    @O2 I had a bad experience at Nero last time as I have 2 contract and one of it it is for my son (16) and he doesn’t drink coffee so he send me the screenshots and the Nero counter didn’t accept the screen shot and she does let me know after she made the coffee so I paid for it

    @O2 your customer service team are shocking. They are telling me that I cannot change my O2 refresh airtime plan. The Eastleigh store have told me that I can. I am literally on live chat being told I can’t and on the phone being told I can. What is going on?

    @O2 Thank you , I think I see the problem the event near me is not a o2 event so maybe that’s why it’s not on there .
