And @O2 have now sent the phone they damaged back to me, I asked them not to. Seriously bad service from what is supposed to be a reputable company, they won't honour promises 🤔

@O2 appealing customer service 2 hours to try and sort out a threatening letter for an airtime plan that has not been used and contract expired 2 years ago
