    Thanks @O2 I’ve lost a days work because we had a power cut. What has it got to do with you you ask? The fact I only have 1 bar of signal whilst the rest of the country waits for 5g. Surely better service for all is more important.

    @O2 Yes you have been saying that for years but only improving areas that don’t need it and leaving rural areas with no signal and still paying the same ..l

    @O2 and @bt_uk contracts should stay the same price for the duration of the contract, you tie people in to longer contracts (24 and 36 month) increasing prices whilst offering lower prices for new customers. It’s an absolute scam, especially when your service gets worse!

    Ordered an Xbox from @O2 overnight. Yesterday they delivered 2 iPhones instead. Went onto customer services and they told me it was the courier’s fault. Surely it’s the warehouse - the courier had the right address. Also reason for buying it through o2 was so I had it tomorrow

    @O2 customer for the best part of 20 years and it seems to count for nothing. No reception in the village for 4 months now and frankly they don’t seem to care less! Roll on contract expiry…… #byebyeO2

    @O2 I have now spent 7 hours over two days trying to pay my bill. I have been transferred 6 time - each with an hour long wait - and each one the wrong department even though I am allegedly dialling the right line initially. How has your customer service gotten so bad recently?
