And @O2 have now sent the phone they damaged back to me, I asked them not to. Seriously bad service from what is supposed to be a reputable company, they won't honour promises 🤔

@O2 I don't doubt that 02 staff have tried to help, but I've spent close to 12 hours on the phone trying to give you about a £1,000 - and you haven't found a way to make that work. I'm fed up.

@O2 @annabarbfilms Why is Pay Monthly worse than PAYG? For Xperia L4 Pay Monthly 12 month contract is £28 per month = £336 £13 device * 12 = £156 £15 tariff * 12 = £180 5GB PAYG 12 months is £240 (£96 cheaper) £120 device £10 PAYG * 12 months = £120 6GB No incentive to be loyal customer? @O2
