    Thanks @O2 I’ve lost a days work because we had a power cut. What has it got to do with you you ask? The fact I only have 1 bar of signal whilst the rest of the country waits for 5g. Surely better service for all is more important.

    @O2 Yes you have been saying that for years but only improving areas that don’t need it and leaving rural areas with no signal and still paying the same ..l

    @O2 I know the coverage in my area. In our village we have poor signal, but travel a mile into the middle of a field and you can get 4G. why can’t we have some sort of village booster too give us a signal as your signal seems to stop just before the area where the people are that pay

    @O2 We have lived in our house 11 years and had no improvement in service despite paying over the same period about £16000 for a poor signal and phones we cannot use at home, where we live and work.

    @ianyoungkop @virginmedia I'm an @O2 customer of over a decade and a virgin media customer for just as long and apparently my "offers" as a combined customer add at best 45 quid to my bill, whilst a new customer can get the whole lot for 99 quid a month, Inc all sports, movies and an unlimited O2 sim

    @O2 Is there a way to order a new SIM for my daughter who's lost her phone, because I can't find a way to do that on your website and your call-centre is obviously hopelessly under-staffed? Yours, Frustrated Customer who feels like moving his entire family off your network.
