@O2 Every time I call you you hang up. I’m a new customer who’s trying to move to you and you’re making it nearly impossible. Can you confirm which options I should choose to actually speak to a person?

Today I get a painful reminder of why I should have stuck to my “never going back to @O2”; 7 days later and they can’t even tell me if they have the porting request that was made at the point of order on my new contract! Waste of perfectly good carrier space.

@O2 why sell people a 2-3 year contract plan for Apple watches and then say that the device is only under warranty for 12 months. If it then stops working properly it’s our problem you then charge to fix it yet are still charging for the device!

Incoming rant alert: @O2 incorrectly logged a £400+ debt against me months ago now, as they can't terminate an account correctly it seems. They then applied 5 late fees and a default to my credit file, all without telling me. They also sold my nonexistent 'debt' off to a debt...
