    Thanks @O2 I’ve lost a days work because we had a power cut. What has it got to do with you you ask? The fact I only have 1 bar of signal whilst the rest of the country waits for 5g. Surely better service for all is more important.

    @O2 my signal and service is terrible and messages are not coming through- your device checker says a mast isn’t working properly but it’s been like this for weeks - please can you fix it!

    Called @O2 to discuss leaving due to signal/mast issue last month in local area making it impossible to do anything. Passed from pillar to post - 5 different people! No one would give me answer I was looking for and each one wanted me to start from the beginning! Joke company!

    @O2 there will be definitely a better solution as on this rate we will not be gettint no free tickets as the ticket disappear in 40 second and app crash

    @GeorgieMcFletch @TDouris @O2 The Priority app goes down because of the sheer number of people trying to get a code, and the pressure eases only when they're out of stock.

    Why is @O2 4G so crap. 4 bars and still all day to load 😩 should of stayed with @EE even if they are £20 a month more expensive!
