@O2 is there a problem with 4g/3G/signal in my area? Had nothing but problems all week with losing signal, things not loading, constantly dropping into “dead zones” wherever I am, including at home, even trying to have a phone call with my mum earlier and the call kept dropping!

@O2 have been trying to get through to someone for 3 days. Every time I call customer services I get hung up on. All I need is a new SIM card as mine has stopped working. This customer service makes me want to cancel all together 😤

Hi @sainsburys. Your stores have no phone signal because they are big metal boxes. So you introduce @o2 WiFi. But to activate it you have to enter a code sent by text message. Which you can't receive because you're inside a big metal box. I'm sure you can see my dilemma.
