    And @O2 have now sent the phone they damaged back to me, I asked them not to. Seriously bad service from what is supposed to be a reputable company, they won't honour promises 🤔

    @O2 Day 110 of 365 on trying to get O2 to fix their phone customer service. 1) If you ring and ask for an e-sim for an Apple Watch then good luck with that. Staff seem very untrained. 2) Calls disconnect too much when speaking on 202. 3) The whole IVR system feels dated.

    @VodafoneUK @O2 apparently the issue which took 16 days!!! to fix was partly as .@VodafoneUK had not passed all the pac files over

    @tescomobile @Soph1eJ You need to fix this, it is a widespread problem. Myself and 2 people I know, plus the ones already asking you are all having the same problem this weekend. Can call out, can text and receive texts, but incoming calls all go straight to voicemail. All are @o2 via Tesco Mobile

    I did get a reply which raised more questions & seems now have to wait a further 48 hours for a response. Tried to call - 45 minute queue - no time to do that at moment. Come on @O2 this new customer is not impressed - you have PAC, porting number should be quick & simple.

    @O2 Good morning I recently joined o2. Because of the the 25gb roaming capabilities. I was not made aware of your aggressive throttling of network speeds when in USA. Think this need sorting are at least making customers aware clearly before they enter contracts.

    @O2 Ok I have settings>general>reset but then I don’t have the option to do reset network it just goes to reset my whole phone 😭
