@PaulAnnett @O2 @tescomobile Oh coverage should be the same. But coverage is just where the signal is, not how good it is. You then have to think about congestion, bandwidth, bandwidth allocation, etc.

@PaulAnnett @O2 @tescomobile Most MNVOs run subpar to the main network since it’s related to allocation. O2 don’t want Tesco customers usage affecting their own customers so you’ll often find that MNVOs have lower bandwidth etc.

Bit annoyed that when my @O2 tablet contract came to an end, I phoned to cancel and was told I'd have to swap it to a rolling contract with a new sim even though I wouldn't be using it...thus being charged £6.39 a month for ABSOLUTELY NOTHING...

Just went in to @o2 shop in Bournemouth and received the worst customer service I have ever had. Now reconsidering moving to their network with 2 phones and an iPad!

@jak_heer @O2 Only issue with @O2 is I get zero coverage in football stadia. Everyone else can use their phones - I can’t. Other than that, spot on.

Super annoyed with @O2 why ask a customer if they'd prefer to be emailed or phoned if you're going to ignore them???? When I said I wanted to be emailed it's because I knew I wouldn't be able to answer the phone.

@O2 No I’ve never tried to send a premium SMS before (the number I’m trying to message has changed from regular mobile number to premium). No I’m pretty sure I do not have a spend cap in place.
