Please restart my services!

Terry (@tgloughnane) reported@O2 Unfortunately it’s everywhere. No particular ‘bad spots’ luckily if I’m with my wife I can hit spot off her EE network, but I really shouldn’t have to. I simply canny put up with it much longer.

Example : A mast replacement was needed as it was broken/ vandalized and cause their system said nothing wrong with it (literally) they wouldn't send anyone. Took a year and still not done **** it goodbye

Another two hours wasted tonight trying to help my mum resolve an issue with that occurred in JUL2025! Still no sign of a resolution. Come on, let's get it sorted. This is beyond a joke.

I pay £300 a month for a business contract with 3 other devices, can’t do basic things using 4 or 5G l, which affects my business operations. Work away a lot and can’t ******* facetime my boy as it forever says ‘poor signal strength’ JOKE!!
