@O2 are you having website issues? I'm trying to upgrade online and I can go through steps 1-4 no problem, but everytime I get to step 5, nothing loads underneath the blue O2 header. Tried 2 different browsers and it's the same everytime.

@O2 Just had to pay TEN TIMES my usual data rate to add a bolt on. Phoned customer services. They said that policies have changed due to abuse of goodwill. I have been a customer for years, and now ripped off. Also, with you not supporting Pixel Watch, I am leaving. It's a shame.

@O2 this is becoming a joke now 7+ months I have not been able to use my properly you lot need to sort it out I’m paying £76 a month for what ?? To have to b connected to Wi-Fi just to use my phone!! All you keep saying is there is a tower down what for over a year !! 😤
