Gary Weldon (@UbuntuBhoy) reported from Glasgow, ScotlandTrying to switch a number from an @O2 account to a new @O2 account in my daughter's name is proving impossible. Have the PAC so you would imagine it would be straightforward, but no, it's seems transferring within the network makes things harder. 3 days on and nothing.

Adam Fell (@AdamFell3) reported from Stirling, Scotland@O2 45 minutes in a queue, 10 minutes of the handler trying to get better signal to hear me & then I get hung up on. I was looking at upgrading. Not sure about that now.. 🙃
-
Melissa Gillen - Wellbeing Coach 🏴 (@Mel_Gillen22) reported from Glasgow, Scotland@O2 Still waiting for support. Been on the app, still waiting for an advisor, been on hold on the phone... The advisor on the Dm couldn't help either... Only want to upgrade 🙄This is not great is it,
-
Stephen O'Donnell (@steve5424) reported from Glasgow, Scotland@apakula @O2 I would usually explain to the customer how our terms made it clear it was customers responsibility to end contract and also ofcom etc also advise customers to check banks accs regularly and monitor DDs. Then offer a max of 12 months refund as gesture of goodwill and close acc.
-
BiggestNizzy (@BiggestNizzy) reported from Glasgow, Scotland@O2 5G is garbage, whenever my phone picks up a 5G signal (normally in Glasgow) the performance drops like a stone!

-
Martin Robertson (@Haggisthelord) reported from Glasgow, Scotland@O2 My phone hasn't physically broken. It's faulted, as many other P30 pro users have experienced after an update. I need the use of my phone. This is a fault due to Huawei.
-
Alison Hardie (@AlisonIHardie) reported from Kirkintilloch, Scotland@simonhouston68 @O2 I reckon u need to get them to accept your messages are a complaint, insist they treat it as one and then ask them when they 'started the clock' in terms of issuing you with a deadlock letter. Get that and then take it to Ofcom. Sounds utterly ridiculous to credit you, not repay!
-
ᵀᴬᵞᴸᴼᴿᴹᶜᴳᴿᴱᴳᴼᴿ (@taylormcg35) reported from Moodiesburn, Scotland@O2 have got to be the worst for customer service 😳
-
Stephen O'Donnell (@steve5424) reported from Glasgow, Scotland@apakula @O2 I can't speak for them personally, however most contract T&Cs do state that after the minimum term ends its up to the customer to make contact and give notice. If its been years and you've not been looking at your bank then it's not their fault. Partial refund as goodwill maybe.
-
Martin Robertson (@Haggisthelord) reported from Glasgow, Scotland@O2 What is the repairs process? I need my phone for banking etc, how would I go about getting a replacement? I'm happy with the phone apart from. This issue. As a long term o2 customer I'd expect a little help.

O2 Issues Reports
Latest outage, problems and issue reports in social media:
-
Jon Thompson (@JohnnyFocal) reported@O2 Well, literally, I don't have any data throughput virtually nowhere around the whole of central London, around Soho, Covent Garden, Bloomsbury, King's Cross. And it's not my iPhone and it's not the settings, because I have three iPhones, all with different services from Vodafone, EE, 3, and yourself. Oh, and also Giffgaff, which is on the same network as yours, but Giffgaff always seems to work. Weird that. So either you've completely throttled my data to zero, which is odd considering I'm on the ultimate package, or the service just doesn't work in central London. See if you can fix it.
-
Alasdair Hubbard ⚫ (@dralhubb) reported@TheHewman @EnglandRugby @O2 You might need to have someone help you, it has some big words like "and" and "it"
-
🇺🇦 Clive Davies #FBPE 🔶🇬🇧🇪🇺🇭🇰 (@CliveDaviesUK) reported@O2 Thank you but these are just platitudes. How can it take 8 days to fix a broadband fault? You tell me there is ‘good mobile coverage’ here for O2 but there is none and hasn’t been for years and yet your charges increase! All talk and zero action! @Ofcom @MartinSLewis
-
NigeH64 (@nige_h64) reported@Colezinhoo @EnglandRugby @O2 Slowing ruck speed is vital. Even now, when I think he needs time away following awful injuries, T Curry does this better than anyone. For the Lions, he also attacked. Is it that he's shackled by England to only plan the defence?
-
Pattie Slapper (@Mickyp68) reported@andycomfort @daviddunninguk @O2 I used stand on a bench in my garden to get a crackly signal. (28yrs ago). Now, my neighbour stands outside my house shouts very loudly all his business details I feel his pain, home WiFi,WiFi calling its the same crappy signal
