    @O2 Every time I call you you hang up. I’m a new customer who’s trying to move to you and you’re making it nearly impossible. Can you confirm which options I should choose to actually speak to a person?

    And @O2 have now sent the phone they damaged back to me, I asked them not to. Seriously bad service from what is supposed to be a reputable company, they won't honour promises 🤔

    New O2 scam - someone calls you claiming to be from O2, offering you a discount. They then send you a code via text and want you to tell them what this is. The text you receive prior to receiving the code advises you to hang up as this is a scam. @O2

    @O2 @rosalyn129 Careful, Rosalyn. My husband hasn't had any service from O2 for 6 weeks now because of a mast issue, and they won't let him cancel his contract without paying a cancellation fee of £519.

    @O2 hi - I did a survey and you keep calling me. You just left a voicemail saying ‘at this time no further action will be taken’. I’m at work. Why does any action need to be taken? I don’t think you can fix my coverage issue - it’s where I live.
