    And @O2 have now sent the phone they damaged back to me, I asked them not to. Seriously bad service from what is supposed to be a reputable company, they won't honour promises 🤔

    @JaimeGoddard @O2 So his thing is he does less shows because then its only "the real fans" but in truth it means many don't get to see him. It's up to him of course, just seems a shame to not give all fans opertunity to see your stuff they support you in.

    @O2 You wouldn’t let me switch to a new network despite your service being utter **** in Chester. Even after 344 days of not being able to use your service in the city centre.

    @O2 - racked up almost 5 hours of time on the phone to your customer services in the last few days (you’ve cut me off 5 times transferring between departments). I just want a replacement for a faulty handset or to cancel my contract! Whichever is quickest! Please help!
