    @O2 are you having website issues? I'm trying to upgrade online and I can go through steps 1-4 no problem, but everytime I get to step 5, nothing loads underneath the blue O2 header. Tried 2 different browsers and it's the same everytime.

    @O2 I’ve been looking at my options to upgrade on the myo2 app and I’ve had three different prices in the past 24 hours, started off at £51 then £63 and now it’s up to £66 😵 all for the same phone and same plan. Any help?

    @O2 @ChechuzM Hi - I took a montly o2 contract 8 days ago. It worked well until you ported the number from vodafone. Since then I cannot connact at all. I contacted help, bit it just ‘logged a complaint’. How do I cancel. It is within 14 days.

    @O2 :- it is a disgrace that central Swindon is not covered by 5G and that 5G+ is only useable outdoors in selective parts of the town centre. Worse, since you started to migrate to 5G parts of my house in Old Town, Swindon are dead zones. A premium rate demands premium service.
