    Thanks @O2 I’ve lost a days work because we had a power cut. What has it got to do with you you ask? The fact I only have 1 bar of signal whilst the rest of the country waits for 5g. Surely better service for all is more important.

    @O2 I know the coverage in my area. In our village we have poor signal, but travel a mile into the middle of a field and you can get 4G. why can’t we have some sort of village booster too give us a signal as your signal seems to stop just before the area where the people are that pay

    @O2 Yes you have been saying that for years but only improving areas that don’t need it and leaving rural areas with no signal and still paying the same ..l

    I had got with my new contract from @O2 because the battery life is extremely poor, and I wanted to use the switch up plan, that I pay for. I pre-ordered a new phone more than a month in advance because I was leaving the country for 5 weeks.

    Not only did @O2 support never get back to me in the 5 working days they had to respond, but they transferred me in literal circles, again for HOURS at a time while in a different branch as they were trying to help me get a working phone before I left the country, AGAIN.

    @SkyHelpTeam They activated my account three days ago but there has been nothing from you saying I’m leaving and my number hasn’t ported. I think @O2 have simply screwed up leaving me in the worst situation of paying for two accounts and getting nothing.
