    @MiggleM @O2 O2. If you care to read the other comments this not an isolated case. It’s nationwide. You 4G is atrocious. I never experienced anything like this on Vodafone (13 years). I regret leaving them for the promise of better coverage.

    @O2 I have tried all you recommend and still the issue occurs, can you tell me when your next planned tariff increase is because i will be exercising my right to terminate my contract with you, unless i have grounds to do so beforehand due to your crap network coverage.

    @O2 My uncle has been getting charges on his monthly bill for sending pictures to me through WhatsApp. I’m on a different network but I thought WhatsApp was totally free?

    @O2 your free sausage roll offer for 02 customers on Friday/Saturday have some issues when I’m trying to claim it in store, it’s saying the number or code is not authorised, despite me reading the number out to the cashier or showing the QR Code.!Could you please look into this.
