Have the PAC so you would imagine it would be straightforward, but no, it's seems transferring within the network makes things harder. 3 days on and nothing.

Huawei have said its a known issue they are trying to resolve via update/patch. Tried all resets. I now have a contract phone I bought for the amazing camera being useless.

Get that and then take it to Ofcom. Sounds utterly ridiculous to credit you, not repay!

The issues that we’ve experienced in the language barrier and the accidental cancelling and taking out of new contracts by your staff is beyond stupid!
