    Thanks @O2 I’ve lost a days work because we had a power cut. What has it got to do with you you ask? The fact I only have 1 bar of signal whilst the rest of the country waits for 5g. Surely better service for all is more important.

    @O2 Same issue again. Had to drove out to find open WiFi to do this post. Would love 3G I’m not greedy!

    @supermanelfc @O2 @02 It’s ridiculously bad on the web. One day they will upgrade those servers. Still says processing and expected delivery date of 19/09 so who knows what’s going on. Wife’s been on live chat a couple times but you get no info at all from them.

    @virginmedia broadband down AGAIN!!! No problem - at least I have 1 bar of 3G on my phone @O2 - 3rd world countries have better connectivity than this.

    @O2 my delivery van was robbed and you have not even contacted me to resolve the issue. I have had to spend hours on the phone to try and get to a resolution. Promised callbacks that don’t happen and terrible customer service. ALL WHILE you ARE STILL TAKING MY MONEY! #poor
