@ThreeUK was disappointed in the lack of help after my Nans phone got hacked this afternoon. Spent an hour trying to get through to speak to someone only for them to not be able to help. Will try a shop tomorrow but not impressed. Will be switching to @O2

@O2 @virginmedia @TheBHF Useless marketing yourselves as life saver of you can’t even get your own network running effectively. Based on your 3G(!) and even Edge(!) signals constantly popping up, these defibs probably won’t wake even zap a fly.

@thealmeister @O2 Phone worked with data, it was only when you make a call and it jumps from 4G to 3G t cut you off. Couldn’t receive calls either. That’s how I resolved it after 6 months of issues.
