@O2 I know the coverage in my area. In our village we have poor signal, but travel a mile into the middle of a field and you can get 4G. why can’t we have some sort of village booster too give us a signal as your signal seems to stop just before the area where the people are that pay

Thanks @O2 I’ve lost a days work because we had a power cut. What has it got to do with you you ask? The fact I only have 1 bar of signal whilst the rest of the country waits for 5g. Surely better service for all is more important.

As someone who has been with them over 16yrs, I’d Love to know why I’m still paying over £50 a month for a contract that leaves me with no signal or 3G at best in the city centre, never mind being @ rural areas. @O2 sort your **** out, it’s 2021 this shouldn’t be a daily issue.

@O2 I have. I waited 5 days for their first response, and now I'm told it will be another 5 days til I hear back again. This is a straightforward problem. Any other company would have refunded the money by now.
