@ThreeUK After 11 years as loyal customers, we finally left Three due to “very sneaky” removal of free Go Roam service. 11 years of loyalty mean nothing to Three, who forced us to change our contracts (to remove free roaming). My whole family is so happy to join @O2!

Just got an amazing existing customer offer from @virginmedia 65£ volt package inc 1GB broadband and all channels & calls plus a unlimited everything sim from @O2 for an extra £25 absolute bargain considering paying £60 now for 200mb and mix it tv

So tried @EE sim and oddly no phone signal at train stations or on trains, and burnt through 300mb of data in under an hour, compared to @O2 I have signal on trains once I get away from crowds but nothing at the football. Pity can’t combine the 2…

@O2 Still awaiting a response from o2. Coming up to nearly 3 weeks without a working contract due to an issue. CS doesn’t even want to know and keep getting told to wait, never mind about the 3 hang ups wen someone pretending to be a manager that wasn’t 🤔

@seantrent @O2 It’s not the signal. It’s the appalling disjointed CS. Just awful. 2.5 weeks no service and basically getting shrugged at. Bearing in mind I have a number of contracts too, they still couldn’t care less
