    @O2 5 weeks of no service on my and my wife’s phone whilst paying you monthly and having to pay for another PAYG sim is just impossible. I’m going to EE with both contracts. Can’t wait a day longer.

    @O2 I’m using an iPhone 12 on a monthly contract - done every diagnostic / sim swap etc and nothing works. It’s not specific to my handset - other users on our work account have some issues, handset replaced - your network, it’s sub standard. I get 3G at best approx 70% of the time

    @O2 Hi, it seems there’s still mast issues since my first tweet above. I don’t like to complain however I first reported issues in August 2020 & it’s May 2021. There’s been no texts to say you’re still aware of the issue & so I’m wondering when there will be a fix?
