  @O2 I paid my bill, overdue by accident -on Sunday- now 3 days after paying what I was due I still have no service- can’t call or message/no mobile data for 3 days after paying now-the money has left my bank account-Unable to get to speak to anyone! Please restart my services!

  @O2 what’s wrong with the Priority app ? Apart from the Peter Kay farce yesterday, unable to login, put in my number, add the code when prompted and then it kicks me back to the start up screen again @EE wonders about a good deal

  @O2 I am SICK of your customer service. Ever since you merged with Virgin. I get the same issue over and over trying to use the MyO2 app. AND this tweet will just be ignored.

  @JohnTillUK @O2 It’s the same where I live, the main town centres are down, the mast near my house is down, the time they take to fix their dated masts is ridiculously slow, over capacities as well from Sky, Gif GaF, Tesco etc aren’t helping, I’ve never known it this bad

  @davehpayne @O2 Because they use o2! Been with them years and last 2/3 years they have gone to pot utterly useless in every way with no signal in half the country and that’s being optimistic

  @O2 @KerZE87 O2 has went downhill since they merged with Virgin media. I constantly have issues logging into myo2 app because I use a different email address for my o2 and virgin media accounts. Constantly asked to link the accounts which I do then I cant log into the apps.

  @O2 Still not received an email with details of my win (on the Blue Monday spinning wheel on Monday this week) - for a Greggs Sweet Treat. Searched in O2 Prioirtiy App, and cannot find the reference code anymore :o( - Definitely won - but now confused :o(

  I’m sick to death of going round in circles with you @O2 - struggled online, instagram was just a bot, phone didn’t solve anything. How do you get away with such a poor service? I wish you put as much effort into providing a reliable mobile service as you do in promoting gigs!
