    @O2 I changed my SIM card recently .I cancelled my old DD and now I can’t seem to set up a new one as my surname has changed but I still have same bank account There is no answer on your customer service phones and the virtual assistant is a waste of time . This needs sorting !

    @tjaneg1 @O2 I would advise everyone to stay away from O2…. Worst Customer Service in the world, I can see why that partnered with Virgin…. Shambles of a company…. They have really fallen far…. Worst decision I made was to switch to O2

    @O2 signal between London and derby via train is terrible. 2 to 4 bars of a 4g signal, barely any internet signal as the internet is so bitty. Any chance of improving it at some point ?

    @O2 never met such a company , got my replacement phone after waiting nearly 3 weeks , replacement arrived damaged and now told I have to wait till Monday for someone to collect the phone and a further 7 days for them to inspect it and get back to me with another replacement 😡

    Bought a new phone via @O2's customer service line at 5pm last night and it arrived at 9.30am this morning, just 16.5 hours later 🤯 Seriously good service from O2 👏 @dhlexpressuk

    I was Quick enough to go off on one with @O2 when I had an issue but it is fixed TOOK like 2 months though but is fixed the first 2 guys I spoke to useless the girl who took the last call she was very PROFESSIONAL and did her job FULLY so thanks I guess
