Thanks @O2 I’ve lost a days work because we had a power cut. What has it got to do with you you ask? The fact I only have 1 bar of signal whilst the rest of the country waits for 5g. Surely better service for all is more important.

@O2 OMG WHAT A WASTE OF GETTING A PHONE REBOOTED AND NOT FIX IT WHEN WE TOLD THEM THE CHARGER WAS NOT CHARGING AND ITS NOT CHARGING HE HASENT DONE A VERY GOOD JOB HE JUST WASTED TIME BOOTING IT TO FACTORY DEFAULT I DIDNT WANT THAT I WANTED THE CHARGER AREA FIXED BUT NO WASTE

@O2 Hi team, I have a 4g antennae set up to provide broadband to my house however I am guessing your network knows its for a home wifi and restricts the speed of the system. My phone inside the house also on O2 gets double the connection speed compared to the massive receiver.why

@O2 Thank you for your assistance. I did call them yesterday. Waited 30 minutes and then was greeted by this very rude agent who did not hlep me one bit. She did not want to accept the fact that I want to end my airtime contract.
