    Thanks @O2 I’ve lost a days work because we had a power cut. What has it got to do with you you ask? The fact I only have 1 bar of signal whilst the rest of the country waits for 5g. Surely better service for all is more important.

    Pretty appalled by horrifically bad #CustomerService of @O2 business. I’ve had to chase them about 10 calls & emails. Contact goes on vacation and doesn’t say when knows it’s urgent. Next lady cut me off: didn’t give her name, contacts, tell me next steps, anything. Pls Improve!

    @O2 the service I have been getting over the past year has been getting worse and worse. In my house it’s impossible to understand what people are saying on the phone and they can’t hear me. Also 4G signal is extremely slow (worse than 3G days) #o2

    @itsonlymeruth @O2 No, when I called O2 customer services they were adament this wasn't happening and if I wanted to leave I'd need to pay my early termination charge... Will be trying again today...

    @O2 you said current contracts wouldn't change, how come I got an email stating tariffs are going up again in August. They already went up once this year, so your raising twice in one year ? But you still offer sub par service, you lot have a cheek. Thank God I'm getting rid

    The worst customer experience with @O2 took 3 days and 4hrs on the phone to take out a contract. Only to be told that I was not told the truth by the call handler and they had not applied the discount I was promised. Not only that by I've just spent another 1hr on the phone!

    Hello @O2 , can you please explain to me why I've spent all morning on the phone to 4 different people at your call center with my complaint only to be told the robots won't work right. Passed from pillar to post with my complaint and got absolutely nowhere.
