@PaulAnnett @O2 @tescomobile Most MNVOs run subpar to the main network since it’s related to allocation. O2 don’t want Tesco customers usage affecting their own customers so you’ll often find that MNVOs have lower bandwidth etc.

Bit annoyed that when my @O2 tablet contract came to an end, I phoned to cancel and was told I'd have to swap it to a rolling contract with a new sim even though I wouldn't be using it...thus being charged £6.39 a month for ABSOLUTELY NOTHING...

@PaulAnnett @O2 @tescomobile Oh coverage should be the same. But coverage is just where the signal is, not how good it is. You then have to think about congestion, bandwidth, bandwidth allocation, etc.

@O2 any chance you can help me get calls working on both mine and my wifes phones??? Trying to contact you and you give no number to call and the start a conversation thing doesnt work, I got told my phone wasnt working by a school teacher knocking on the door because kids ill😡

@O2 Clearing cashe doesn’t help. This screen comes when trying to login so I can redeem a code, it happens right after the captcha phase where you have to click on pictures

@NMatinier @O2 I wouldn’t even bother calling the helpline, the advisor told me the way he could resolve the issue was by sending me a new sim in 3-4 days - that isn’t even the issue and he couldn’t let me file a complaint.

@O2 do you have issues around Bournemouth in and around the beach area and up to 600 metres inland? Getting E and H outdoors and occasionally 4G. However, data is so poor it's not usable on any connection! As a customer I'm not very impressed at all.

@O2 I purchased a new phone, I’ve had no signal for 2 days. I went into the O2 shop who couldn’t help me and called your customer care line on a friends phone, who promised me a call back (I’m not sure how, I don’t have a working number) - can someone help me?
