And @O2 have now sent the phone they damaged back to me, I asked them not to. Seriously bad service from what is supposed to be a reputable company, they won't honour promises 🤔

@O2 are you having website issues? I'm trying to upgrade online and I can go through steps 1-4 no problem, but everytime I get to step 5, nothing loads underneath the blue O2 header. Tried 2 different browsers and it's the same everytime.

@O2 i spent 3 hours in one of your shops yesterday trying to sort out an issue with a sim that was incorrectly changed from pay monthly to contract 12 months ago due to an error with a member of your staff to which the sim still says no service AND I took out a new contact
