@O2 can someone please update me on the mast issues YO11 3EA. Ongoing for nearly 2 months rarely able to get a signal or make calls. Received a text to say aerial would be fixed by 28 Sep - it hasn't been.

@O2, yesterday my phone signal dropped completely and hasn’t come back since. Your service status says a mast is down nearby but everyone else in the house on O2 can connect fine? What gives. Struggling to connect all over Peterborough.
