And @O2 have now sent the phone they damaged back to me, I asked them not to. Seriously bad service from what is supposed to be a reputable company, they won't honour promises 🤔

Loving Newquay but the @O2 network coverage is pretty rubbish. I cannot use any app / webpage that requires data. Reliant on wifi which is pretty rubbish when walking around or on the beach.

Is it a coincidence that I’m 1 month away from my 3 year phone contract coming to an end and my phone starts playing up now. Not a single issue during that period @O2 @Apple 🙄🤔

@O2 I’ve been transferred to over 30 people today I’ve had phone calls ended I’ve been in store all because my contract was cancelled without explaining correctly what was happening and staff being rude

@O2 I logged in to my account to take a look at what Volt benefits I could get only for me to be told that Virgin Media isn't available at my address. Except we've had Virgin Media for over 4 years. Help?
