Nick Cole (@Pilot_Nick) reported from Bucksburn, Scotland@O2 are you having website issues? I'm trying to upgrade online and I can go through steps 1-4 no problem, but everytime I get to step 5, nothing loads underneath the blue O2 header. Tried 2 different browsers and it's the same everytime.

Stevio (@Rothbury01669) reported@JohnTillUK @O2 @Mozilliondotcom I was with EE over 18 years (from the Orange days). When they were bought by BT their renentions deals went up the spout and they wanted £60/month for a new iPhone 13 and that was at a discount. So I requested a PAC code on the website and bought my phone direct from Apple for £36/month over 2 years I moved to Giffgaff (which is 02 but been fine for me). Within an hour of the PAC request a guy from EE phoned me and said, why are you leaving after all these years ..... told him why and he said, we can offer it for £50. I said too late. Even with a £10/month sim deal on Giffgaff it was still cheaper and I never went back and I am still with Giffgaff 5 years later My friend works for Three and he said that legacy customer leaving is a red line for the companies because once you go, you'll never come back and they also know that once the customer discovers they can buy the phone direct from the manufacturer with 24 month 0% terms, it's the end of the line for the working model

Alwyn Williams (@AlwynLFC) reported@EnglandRugby @O2 What a waste having a generational player yet he never gets to start for his country #*******
-
Alisdair HamiltonW (@AHWilkes) reportedI'm a loyal customer of @O2 for decades with no intention to leave but with 5 SIMs in the family & a mixture of surreptitious chicanery on tariffs and annual increases I realise I'm paying a big Loyalty Penalty. O2 price discrimination blocks the advertised deal I want😡
-
Fraser Cornwall🦈 (@cornwall_fraser) reported@EnglandRugby @O2 15 min delay would help. Think I’m gonna make it with train now moving but will be tight

Victoria 🦊 (@VickiMilly) reported@EnigmaAkila @O2 I've had this issues for weeks now. I've had three phone calls that resulted in them saying they couldn't do anything. They sent me into a store and they had no idea about it either and reffered me back. I'm now waiting in my fourth call. It's maddening.
