Brexit Refugee (@Brexit_Refugee) reported@kokeshimum @O2 One thing that bugs me in UK is the terrible signal. Next thing is if you have an “open reach” router it reserves 30% of your bandwidth for broadcasting a public 5G hotspot onto the street for Open Reach customers using the WiFi hotspot app…. Utter con.
-
Tony Brugnoli (@Bruggers100) reported@kokeshimum @O2 Vodafone just as bad down south, dead spots in and around my hometown, can’t get a phone signal at all at my son’s school. The companies will not invest in infrastructure. You can get a better signal in the Lake District because the infrastructure supports emergencies!
-
Hugh (@Hughtying) reported@Happyengland79 @O2 @BBCWatchdog That is utterly shameless. Admitting you're right just to pull the exact same stunt again is pure bad faith. Drop the formal deadlock letter and take them straight to the Ombudsman—they can't just keep raiding your credit!
-
Jordan (@Monty5493) reported@kokeshimum @O2 Recently moved network after so long being with o2 myself. Dreadful network!
-
Lloyd (@Lloydmporter) reported@kokeshimum @O2 02 are known for being really bad
-
Loving York (@Onlywayisyork) reported@O2 possibly the worse company ever, ordered tablet, paid upfront cost, passed credit check yet try to checkout and get whoops! Contact @o2 support and their solution is to place a new further despite paying with a new credit check! #poorcustomerservice #avoido2 #o2

🏴English Rebel - Kingdom of England (@TheEnglishRebel) reported@kokeshimum @O2 You might find the problem is with O2 if anything. It was fine in London, but hopeless in Devon.
-
Mario Behrendt | AI Founder (@behrendtio) reported@kokeshimum @O2 One could argue you’re in Huddersfield. It’s not the “highest priority area” to build infrastructure let’s say. But I’m in London and during a typical commute on an overground train I lose my signal entirely at least 3 times. Both on EE and Vodafone. Incredible.

steve woolhouse (@stevewoolhouse9) reported@O2 yet again shocking service. Why do we bother to pay our bills. The customer service is just shocking and my phone is yet again dropping out as their are issues

Altrincham HQ - Social Media Marketing in Manc (@altrinchamhq) reported@AmyJoSays @O2 Massively down. I wonder if there's anyway of finding out. Freedom of information only applies to government organisations doesn't it.
