    Thanks @O2 I’ve lost a days work because we had a power cut. What has it got to do with you you ask? The fact I only have 1 bar of signal whilst the rest of the country waits for 5g. Surely better service for all is more important.

    Been waiting since last Saturday for @O2 to fix the mast... so basically paid for data for no reason 🙃

    @_Fryto_ @O2 I’ve been waiting since the 24th October with an up to 4 weeks delivery estimate on the ordering screen! Same as the others that have commented I’ve messaged. I’ve tried to start multiple support chats on the app which they close instantly!

    @O2 Day 10 of 365 on trying to get O2 to fix their phone customer service. 1) If you ring and ask for an e-sim for an Apple Watch then good luck with that. Staff seem very untrained. 2) Calls disconnect too much when speaking on 202. 3) The whole IVR system feels dated.

    @O2 Im paying for a service I cannot use my son is at uni no phone means no bank access no uni access etc etc and your staff say it’s fixed and say not their fault!!!!

    @O2 shouldn’t we be entitled to some sort of compensation given we’re paying for a service we’re not receiving and o2 seem in no rush to fix this for us?

    @O2 hello we have either had zero ore 1 bars of signal for probably the last month. Most people who call us just get voicemail and its often impossible to make a call. I reported this and after 2 updates o2 say the mast is down and they’re trying to contact the landlord still..

    @MammafulZo @O2 Don't worry, they'll probably proactively cancel your SIM like they did with mine and save you the bother. But hey, send a them a DM and they'll be happy to help in, say, a day or so.

    @O2 can you do something about your dreadful signal? My data doesn't work, I have no signal so I can't call anyone and yet I am paying for this? I have contacted customer services but all they say is that a telephone mast is broken?! sort yourself out or at least stop charging me

    @O2 An ongoing issue for 4 months! Countless promised phonecalls that do not arrive. A promise of a call today at 3pm. You guessed it 16.35 and again no call. It’s infuriating and completely unacceptable

    @O2 Getting extremely tired of being promised Manager callbacks and a solution to a problem that you have caused and don’t know how to solve. Please either resolve the issue or provide a letter of deadlock so the Ombudsman can! #
