@PaulAnnett @O2 @tescomobile Oh coverage should be the same. But coverage is just where the signal is, not how good it is. You then have to think about congestion, bandwidth, bandwidth allocation, etc.

Bit annoyed that when my @O2 tablet contract came to an end, I phoned to cancel and was told I'd have to swap it to a rolling contract with a new sim even though I wouldn't be using it...thus being charged £6.39 a month for ABSOLUTELY NOTHING...

@PaulAnnett @O2 @tescomobile Most MNVOs run subpar to the main network since it’s related to allocation. O2 don’t want Tesco customers usage affecting their own customers so you’ll often find that MNVOs have lower bandwidth etc.

@O2 Tried all of it and spent 40 mins in customer service on the app waiting for a reply, in that time I've had 2 offers of other phones, I will be leaving you as I'm out of contract

@rocknroll66 @O2 O2 made a complete mess of it. Other priority methods were available (Ovo and Three) which worked with minor issues.

@O2 Not been able to get on the app all day. How have other people managed to buy them for you to sell out? Then seeing the tickets on third party websites for sale at extortionate prices. A clamp down on resale tickets is needed on all events.

@O2 How can you say this? Your website and you app has been broken all day! Non of you customers were successful in getting tickets through O2 Priority so how can you say "we've sold out of our Priority Tickets". Many did find a way to by-pass you and go straight to Gigs and Tours.

@O2 How though! I’ve been on since 9.45am,logged in to priority, getting kicked out all day. The closest I got was to selecting a date, find tickets and then it crashed again. Me and my sister have been trying ALL day and the websites been down so I’m struggling to see how it’s sold.

@O2 Who actually managed to get tickets? look at the amount of people who couldn’t get tickets. Your app is still down and I tried online too. Look of the ticket touts aswell trying to sell tickets for £1000 in Cardiff. Absolute joke!!
