Thanks @O2 I’ve lost a days work because we had a power cut. What has it got to do with you you ask? The fact I only have 1 bar of signal whilst the rest of the country waits for 5g. Surely better service for all is more important.

@O2 I know the coverage in my area. In our village we have poor signal, but travel a mile into the middle of a field and you can get 4G. why can’t we have some sort of village booster too give us a signal as your signal seems to stop just before the area where the people are that pay

@O2 @EE It’s a sad fact that what used to be good networks you now have to take them to the ombudsman to get any thing done. They both offer terrible customer service and could not care less about their customers. Believe me I have had better customer service from 3.

Nothing but fair. @o2 Castleford store sorted my issue in 3 minutes. Top service in store, just a shame had to come to going to visit the store. @MarkEvansO2

@O2 It’s very frustrating. The delivery yesterday didn’t arrive, then @DHLParcelUK (falsely) claimed they couldn’t get access. I went into an @O2 shop just now - they said I had to ring customer services. I spoke with someone who said they’d help, and the call dropped after 16mins.

@O2 How long does it normally take for your head office to respond to a formal complaint ? It’s been a week so far and nothing (Should not really be surprised as O2 customer support is useless). Just waiting to go to the ombudsman .
