Thanks @O2 I’ve lost a days work because we had a power cut. What has it got to do with you you ask? The fact I only have 1 bar of signal whilst the rest of the country waits for 5g. Surely better service for all is more important.

@o2 officially the hardest part of a move from the UK to US. How can I not just settle my phone plan without numerous phone calls and hours wasted on hold. Used to be the best with customer service. Now officially the worst. And final nail in the coffin is a 13.4% price increase!

@O2 13.4% rise from April. Thank god my contract is up this year. I will definitely be signing off as an O2 customer after many, many years. Fairness should be at the heart of any business model, whereas greed will tell on the business in time. Goodbye O2........

Hi @O2 I've tried your chat via the app for days now, and it constantly says you're busy. So maybe you can help here. If I change my sim only tariff to one with more data, does it restart a 12 month contract, or will it still end the same month as my current contract? Thanks

My phone keeps telling me I have an unstable internet connection. It’s not unstable, it’s unreliable @O2 👀

***** rats @O2 Hello. From April 2023 the monthly price of your calls, texts and data will rise by the 13.4% RPI rate of inflation as set out in your terms. We know this isn't welcome news, but it will help cover the rising cost to power our network.

Just to say texts coming through today for all my mobile phones with 02 mobile charges up 13.4% shocking, awful @o2 @02help as I can't pull out of my contract until July. Unacceptable 02...

@O2 are at it again. 13.4% increase on tariff price this year! when the average wage increase will be nothing near that. And I bet if rpi goes down, their prices for existing customers wont! 🤡

@O2 There is a BIG difference between a couple of £s increase and £11 a month. That's a huge increase. Like I said I bet we see you still having huge profits anyway because you are getting extra money from all your customers never mind the fact that we have a living crisis!
