  • Kenny_B63 A Bloke With A Camera (@Kenny_B63) reported from Dundee, Scotland

Losing the will to live trying to get through to @O2, customer services advisors incapable of transferring my call, on hold now for almost an hour.

  • dougaitken Doug (@dougaitken) reported from Dundee, Scotland

@PaulAnnett @O2 @tescomobile Most MNVOs run subpar to the main network since it’s related to allocation. O2 don’t want Tesco customers usage affecting their own customers so you’ll often find that MNVOs have lower bandwidth etc.

  • Rachypach168 Rachel Robertson (@Rachypach168) reported from Dundee, Scotland

Bit annoyed that when my @O2 tablet contract came to an end, I phoned to cancel and was told I'd have to swap it to a rolling contract with a new sim even though I wouldn't be using it...thus being charged £6.39 a month for ABSOLUTELY NOTHING...

  • nicgh nicki gautier-hughes (@nicgh) reported from Dundee, Scotland

@O2 @peterkay_co_uk Gutted we’ve been trying all day for presale for Glasgow for my 50th, no luck but Viagogo seems to have managed to get loads to sell at hugely inflated prices! Shocking especially when @peterkay_co_uk been trying to keep prices down and bring a bit of cheer in current climate!

  • Biggswb Biggswb (@Biggswb) reported from Dundee, Scotland

@O2 Tried all of it and spent 40 mins in customer service on the app waiting for a reply, in that time I've had 2 offers of other phones, I will be leaving you as I'm out of contract

  • Gotham68 David Sutherland (@Gotham68) reported from Carnoustie, Scotland

@O2 what’s wrong with the Priority app ? Apart from the Peter Kay farce yesterday, unable to login, put in my number, add the code when prompted and then it kicks me back to the start up screen again @EE wonders about a good deal

  • dougaitken Doug (@dougaitken) reported from Dundee, Scotland

@PaulAnnett @O2 @tescomobile Oh coverage should be the same. But coverage is just where the signal is, not how good it is. You then have to think about congestion, bandwidth, bandwidth allocation, etc.

  • katebevan Kate Bevan (@katebevan) reported

@SarahHemm @ThreeUK @O2 Seems like it's mostly Three, and down to how they did (didn't) broadcast it

  • Pigger479 Jamie prangle (@Pigger479) reported

@O2 considering your prices have gone up any chance of your signal improving .. I’m on 4g and it’s painfully slow !!

  • TwoOaksFarm Dave Hartles (@TwoOaksFarm) reported

So appears you only get an emergency alert if you get 4g or 5g signal. @O2 only deine to let me have 1G in a small corner of my garden, or wifi calling, which means I'll be killed to death before getting an alert.... which is nice...

  • liz_olney Liz Olney (@liz_olney) reported

@VMO2News @O2 No alert for me on O2 - iPhone emergency and severe notifications are switched on

  • SarahHemm Sarah Hemming (@SarahHemm) reported

Hey @O2 - no emergency alert here. What happened? Not very reassuring.

  • jake_radio Jake Radio (@jake_radio) reported

@O2 I didn’t get an alert today. Am I going to die in a disaster because I use your network?
