In our village we have poor signal, but travel a mile into the middle of a field and you can get 4G. why can’t we have some sort of village booster too give us a signal as your signal seems to stop just before the area where the people are that pay

Dave Ogden (@daveo1880) reported@O2 are there any plans to roll out 5g in Rhyl/Prestatyn. Every other mobile provider has 5g in the area but you haven’t? 4g drops signal too often and I’m left with little or no signal to make any calls. Considering I’m paying over £100 per month it’s poor coverage

I can't speak to anyone on the phone (fully automated bollocks). The webchat leads me back to the app & phone number. 🤬 So ******* annoyed with this shite.
