    Thanks @O2 I’ve lost a days work because we had a power cut. What has it got to do with you you ask? The fact I only have 1 bar of signal whilst the rest of the country waits for 5g. Surely better service for all is more important.

    @O2 I wouldn’t bother. The signal in my area for internet doesn’t work at all. Put a complaint in but was told by the store they are getting a lot of complaints but they need a lot for the big bosses to actually act on it. As soon as my contract is up I’m leaving :(

    @WokeFisk @O2 Fair enough, but all I’m saying is why spend thousands of money on a phone that literally does the same things as a phone 3-4 years ago or even longer. They literally do the same ****.

    @O2 my Mum is trying to an transfer of ownership and customer services said that they couldn’t help her because they are in South Africa and agent that she spoke to was really rude to her.

    @O2 again having signal issues in LS1 6PJ. This is not the first time. For a major mobile phone company this is not acceptable.

    @O2 I’ve submitted a form yesterday to port my old phone number across to my new O2 account. Was done at lunchtime yesterday. Nothing has changed. My old number is still with my previous provider and when I login to O2 it’s still showing the number you gave with the sim.

    @O2 Thanks, we’re on holiday at the moment, but for as long as we’ve been with O2, calls drop out or incoming calls go straight to voicemail. It’s just a very poor signal compared to countries abroad.

    @O2 can I ask why I get a better reception in the middle of a Norwegian Fjord or in the middle of a lava field in Lanzarote than I do in many areas of the UK? Are we getting ripped off by our network providers?

    I cannot believe that in 3 years the signal in Chartlon wit @O2 is still crap! I cannot make phone calls from my house! And no one has ever cared about any of my complaints! UNBELIEVABLE!
