  @O2 I paid my bill, overdue by accident -on Sunday- now 3 days after paying what I was due I still have no service- can’t call or message/no mobile data for 3 days after paying now-the money has left my bank account-Unable to get to speak to anyone! Please restart my services!

  @O2 what’s wrong with the Priority app ? Apart from the Peter Kay farce yesterday, unable to login, put in my number, add the code when prompted and then it kicks me back to the start up screen again @EE wonders about a good deal

  @O2 what is going with your phone signal right now? It’s the worst it’s been for me in the 11 years I’ve been with you. Constant drop outs, ****** internet services won’t go above 2 bars. I’m paying over 100 pound a month for this garbage phone service. Somerset based no signal

  @O2 you claim you have the perfect connection..so why am I getting slow loading times for normal Web pages when in built up areas? Last week at Ashton Gate, Bristol. No signal. Right now, im in Weston-Super-Mare in a trading estate with a god awful signal.

  @O2 please can you sort out the signal on the @MiddlebrookRLP Retail part. It’s always been bad. You’re the only network that has a shop on there now and it’s ironic you can’t use your O2 phone when shopping on there. So frustrating 🙄 Even Peter Kay joked about it in his show!
