    @simonhouston68 @O2 I reckon u need to get them to accept your messages are a complaint, insist they treat it as one and then ask them when they 'started the clock' in terms of issuing you with a deadlock letter. Get that and then take it to Ofcom. Sounds utterly ridiculous to credit you, not repay!

    @apakula @O2 I can't speak for them personally, however most contract T&Cs do state that after the minimum term ends its up to the customer to make contact and give notice. If its been years and you've not been looking at your bank then it's not their fault. Partial refund as goodwill maybe.

    @O2 Support had suggested clearing caches, deleting data, restarts etc. All tried. All failed. There are no service centres here in Scotland to take the phone to. There is clearly an known issue that has affected many p30 pro users after updates. It would appear to be firmware.

    @O2 I'm still not able to make recieve calls on my new watch. I activated the esim but the watch is still showing as emergency calls only. Not connected to network.

    FYI! If you cancel your contract with @O2 and don't use the PAC number your contract will not be terminated I part exchanged my old @O2 IPhone for an upgrade with a new mobile network provider changing my contact details as part of the deal Beware £77 lighter in the pocket 💷 😔

    @O2 @virginmedia probably the worst mobile phone company to deal with. Customer service is a joke. Trying to resolve fraudulent activity on my account and no understanding. Abysmal. Please go anywhere else except them. Just cut me off now.

    @O2 had a contactless payment amount come out of my account at £15.30 and the transaction is listened as “day to day O2”.... what is this !? Never seen it before - am I being thick?

    @O2 You must see my frustration? I'm paying for a device that is no longer fit for purpose. A main feature no longer works. Your response is hoping @HuaweiUK release a fix soon. Huawei suggest I fix it myself. What has happened to customer service?

    @O2 5G is garbage, whenever my phone picks up a 5G signal (normally in Glasgow) the performance drops like a stone!

    @O2 no one to talk to at o2 and im constantly charged £4.99 by Lasevia ltd. This is bad on o2’s behalf!!!!

    @O2 Can you please tell me what is going on with your network? The signal has been dire in the last month or 6 weeks and it’s not just my area, LN5. You have a mast 1 mile from me. I can’t hold a conversation now unless on wi fi at home. My contract has expired but i wont renew with current situation. Ive been with you years because the signal has been very good, not now though.

    @o2 where on the train line from Maidstone to London 3G=no signal 4G=no signal E=no signal and 5G=no signal unless you have all 4 bars unfortunately for the majority (approx 50 minutes of a 1hr journey) there is no four bar 5G. It’s 2026 ffs!!!! Your service is shite

    @BluesnJazzxx @O2 They have known about this issue for a few months now but don’t want to take responsibility and actually fix it. It’s the same on the website too. Someone seriously messed up and it would seem that O2 don’t care. They have become prawns. No backbone and full of shite

    I got tickets for today to ariana but I'm having a panic attack, I didn't realise how steep the nosebleeds section is. O2 staff said they couldn't help me. Is there anyone at all who can help? Even lower down in the nosebleeds is fine, any help would be ok 🙏 @O2 @TeamAriana
