And @O2 have now sent the phone they damaged back to me, I asked them not to. Seriously bad service from what is supposed to be a reputable company, they won't honour promises 🤔

We’re now on 3rd SIM card and 12th day without network for my heavily pregnant wife who is unable to work from home for almost 2 weeks now. Despite @O2 reassuring tweet yesterday, she’s failed again to have any resolution and is now told it will be further 5 days.

Very nearly got conned by a fraudster pretending to be from @O2 He was very good but it was his persistence that let him down. Phew!
