    @O2 what’s wrong with the Priority app ? Apart from the Peter Kay farce yesterday, unable to login, put in my number, add the code when prompted and then it kicks me back to the start up screen again @EE wonders about a good deal

    @O2 I paid my bill, overdue by accident -on Sunday- now 3 days after paying what I was due I still have no service- can’t call or message/no mobile data for 3 days after paying now-the money has left my bank account-Unable to get to speak to anyone! Please restart my services!

    Is it just me or is the @O2 mobile internet absolute garbage? If I have 4G that means no internet at all, if I have 5G that means I may have internet if I’m not at a busy location!

    @o2 why do you reduce mobile jnternet signall all the time, one mjnute youve got internet workjng properly and then with samme full 5g signal it stops working why am i oaying you for a service that i djnt get

    @O2 Just want to say a massive thank you to Leonie (I hope I've spelled that right) in your Redhill, Surrey branch. I had a problem with my phone and she fixed it in about a minute. I'm a carer for my mum so really need my phone so it was a huge relief. Thank you again.

    @TakeThatClouds @O2 Google did a similar stunt recently: My phone is missing, and I need to use "Find my device" in another device. I have provided my email id and password. Only way they will allow me login to the phone is via - A notification, or SMS, call, email(can't login) to the missing phone.

    @O2 no network cover in DY14 since Sunday, poor communication from your team. No one has answered my messages, awaiting information, very poor costumer service
