-
Stephen O'Donnell (@steve5424) reported from Glasgow, Scotland@apakula @O2 I can't speak for them personally, however most contract T&Cs do state that after the minimum term ends its up to the customer to make contact and give notice. If its been years and you've not been looking at your bank then it's not their fault. Partial refund as goodwill maybe.
-
oor Jim (@jimnimmo60) reported from Airdrie, Scotland@O2 @virginmedia probably the worst mobile phone company to deal with. Customer service is a joke. Trying to resolve fraudulent activity on my account and no understanding. Abysmal. Please go anywhere else except them. Just cut me off now.

HM Maintenance (@Howard_Marsh) reported from Falkirk, Scotland@O2 Falkirk I pay £92 a month and for last 3 weeks absolutely no network. My business needs. What on earth is going on!!
-
Alison Hardie (@AlisonIHardie) reported from Kirkintilloch, Scotland@simonhouston68 @O2 I reckon u need to get them to accept your messages are a complaint, insist they treat it as one and then ask them when they 'started the clock' in terms of issuing you with a deadlock letter. Get that and then take it to Ofcom. Sounds utterly ridiculous to credit you, not repay!
-
Ross A Mataz (@rossmcatasney85) reported from Glasgow, ScotlandGenuinely annoyed that the contact between @O2 and @CPWTweets has ended, I actually made the point of changing from o2 direct to o2 under carphone warehouse because how poor the customer service was at @O2.. For the first time in 10 years I may be swapping network next year
-
BearB00- COMMISSIONS OPEN! (@Bear18586) reported from Glasgow, Scotland@O2 I understand that you're trying to help. But I'm paying money for 4G. I shouldn't have to downgrade to 3G. Other providers from my understanding do not have this issue. But the same people on o2 have same issues as me.
-
Adam Fell (@AdamFell3) reported from Stirling, Scotland@O2 45 minutes in a queue, 10 minutes of the handler trying to get better signal to hear me & then I get hung up on. I was looking at upgrading. Not sure about that now.. 🙃
-
Stephen O'Donnell (@steve5424) reported from Glasgow, Scotland@apakula @O2 Well O2 systems are all automated. People don't sit and monitor accounts. If you requested to cancel and they have notes confirming this and they didn't do it then the issue is theirs to fix and refund. I used to be customer relations for a different mobile network.
-
Martin Robertson (@Haggisthelord) reported from Glasgow, Scotland@O2 Support had suggested clearing caches, deleting data, restarts etc. All tried. All failed. There are no service centres here in Scotland to take the phone to. There is clearly an known issue that has affected many p30 pro users after updates. It would appear to be firmware.

Martin Robertson (@Haggisthelord) reported from Uddingston, ScotlandI wish this was a dream but... Has anyone else been told by @O2 that the reason their new @SamsungUK phone which was due to be delivered tomorrow is no longer in stock because the manufacturer wants to check overheating and sound issues before sending? No? Just me?

Tilly23 (@Larr23) reported@O2 Any reason why when I’ve just submitted a complaint via your online form (didn’t work) and your live chat, I then received a call from someone asking “why are I submitting a complaint when I’ve said I’m going to “escalate it anyway”?
-
PUNK SQUAD (@PUNKSQUADcom) reported@kokeshimum @O2 Left them for Smarty earlier in year. Bill went from £24 and shite service to £8 20 Years A Customer and nothing from them.
-
StuartB (@StuartBain1986) reported@o2 you’re 5g and general signal quality is god awful 👍 can’t wait to move network
-
millie (@overgrownmillie) reported@O2 tell me how I'm supposed to make an online claim about my stolen iPhone when every time I try and use the link it comes up with error 401 unauthorised. What is my £15 a month actually doing if I can't access this ****?????
-
Pete Lawson (@fidgetbumble) reported@kokeshimum @O2 I got 5g halfway up a mountain in the states. A hill here kills my signal
-
Shaun Hammonds (@hammo196159) reported@kokeshimum @O2 Because O2 don’t invest enough into infrastructure. Such poor coverage in many areas
-
Martin Lee (@Watch_n_Wait) reported@kokeshimum @O2 Listen to any talk radio show and the regularity with which they "lose" guests and callers is embarrassing, and nearly all down to dodgy mobile connections. Sadly Brits gave up a really decent landline system for the "convenience" of mobile without thinking about quality.
