And @O2 have now sent the phone they damaged back to me, I asked them not to. Seriously bad service from what is supposed to be a reputable company, they won't honour promises 🤔

@O2 customer service absolute shambles! I have called in 3 times, 1 hour each time. When they pick up 2 mins in to the call they drop the call. @O2 casually thieving my time !

@O2 I have also returned it twice and with the issue on going I have replaced my iPhone for a new one and had my sim replaced this has made no change of anything it’s worse now
