    @O2 I know the coverage in my area. In our village we have poor signal, but travel a mile into the middle of a field and you can get 4G. why can’t we have some sort of village booster too give us a signal as your signal seems to stop just before the area where the people are that pay

    @O2 We have lived in our house 11 years and had no improvement in service despite paying over the same period about £16000 for a poor signal and phones we cannot use at home, where we live and work.

    Thanks @O2 I’ve lost a days work because we had a power cut. What has it got to do with you you ask? The fact I only have 1 bar of signal whilst the rest of the country waits for 5g. Surely better service for all is more important.

    @O2 the service in the County Down area BT33 has been shocking for the last number of weeks. Calls are being cut off, intermittent noise over calls etc. is this likely to be fixed any time soon?

    @djcue1986 @O2 @Apple Same here mast is down apperently, butu its not its because of their merger with vodaphone. I can see many people just cancelling and not paying them.
