    I have put in a formal complaint and haven’t heard anything since receiving the acknowledgement email over a week ago. @O2 got anything to say about this poor service?

    @O2 I have never had such poor customer service in my lifetime. I have an issue with a bill where a credit of over £2000 is supposed to be added to my account because you wrongly added it to my last bill. This has been on going since 2nd June. Nobody seems to be able to do it!!

    @O2 I never answer the call or call it back. I block every single one of them when they call. How long to do have for me to send you the numbers in the 100’s?? Happens about 30 times a day. Just not acceptable you can’t help.

    @O2 @DisneyPlusUK I’d like to discuss this with you as you are charging me twice for D+ but your 202 phone line keeps cutting me off. I can’t get anywhere. I want to speak to an advisor but the VR gets so far, then says ‘bye’ and the line goes dead. Help!!

    @O2 But when I put the New Sim Card in it Does Not Connect to O2 so I cannot do that ,Who can I contact for help .

    @O2 cant get any support from anybody on your customer service number.. get diverted to online customer service and 9 days later still no resolution to my issue. Poor

    No help at all from @O2 been without service for 8 days and no help at all! They suggested I use WiFi calling when the network themselves have blocked it on my device! Absolute joke!

    @ScottWhitto @O2 They have that screen issue as well, turns blue when you tilt it at an angle. Wouldn’t touch one with my pinky finger
