It’s apparently only for @o2businessuk accounts only. Other customers are not allowed to use this. Seems like @O2 are happy for @ViniBilli & I to leave after 10 years of being customers. So frustrating & such poor service.

@O2 Day 41 of 365 on trying to get O2 to fix their phone customer service. 1) If you ring and ask for an e-sim for an Apple Watch then good luck with that. Staff seem very untrained. 2) Calls disconnect too much when speaking on 202. 3) The whole IVR system feels dated.

@flash_interest The same thing with my order which was a Christmas present, shocking service from @o2 and DPD. Rang @o2 customer service they have no solution to the problem. They should not take orders until this is sorted.

On the phone to nhs 24 for my baby for 45 mins and my phone suddenly hangs up cause it lost signal even though it was sat in the same place! Seriously @O2 need to sort this out we've had bad signal for about a year now and keep saying it's going to be fixed but nothing happens!
