If its been years and you've not been looking at your bank then it's not their fault. Partial refund as goodwill maybe.

Sadly it seems it’s a well known problem: tariff upgrade gets a default data bolt-on, not the iPhone flavour, causing VVM to fail. Adding the iPhone bolt-on fixes it almost instantly. Sorted now, until next time.

The network I worked for as much as there were processes to follow things were mostly left to us to decided the outcome as we were top teir complaints.

Service 👎

Went above & beyond all my expectations, provided amazing customer service & genuinely left me feeling like they truly cared about me as a customer. Very happy, will certainly return to store again
