And @O2 have now sent the phone they damaged back to me, I asked them not to. Seriously bad service from what is supposed to be a reputable company, they won't honour promises 🤔

I’ve given my phone number to @O2 because I’m having a problem with my phone, & I’ve given my number out, like I do all the time, & they’ve said they can’t contact me. This happens ALL THE TIME whenever I give out my number, like why do I always have these life problems 😩🥺

@O2 @theufcbaddy He's right. Your customer service is shite. Couldn't use my phone for 2 weeks 14th-30th Dec whilst you completed "upgrade work"...Xmas week..what is wrong with you!?? Had to move to my mums so I could continue to WFH and couldnt ring anyone and you offer me £10 as compo. Insult.

@TomRothery @O2 Exactly the same thing happened to me, also not an O2 customer. Reported 32 days ago now, still nothing but threatening letters, despite repeated desperate attempts to get a response from fraud team. So frustrated!

@O2 I’ve already spoken to your customer service team this morning and they stated I’ll have to wait 1-3 working days (but with it being new year this will be longer now) to wait for the returns parcel so I can return the phone and then once that’s done the new one can be sent out.

@O2 Can you offer me any kind of compensation as I’ve had to jump through hoops just to get something that I ordered. Whenever I’ve upgraded with O2 in the past it’s been really easy so I don’t know why your service has gone down so quickly now?

@O2 Your customer service over the phone is outrageously bad I got buttoned twice before I finally got put threw to someone in South Africa who couldn’t connect me to a manager for 24-48hrs are yous for real? Been with o2 10 years & still don’t get a push off the side! Disgrace
