In our village we have poor signal, but travel a mile into the middle of a field and you can get 4G. why can’t we have some sort of village booster too give us a signal as your signal seems to stop just before the area where the people are that pay

He has no phone signal (in London) since he joined in Jan. He has missed important work emails and calls. Worst service and customer service I’ve ever seen.

Fiona Coad (@CoadFiona) reported@O2 over 20 years a business customer. You have billed us £2k for calls made whilst in Mexico because we didn’t have a bolt on. This should flag up on client account and you should contact clients to make them aware, not just profit from their error. No client loyalty.
