    Thanks @O2 I’ve lost a days work because we had a power cut. What has it got to do with you you ask? The fact I only have 1 bar of signal whilst the rest of the country waits for 5g. Surely better service for all is more important.

    @turningleftfor @ThreeUK @O2 Three isn’t too bad when abroad though it can very quickly add up. I’ve stuck with them due to what I get in the uk. Airalo is quite good if you only need data when abroad and have a phone that can do esim.

    @O2 disappointed with policies and procedures particularly when customer service rather transferring or registering a complaint hang up on me.

    Day 4 after @O2 turned my sim off with no warning, and still waiting for them to come up with a solution - however if I were to upgrade they advertise they can have a new working handset to me tomorrow if I order by midnight 🤔

    @O2 left my old network to join O2. It’s not a good start when my new phone hasn’t arrived, I can’t track my order as the app isn’t set up yet and there is no info on my O2 account. #poorservice

    @O2 Hi! I ordered a new SIM only deal on the 24th November but nothing has been delivered yet and I can't access any help through O2 app as I don't yet have a registered account because I don't have a number with you because no SIM. Can someone help please?
