Thanks @O2 I’ve lost a days work because we had a power cut. What has it got to do with you you ask? The fact I only have 1 bar of signal whilst the rest of the country waits for 5g. Surely better service for all is more important.

@O2 I'm late paying 2 bills, phone is disconnected, Ive used the app to get in touch & the level of Cus service Ive received is horrendous. I only got in touch on the chane of setting a payment plan, but been inundated with numbers, which are utterly useleas with a disconnected phone

@liz_liz31 @GreenhoughJamie @O2 I’ve been with o2 for mama y years and I have three phones on my account. Now they send me a letter saying they are going to increase my tariff. Let me tell you this o2 if you give a loyal customer like me any kind of increase I will cancel my account ASAP. I should pay less.
