    Bit annoyed that when my @O2 tablet contract came to an end, I phoned to cancel and was told I'd have to swap it to a rolling contract with a new sim even though I wouldn't be using it...thus being charged £6.39 a month for ABSOLUTELY NOTHING...

    @PaulAnnett @O2 @tescomobile Most MNVOs run subpar to the main network since it’s related to allocation. O2 don’t want Tesco customers usage affecting their own customers so you’ll often find that MNVOs have lower bandwidth etc.

    @IvyTenebrae @O2 Always the way unfortunately, and not just O2. You owe us/taking a payment = instantly. They owe you/refund due = a week. Or two, hell maybe 3. Such a sh*tty system. Keep harassing them. They have to pay you 👍 otherwise, contact the financial ombudsman and see if they can help

    @O2 I am struggling to add codes to the Odeon website. Their mobile site shows no films or cinemas and their desktop won’t allow a code. Help!!! @ODEONCinemas

    @O2 cannot log in to my o2 or register after number being ported to my sim. Email address already in use occurs when trying to register with ported number. Apparently no one at o2 can fix this . So how can I top up? PAC now requested

    @O2 Currently very frustrated: I'm trying to get a refund on my final bill, and having very little joy by trying to call customer services. After fifteen minutes, I was told I would be put through to the department who could do it, then the line dropped. Who can I call?

    Do you know what @O2 I can’t wait for my new @EE sim to turn up so I can get off your absolutely terrible network. As soon as I go indoors can’t access data, phone calls are crackly. As soon as I get 5G nothing works. What’s happened to your network? You used to be good

    And just as I suspected @DPDgroup_news stole my package. Apparently it was never scanned in on their end after @o2 had sent it. And now an investigation has been launched and i have to wait another 8 days or more for the conclusion #Perfect #Smdh

    Once again I’m having to deal with dimwits.This time @O2 .How can such a big company be so incompetent. They take my money every month but have no clue who I am & how to find my account.Iv had to cancel my bank card to stop paying them. 😡😡😡
