@virginmedia @O2 The issue is with Virgin. I was told number porting will be seamless. Then when number got "deactivated", I was told Virgin will order new sim with o2 and then number will be ported. I was told it will take 3 weeks. I have contacted after more than 3 weeks..as didnt hear anything

@maelzoid @O2 I find this with most now. I regularly go to use the greggs offer/s as a postman and they have all gone. Before it never happened but the previous month or so its become a problem so its no longer "a perk" IMO.

@O2 I have the Travel inclusive add on as part of my contract. Never had an issue before, but landed in USA yesterday and it’s telling me if I want data I have to pay £6 per day. My app says my add on is active. Is the text a mistake?
