  @O2 I paid my bill, overdue by accident -on Sunday- now 3 days after paying what I was due I still have no service- can’t call or message/no mobile data for 3 days after paying now-the money has left my bank account-Unable to get to speak to anyone! Please restart my services!

  @O2 what’s wrong with the Priority app ? Apart from the Peter Kay farce yesterday, unable to login, put in my number, add the code when prompted and then it kicks me back to the start up screen again @EE wonders about a good deal

  Hey @O2 why is that every day for 3 weeks one of your operatives has interrupted my day by calling me. Each time the number is blocked, but still they come. If this is your way of securing a new customer it is but an epic fail. Desist please.

  @O2 I am tired of using your My Network app to report no service, only to get a "Our network monitoring system hasn’t currently identified any issues at this location" SMS back. There is NO DATA in AL5 2RU - the centre of Harpenden town - for several months. It needs fixing!!!

  I've had terrible coverage from @O2 - Can't get a signal most of the time in Liverpool City Centre - At the castlefield bowl gigs - every other network my friends were on was ok, O2 failed Generally can't trust it for any coverage
