@PaulAnnett @O2 @tescomobile Most MNVOs run subpar to the main network since it’s related to allocation. O2 don’t want Tesco customers usage affecting their own customers so you’ll often find that MNVOs have lower bandwidth etc.

@PaulAnnett @O2 @tescomobile Oh coverage should be the same. But coverage is just where the signal is, not how good it is. You then have to think about congestion, bandwidth, bandwidth allocation, etc.

Bit annoyed that when my @O2 tablet contract came to an end, I phoned to cancel and was told I'd have to swap it to a rolling contract with a new sim even though I wouldn't be using it...thus being charged £6.39 a month for ABSOLUTELY NOTHING...

@O2 any chance you can help me get calls working on both mine and my wifes phones??? Trying to contact you and you give no number to call and the start a conversation thing doesnt work, I got told my phone wasnt working by a school teacher knocking on the door because kids ill😡

@O2 Constantly got No Service - got new SIM - activated it. Factory reset - still No Service. Needed it for last 24hrs when hubby in hospital and I’m deaf so really need phone to be In Service!

@O2 hello. is iMessage down? I've updated to ios16 (iPhone) but got a message that "iMessage is Signed Out. An error occurred and your account is signed out. You may miss messages as a result. Go to Settings to address the issue." When I do, the "Send & Receive" is blank.
