    @O2 are you having website issues? I'm trying to upgrade online and I can go through steps 1-4 no problem, but everytime I get to step 5, nothing loads underneath the blue O2 header. Tried 2 different browsers and it's the same everytime.

    And @O2 have now sent the phone they damaged back to me, I asked them not to. Seriously bad service from what is supposed to be a reputable company, they won't honour promises 🤔

    Hello @o2 I sent a few DMs over the weekend as I'm having problems inputting my PAC to enable me to move my number from @VodafoneUK to yourselves. The PAC expires 19th Oct. I'd like to move it 18th Oct but your system won't accept my info

    @O2 why has signal and service dropped so much since you joined up with @virginmedia?? Used to love O2 as customer service was great. Prices go up service gets less.

    @O2 Response appreciated, but its too late 4 failed attempts to transfer old number to O2, resulting in 6 hrs+ in online chats & 2 complaints (complaints that your chat operators raised, not me) & a cancelled contract within 14 days of a cooling period & a lost customer. Very poor.

    @O2 I have transferred to o2 but my number transfer hasn't been scheduled (I entered all of the details correctly and it's on the system). It's very difficult to get help with this. Can you help?

    I genuinely hate the O2 app so much wdym I paid my phone bills on the 15th and it takes the money (THAT I DON’T HAVE) out again TODAY. I ain’t paying for 2 phone twice 🫩 need to wait till 8AM to call them and sort this **** out. @O2

    @O2 having issues with making payment online , no matter which browser , pc , phone, tablet or operating system , keep getting too many redirects error . Tried all remedies but no joy #o2 #o2redirects

    @O2 I have a TLC Linkzone MW63 but the bandwidth performance is poor wherever I am. I have tried several locations with strong O2 signal. What is your advice?
