    @O2 I’ve been looking at my options to upgrade on the myo2 app and I’ve had three different prices in the past 24 hours, started off at £51 then £63 and now it’s up to £66 😵 all for the same phone and same plan. Any help?

    @O2 are you having website issues? I'm trying to upgrade online and I can go through steps 1-4 no problem, but everytime I get to step 5, nothing loads underneath the blue O2 header. Tried 2 different browsers and it's the same everytime.

    @kokeshimum @O2 I think a lot of the issue is contention ratios in the UK. O2 has the coverage, but far too many people on it....not because O2 is particularly cheap, but the other main networks are now incredibly expensive.

    @O2 @Mally_DB Probably the one I've been telling you about for 7 months. But keep being ignorant of your failure whilst I contact the ombudsman... For anyone else .. myO2 backend is broken for a % of users and they don't know how to fix it. IT ticket closed without resolution

    @kokeshimum @O2 Firstly, how I miss Huddersfield. I'm now in Devon. I get better signal on the little train that goes up to The Eiger than I've ever done in Exeter.

    @kokeshimum @O2 I live near four major cities. On 4G I can’t get an internet connection, cuts out constantly mid calls as soon as drops from 5G to 4G. O2 is broken.

    @kokeshimum @O2 Same ****. Yet, o2 have increased their customer bills for the past 12 consecutive years. That’s a 4-10% increase every year since 2014.

    I moved from @ThreeUK to @O2 and nothing has improved on signal. Blind spots alll over the places. What I really don't get why you don't get anything on 4 antena bars? And could be anywhere in London
