Bit annoyed that when my @O2 tablet contract came to an end, I phoned to cancel and was told I'd have to swap it to a rolling contract with a new sim even though I wouldn't be using it...thus being charged £6.39 a month for ABSOLUTELY NOTHING...

@PaulAnnett @O2 @tescomobile Most MNVOs run subpar to the main network since it’s related to allocation. O2 don’t want Tesco customers usage affecting their own customers so you’ll often find that MNVOs have lower bandwidth etc.

@O2 your network in Manchester is absolutely abysmal. Full bars of 5G, and I can’t even send a text message yet along call anyone or use the internet. Can’t wait to leave at the end of my contract.

@O2 No, they marked my conversation as resolved so how are they going to get back to me? I've checked my bill, that's how I know I've been charged twice. If this is your idea of customer service maybe if be better off with @EE or @VodafoneUK

@O2 please help. I’ve just gone to click on the free family lounge access at Gatwick on my 02 priority and it’s saying it’s already been used. I’m not sure how as we havnt been to Gatwick this year. I would like to book for Monday morning. Thank you
