@O2 It's blurry from 1x to 5x. Anything under and over works. The super Macro works. Huawei have said its a known issue they are trying to resolve via update/patch. Tried all resets. I now have a contract phone I bought for the amazing camera being useless.

I wish this was a dream but... Has anyone else been told by @O2 that the reason their new @SamsungUK phone which was due to be delivered tomorrow is no longer in stock because the manufacturer wants to check overheating and sound issues before sending? No? Just me?

@O2 Support had suggested clearing caches, deleting data, restarts etc. All tried. All failed. There are no service centres here in Scotland to take the phone to. There is clearly an known issue that has affected many p30 pro users after updates. It would appear to be firmware.

.@O2 customers BEWARE. I have just found that “All UK numbers and no EU roaming charges” appears to carve out Jersey, Guernsey and the IoM. Had phone runaround by rude call centre staff with excuses like “jersey has its own Govt” (Wales?!) and “it’s not part of UK!!!” #SCAM
