    @O2 Same issue again. Had to drove out to find open WiFi to do this post. Would love 3G I’m not greedy!

    Thanks @O2 I’ve lost a days work because we had a power cut. What has it got to do with you you ask? The fact I only have 1 bar of signal whilst the rest of the country waits for 5g. Surely better service for all is more important.

    Been waiting since last Saturday for @O2 to fix the mast... so basically paid for data for no reason 🙃

    @EnglandRugby @O2 Sooner Eddie goes sooner we can stop throwing away caps. Glad DC is starting but sub 9 couldn’t even get on bench for Tigers in final.     @Brendan_O2 @LutzSchueler imagine waiting months for a refund and going round and round in circles. @O2 is a horrendous company and provide awful customer service. Let’s hope I get my money back eventually, even if it’s through small claims court.

    @O2 apparently Ben from your call centre 020 4579 7352 wants to give me a new iPhone for being one of your customers. Only problem is I’m not 🤔 he’s either lacking training or is telling fibs.

    @O2 can uou tell me how to get some action on a long on going complaint that has been ongoing for over 6 months. Promises all of the time. And I have to go over every time I call. Absolutely sick now.

    @O2 I’ve changed network provider manually with no success. I also spoke to one of your team via messaging function. They assured me it will make a big difference. It did. I now have 73KBPS only… I found an old community thread that suggested that data roaming is capped at 500kbp???
