    Thanks @O2 I’ve lost a days work because we had a power cut. What has it got to do with you you ask? The fact I only have 1 bar of signal whilst the rest of the country waits for 5g. Surely better service for all is more important.

    @O2 Hi, ever since yesterday my Wifi has been dropping in and out on my phone; sometimes the signal sign is there until I go on to WhatsApp etc, and then it vanishes. Sometimes it comes back when I go into another room, other times not. (1/3)

    How can @O2 sell a refurb iPhone & not be aware that the phone is locked to another network provider? Time taken out of my day which should be spent with my family at the time of year.

    **** @O2 was told by them that i could change the tariff on my subscription when i got it but apparently i can't, and i've cancelled my prime subscription thru them but amazon is still charging me for it 🤪

    @O2 why does it take so long to get through to customer services, and why are they so unhelpful, or cut you off? All we want to do is transfer ownership!

    @O2 I rejoined O2 in Sep 2021, but you never transferred my number and when I tried the sim I couldn’t get any signal. I assumed the transfer had failed so I stuck with EE as my wife also transferred and she was getting bad signal at home. I’ve just realised I’m being billed?
