Thanks @O2 I’ve lost a days work because we had a power cut. What has it got to do with you you ask? The fact I only have 1 bar of signal whilst the rest of the country waits for 5g. Surely better service for all is more important.

@O2 I've managed to get tickets without a problem. I've even managed to help 3 mates out to process ticket orders for them too. Not sure what the problems are all about.

@O2 Shambles ,was logged out by o2 priority at 9am ,and havnt stopped trying for 3 hours .You are a joke of a network the 1st decent tickets you have sold and you can't get them ,resale agents have had a good morning, well done o2

@O2 Absolutely rubbish, only reason I stick you O2 is for priority tickets, and today, the site crashed with 20 minutes to go and has kicked me out the app, which either says bad gateway or “issue with the site”. I’d call it crap and the best way to lose customers

@O2 Fail. What’s also a fail is that there’s no @O2 data service in the @TheO2 whatsoever, nor does the O2 Wi-Fi work there. Other than that it’s going really well xxx
