    Thanks @O2 I’ve lost a days work because we had a power cut. What has it got to do with you you ask? The fact I only have 1 bar of signal whilst the rest of the country waits for 5g. Surely better service for all is more important.

    @O2 Yes you have been saying that for years but only improving areas that don’t need it and leaving rural areas with no signal and still paying the same ..l

    @O2 We have lived in our house 11 years and had no improvement in service despite paying over the same period about £16000 for a poor signal and phones we cannot use at home, where we live and work.

    @O2 I know the coverage in my area. In our village we have poor signal, but travel a mile into the middle of a field and you can get 4G. why can’t we have some sort of village booster too give us a signal as your signal seems to stop just before the area where the people are that pay

    @1ivgracex @O2 I had so many issues with AXS to access my Louis Tomlinson tickets a few weeks ago. Was eventually told that AXS have a preference for Apple over Android - low and behold when I used my work iphone, it worked. It's absolutely ridiculous! Swore I'd never use it again. But it's OR!

    @O2 doesn’t take customer complaints seriously. Reported potential data breach and fraudulent case multiple times. If there is no meaningful resolution in the next five days I have to formally report it to the @Ofcom.

    @arokorol @O2 It’s picked up a signal from a mast in the Palestinian Authority area. If you are in Dover, O2 sometimes pick up a signal from France and send you a welcome to France text

    @O2 is **** for customer service since the Virgin Media merger constantly logged out an log back in won’t let me pay on the app can never get through when I’m at work sort this **** out man I’ve been with you forever same number everything
