And @O2 have now sent the phone they damaged back to me, I asked them not to. Seriously bad service from what is supposed to be a reputable company, they won't honour promises 🤔

Yet again @O2 data not working. Always seems to be a broken mast near me 🤬 I need my data for work so what compensation are u giving ur customers for such bad service on ur part! We pay & don't receive so what are we getting for all these disruptions?

@O2 As an example. Third party sites showing p40 pro on O2 for £41 pm, 24month contract, 40gb data - but if I come direct its £55 pm. Stop being so poor. I've been with you for years & would rather not spend a morning to be told I'd have to take out a new contract and transfer number
