    And @O2 have now sent the phone they damaged back to me, I asked them not to. Seriously bad service from what is supposed to be a reputable company, they won't honour promises 🤔

    @O2 are you having website issues? I'm trying to upgrade online and I can go through steps 1-4 no problem, but everytime I get to step 5, nothing loads underneath the blue O2 header. Tried 2 different browsers and it's the same everytime.

    @olive_blacklab @O2 Not ideal. I’m sick of it. Theres next to no reception at mum’s on any network, and at home I show 5G but data never works and calls are poor quality.

    @O2 trying to correct my DoB on my contract seems to be beyond O2 ability. 6 days in, countless calls to customer service, visits to local O2 store and logging a complaint and still no closer to a resolution.
