@O2 I’ve been looking at my options to upgrade on the myo2 app and I’ve had three different prices in the past 24 hours, started off at £51 then £63 and now it’s up to £66 😵 all for the same phone and same plan. Any help?

@O2 hi. I have messaged many times about transferring my dad's payg number to his new contract. The page on the app is STILL offline, the o2 shop couldn't do it and 202 just tells us to use the app which doesn't work. I'm getting rather angry now about this.

@O2 I’ve run out of patience and am fed up of being lied to. I’ve been on stupidly high tariffs for years, and assured they’ll be changed, then they never are. Now been informed you’ll be sending debt collectors because I’m cancelling with immediate effect. Disgusting!

@o2 have taken £495 of my money and sent me a bag with a leaflet in. I have sent video evidence of me opening the delivery which they claim was my full delivery. As I don't have a phone with them the only way I can contact is twitter. Worst service I have ever received. Appalling

10 days my sons been without his SIM card working due to an issue at @O2 and still it isn't working despite numerous phone calls, seeing as they've cancelled the contract by mistake then billed me for it, they're getting the phone back to them!! #SickToTheBackTeeth
