Hello @O2 (Trying again) Bought a phone from the online store on 18th. Said it was in stock and guaranteed next day delivery. Half an hour later, I get an e-mail telling me the phone is no longer in stock (after I purchased). The order also isn't showing up on my account.... HELP

@O2 so my 84 year old mother has a mobile for emergency use. She is my disabled fathers carer. She had a £10 top up payg on the phone and because she had not used it for 6 months YOU HAVE SHUT IT DOWN. Please justify and explain putting these old people at risk during Covid? #O2

After confirming the correct email address on the phone - check your recordings - but the email address the information has been sent to is incorrect! Calling customer services and they’re saying they can’t help me or correct it. Absolute joke @O2 - GDPR at its finest

@O2 literally the worst service for loyal customers. 13+ years and still the most expensive upgrades for the longest terms. Tried the whatsapp service requested a call back received call back and opening line we are contacting all of are loyal customers. Ironic that.

@undeadbydawn @O2 Unlike my issue where they've debited my account but not provided me with a bill. Then said wait 14 days for bill. Then after 14 days said wait another 14 days. Why on earth can't your final @O2 bill be digitally delivered like all your other bills?
