And @O2 have now sent the phone they damaged back to me, I asked them not to. Seriously bad service from what is supposed to be a reputable company, they won't honour promises 🤔

@O2 Well, it seems everywhere is “out network gets busy in this area”. Maybe you should be sorting these things up before increasing huge, unaffordable price hikes!!! Disappointing. It puts people are risk - I couldn’t access my travel pass the other day because my data is unusable!

@O2 @KarlGarratty Like a lot of customers I’ll be running down my contract and binning O2. Been a customer for a long time but there is no justification for the size of the latest price increase. 👎
