Thanks @O2 I’ve lost a days work because we had a power cut. What has it got to do with you you ask? The fact I only have 1 bar of signal whilst the rest of the country waits for 5g. Surely better service for all is more important.

@O2 I’ve been trying to increase my spend cap with no luck. Yeh I select the option for wanting to speak about the phone I’m calling off and then it say you can find help on our website says goodbye then disconnect la the call

@O2 ever since my wife and I changed to O2 we have had problems with messaging (for me) and receiving calls for her. Since early December. Started by trying to sort mine out. Success grading 0/10. Useless.

@atkinsradio @BBCGlos @O2 Had problems years ago and you end up in a call centre thousands of miles away. Any messages / actions usually take 48 hours to sort. Try 150 (or it's 02 equivalent) and see if you can get in that way.
