    @O2 I paid my bill, overdue by accident -on Sunday- now 3 days after paying what I was due I still have no service- can’t call or message/no mobile data for 3 days after paying now-the money has left my bank account-Unable to get to speak to anyone! Please restart my services!

    @O2 what’s wrong with the Priority app ? Apart from the Peter Kay farce yesterday, unable to login, put in my number, add the code when prompted and then it kicks me back to the start up screen again @EE wonders about a good deal

    I pleaded with the person on the phone to be put through to someone who can help. Apparently @O2 don’t have anyone. Not good enough @O2!

    @O2 I have not had any phone signal due to a phone mast down for 2+ weeks.I have emailed & live chat multiple times but have not had any response. It is not due to come back until the 7th. Please confirm I will be getting a refund for the service I am paying for but unable to use

    @O2 At what point did I mention email? First of all email is more secure than mail, second of all, I said about downloading it on your phone, through the app, every other network in the world allow you to do that except o2

    Anyone who is on @O2 consider leaving. I can honestly say that the level of service I have received from them is nothing short of appalling. Have had issue after issue, lie after lie. I’m done with these people

    I am done with @o2 now. 5g full signal in so many areas around the UK and I cannot get internet. It’s appalling service. Fed up paying for something that’s not working
