@O2 Yes you have been saying that for years but only improving areas that don’t need it and leaving rural areas with no signal and still paying the same ..l

  • vixbettywright
Vicki Wright 💙 (@vixbettywright) reported from Scarborough, England

@MartinSLewis @MarkEvansO2 Can you help? Today I found myself without any contact with the outside world when @O2 cut my phone off. Why? Because next month I will have a higher than normal bill. No warning, they just cut me off. All other bills are up to date and paid via DD. 1/7

  • kyletoolebox
H1TMAN (@kyletoolebox) reported from Scarborough, England

@O2 your service is shocking, Iv paid my bill but I can’t contact anyone within 24 hours until then finally can be arsed to sort my service!

  • onejohnmiller
John Miller (@onejohnmiller) reported from Burton Fleming, England

@O2 We have lived in our house 11 years and had no improvement in service despite paying over the same period about £16000 for a poor signal and phones we cannot use at home, where we live and work.

  • mrsmandymiller
Mandy Miller (@mrsmandymiller) reported from Burton Fleming, England

Thanks @O2 I’ve lost a days work because we had a power cut. What has it got to do with you you ask? The fact I only have 1 bar of signal whilst the rest of the country waits for 5g. Surely better service for all is more important.

  • onejohnmiller
John Miller (@onejohnmiller) reported from Burton Fleming, England

@O2 I know the coverage in my area. In our village we have poor signal, but travel a mile into the middle of a field and you can get 4G. why can’t we have some sort of village booster too give us a signal as your signal seems to stop just before the area where the people are that pay

  • alwaysshaw1
    Robert Shaw (@alwaysshaw1) reported

@Happyengland79 @O2 Funny you should say this but I’ve got the same issues and the same response from them. They’re happy to take my money each month though

  • dataeatworld
    DataEatsWorld (@dataeatworld) reported

@maxkarpis Switched from @O2 to Revolut Mobile a few months ago and couldn't be happier. The service works flawlessly, roaming has been excellent while travelling, and the whole experience has been refreshingly simple. The only problem is that O2 is still charging me despite my number having been successfully transferred. I have proof from Revolut that the porting was completed months ago. Trying to get it resolved has been nearly impossible. Every time I contact O2 support, I end up speaking to an outsourced Indian call centre and nobody seems able to fix the issue.

  • mrmarny
    marny (@mrmarny) reported

@O2 I can call, receive calls, text but cannot get texts. Support told me to get a new SIM, ordered on 22/5 nothing arrived, today told to wait till third week of June. Zero urgency or escalation, no complaint route, I am frustrated!!!

@O2 @johnboy2806 I've been having the same problem all day too

  • SarahDruscilla
    Sarah Loughran (@SarahDruscilla) reported

@O2 Thanks I used it & we get “good outdoors”. That is a definite reduction in service as it used to be good in & outdoors. Why have we experienced a reduction in service?

  • HardeepDhani
    Hardeep Dhani (@HardeepDhani) reported

@fatz68 @O2 Got the same issue

  • JakeMooreUK
    Jake Moore (@JakeMooreUK) reported

@O2 But it always says no network issues. The problem is that O2 states on iPhones that there’s 4G and 5G on offer but it often doesn’t work. It would actually be more helpful if it just admitted it.
