Thanks @O2 I’ve lost a days work because we had a power cut. What has it got to do with you you ask? The fact I only have 1 bar of signal whilst the rest of the country waits for 5g. Surely better service for all is more important.

@O2 No because I've been able to sign in with no issues on the app/web. There's no error message, it's when I go to sign in through o2 extra email, I put my email and password in, click sign in them nothing happens

@O2 Hang on, I've just received 4 messages from 02 so I assume I must have active sim/a signal? Just have to figure this phone out now! It took me ages to open the SIM card tray as no tool to do it & nothing, pin/needle/paperclip was working! I hate technology! Sorry to bother you!
