@O2 We have lived in our house 11 years and had no improvement in service despite paying over the same period about £16000 for a poor signal and phones we cannot use at home, where we live and work.

@O2 I know the coverage in my area. In our village we have poor signal, but travel a mile into the middle of a field and you can get 4G. why can’t we have some sort of village booster too give us a signal as your signal seems to stop just before the area where the people are that pay

Thanks @O2 I’ve lost a days work because we had a power cut. What has it got to do with you you ask? The fact I only have 1 bar of signal whilst the rest of the country waits for 5g. Surely better service for all is more important.

Not again, @O2!! Is the lack of the mobile signal in #Cullompton #Devon YET AGAIN due to another failure of the (one and only?!) mast serving the town? Each time it takes you days to fix it, and how many more times must this happen before you rectify it properly.

So no internet this morning in the village for well over 3 hrs now, and i suppose as a consequence my 4g signal isn’t working properly due to the demand placed on it with everyone on mobile data. Come on @WeAreOpenreach get it sorted. @O2 can you improve the signal in Headcorn?
