    Thanks @O2 I’ve lost a days work because we had a power cut. What has it got to do with you you ask? The fact I only have 1 bar of signal whilst the rest of the country waits for 5g. Surely better service for all is more important.

    @O2 I know the coverage in my area. In our village we have poor signal, but travel a mile into the middle of a field and you can get 4G. why can’t we have some sort of village booster too give us a signal as your signal seems to stop just before the area where the people are that pay

    omfg I was on with @skytv yesterday sorting out an issue with my SkyQ and mini box and just received a bill from @O2 for the call which was £26!!! surely that can’t be right

    @O2 when will WiFi calling be back working for iPhones ??? I don’t have any signal where I live and no WiFi calling means I don’t receive calls or texts 🙃 nightmare when working from home

    The customer service provided by @O2 is so terrible, I almost think it’s deliberate. My order is a week overdue and I’ve heard nothing, the live chat is entirely incompetent and infuriating so I rang up and was put on hold for 20 minutes before they hung up on me. Utterly ****.

    @O2 I need some help in regards to changing my number due to spam calls. They always come through as I’m mobile numbers but it’s pre-recorded Chinese messages. Would I need to visit a store for help with this?

    @O2 I've been paying for a service that I am not receiving and have not been receiving since mid February until now
