And @O2 have now sent the phone they damaged back to me, I asked them not to. Seriously bad service from what is supposed to be a reputable company, they won't honour promises 🤔

@O2 How did it work out.. Site was down well before 10am.. You send a message out saying "Don't panic...the pre-sale is for 48hrs".. Next message.."All pre-same tickets have been sold" Am I thick, but how did all the tickets that were to span a 48hr sale period sell as app was down?

@O2 Not being funny @O2 but what’s the point of having the priority perk if only some of your customers can access it!! 😡 totally get technical issues happen but surely that would effect ALL users and not just some. I feel their should be another pre sale!!

@O2 Who got the tickets 02 and Virgin staff ??? I was trying from before 10am until after midnight sometimes entered my number received first security text then second never arrived , requested again both arrived but screen stuck on first page . Then down completely. Shame on you I2

@O2 An apology for the absolute shambles would be nice. Websites not accessible, apps not working, invalid codes. To see the tickets on sale now for huge amounts is just an insult.
