Bit annoyed that when my @O2 tablet contract came to an end, I phoned to cancel and was told I'd have to swap it to a rolling contract with a new sim even though I wouldn't be using it...thus being charged £6.39 a month for ABSOLUTELY NOTHING...

@PaulAnnett @O2 @tescomobile Most MNVOs run subpar to the main network since it’s related to allocation. O2 don’t want Tesco customers usage affecting their own customers so you’ll often find that MNVOs have lower bandwidth etc.

@O2 had worst ever 02 customer service ever. Over 3 hours of phone calls. And still couldn’t sort my issue out and it’s been 2 days . Get through to Africa and Indian call centres. Who cannot even communicate or understand anything and just lie saying will sort to get rid

@O2 waited ages to speak to someone in customer service only to be cut off! I have credit on my pay as you go account that I want refunded please as I've changed plan and you now take money from my registered card instead of me having to top up each month
