@O2 are you having website issues? I'm trying to upgrade online and I can go through steps 1-4 no problem, but everytime I get to step 5, nothing loads underneath the blue O2 header. Tried 2 different browsers and it's the same everytime.

And @O2 have now sent the phone they damaged back to me, I asked them not to. Seriously bad service from what is supposed to be a reputable company, they won't honour promises 🤔

@O2 Morning, maybe I didn't meant signal. It's the mobile data I meant 🙈it's particularly dreadful in parts of Chippenham where I struggle to get H+ with 4g nowhere to be seen. The same in Bath, where I rely on local places free WiFi. Will that above link still help me?

@O2 for weeks when I'm in work I've had slow or no Internet... when I've checked service status it keeps saying a mast isn't working as it should and an engineer is on the case.. but as I've said... its been weeks... have they got lost looking for the mast?
