    @O2 I got a new phone and O2 account a few weeks ago but there is zero signal at my house. Although WiFi calls works in the house, texts doesn't. For so many things now you need a text msg to log in....banking, Amazon, NHS. The O2 service is useless for me. How do I cancel?

    @O2 Wondering if I can get an answer on this thread as your online and app have people going round in circles! Having placed an order earlier today, I have decided to cancel. I am chasing my tail trying to find out how to do this before the 14 days are up!
