    Thanks @O2 I’ve lost a days work because we had a power cut. What has it got to do with you you ask? The fact I only have 1 bar of signal whilst the rest of the country waits for 5g. Surely better service for all is more important.

    @O2 I know the coverage in my area. In our village we have poor signal, but travel a mile into the middle of a field and you can get 4G. why can’t we have some sort of village booster too give us a signal as your signal seems to stop just before the area where the people are that pay

    @O2 Yes you have been saying that for years but only improving areas that don’t need it and leaving rural areas with no signal and still paying the same ..l

    @MartinSLewis @MarkEvansO2 Can you help? Today I found myself without any contact with the outside world when @O2 cut my phone off. Why? Because next month I will have a higher than normal bill. No warning, they just cut me off. All other bills are up to date and paid via DD. 1/7

    @O2 We have lived in our house 11 years and had no improvement in service despite paying over the same period about £16000 for a poor signal and phones we cannot use at home, where we live and work.

    @O2 your service is shocking, Iv paid my bill but I can’t contact anyone within 24 hours until then finally can be arsed to sort my service!

    Getting terrible signal indoors on my mobile @O2 in PL1. It seems to have worsened in last few weeks. Calls constantly dropping out, very frustrating!

    So paid off my iPad Pro @O2 a few days ago, and I told the person on 202 to close that entire account down eg disconnect the number and close off the iPad Pro’s account. Just rang to talk about my iPhone’s number and the idiot wants to disconnect my iphone and iPad’s number. 1/2

    @O2 Why does O2 make it impossible to get older bills online? The system is antiquated, hasn't been updated for years, is confusing at best, only shows a total and requires customers to reach out to customer service. This IS basic customer service! Please fix asap!

    @WhatsApp How do you change your number but only allow certain people to be allowed to have it? I pretty much want to prevent some people from knowing that I have changed my number more or less. @o2 can you help on this otherwise?

    @O2 I was so excited to receive the Disney+ free months free text as a thank you to me for being a valued customer just to then be told when I went to claim for it that I am not eligible for it with no explanation as to why.

    @O2 Hi I’m New York on holiday & my reception is awful. It’s continually dropping out 4G. No signal at all. I keep having to turn airplane mode off & on and still aren’t getting any signal. It sometimes shows T-Mobile. I’m really disappointed as only just switched to O2.

    @O2 I’ve had problems receiving and sending texts over the last few days. Apparently there is a problem with a mast. Do you compensate customers for this as I am paying £32 a month for the tariff.
