    @O2 I’m a virgin media broadband customer and have access to O2 priority moments yet when I try to claim one it takes me to O2 log in and can’t Get past that I’m logged in/have access due to the virgin media connection.

    @O2 really? do you not think I have already tried this as well as speaking to customer service on weekly basis. no amount of steps is going to rectify it if you don't fix the issue.

    @O2 I have just got an O2 Pay&Go SIM but I cannot activate it. I get “no service”. When I try to create an O2 account then I need to enter a code sent to my number but I cannot receive it. Could you please help?

    @o2 do I need to add O2 open again to a new contract? I thought I did but when I login it says it already applies to my number but I don’t think the discount is on!
