    @O2 Apologies, I used the term disconnected to mean the SIM was unusable through no choice of my own. My mistake. The new SIM is having the same issues, annoyingly. It's the network availability in Chester. Not the SIM.

    @O2 @virginmedia My local network mast has practically been disabled since 4/04. Intermittent 3G data only & voice calls that keep dropping every few mins. You’re taking 1+ weeks to fix a faulty mast? What do I do for work for relying on you?

    @O2 it has been the same sonce moving in, having wifi installed later this month, when outside it slightly improves but still black spots where i have no signal, I am only two roads away from an o2 pylon

    @virginmedia @O2 Have spent no less than 15 hours with customer service and still no resolution on setting up broadband internet. A truly horrific experience trying to become a customer.
