    @PaulAnnett @O2 @tescomobile Oh coverage should be the same. But coverage is just where the signal is, not how good it is. You then have to think about congestion, bandwidth, bandwidth allocation, etc.

    Bit annoyed that when my @O2 tablet contract came to an end, I phoned to cancel and was told I'd have to swap it to a rolling contract with a new sim even though I wouldn't be using it...thus being charged £6.39 a month for ABSOLUTELY NOTHING...

    @O2 Tried all of it and spent 40 mins in customer service on the app waiting for a reply, in that time I've had 2 offers of other phones, I will be leaving you as I'm out of contract

    @O2 I paid my bill, overdue by accident -on Sunday- now 3 days after paying what I was due I still have no service- can’t call or message/no mobile data for 3 days after paying now-the money has left my bank account-Unable to get to speak to anyone! Please restart my services!

    @O2 This is the info on my location from the site Our network is currently working fine. If you’re experiencing a problem with service, try switching off your device and then switching it back on again. If we're doing work on the phone masts near you we'll tell you about it here.

    @O2 any chance you can help me get calls working on both mine and my wifes phones??? Trying to contact you and you give no number to call and the start a conversation thing doesnt work, I got told my phone wasnt working by a school teacher knocking on the door because kids ill😡

    @PaulAnnett @O2 @tescomobile Most MNVOs run subpar to the main network since it’s related to allocation. O2 don’t want Tesco customers usage affecting their own customers so you’ll often find that MNVOs have lower bandwidth etc.

    So I finally get on my priority and the Peter Kay tickets have sold out, really not happy with @O2 Bad service, how come others could get on and I couldn’t at all? It just kept saying error

    @O2 your ticket priority App is an absolute shambles. Fair enough demand for Peter Kay tickets was massive, but the app was inaccessible yesterday, down for maintenance thereafter, and now all tickets sold out. Huge PR own goal - just pathetic

    @O2 2 different customer support reps assured me that I canceled my sim within 14 days and won’t be charged for the reminder of the airtime. Today I just got a bill of £195. Please fix this.

    @O2 I spent from 10 am to 10pm yesterday constantly refreshing the o2 priortiry app yesterday and it was down the whole time. So how can you be sold out? How does that work? What an absolute joke of a company! I can't wait to be out of contract with you, customer service is shocking.
