    @O2 Yes you have been saying that for years but only improving areas that don’t need it and leaving rural areas with no signal and still paying the same ..l

    @O2 I know the coverage in my area. In our village we have poor signal, but travel a mile into the middle of a field and you can get 4G. why can’t we have some sort of village booster too give us a signal as your signal seems to stop just before the area where the people are that pay

    Thanks @O2 I’ve lost a days work because we had a power cut. What has it got to do with you you ask? The fact I only have 1 bar of signal whilst the rest of the country waits for 5g. Surely better service for all is more important.

    @O2 We have lived in our house 11 years and had no improvement in service despite paying over the same period about £16000 for a poor signal and phones we cannot use at home, where we live and work.

    Disappointed with @O2. I’ve spent 4hrs on calls this week trying to resolve an issue. I’ve had contradictory information, multiple transfers & promised callbacks that never happened. Due to the repeated failures, the only reasonable option now is to allow me to leave penalty-free

    @olive_blacklab @O2 Not ideal. I’m sick of it. Theres next to no reception at mum’s on any network, and at home I show 5G but data never works and calls are poor quality.

    @ungodlywheesa @O2 Most phones made after 2018 support eSIMs tbh! iPhone XR and newer, Samsung Galaxy S20+, Google Pixel 3a and up... What phone are you rocking? We might be able to help you figure it out

    I genuinely hate the O2 app so much wdym I paid my phone bills on the 15th and it takes the money (THAT I DON’T HAVE) out again TODAY. I ain’t paying for 2 phone twice 🫩 need to wait till 8AM to call them and sort this **** out. @O2
