Thanks @O2 I’ve lost a days work because we had a power cut. What has it got to do with you you ask? The fact I only have 1 bar of signal whilst the rest of the country waits for 5g. Surely better service for all is more important.

@O2 I received a blue Monday voucher for pizza express and when attempting to use it the code didn’t register and was not valid. Restaurant never had this happen before and was quite embarrassed.

@kornsteven @O2 Then when they receive your old device they will inspect it and if its in good enough condition they will terminate your old contract, bare in mind both your old one and new contract will be active and if you dont send your old device in quick enough you will be charged for both

@O2 Yes, I would really like to waste more of my time trying to get through. Either your website team are all off on holiday, or they need sacked. Shocking service. Now no doubt the delivery time will be several weeks.
