Thanks @O2 I’ve lost a days work because we had a power cut. What has it got to do with you you ask? The fact I only have 1 bar of signal whilst the rest of the country waits for 5g. Surely better service for all is more important.

@BobaFatt @O2 @DecembersKing Glad it’s not just me, for weeks now my signal either shows 0/1 bars, or it shows full bars but then the data just doesn’t work. In built up areas like London where signal is usually fine. O2 refuse to acknowledge it or help. Time to change networks.

Is anyone else still having a problem with incoming and outgoing calls?! It’s been five days now it’s getting a bit beyond a joke @O2 I’ve done everything from resetting the entire phone to turning my phone on and off again to taking the sim out and putting it back in

@O2 I had an amazing first festival back at @Creamfields but why was your signal so ****? This is the first time I've been able to use my phone since Thursday afternoon! 🙈 Never had a problem before when I've been, just this year was so awful 😖
