And @O2 have now sent the phone they damaged back to me, I asked them not to. Seriously bad service from what is supposed to be a reputable company, they won't honour promises 🤔

@O2 I am trying to sign in to My 02 account. I have tried several times and it keeps sending me a link so that I can verify my e mail address. When I have verified it, it tells Me to go back to original page and then the whole Process starts all over again.

@O2 @Ofcom You email to say my contract price is going and since then I’ve had the worst 4G signal ever !! Both my husband and I travel the country for work and the signal is bad everywhere. Are you doing this to intentionally lose customers ? What’s being done about it ?

@Bx9x9x9 @O2 Looking into it, o2 have a lot of issues with their systems at the moment, all across the board. It's either a glitch or they have a security breach.
