    @O2 Same issue again. Had to drove out to find open WiFi to do this post. Would love 3G I’m not greedy!

    Thanks @O2 I’ve lost a days work because we had a power cut. What has it got to do with you you ask? The fact I only have 1 bar of signal whilst the rest of the country waits for 5g. Surely better service for all is more important.

    Been waiting since last Saturday for @O2 to fix the mast... so basically paid for data for no reason 🙃

    @O2 Your service is poor. Two days waiting for a delivery that doesn’t come. Delivery driver doesn’t even ring the door bell. Phoned when I couldn’t answer it and pissed off. Too lazy to get out the van. Don’t worry, there’s plenty of other service providers.

    @O2 Hi, I've just received my phone bill and its a lot higher than expected. When my free extra ran out, I haven't been able to cancel it. Plus I wasn't told it had ended and I would be charged. Can you look into this? Thanks!

    @O2 you customer service is appalling and pathetic to say the least. 45 minutes waiting on a call to speak to someone. At one time I actually fell asleep and woke up to your music still playing in the background.

    So even on here the help from @O2 has been useless - why is it they never ring you bout an issue 😳 quick to take your money but never there to actually help. I’m sure @EE can help going forward.

    @O2 Problem with my phone. Went 2 an o2 shop only 2 b told I have 2 put my name down & they will call me when its my turn. 90 mins later, I was still 3rd in that queue. They told me 2 call customer services instead. Nearly 20 mins on hold so far. my o2 app rarely connects either!

    @O2 been waiting 7 weeks for a keyboard for a tab which I paid extra upfront for, heard nothing. Called today & actually got through to someone after being cut off numerous times before, to be told my order had been cancelled!. Loyal customer of 10 years & this is what I get?!

    @O2 is there another way to cancel one of my contracts with you? Called 202 spoke to someone went through everything got put on hold for 15 minutes then it rang through to the start menu again. I don’t have time to sit and go through it all again.
