    And @O2 have now sent the phone they damaged back to me, I asked them not to. Seriously bad service from what is supposed to be a reputable company, they won't honour promises 🤔

    @JodiClements17 @O2 You should be able to terminate your contract early without an early termination fee if you can prove that you're having issues. We got out of a couple of Thee contracts for the same reason.

    @O2 i have been without consistent telephone signal for 4 months now. 1 day i will have 3 bars, the next i will struggle to get 1, I have spoken to various customer support personnel on the phone but i cannot call when my signal is down.. i pay £50 a month to you. Sort this out!

    @O2 I've explained to 7 people over the last 2 weeks. Everytime I have been told its been resolved. I just want to speak to someone senior who can resolve it without me waiting another 24 hours. I don't want to explain again via a DM. Can you please tell me how to make a complaint?
