    @O2 Hello, the Disney plus add on just leads to a page that says unable to load this extra at this time. This add on seems to have caused a lot of people grief in the past. When are you going to fix it?

    @ChefWayner @O2 Directly underneath the mast is the worst place to test, signal goes outwards rather than straight down.

    @O2 your customer service is dreadful. People screeching and laughing in the background while I'm trying to explain my problem. I can't get anywhere with this. Very frustrating and had me in tears after an hour being passed around from one department to another

    @O2 Hiya went to get a free coffee from the priority app about 20 minutes ago and the lady at greggs (canary wharf) said the system wasn’t working (and was extremely rude about it) so i’ve now had to pay for my coffee and lost out on my free code. Please help

    @O2 your customer service is terrible. I spent 90 minutes on the phone with you to prevent you sending me a bill for a phone I didn't open, but returned immediately. It didn't help. You've billed me for a service I never connected to. Disgraceful.

    A big Thank You to Mapisa in the @O2 Customer Service dept for her help yesterday. She was excellent and I really appreciate the follow up email to confirm that a replacement phone was on it's way AND that she'd organised a new SIM too. @o2 - hire more Mapisas, ditch chatbots!
