While roaming in the EU I experienced a complete loss of mobile data service. There was a failure of service and of support handling resulting in significant inconvenience and concern.

Tony Welsby (@tonywelsby) reported@Worly82 @O2 Was on O2 for a few years after leaving EE (after over 25 years) for ‘a deal’. Became terrible after the merger with Virgin. Thankfully was on a sim only rolling contract and managed to get out. Awful farmed out customer services.

Now I can’t get even get signal in my garden, the train home its awful and match days at the local football ground absolutely zero chance of signal for 2 hours.

Jazza (@jmilprint) reported@mhewson_MCH @NickOresme @O2 I just switched to Giffgaff, 40gb data, and unlimited calls etc £10 a month on a rolling monthly contract. The 5G has been much more consistent with Giffgaff although it's the same network!!

Helen Jordan (@hel25071) reported@O2 Took my elderly mother all the way to your store in Merry Hill as she needs a new phone on contract but because my father is the account holder, the assistant would not help her. Disgraceful customer service and totally ridiculous as she pays the monthly bill for two phones.

I seriously hope o2 are able to solve this issue because it shouldn’t be made so difficult, jumping through hoops and a bunch of loading screens with portal errors, to do something as simple as making a payment; it’s incredibly anti-consumer.
