Thanks @O2 I’ve lost a days work because we had a power cut. What has it got to do with you you ask? The fact I only have 1 bar of signal whilst the rest of the country waits for 5g. Surely better service for all is more important.

@O2 I want to make a complaint but apparently 30 minutes on hold isn’t as important to you and being cut off… your in-store staff failed epically with general manors so I’m disappointed after being with you for more than 20 years.
