@O2 signal and data network issues for 3 months. No I have no signal and no data. Spoken to someone on the phone this morning who rudely put the phone down on me after I said I was unhappy to wait 3 days for someone to contact me, as I’m paying for a service that isn’t working!!!

@O2 you called my husband yesterday, as he was due an upgrade. He has increased his plan and went for a new phone on promise he’d have it today as we go away for a week on Sunday. Cue an email last night saying the phone was out of stock & now we can’t get any help!
