@O2 Having problems receiving (though not sending) texts with other O2 phones. Other providers are fine. My O2 seems to take me in circles, no solutions. Suggestions new SIM might help but can't find anywhere to request replacement. Site says go to O2 shop but they are closed

@O2 I have been on hold for over an hour... your customer service is terrible. I spoke to someone yesterday and you cut my phone today again! This is ridiculous! I will be seeking compensation. You’ve left me in the middle of the snow with no phone and a broken car! Well done!
