And @O2 have now sent the phone they damaged back to me, I asked them not to. Seriously bad service from what is supposed to be a reputable company, they won't honour promises 🤔

@O2 My signal keeps dropping between 2 and 3 bars and has been like this for a week or so ever since you did some work in the B16 area of Birmingham in late September I have tried switching between 4G and 3G but still same Pls check ur system for errors Thanks
