  • onejohnmiller John Miller (@onejohnmiller) reported from Burton Fleming, England

@O2 I know the coverage in my area. In our village we have poor signal, but travel a mile into the middle of a field and you can get 4G. why can’t we have some sort of village booster too give us a signal as your signal seems to stop just before the area where the people are that pay

  • vixbettywright Vicki Wright 💙 (@vixbettywright) reported from Scarborough, England

@MartinSLewis @MarkEvansO2 Can you help? Today I found myself without any contact with the outside world when @O2 cut my phone off. Why? Because next month I will have a higher than normal bill. No warning, they just cut me off. All other bills are up to date and paid via DD. 1/7

  • mrsmandymiller Mandy Miller (@mrsmandymiller) reported from Burton Fleming, England

@O2 Same issue again. Had to drove out to find open WiFi to do this post. Would love 3G I’m not greedy!

  • mrsmandymiller Mandy Miller (@mrsmandymiller) reported from Burton Fleming, England

Thanks @O2 I’ve lost a days work because we had a power cut. What has it got to do with you you ask? The fact I only have 1 bar of signal whilst the rest of the country waits for 5g. Surely better service for all is more important.

  • onejohnmiller John Miller (@onejohnmiller) reported from Burton Fleming, England

@O2 Yes you have been saying that for years but only improving areas that don’t need it and leaving rural areas with no signal and still paying the same ..l

  • onejohnmiller John Miller (@onejohnmiller) reported from Burton Fleming, England

@O2 We have lived in our house 11 years and had no improvement in service despite paying over the same period about £16000 for a poor signal and phones we cannot use at home, where we live and work.

@elgobsucram @O2 I have my mobile through Sky (who carry on the o2 network) and it’s the same. I’ve seen 5G in London and Glasgow. Never seen it appear in Manchester and the 4G where I am runs at about 2 Mbps.

  • RichardSturman2 Richard Sturman (@RichardSturman2) reported

@O2 Hi there, my mobile phone hasn’t been getting signal for calls and days since Saturday. My postcode is DT10 1PF. Would you have any idea of when it is going to be fixed please, as I’m paying for a service that I do need and cannot get.

  • byeflop JC (@byeflop) reported

@O2 Im sorry this is ridiculous @Ofcom @TheFCA can you please help me get this code im constantly being ignorned by this network when trying to get it?

  • Shaun_Biggs Shaun (@Shaun_Biggs) reported

Is it me or has @O2 customer service become appalling bad...

  • paulm844 Paul Marshall (@paulm844) reported

@AidanGarnish @O2 @Ofcom Tbh I wish I'd stayed with Three; it was only because of the combined Volt benefits of Virgin+O2, and because of the roaming. Obvs I knew RPI+3.9% but given current situation it just feels like being fleeced. Service is also mucho **** compared to Three; O2 coverage terrible!

  • Castiet Aaron Hudson 🇺🇦 (@Castiet) reported

@ianyoungkop @O2 Yes you have read your contract this isn’t the network doing it it’s the government I’ve worked for EE o2 and Carphone over the last 10 years it is usually a really small amount and no one notices it is bigger than normal this year though

  • NathFerguson Nath (@NathFerguson) reported

@MarcellusWotsit @O2 I've had the same issue for the past two weeks a mast near me not working and they think it's ok to charge you for a service you cant use. They should be compensating us for non usage

  • Mark29071823 Mark (@Mark29071823) reported

@O2 sick of poor signal sort it out now

  • Smithpeteralb72 Smithpeteralb71; ❤#YNWA❤ 🇺🇦 (@Smithpeteralb72) reported

@O2 In desperation I am tweeting you because I wish to make a complaint. Phoned 202...1 hour wait. Live chat...all operatives busy. Email ....it says 8 week wait for response. Can you help an elderly, long term customer please?

  • SophiaSaffarian Sophia Saffarian (@SophiaSaffarian) reported

@O2 Same standard generic response. Around £5/month increase PER customer & you’re blaming it on the cost of living - how insensitive is that???? Makes no sense. Sounds more like taking advantage of an opportunity to profit (aka greed). Look into it & what they’re doing is unfair
