    @O2 I paid my bill, overdue by accident -on Sunday- now 3 days after paying what I was due I still have no service- can’t call or message/no mobile data for 3 days after paying now-the money has left my bank account-Unable to get to speak to anyone! Please restart my services!

    @O2 what’s wrong with the Priority app ? Apart from the Peter Kay farce yesterday, unable to login, put in my number, add the code when prompted and then it kicks me back to the start up screen again @EE wonders about a good deal

    @O2 So there is a nationwide problem of poor signal strength then? It’s literally everywhere I’ve been this week from Hastings to London to Edinburgh. It can’t go on. I will be looking at other options this weekend after 35 years with you.

    @Michelle3882977 @O2 Hi Michelle - Have you managed to get this resolved yet? I have been experiencing the same issue as you & @O2 customer service seems to have no clue what to do. There are numerous reports of this issue since June so I don't know why they haven't resolved it yet.

    @daviddunninguk @O2 They handed out their customer service section to another organisation (Virgin Media I think) and it’s been an absolute bin fire ever since.

    @O2 Any chance someone from this county can get in contact to sort out a problem going back to May? Call centre is rubbish and never call back when promised, can’t waste an hour on the phone every time I call!

    Just completed my first test on the Buffering Britain app. Not surprised to get a result of "no usable signal" in my house in Preston on @O2.

    @O2 Signal is always crap here I’m afraid. It’s the infrastructure that’s terribly poor and it’s showed up massively when I could get a full 5g signal in the remotest part of a Greek island yet can’t even get 4g in a village 3 miles from a big town here.

    @andycomfort @daviddunninguk @O2 I used stand on a bench in my garden to get a crackly signal. (28yrs ago). Now, my neighbour stands outside my house shouts very loudly all his business details I feel his pain,home WiFi,WiFi calling its the same crappy signal
