Thanks @O2 I’ve lost a days work because we had a power cut. What has it got to do with you you ask? The fact I only have 1 bar of signal whilst the rest of the country waits for 5g. Surely better service for all is more important.

@O2 Can't remember specifically if it said WHO it was from - it was 4am. I assumed bad news. However, the message said we are confirming that your O2 SIM will be arriving between 1 and 3 days time. With a number of options - which I ignored & hung up. My assumption is O2 - logically?

2 hrs trying to fix one ***** up that added many other issues with @o2 and @DPDgroup_news Courier bare faced lied and o2 CS is a nightmare...4 attempts before speaking to someone competent and who wouldn't hang up after 5 seconds @AngryConsumer

@giffgaff Bristol Temple Meads and Paddington are fine. It's Reading and Bath Spa that are the worst, with Swindon and Didcot Parkway not very good. It's not your fault. It's @O2 (or whoever does the network in those stations).
