    Bit annoyed that when my @O2 tablet contract came to an end, I phoned to cancel and was told I'd have to swap it to a rolling contract with a new sim even though I wouldn't be using it...thus being charged £6.39 a month for ABSOLUTELY NOTHING...

    @PaulAnnett @O2 @tescomobile Oh coverage should be the same. But coverage is just where the signal is, not how good it is. You then have to think about congestion, bandwidth, bandwidth allocation, etc.

    @PaulAnnett @O2 @tescomobile Most MNVOs run subpar to the main network since it’s related to allocation. O2 don’t want Tesco customers usage affecting their own customers so you’ll often find that MNVOs have lower bandwidth etc.

    @O2 Data is unusable where I am (Milan). As stated, I get 3G but can’t use it, all apps say phone is not connected to network. Irony is my wife is with @tescomobile and is getting 5G. Crossed into Switzerland today and got 5G halfway up a mountain but can’t use phone in Milan. 🤷

    @iD_Mobile_UK @O2 @giffgaff Yes, they match exactly. This has been checked by me, by two separate Cust serves advisors and then by the online sales team. They couldnt see a problem so promised call back. All lied, nobody tried to call which is why I had to contact you again, and go through it a 2nd time.

    Really helpful that @O2 has been texting my account info to a different number and when I don’t respond they block my service, and moan at me when I call support! Cheers, that’s helpful!

    @iD_Mobile_UK @O2 @giffgaff I don't know what the glitch is, it just fails to process. Your own cust service team don't know either - I tried twice both, times they promised a call back because they were unable to identify the issue. Both times you failed to contact me so why should I stick with you?

    @O2 are the shittest phone network with the WORST customer service ever. A loyal customer for over 10 years and I have had the same issue going on for over 5 months!!!

    @O2 is there a reason your customers get no signal anywhere? brand new iPhone, no signal anywhere. Everyone else on other networks get plenty, time to stop paying the monthly bill I think.
