    And @O2 have now sent the phone they damaged back to me, I asked them not to. Seriously bad service from what is supposed to be a reputable company, they won't honour promises 🤔

Now signal has dropped in my house inexplicably over the last few months and I can barely make phone calls and be understood by the person on the other end! Sick of it, stupid poxy 36 month contracts as well absolute farce.

    @O2 In my situation all my calls are going to the voicemail and there is no way I can get support from customer services. Shocking, no wonder why customers are switching between telecos

    @O2 No! Just an email saying bad news on the 27th telling me my pre-order is out of stock. Not a single update and no one will confirm delivery. What is just as frustrating is why no one at O2 will answer my question “why did you allow me to place a pre-order in the first place?”

    Hello @O2 I have had no service with you for over 24 hours now. I am in the North West of England area, vould you maybe let people know when it will be fixed. I am constantly getting a Mast problem message. I need an open network to be able to reach clients & family. Thankyou.
