    @O2 Same old....no update nor urgency to resolve the incompetence. Looks like I will just have to wait the 72 hours, paying @VodafoneUK for a service they now can't provide until O2 unlock the phones!

    @O2 what an absolute joke of a service. Set up a payment plan and pay it on time just to be repeatedly disconnected. Speak to payment management 3 times in 1 week to make sure you don’t get barred….and yet again , services barred!

    @O2 I understand if they are busy, but closing the chat without even giving a chance to explain is not customer service. The advisor just assumed things and closed the chat

    @O2 Me too because I'm paying for a premium camera phone that can't be properly used as a camera phone. Worst experience in over 10 years of being an o2 customer.

    @simonhouston68 @O2 I reckon u need to get them to accept your messages are a complaint, insist they treat it as one and then ask them when they 'started the clock' in terms of issuing you with a deadlock letter. Get that and then take it to Ofcom. Sounds utterly ridiculous to credit you, not repay!

    Have just moved back to @O2 and wanted confirmation that my PAC code was being processed, however it appears that both chat and calls are too busy to help. Not the best of starts😐

    @O2 Support had suggested clearing caches, deleting data, restarts etc. All tried. All failed. There are no service centres here in Scotland to take the phone to. There is clearly an known issue that has affected many p30 pro users after updates. It would appear to be firmware.

    FYI! If you cancel your contract with @O2 and don't use the PAC number your contract will not be terminated I part exchanged my old @O2 IPhone for an upgrade with a new mobile network provider changing my contact details as part of the deal Beware £77 lighter in the pocket 💷 😔

    @O2 I will consider changing to another airtime provider after many years as an o2 customer if a price increase in Tariffs is imminent in April . I have several accounts and this is a discrace for loyal customers

    I wish this was a dream but... Has anyone else been told by @O2 that the reason their new @SamsungUK phone which was due to be delivered tomorrow is no longer in stock because the manufacturer wants to check overheating and sound issues before sending? No? Just me?

    @O2 had a contactless payment amount come out of my account at £15.30 and the transaction is listened as “day to day O2”.... what is this !? Never seen it before - am I being thick?

    @O2 I understand that you're trying to help. But I'm paying money for 4G. I shouldn't have to downgrade to 3G. Other providers from my understanding do not have this issue. But the same people on o2 have same issues as me.

    @apakula @O2 I would usually explain to the customer how our terms made it clear it was customers responsibility to end contract and also ofcom etc also advise customers to check banks accs regularly and monitor DDs. Then offer a max of 12 months refund as gesture of goodwill and close acc.

    @O2 I have just investigated your Volt benefits. According to your site, I'm not eligible because @virginmedia isn't available at my address. I'm sending this on their WiFi, having been a customer with them and predecessor companies for about 20 years.

    Hi @O2 - can you explain how with the tens of millions of pounds you charge customers a month, I still struggle for 4G signal in Hampshire?? Yet, when in the middle of a game reserve in South Africa, I manage full on 5G signal with no interruptions??

    @O2 @KerZE87 O2 has went downhill since they merged with Virgin media. I constantly have issues logging into myo2 app because I use a different email address for my o2 and virgin media accounts. Constantly asked to link the accounts which I do then I cant log into the apps.

    @O2 Oh come on... Please, I messaged you earlier re : my wife's data/ new SIM issues, her new SIM won't function but her old SIM has been disconnected leaving her with out a phone at all 🤬🤬🤬

    @O2 my account has been blocked for 2 weeks now and i cannot get in touch with anyone to help. left me 2 weeks without being able to use data/make phone calls. Absolute poor service
