    @O2 I paid my bill, overdue by accident -on Sunday- now 3 days after paying what I was due I still have no service- can’t call or message/no mobile data for 3 days after paying now-the money has left my bank account-Unable to get to speak to anyone! Please restart my services!

    @o2 been without data inside my house for 13 days, I have been told that if the engineers cant find a fix then they can lower my payments (not really a resolve) or I can pay my contract off which isn’t viable at the moment because I am expecting a child, this is totally

    @virginmedia @O2 No internet for 3 days, just internet, that’s all I ask. Maybe a British call centre as so they actually help customers!

    @O2 unacceptable the way you treat loyal customers, there should be an exit clause when you can not provide the service I signed up for, I have even been told that it could be my building material when my partner gets full coverage from EE , its a modern world we live in and

    Very poor from @O2. Been charging me since August last year for an account/number which I was not aware existed after transferring to @EE. O2’s records show that the account lay dormant but refusing any form of refund. Any advice very much appreciated @MartinSLewis 🙏

    @O2 you robbing lot. We pay insurance for a household of devices and never claim, yet we make an honest claim for a daughters broken phone and you turn the claim down. #dissapointed

    @O2 someone is trying to set up a fraudulent account using my details. I have received 6 security codes to my number which is with a different provider. Your customer service team refused to help me because I can't answer the security questions on an account I didnt set up.
