Bit annoyed that when my @O2 tablet contract came to an end, I phoned to cancel and was told I'd have to swap it to a rolling contract with a new sim even though I wouldn't be using it...thus being charged £6.39 a month for ABSOLUTELY NOTHING...

@PaulAnnett @O2 @tescomobile Oh coverage should be the same. But coverage is just where the signal is, not how good it is. You then have to think about congestion, bandwidth, bandwidth allocation, etc.

@O2 Tried all of it and spent 40 mins in customer service on the app waiting for a reply, in that time I've had 2 offers of other phones, I will be leaving you as I'm out of contract

@PaulAnnett @O2 @tescomobile Most MNVOs run subpar to the main network since it’s related to allocation. O2 don’t want Tesco customers usage affecting their own customers so you’ll often find that MNVOs have lower bandwidth etc.

@O2 congrats O2 on being a complete bag of spanner’s - free roaming internationally on Account but phone doesn’t work. 17 year old son IN Guatemala #hiddendisabilities can’t use phone except when connected to WIFI. 🙌 let’s just hope he’s near a WiFi signal if he needs help 🤬

@O2 Each day that goes by it's costing me money as I'm running two contracts side by side. If this matter isn't resolved today I will cancel my new @O2 contract and seek an alternative service provider. Please call me on the number I provided via DM yesterday.
