And @O2 have now sent the phone they damaged back to me, I asked them not to. Seriously bad service from what is supposed to be a reputable company, they won't honour promises 🤔

@O2 any idea why your 4G data network was completely unusable @ Paultons Park, Ower, Romsey SO51 6AL on Sunday the 6th. Yes, the site has a lot of visitors but 4G is able to deal with this in other busy places like London venues. @PaultonsPark need better data coverage please #4G

@O2 After a year of complaining you have acknowledged the fault lies with yourselves and an antenna that’s not working, for weeks now you have been saying you cannot access the land to fix it, I want off of your network get someone to contact me about this.

@O2 @virginmedia I'm sorry I'm not happy with this my last post must of been deleted. I took o2 contract out as I didn't like my virgin contract. I had nothing but trouble with them taking money out of me still after not been with them for 2 years. No signal in placed you should get places

@O2 one year later coverage in Bournemouth is still horrendous. It’s a tourist town. As soon as I get get heavy traffic through the town the signal goes to sh**. Definetly changing network is when my renewal date is up. Absolutely horrendous service

@O2 what is wrong with ur signal in Newport? It was good, all of a sudden, calls randomly drop or fail, I can’t load an Instagram video, and my texts take hours to send?
