    @O2 We have lived in our house 11 years and had no improvement in service despite paying over the same period about £16000 for a poor signal and phones we cannot use at home, where we live and work.

    Thanks @O2 I’ve lost a days work because we had a power cut. What has it got to do with you you ask? The fact I only have 1 bar of signal whilst the rest of the country waits for 5g. Surely better service for all is more important.

    @MartinSLewis @MarkEvansO2 Can you help? Today I found myself without any contact with the outside world when @O2 cut my phone off. Why? Because next month I will have a higher than normal bill. No warning, they just cut me off. All other bills are up to date and paid via DD. 1/7

    @O2 I know the coverage in my area. In our village we have poor signal, but travel a mile into the middle of a field and you can get 4G. why can’t we have some sort of village booster too give us a signal as your signal seems to stop just before the area where the people are that pay

    @O2 please tell me how I can speak to someone at customer services about my bill. I’ve phoned twice and cannot speak to anyone. Online isn’t any help either. It’s very frustrating

    @O2 It came through as a class 0 message whatever one of them are. Never seen one of them. Its now not in my conversations to be able to forward it. I obviously knew it was a scam so didn't open it but other people might not. I

    @BadgerFarr @O2 Exactly the same situation. Phone delivered for recycling last Thursday, email received telling me to post them the phone! Spoke to operator today who said that the phone hadn't been logged as received. May have to wait 14 days from delivery to payment not 3-5 as they say #Poor

    I never thought trying to get an upgrade would be so difficult. Very disappointed with @O2. It’s one thing to have issues on my part but to call @O2 and they have the same technical problem too?! Which doesn’t seem to be getting fixed? I don’t get it 🤔
