And @O2 have now sent the phone they damaged back to me, I asked them not to. Seriously bad service from what is supposed to be a reputable company, they won't honour promises 🤔

@O2 after a 7 day battle to get a watch which is not connecting to network. I Now have the battle if sending it back. You also can't go into a shop .good luck getting hold of any contact details for o2. All they send is a bunch of links which sends you no where

@O2 Also,I’m afraid not! Customers should be able to do their payments either through the app or through the desktop! It is now logged as a complaint and o2 are going to send this over to you on here to clarify the issues!

Thanks @O2. Stuck in Europe due to travel restrictions trying to keep in touch with family and you slap a £27 charge on us. Changing provider as soon as we get back. Poor customer service. Response please. #O2takingadvantage
