Bit annoyed that when my @O2 tablet contract came to an end, I phoned to cancel and was told I'd have to swap it to a rolling contract with a new sim even though I wouldn't be using it...thus being charged £6.39 a month for ABSOLUTELY NOTHING...

@PaulAnnett @O2 @tescomobile Most MNVOs run subpar to the main network since it’s related to allocation. O2 don’t want Tesco customers usage affecting their own customers so you’ll often find that MNVOs have lower bandwidth etc.

@PaulAnnett @O2 @tescomobile Oh coverage should be the same. But coverage is just where the signal is, not how good it is. You then have to think about congestion, bandwidth, bandwidth allocation, etc.

@O2 Tried all of it and spent 40 mins in customer service on the app waiting for a reply, in that time I've had 2 offers of other phones, I will be leaving you as I'm out of contract

@O2 never read comments anyway. Staff made it clear that people with mental illness are not welcome as customers at O2. Cue the copy pasted, scripted, denials, and 'sorry you feel that way' dismissal, from O2.

@O2 @ZeroCool3397 Interesting. I just received a call from this number never once believing this was really O2. The quality of the line was very poor, the caller could not speak very good English and she didn’t seem to be able to understand me. If this is not a scam then needs improvement

I recently complaint to @O2 about frequent network issues and got following shocking reply "We do stress in our terms of agreement that we’re not a fault free service and as a result of this we’re not obliged to compensate for network issues" @Ofcom

@O2 Your network in Manchester city centre is SO bad even your network checker app won’t work. I had to connect to @bt_uk WiFi to use the O2 network checker app, which is the only advice you’ve given. I want to cancel my contract for failure to provide the service I pay for.
