    Losing the will to live trying to get through to @O2, customer services advisors incapable of transferring my call, on hold now for almost an hour.

    @PaulAnnett @O2 @tescomobile Oh coverage should be the same. But coverage is just where the signal is, not how good it is. You then have to think about congestion, bandwidth, bandwidth allocation, etc.

    @PaulAnnett @O2 @tescomobile Most MNVOs run subpar to the main network since it’s related to allocation. O2 don’t want Tesco customers usage affecting their own customers so you’ll often find that MNVOs have lower bandwidth etc.

    @O2 any chance you can help me get calls working on both mine and my wifes phones??? Trying to contact you and you give no number to call and the start a conversation thing doesnt work, I got told my phone wasnt working by a school teacher knocking on the door because kids ill😡

    @O2 Tried all of it and spent 40 mins in customer service on the app waiting for a reply, in that time I've had 2 offers of other phones, I will be leaving you as I'm out of contract

    @O2 I paid my bill, overdue by accident -on Sunday- now 3 days after paying what I was due I still have no service- can’t call or message/no mobile data for 3 days after paying now-the money has left my bank account-Unable to get to speak to anyone! Please restart my services!

    Bit annoyed that when my @O2 tablet contract came to an end, I phoned to cancel and was told I'd have to swap it to a rolling contract with a new sim even though I wouldn't be using it...thus being charged £6.39 a month for ABSOLUTELY NOTHING...

    @O2 This is the info on my location from the site Our network is currently working fine. If you’re experiencing a problem with service, try switching off your device and then switching it back on again. If we're doing work on the phone masts near you we'll tell you about it here.

    @O2 I did in the end- I was on the phone (holding for most of this) for 1 hour 20 mins...From someone else’s phone as I was asked to call the payment team from a handset that had been disconnected. Not what I expect at all from you guys. Awful service from start to finish.

    @O2 I have no ability to cancel it through the my extras its a minimum term till june! Bit annoyed as i never opted for this to be added so why has this happened? Whats the best number to call as chat isn’t available it seems

    @dpd_support is there any chance you could help with this? My tracking number does not work so I can track the order, but I need to change the address (for some reason @O2 decided to use my billing address as the delivery address)
