    @O2 5G is garbage, whenever my phone picks up a 5G signal (normally in Glasgow) the performance drops like a stone!

    @simonhouston68 @O2 I reckon u need to get them to accept your messages are a complaint, insist they treat it as one and then ask them when they 'started the clock' in terms of issuing you with a deadlock letter. Get that and then take it to Ofcom. Sounds utterly ridiculous to credit you, not repay!

    Trying to switch a number from an @O2 account to a new @O2 account in my daughter's name is proving impossible. Have the PAC so you would imagine it would be straightforward, but no, it's seems transferring within the network makes things harder. 3 days on and nothing.

    @O2 @virginmedia probably the worst mobile phone company to deal with. Customer service is a joke. Trying to resolve fraudulent activity on my account and no understanding. Abysmal. Please go anywhere else except them. Just cut me off now.

    @drewsy92 That’s very disappointing such a large network giving you such poor service for the money you’re paying monthly honey x. What can you do to assist @O2 ? It’s certainly giving me food for thought as I’m thinking of getting a new mobile contract over next few months!

    @O2 hi there. I have an outstanding complaint which was dealt with via email. A resolution was offered via email on the 27th of January which I said I wanted to accept, but despite replying the same day and with a follow up a few days later I have heard nothing back at all

    @O2 According to your area checker there is a mast that needs repairing and you will start that work at the end of this month! Is that right? Post code PL2. Doesn’t explain why my colleague in Salisbury is having the same issue with his 02 service though

    @AppleSupport Always a good signal in the past in other areas. Patchy 3g in my village due to @O2 mast. Following latest ios16 update, iPhone 13 only on ‘Edge’ with intermittent flashes of 3g. On #ios signal search on here many are complaining about signal issues.
