Thanks @O2 I’ve lost a days work because we had a power cut. What has it got to do with you you ask? The fact I only have 1 bar of signal whilst the rest of the country waits for 5g. Surely better service for all is more important.

@O2 My Apple Watch doesn’t like that I’m roaming. It’s fine when I’m beside my phone but go away and it has no connection. Does it support roaming?

Hey @o2 as someone who has both their phone and home internet through you, can I please ask that for next years IOW festival you do something to pre-empt/manage the congestion? Every year everything is painfully slow for 4 days (in Southampton) and I can’t get any work done 😩

@O2 You've committed fraud on my account and have admitted to it several times yet you still have failed to call me. 7 weeks, 15 phone calls from us, messaged on Twitter and an official complaint submitted and nothing.#Ombudsman #ofcom

@O2 Network is appalling but I'm sure you will still take out the full amount even though most of the time it's unusable...

Hi @O2 I have received a scam call from an O2 registered number, saying they are from @currys - can I flag this up with you both, as they are using your network to piggyback off a company they don't work for.

@O2 I have it doesn't work,👍

@O2 Additional coverage whilst on the train would be great. As an example, between Leicester and Market Harborough, I'm lucky to get 3G and in parts the signal drops out altogether

@O2 what is the craic with your signal in Mid-Ulster? Why am I paying for this as it’s crap. Every single call I have made the past month has dropped, signal is never more than 1 bar. Total disgrace
