@O2 We have lived in our house 11 years and had no improvement in service despite paying over the same period about £16000 for a poor signal and phones we cannot use at home, where we live and work.

Thanks @O2 I’ve lost a days work because we had a power cut. What has it got to do with you you ask? The fact I only have 1 bar of signal whilst the rest of the country waits for 5g. Surely better service for all is more important.

@O2 I know the coverage in my area. In our village we have poor signal, but travel a mile into the middle of a field and you can get 4G. why can’t we have some sort of village booster too give us a signal as your signal seems to stop just before the area where the people are that pay

@O2 Have tried and tried been with o2 for 15 years so I understand sometimes upgrades etc happen but it's Consistent lately my kids are with sky mobile that piggy bank of o2 and have way better signal than me

@O2 So I went on the website and when I typed in my postcode it said O2 were aware of the text message issue. Signal is very bad but through Wifi my calls generally tend to come through and always go out fine. I just never receive texts until I’m out if the area

@o2 your customer service is shocking. Not had data that works for year n half even after multiple calls and emails, finally called to cancel today at the end of my contract and was greeted with sighs and sarcastic comments :) sort it out

So, trying to cancel a contract with @O2 is torture and your customer service in your call centres is appalling but Lewis from your Clacton store is an absolute gem who deserves a damn good pay rise and promotion!!! I had to spend three, yes THREE hours in your store... 1/2
