    @O2 I know the coverage in my area. In our village we have poor signal, but travel a mile into the middle of a field and you can get 4G. why can’t we have some sort of village booster too give us a signal as your signal seems to stop just before the area where the people are that pay

    Thanks @O2 I’ve lost a days work because we had a power cut. What has it got to do with you you ask? The fact I only have 1 bar of signal whilst the rest of the country waits for 5g. Surely better service for all is more important.

    @O2 Yes you have been saying that for years but only improving areas that don’t need it and leaving rural areas with no signal and still paying the same ..l

    @Supersi1 @O2 🔔🔚s recently took changed my Virgin contract it now includes an O2 sim they cocked it up suprise suprise, so I had to cancel the original incorrect contract and take another one, they then debited my account £25 I contacted them and they admitted in had been taken in error

    @O2 number should have ported on Monday, from @virginmedia as part of new package. After several calls this week the porting has still not happened, now have no service! And yes I have switched it off and on again! #help #notgreat

    @O2 Yeh they have been no help what’s so ever. Looks like il be going somewhere else then. Good luck getting the money from me. No one has even bothered to try and help!!!

    @O2 got stuck in an endless login loop while trying to get @spiritboxband tickets all day and now they’re all gone. Guess have I have to try my luck on Friday for general sale for the London date.

    @O2 I need to cancel a contract. The number you say I have to ring always has queues of more than an hour. The app chat function never connects to an agent. I've asked for help 3 times on here and been ignored. Not a good look for you, is it?

    @O2 Hi, no it’s not a screen protector as it was straight out of the box when purchased, i’ve tried all of the settings and nothing has fixed it. Unfortunately i did get a replacement phone at the local o2 store yesterday however i believe it has the same issue
