Thanks @O2 I’ve lost a days work because we had a power cut. What has it got to do with you you ask? The fact I only have 1 bar of signal whilst the rest of the country waits for 5g. Surely better service for all is more important.

@DisneyPlusUK I recently took a contract with @O2 and got 3mo free. However now that’s ended and I pay Disney via my o2 bill. How can I swap back to being a direct Disney customer as I’d rather refer the 2 aren’t tied together

If @O2 had spent as much effort on sorting my problem with there network as they have advertising to me since I decided to leave I might not be leaving, instead they just lied to me

Good evening @o2 or at least it was until we tried to do what your staff advised us to do in August. So that’s yet another payment for a phone no longer in use cos your staff tell us something different every time 😩 easier just to cancel all 4 phones I think

@O2 think my phone has been hacked and called twice with no one able to help despite waiting 24 mins each time. Now can’t make or receive calls but no one at O2 can tell me if it’s their fraud team or the fraudsters that have done this. Appalling support!!

.@SkyHelpTeam So no broadband or 3/4/5G in Great Yarmouth area. Resorted to texting family members to find out information. Your website - nothing. @O2’s website actually says there is a mobile issue, yet yours doeen’t! Your customer service was pathetic over the phone.
