    @O2 Every time I call you you hang up. I’m a new customer who’s trying to move to you and you’re making it nearly impossible. Can you confirm which options I should choose to actually speak to a person?

    And @O2 have now sent the phone they damaged back to me, I asked them not to. Seriously bad service from what is supposed to be a reputable company, they won't honour promises 🤔

    @O2 I’m moving to you from another network and my sim should be arriving today. I gave you my PAC when I bought the sim and have had a text from you saying to activate my new sim I need to text SWAP to 20220. Do I do this from my new sim or my number on the network I’m leaving?
