    @O2 I've DM'd you. There doesn't seem to be any way to get my number from my old phone to my new (both O2). Form online doesn't work and I get cut off on phone!

    @O2 Phone mast in my area has been down since 7pm Saturday. Haven't been able to make/receive calls or texts as it says no SIM. Been unable to speak to anyone on web chat to find out when it will be fixed.

    @O2 Honestly the worst customer service I’ve ever had . I’m so upset right now after calling 4 times today and no one has helped me. I’ve been promised someone will call me back but im in doubt about it. Not customer friendly at all

    @O2 Dear o2 I switched to you guys but have not received a sim card and so can't'activate' the switch yet but you have invoiced me for days you have not provided me with a service. Is this normal or legal? Can you charge and claim a service tax for a service not provided?

    @O2 ive had my phone stolen and its been 3 days now going back and forth to the store to activate the new sim card with my old phone number! This is a joke. Very poor customer service. I work nights and dont have the freedom and time to make daily trips.

    @O2 joke.. Been waiting 25 mins to. Cancel my contract and give my 30 day notice... And someone picked up then hung up... Glad my laat 30 days... If i dont get through to cancel... Ill just stop my direct debit.... Jokers
