    And @O2 have now sent the phone they damaged back to me, I asked them not to. Seriously bad service from what is supposed to be a reputable company, they won't honour promises 🤔

    @O2 are you having website issues? I'm trying to upgrade online and I can go through steps 1-4 no problem, but everytime I get to step 5, nothing loads underneath the blue O2 header. Tried 2 different browsers and it's the same everytime.

    @O2 Was called today by you, to upgrade. Signed me up for a 32 month contract, messaged later: phone out of stock. Why would you sell me a phone that's out of stock? Feel like cancelling and going elsewhere. Poor.

    @O2 I turn my phone off every night this is basic connection #poor and this is since I got my hyper speed 5g compatible phone… it’s slower, poorer connectivity and disappointing… I shouldn’t have to reboot a phone to check socials

    @ChattenNatisha @iDMobileIreland You have 14 days as a cooling off period if I was you I would cancel the contract when you can and go with @O2 they are great!
