    And @O2 have now sent the phone they damaged back to me, I asked them not to. Seriously bad service from what is supposed to be a reputable company, they won't honour promises 🤔

    @EdwardBGreen @O2 Last year I removed daytime calling plan from landline, thinking landline would be incoming only, and I'd only make outgoing calls from mobile. Then I moved to S Woodford, where signal is really poor. I've missed calls about Last Rites - thankfully they reached me another way.

    @O2 Happy to. Appears I am not alone in discovering one’s tariff does not include emojis (54p) or more than 160 chars. I don’t need either but if your service dept spend their days explaining this to customers, clearly we are not alerted sufficiently at point of sale.

    @O2 @GreggsOfficial Never mind the sausage roll, I’ve been calling O2 since the offices closed about paying for a phone that stopped working months ago. The phone was paid off but the money still is taken. When do the phones get answered?

    @O2 My wife's contract is up in 10 days time, so she rang up to advise @O2 she would not be renewing her contract due to the absolute disgusting customer service she received a few months ago. she was told she she needs to give 30days notice even tho her contract is up in 10 days??
