    @O2 I have sent you a DM regarding my expired contract not being moved under your auto change terms. Despite me receiving a letter advising that it would. I called your team who tried to sell me a 12 month contract and then cut me off. I’m very disappointed with this service

    On hold with @O2 for 1 hour and 17 minutes. Surely they are the #worst phone company ever? I hear all the nightmare stories now but wish I was warned first. #scammers #crooks

    @O2 as you don't answer your phones and it isn't plain on the app please tell me how to cancel Disney+. Don't refer me back to them as it's just a link back to your app.

    Completely unrelated to my problem @O2's web site offers a link to finding WiFi hotspots. The landing page it hits is a 404. Makes me wonder, is there anyone competent there at all?

    @O2 after a whole month of waiting for an Esim I finally got one. Set it up but still no network bars show up. I have paid a whole month of my subscription without even using the sim. Can I please getting help because all the patience I had is all gone

    Trying to get an issue solved with @O2 is impossible. Can’t talk to a human and the chat service is useless. How hard is is to speak to an advisor!!!! #O2useless
