@O2 Still the same, i’ve turned the phone off and back on numerous times now. I’ll DM you this needs sorting there is clearly an issue with people porting into O2 as you can see from your open forums, not good enough.

@SugarSarahT @kayleighhjane @O2 Literally!!! Told me to unlock Manchester with previous ticket holder code!! My app crashed and kicked me out at 08:59, website logged me out… app still won’t let me back in even though I keep logging in. Total **** show
