Katharinebarton (@katharinebarto6) reported@TomTugendhat @O2 @EE I agree. And you are right, it has got worse. Let alone those black spots being addressed. What is going on? Also offices in the City of London with no signal!!
-
Amelia Eberhardt-Armstrong (@SoSoaksy) reported@TomTugendhat @O2 They are reducing signal strength to save electricity costs. They even boast about how they reduce energy consumption by switching equipment off/running in lower power. Esp in non peak periods such as overnight. Doesn’t seem to be subject to regulatory measures

The Only Way is Ethics… (@F00LEDAGAIN) reported@TomTugendhat @O2 @EE What did the last government prioritise over phone signals? The problem is not new
-
A Rintsie (@arintsie) reportedAny idea @o2 when you will restore service to a vulnerable 89 year old who has been without communication for a week? Your “Guru team” have made no effort to get in touch nor has your customer services despite an access case being opened - check your DMs
-
ᗪᗩᐯE (@Jaxstad) reported@O2 Tried doing that before… that didn't help me either
-
Emma-Leanne 💓’s Rapha (@Raphas_Angel_) reportedTrying to pay off my contract early with @O2 so I can go to another company that doesn’t bleed me dry and they hit me with a limit of how much I can pay!! That’s a little rude 02 😩
-
RichardAngell (@Groundhopperno1) reported@O2 After 25 years as a customer, I’ve discovered the hardest part isn’t getting a mobile signal- it’s making a complaint. Broken forms, unmonitored complaint emails, missed promises, no updates and a 28-day wait for a response. Quite remarkable customer service.

Hugies (@HughEdw54983916) reported@TomTugendhat @O2 @EE I thought you believed in the free market. It's not the government's job to support mobile phone operators.
-
Thom Watson (@thomwatson) reported@O2 @RealToffeeCelt No you’re wrong in Selby I’ve had to buy an EE virtual sim to put alongside my O2 because there’s barely any data signal. As soon as my O2 contract is up I’m off chaps. Have been with you 15 years almost and it’s become so much worse.

KettchUK (@KettchUK) reported@TomTugendhat @O2 @EE Don't worry, the private sector will be along any moment with that investment you said they'd be putting into the network decades ago.
