    @O2 I know the coverage in my area. In our village we have poor signal, but travel a mile into the middle of a field and you can get 4G. why can’t we have some sort of village booster too give us a signal as your signal seems to stop just before the area where the people are that pay

    @O2 We have lived in our house 11 years and had no improvement in service despite paying over the same period about £16000 for a poor signal and phones we cannot use at home, where we live and work.

    @O2 Same issue again. Had to drove out to find open WiFi to do this post. Would love 3G I’m not greedy!

    @O2 Yes you have been saying that for years but only improving areas that don’t need it and leaving rural areas with no signal and still paying the same ..l

    @MartinSLewis @MarkEvansO2 Can you help? Today I found myself without any contact with the outside world when @O2 cut my phone off. Why? Because next month I will have a higher than normal bill. No warning, they just cut me off. All other bills are up to date and paid via DD. 1/7

    Thanks @O2 I’ve lost a days work because we had a power cut. What has it got to do with you you ask? The fact I only have 1 bar of signal whilst the rest of the country waits for 5g. Surely better service for all is more important.

    @kokeshimum @O2 o2 is total overpriced garbage. Been with them for 20 years because they convinced me somehow alternatives are even worse. Happily binned them this year and switched.

    @kokeshimum @O2 Networks share infrastructure the networks are under invested. Buy a new phone from the network pay 70-80 a month even after phones paid off. They were minted not anymore. Most people I know including me buy a phone & pay 10-15-20 quid a month no contract

    @kokeshimum @O2 02 is good in my house but outside it’***** and miss. EE is non existent in my house but great outside. Hubby is Vodafone and from what I know he has no issues at all.

    Hey @O2 it's been almost a month now of not being able to log into priority and after three calls and a visit to a shop it's still not working. They workers in the shop weren't even aware of the issue.

    @kokeshimum @O2 London 📞 : I piggyback off Vodafone with @lebara & I get a better signal that my next door(s) whos with VODA for £4.95 for 20Gig and its the same signal 😤

    @kokeshimum @O2 Because O2 don’t invest enough into infrastructure. Such poor coverage in many areas
