Thanks @O2 I’ve lost a days work because we had a power cut. What has it got to do with you you ask? The fact I only have 1 bar of signal whilst the rest of the country waits for 5g. Surely better service for all is more important.

Hey @o2, what’s your view on data breaches? My number has been incorrectly transferred to a COMPLETE STRANGER. The number that is tied to my medical records, finance, workplace, social apps and retail. I have spoken to 4 (!!!) customer service agents with zero avail.

Honestly @O2 which is the reception so poor on @c2c_Rail trains? 4 or 5g according to my phone but Internet speeds similar to WAP in the 90's.#sortit
