    Thanks @O2 I’ve lost a days work because we had a power cut. What has it got to do with you you ask? The fact I only have 1 bar of signal whilst the rest of the country waits for 5g. Surely better service for all is more important.

    @O2 Same issue again. Had to drove out to find open WiFi to do this post. Would love 3G I’m not greedy!

    Spent the last 2 weeks chasing for a phone I ordered 28 days ago from @O2 when I was told the maximum wait time would be 14 days. Absolute shambles of a service can never get a straight answer

    @O2 Yes they are but for some reason your agent said there was a problem but couldn’t help me I have been with you both for many years I am the only account holder for both and at the same address which is my only address and has been for over 30 years

    @O2 Years of terrible service and awful reception to the point were i dont even want to contemplate hearing, Have you took the sim out and cleaned it, We have checked your area and it seems fine, Try switching you phone off and on. What? 400 times a day?

    @O2 hi and sorry to trouble you. I pre-ordered the Pixel 6 Pro and you can claim some Bose headphones. Do I claim them via yourselves or Google?
