Thanks @O2 I’ve lost a days work because we had a power cut. What has it got to do with you you ask? The fact I only have 1 bar of signal whilst the rest of the country waits for 5g. Surely better service for all is more important.

@O2 with all due respect, your phone service is absolutely ******* horrendous. No 4G in Bristol although I live centrally and my phone constantly tells me I have no internet connection. It’s such bollocks considering how much I pay a month. @VodafoneUK can you help me?

@15minutegamer @SamsungUK @O2 Yeah mine does that too, but I just got a message telling me my phone was too hot and needed to cool down when I wasn't even doing that much. Also the battery drains really quickly

@O2 my parents are having trouble with their phones they can not hear each other at all my mother is disabled!!! her phone is her life line incase she falls this needs to be sorted fairly quickly please thanks!!
