And @O2 have now sent the phone they damaged back to me, I asked them not to. Seriously bad service from what is supposed to be a reputable company, they won't honour promises 🤔

@O2 Right so apparently they have a backlog off activating a new sim when swapping. But they cancel the old sim and now I’m left in limbo waiting for my phone to work? Unbelievable

@O2 Many times I’ve done this. I just need to get it sorted. Is it worth me getting another sim from an o2 store? It was frustrating as the person gave no help and I haven’t received any emails.
