    @O2 I know the coverage in my area. In our village we have poor signal, but travel a mile into the middle of a field and you can get 4G. why can’t we have some sort of village booster too give us a signal as your signal seems to stop just before the area where the people are that pay

    @O2 Yes you have been saying that for years but only improving areas that don’t need it and leaving rural areas with no signal and still paying the same ..l

    Thanks @O2 I’ve lost a days work because we had a power cut. What has it got to do with you you ask? The fact I only have 1 bar of signal whilst the rest of the country waits for 5g. Surely better service for all is more important.

    @O2 Same issue again. Had to drove out to find open WiFi to do this post. Would love 3G I’m not greedy!

    @O2 I’ve got no issue doing ‘security’ publicly. My account will be of no use to anyone as I’m taking my custom elsewhere. Don’t want anything hidden behind DM’s. Just want my hard earned money back! You was quick enough to take it. 4 months is beyond a joke!

    @O2 you have the worst customer service I've ever received they are happy for me to pay for a service they can NOT provide and don't even KNOW when it will come back on AND NO YOU DO NOT UNDERSTAND MY FRUSTRATIONS OR YOU WOULD DO SOMETHING ABOUT IT @EE I'll be call in tomorrow

    @O2 Yes I have. You sent it to me because my phone was paid off. So how about a system where people get put through to the right departments and your staff have working headsets and don’t hang up on people?

    @O2 when are you gonna sort the data signal in the Aldershot area. 4G is completely unworkable. It’s been going on for months now and is getting beyond unacceptable.

    Whats the latest excuse for my Internet connection not been stable today? @virginmedia can't wait for the merger with @O2 imagine phone signal will get worse if we look at the current state of affairs. !

    So now that @virginmedia and @O2 are united as one, will O2 dump their absolutely awful business online account management system, and will my Broadband and mobile accounts become one. Hoping for service integration and a simpler life. (Don't get me started on banking!)

    @O2 Thank you for replying, but It’s not an individual issue. Everyone on O2 in the GU11 area has zero or intermittent 4G mobile data for months now. We have occasional lucky days of it working. We shouldn’t have to be surprised when it works, it just should.

    Can wait for my contract to end with @O2 nothing but problems with signal, 4g, phone calls honestly can not see why I pay you 100 pound a month for such a **** service. When I speak to your customer service I just get the same crap. “Oh it’s the area your in” honestly poor.

    @O2 why can I make emergency calls only atm. Also why is my mobile network showing as vodaphone ? If this carries on I shall jump to vodaphone. What’s the problem here ? Please dont send me your standard response as there is nothing that helps me there.

    @O2 my Brother in law is waiting for his phone number to transfer from Virgin to O2. It should have happened yesterday but it still hasn’t. Can you help please?
