    @O2 Same issue again. Had to drove out to find open WiFi to do this post. Would love 3G I’m not greedy!

    Thanks @O2 I’ve lost a days work because we had a power cut. What has it got to do with you you ask? The fact I only have 1 bar of signal whilst the rest of the country waits for 5g. Surely better service for all is more important.

    @O2 Yes you have been saying that for years but only improving areas that don’t need it and leaving rural areas with no signal and still paying the same ..l

    @O2 two times I have dealt with #O2recycle and both times terrible service. They Receive immaculate phone, as confirmed by O2 shop staff, both times email sent saying phone damaged and dropping quote by over £100 pounds. Sounds like a scam.

    @o2 @O2Careers since when did 'divert calls' or 'migrate number' as your staff calls it, mean 'disconnect my number'? It's more than 20days now 🫣 and there's nowhere too turn to for help. Just nowhere nearshore

    @O2 Having an issue with my Disney+ extra, can't contact you as it just says 'all agents are busy not even a queue system. Can someone help with this please, we're still being charged and we're supposed to get 6 months free. Thanks.

    @O2 I have just got an O2 Pay&Go SIM but I cannot activate it. I get “no service”. When I try to create an O2 account then I need to enter a code sent to my number but I cannot receive it. Could you please help?

    .@o2 also - your Disney plus package is a rip off SCAM. You didn’t make it clear it was a one year contract that you can’t cancel!!!! Even Disney allows you to cancel. Didn’t know o2 were thieves.

    @O2 I’m a virgin media broadband customer and have access to O2 priority moments yet when I try to claim one it takes me to O2 log in and can’t Get past that I’m logged in/have access due to the virgin media connection.

    @O2 for the past few weeks, maybe even months your signal in all the Bolton areas have been shocking, supposed to get 5G, I’m lucky to get 4G, please sort it out as your network isn’t fit for purpose
