for 2.5hrs Still not working. HELP ME PLEASE.!! #Useless

@linuk2002 @O2 Same. It wouldn't have been so bad if I hadn't been spoken to like poop by customer service. Was told I was always welcome to leave. Then leave I shall. I'm always calm and respectful on the phone to them, but they can't treat their paying customers with the same respect
