Thanks @O2 I’ve lost a days work because we had a power cut. What has it got to do with you you ask? The fact I only have 1 bar of signal whilst the rest of the country waits for 5g. Surely better service for all is more important.

@O2 hi! I’m currently in Germany but I’m getting no service whatsoever. I’ve got roaming on and it connects to O2-de but I only get E. the only time I managed to get 4G it was when it connected to another network but I’ve not been able to connect to it. Can you look into it?
