    @O2 are you having website issues? I'm trying to upgrade online and I can go through steps 1-4 no problem, but everytime I get to step 5, nothing loads underneath the blue O2 header. Tried 2 different browsers and it's the same everytime.

    @O2 I’ve been looking at my options to upgrade on the myo2 app and I’ve had three different prices in the past 24 hours, started off at £51 then £63 and now it’s up to £66 😵 all for the same phone and same plan. Any help?

    @O2 any chance of some support for my daughter after her phone was stolen? The level of support @Ofcom so far, has been absolutely abysmal. It would be good to find someone who actually cares!

    @O2 how do you allow all these touts and scammers to buy all the tickets to your shows at the o2 and let them re sell them for 5 times the value when there's children lose out. What a **** show

    How I wish what happened yesterday had never happened. My arm hurts so much, even though I’m so happy to see Ariana; my back hurts, my feet hurt, my whole body hurts because of the sick people who did this to me. My wrist hurts a lot. 💔 Just thinking about it makes me cry @O2 I hope you can read my email.

    Hey @O2 could you make a SIM only deal that could be bundled onto my contract for my elderly parent? They never make calls unless it's an emergency but I always call them. A bundle on SIM for a token cost would be piece of mind and so helpful.

    @O2 Yes and new SIM card network reset phone reset tickets open by o2 to raise issue for last 3 months then tickets being closed when issue not fixed
