And @O2 have now sent the phone they damaged back to me, I asked them not to. Seriously bad service from what is supposed to be a reputable company, they won't honour promises 🤔

@O2 my monthly bill is now up.. like everyone else.. but I still can’t use my unlimited data really, doesn’t load anything I have to be on the wifi, Im getting ready to go upgrade but thinking to leave if there is better connectivity out there.. any help?

@O2 A reason to hate you - a 17%+ increase in charges for what? A 17% increase in wages? In your investment in the service? Or an even higher % increase in profits? My money is - literally - on the last of these. Heinous.

@O2 Well, it seems everywhere is “out network gets busy in this area”. Maybe you should be sorting these things up before increasing huge, unaffordable price hikes!!! Disappointing. It puts people are risk - I couldn’t access my travel pass the other day because my data is unusable!

@MartinSLewis anything we can do about @O2 upping bills by 17% whilst in contract? Been a customer for 15+ years and feel like they’re taking the biscuit by passing on costs and then some to customers whilst no doubt making hefty profits in these difficult times! #o2priceincrease
