  • steve5424

@apakula @O2 I can't speak for them personally, however most contract T&Cs do state that after the minimum term ends its up to the customer to make contact and give notice. If its been years and you've not been looking at your bank then it's not their fault. Partial refund as goodwill maybe.

HM Maintenance (@Howard_Marsh) reported from Falkirk, Scotland

  • FitzerOfGlasgow

@O2 I joined O2 this week and encouraged my wife to do the same. You have now screwed up her number port causing havoc in her business, damaging her livelihood and causing upset to vulnerable family we care for. Advisors just make baseless promises and lie when we call. #Fail

  • jimnimmo60
oor Jim (@jimnimmo60) reported from Airdrie, Scotland

@O2 @virginmedia probably the worst mobile phone company to deal with. Customer service is a joke. Trying to resolve fraudulent activity on my account and no understanding. Abysmal. Please go anywhere else except them. Just cut me off now.

  • NelllyTait
Noel Tait 🎄🎅🏼 (@NelllyTait) reported from Glasgow, Scotland

Genuinely @O2 are the worst customer service company in the UK. Cannot wait to join another service and never hear take that on hold ever again 🤢

  • Bear18586

@O2 My only christmas present I actually want this year is to move to a new phone provider. O2 I have been a dedicated customer to you for years. However I have come to the end of my patience with paying money for zero signal. K thanks.

  • Haggisthelord
Martin Robertson (@Haggisthelord) reported from Uddingston, Scotland

I wish this was a dream but... Has anyone else been told by @O2 that the reason their new @SamsungUK phone which was due to be delivered tomorrow is no longer in stock because the manufacturer wants to check overheating and sound issues before sending? No? Just me?

  • fkcommanderscam
Cameron Macdonald (@fkcommanderscam) reported from Hallglen, Scotland

@O2 you have admitted that the issue was caused by an error on your end but you seem unwilling to assist to resolve it. I'm at the end of my tether

  • m13att
Matt McGrandles (@m13att) reported from Stirling, Scotland

@O2 Same old....no update nor urgency to resolve the incompetence. Looks like I will just have to wait the 72 hours, paying @VodafoneUK for a service they now can't provide until O2 unlock the phones!

  • graemeT2010
graeme Tannahill (@graemeT2010) reported from Glasgow, Scotland

  • steve5424
Stephen O'Donnell (@steve5424) reported from Glasgow, Scotland

@apakula @O2 I would usually explain to the customer how our terms made it clear it was customers responsibility to end contract and also ofcom etc also advise customers to check banks accs regularly and monitor DDs. Then offer a max of 12 months refund as gesture of goodwill and close acc.

  • Bear18586
BearB00- COMMISSIONS OPEN! (@Bear18586) reported from Glasgow, Scotland

@O2 I understand that you're trying to help. But I'm paying money for 4G. I shouldn't have to downgrade to 3G. Other providers from my understanding do not have this issue. But the same people on o2 have same issues as me.

  • bazer100
Nanook🐶 (@bazer100) reported from Coatbridge, Scotland

Well having a mare with @O2 and @SamsungMobile promotion if you pre-order a Samsung s10 + you got ear buds. 30 days for delivery which was fine, that's came and went and second email saying further 10 days that's also about up and Samsung bumping blame to promotions. Service 👎

  • Haggisthelord
Martin Robertson (@Haggisthelord) reported from Glasgow, Scotland

@O2 You must see my frustration? I'm paying for a device that is no longer fit for purpose. A main feature no longer works. Your response is hoping @HuaweiUK release a fix soon. Huawei suggest I fix it myself. What has happened to customer service?
