    @O2 Yes you have been saying that for years but only improving areas that don’t need it and leaving rural areas with no signal and still paying the same ..l

    Thanks @O2 I’ve lost a days work because we had a power cut. What has it got to do with you you ask? The fact I only have 1 bar of signal whilst the rest of the country waits for 5g. Surely better service for all is more important.

    @O2 We have lived in our house 11 years and had no improvement in service despite paying over the same period about £16000 for a poor signal and phones we cannot use at home, where we live and work.

    @O2 I know the coverage in my area. In our village we have poor signal, but travel a mile into the middle of a field and you can get 4G. why can’t we have some sort of village booster too give us a signal as your signal seems to stop just before the area where the people are that pay

    @O2 Signal is ******* zero in ch1 1rj area. Yes your checker says it gets busy here and the network may be slow: but it’s ******* zero. @LutzSchueler what an embarrassment

    @O2 Hi. Thanks for your reply WiFi works. The problem is the data and not possible to receive or make calls. Yes have tried rebooting it twice. No difference Need to be able to make and receive calls I have an iPhone X Thanks

    @O2 the service in Glasgow right now is shocking. iPhone shows full 3G signal but constant buffering an web pages not loading. Are there issues in Glasgow?

    @O2 How do I select a different network? In my network settings it shows O2 for calls and texts but this is shaded out so I cannot change it. Thanks.

    @O2 Old SIM still has service. Followed the instructions from your link to call 202 but twice got kicked off referring me to the My 02 app! Had to say that my call was "urgent or complex" just to enter a queue that I'm still in.
