    Bit annoyed that when my @O2 tablet contract came to an end, I phoned to cancel and was told I'd have to swap it to a rolling contract with a new sim even though I wouldn't be using it...thus being charged £6.39 a month for ABSOLUTELY NOTHING...

    @PaulAnnett @O2 @tescomobile Oh coverage should be the same. But coverage is just where the signal is, not how good it is. You then have to think about congestion, bandwidth, bandwidth allocation, etc.

    @PaulAnnett @O2 @tescomobile Most MNVOs run subpar to the main network since it’s related to allocation. O2 don’t want Tesco customers usage affecting their own customers so you’ll often find that MNVOs have lower bandwidth etc.

    @O2 any chance you can help me get calls working on both mine and my wifes phones??? Trying to contact you and you give no number to call and the start a conversation thing doesnt work, I got told my phone wasnt working by a school teacher knocking on the door because kids ill😡

    For anyone considering switching to @O2 because they actually still have international roaming included: don’t bother; (at least in the US) it’s throttled to the point of being unusable. Get an eSIM instead and pick the most suitable domestic network for your needs.

    @joeykins82 @O2 The eSIM I picked was awful as well (frequently throttled to unusability in the middle of SF). NJ's opinion was at the bottom of the price bucket that's basically WAI :(

    @O2 Gregg’s is a poor substitute to Caffe Nero. Most of the time it’s out of stock, then there’s the occasions when Gregg’s won’t accept the coupon as their Wi-Fi is down, so there cash only.

    @O2 Please can someone give me an update on my order? I was told it would be ready for collection on the 4th of December but I’ve not heard anything even though my order status on tracking is complete. This is the second time I’ve had this issue with your company!

    @O2 I completed the online form to keep my old number over 2 days ago. No notification, changes haven't been made. Is impossible to contact your customer service. I might as well cancel my contract.
