@pkrpmusic @O2 Retweet your complaint, add BBCWatchdog to it, the network is pants. Something seriously wrong with it, i suspect over subscribed. Ask direct question on my masts abilities never even acknowledged I had asked the question.

  • karenwisdom Karen Wisdom (@karenwisdom) reported

Shame on you @O2 - daughter charged £42 for sending a single ‘arrived safely’ WhatsApp (text) message to us from Turkish airport before turning off her data roaming for her whole holiday. Another customer lost! @MartinSLewis #mobiledata #ripoff

  • Extinguisherman Dale Watts (@Extinguisherman) reported

@Alyshaa_134 @O2 Went thro the ombudsman, both them and o2 agreed I had a very low data usage but It’s unreal for me to think I will get signal 24/7. So even when you can prove it’s rubbish, it’s just not quite rubbish enough.

  • allymcgeorge Alvin TX Fernandez (@allymcgeorge) reported

@O2 hi, if I chose Disney+ as an extra, and I already have it- do you just cancel my existing contract and set up a new one?

  • wilcochris Chris Wilcox 🌻🇺🇦 (@wilcochris) reported

@O2 Several help pages state I need a Plus tariff. MyO2 says I have a refresh unlimited. That page says for USA I need O2 Travel plus £6 a day to use my data. I’m not sure which it is. It’s all inconsistent

  • Alyshaa_134 Alysha (@Alyshaa_134) reported

@Extinguisherman @O2 Should be in the terms and conditions somewhere about being able to leave the network if they aren’t holding up their end of the deal

  • Extinguisherman Dale Watts (@Extinguisherman) reported

@fionagordon5 @O2 One of the issues I have, retweet your compliant add BBCWatchdog and Which magazine to the post. This is ridiculous, need to get something done. The network was excellent now awful.

  • Viv_P01 Viv P (@Viv_P01) reported
