Thanks @O2 I’ve lost a days work because we had a power cut. What has it got to do with you you ask? The fact I only have 1 bar of signal whilst the rest of the country waits for 5g. Surely better service for all is more important.

@O2 I have to say the worse customer service I have ever experienced. Have tried changing and the pac number is still waiting to go over. Plus I order some products which never arrived and they told me to contact my bank. Atrocious

@OiDeegan @maitlis @O2 I used to get similar reactions when Natwest would call me out of the blue to sell me some insurance product or other. I'd put *them* through security, by asking for my sort code or bank account number. They'd refuse. I'd hang up. Then i left for Nationwide.
