And @O2 have now sent the phone they damaged back to me, I asked them not to. Seriously bad service from what is supposed to be a reputable company, they won't honour promises 🤔

1. I ended a contract with O2 5 years ago & you failed to collect a final amount of£30. I was never aware of it nor at any time did you attempt to contact me to seek payment, which I only discovered during a credit rating issue. After 2 +hours of holding and cut off calls @O2

Stay away from @O2, in my 7th month of a 12 month sim only contract. Their data service is abysmal, they acknowledge there is an issue with the local mast, then they say it’s resolved when it’s not, after which we start a vicious cycle all over again. GAH

@O2 absolutely disgusted with this company. 8 phone calls, 10 messages. Umpteen requests for MY money back and told 7 more days because incompetent staff never actually processed the return and every time I spoke to them they assured me it had.... lot of staff there lying
