@O2 We have lived in our house 11 years and had no improvement in service despite paying over the same period about £16000 for a poor signal and phones we cannot use at home, where we live and work.

Thanks @O2 I’ve lost a days work because we had a power cut. What has it got to do with you you ask? The fact I only have 1 bar of signal whilst the rest of the country waits for 5g. Surely better service for all is more important.

@O2 Yes you have been saying that for years but only improving areas that don’t need it and leaving rural areas with no signal and still paying the same ..l

@O2 I know the coverage in my area. In our village we have poor signal, but travel a mile into the middle of a field and you can get 4G. why can’t we have some sort of village booster too give us a signal as your signal seems to stop just before the area where the people are that pay

@O2 hey O2 …. Any reason why mobile data coverage has been atrocious in Northern Ireland for at least the last 3 months? Barely getting 4G signal anywhere in places I used to get a strong signal and getting very weak 3G or worse 80% of the time now. Very bad !!

@O2 Got to say, great service from the advisor at the contact centre. However, still no service after 30 hours since the 2nd sim swap was initiated. ☹

@O2 Fixed it myself now. Had to cancel tariff change and then go back in to bolt ons. Poor system. Can’t be uncommon for someone to require data immediately and want to increase their tariff for future use.

@O2 Every time I get that nothing helps! Everything’s fine on wi-fi, but can I get a signal when I’m out? Rarely! It’s a joke for what I’m paying.

@O2 @O2 those steps are basically a glorified version of “turn it off and turn it back in again”. When I’m out and about I get decent data speeds at most 10-15% of the time now. Mostly it says 3G with virtually no speed. Not even enough to stream music ! Very bad service !!!

Say on hold for over an hour an half to @O2 customer service. There were meant to ring me back hours ago! What a joke!

@tescomobile Hello. We've been without a Tesco (@O2) phone signal at home for 9 days now because of a mast problem. Becoming a real problem with missed calls and texts. Anything you can do to help?
