    And @O2 have now sent the phone they damaged back to me, I asked them not to. Seriously bad service from what is supposed to be a reputable company, they won't honour promises 🤔

    @ruskin147 @O2 Thousands of people all trying to connect to the cell site, not really surprising you get connection problems but the mobile companies know what the demand will be like so should be able to meet that in these high profile events

    Anyone else on @o2 and had “No Service” for about a day now? My bills are paid. I don’t have another phone to try the sim in. I’ve never had service issues before and been with @o2 for years.

    @O2 No! Keep your existing phone. An upgraded device is just you falling for the hype. What will it do for you that your current phone won't? No thought not.... Ignore Apple, talking **** as usual.

    Absolutely piss poor from @O2! Pay insurance at £8 ish a month £70 next day replacement to get a phone that’s worse than the one I broke. Call customer service and got hung up on 3 times! Wasted an hour half of my afternoon 1/3

    @ruskin147 @O2 5G is very much a thing too! @HullCity ground used to be a no network zone til 5G came along, I had no issues this season 👍🏻

    @BristolOli @BS3Rob @O2 It’s because the 02 transmitter on the top of Safestore has broken, after the electrics flooded when the roof leaked…..
