@O2 How do I obtain a refund? I’ve not been able to use the card for the purpose for which it was bought and as I’ve not had any help in rectifying the situation I want to lodge a complaint and get my money back. Complete waste of time effort and money whilst on holiday.

@helenmc46972890 @O2 Why are 02 completely down in Birmingham, Coventry and West Midlands area had no connection at all to anything apart from WiFi. Unacceptable when is it going to be resolved and why haven’t you publicly stated your down? Not paying the bill if not resolved!

What is wrong with @O2 signal? I don’t get it anywhere!! And when I do it’s so slow and freezes, keeps going on EDGE! 5G is awful. I can not wait to to leave this company. Problem after problem! Don’t use o2, you’ll be wasting your money and time!! 😡
