Graeme mackie (@mackbhoy) reported from Glasgow, ScotlandHave just moved back to @O2 and wanted confirmation that my PAC code was being processed, however it appears that both chat and calls are too busy to help. Not the best of starts😐
-
Gayle Fitzpatrick (@gaylem1978) reported from Glasgow, Scotland@drewsy92 That’s very disappointing such a large network giving you such poor service for the money you’re paying monthly honey x. What can you do to assist @O2 ? It’s certainly giving me food for thought as I’m thinking of getting a new mobile contract over next few months!
-
Quantum Skyline (@QuantumSkyline) reported from Coatbridge, Scotland@Ross_Zombie @O2 That massively populated thoroughfare of wades upon wades of O2 users all splitting the signal between us. Literally me and auld Tom on his way up to the bookies in his mobility scooter up the street tonight.
-
Stephen O'Donnell (@steve5424) reported from Glasgow, Scotland@apakula @O2 I can't speak for them personally, however most contract T&Cs do state that after the minimum term ends its up to the customer to make contact and give notice. If its been years and you've not been looking at your bank then it's not their fault. Partial refund as goodwill maybe.
-
Stephen O'Donnell (@steve5424) reported from Glasgow, Scotland@apakula @O2 Perhaps I've experienced both sides of the situation as a customer and an employee dealing with such things. The network I worked for as much as there were processes to follow things were mostly left to us to decided the outcome as we were top teir complaints.
-
Iain Montgomery (@H0raceWimp) reported from Glasgow, Scotland@O2 I have just investigated your Volt benefits. According to your site, I'm not eligible because @virginmedia isn't available at my address. I'm sending this on their WiFi, having been a customer with them and predecessor companies for about 20 years.
-
10 in a row (@celtichoff) reported from Glasgow, Scotland@O2 I'm looking to upgrade (due on Tuesday) but I can't seem to see anything that suits & I can't get through to anyone from customer service about this plus you's have ceased dealing with the Carphone Warehouse, I'm beginning to feel stuck & perhaps might need to move network 🤔
-
Martin Robertson (@Haggisthelord) reported from Uddingston, Scotland@SamsungUK @SamsungMobile is there a problem with overheating and sound issues on the S20 plus as I've just been told by @O2 and this is why it's taking longer to receive my new phone?
-
Martin Robertson (@Haggisthelord) reported from Glasgow, Scotland@O2 It's blurry from 1x to 5x. Anything under and over works. The super Macro works. Huawei have said its a known issue they are trying to resolve via update/patch. Tried all resets. I now have a contract phone I bought for the amazing camera being useless.
-
Kieran Brown #FRSA 🏴🇪🇺🏳️🌈 (@Kierbro) reported from Falkirk, Scotland@O2 when I took out my new phone contact few weeks ago, I chose my 6 months free @disneyplus (just within the 30 days I had to decide which to choose) as my “reward” - but I can’t find ANY means of activating it... Can you help please?
-
Sean Kelly (@seanpdkelly) reported from Coatbridge, Scotland@O2 - Been trying to sort out 2 fraudulent accounts that has been open in my grandparents name! It's been over a month and I'm still not being helped. What a joke of a service. Store allowed 2 fraudulent accounts to be open and don't care to help, customer service not interested
-
Andrew (@AMontguire) reported from Glasgow, Scotland@O2 I need help with a plan I have with you the monthly payment isn’t what I signed up for
-
Stephen O'Donnell (@steve5424) reported from Glasgow, Scotland@apakula @O2 I would usually explain to the customer how our terms made it clear it was customers responsibility to end contract and also ofcom etc also advise customers to check banks accs regularly and monitor DDs. Then offer a max of 12 months refund as gesture of goodwill and close acc.
-
Noel Tait 🎄🎅🏼 (@NelllyTait) reported from Glasgow, ScotlandGenuinely @O2 are the worst customer service company in the UK. Cannot wait to join another service and never hear take that on hold ever again 🤢
-
Per Hammer (@perhammer) reported from Glasgow, Scotland@O2 Had to call 202 in the end, but they sorted it straight away. Sadly it seems it’s a well known problem: tariff upgrade gets a default data bolt-on, not the iPhone flavour, causing VVM to fail. Adding the iPhone bolt-on fixes it almost instantly. Sorted now, until next time.
-
oor Jim (@jimnimmo60) reported from Airdrie, Scotland@O2 @virginmedia probably the worst mobile phone company to deal with. Customer service is a joke. Trying to resolve fraudulent activity on my account and no understanding. Abysmal. Please go anywhere else except them. Just cut me off now.
-
Kevin McCleave (@KevinMcc713) reported from Glasgow, Scotland@O2 made a complaint to your customer services about my account. I asked for a manager to contact me, STILL WAITING. not good customer service is it.
-
Iain Montgomery (@H0raceWimp) reported from Glasgow, Scotland@O2 Is there any option that allows me to ask a question and have it at least recognised, never mind answered? Your bots are useless and I've given up waiting to talk to someone thousands of miles away.
-
Melissa Gillen - Wellbeing Coach 🏴 (@Mel_Gillen22) reported from Glasgow, Scotland@O2 how do you speak to a customers service advisor? The 'my O2' app does not seem to want to connect Thanks
-
HM Maintenance (@Howard_Marsh) reported from Falkirk, Scotland@O2 Another day in Central Scotland travelling and bad signal and data from 02. Waiting until my contract expires. Can 02 give me a good provider information please for Central Scotland. Thank you.

Buzzard Capital (@BuzzardCapital) reported@TomTugendhat @O2 @EE 2010-2024. More things your government did **** all about. Sit down and shut up. Catch you tomorrow with your next hypocritical whinge.
-
Kevin Thomas FINSTR 🏴 🇪🇺 🇺🇦 (@kevinxt) reported@TomTugendhat @O2 Hi we had issues with O2 which was our Business Mobile supplier. There are coverage maps available, we checked them and found better coverage with EE. We tried a spare mobile first which was better, then changed to EE. Works well as we have two locations Wales and Southwest.
-
Ali (@aliward96) reported@TomTugendhat @O2 I’ve been with a few networks and O2 are easily the worst. I’ll never go anywhere near them or any network that piggy backs off them.
-
Mr H (@silestanix) reported@O2 Why? Are you going to solve this issue today of me not being able to make phone calls here in the US?
-
Hugies (@HughEdw54983916) reported@TomTugendhat @O2 @EE I thought you believed in the free market. It's not the government's job to support mobile phone operators.
-
The Costermonger (@sx200ii) reported@RobertClark87 @TomTugendhat @O2 Service!
-
Mike Gardner (@mikegardner_wb) reported@TomTugendhat @O2 @EE I was in the West Midlands at the weekend. Reception ranged from patchy to awful. Countless billions wasted on high speed rail instead of reliable hi-speed mobile / Wi-Fi connectivity.
-
Shauney Connor (@toryshaun) reported@TomTugendhat @O2 @EE Don’t come to Shropshire. In some areas like my parish signal is next to nothing. Lucky to get 3 bars on a good day!
-
Benno 🎸 (@_teambennett9) reported@TomTugendhat @O2 @EE Yet again. Why did you do nothing about this on the 14 (awful) years your party were in government? All you do is piss and moan about things you could have fixed, but didn’t !
-
Gerry D (@gdennigan) reported@TomTugendhat @O2 @EE You’ve obviously never tried to work on the TGV from Paris to Nancy or the Deutsche-Bahn equivalent from Paris to Frankfurt?
