Thanks @O2 I’ve lost a days work because we had a power cut. What has it got to do with you you ask? The fact I only have 1 bar of signal whilst the rest of the country waits for 5g. Surely better service for all is more important.

@O2 Would someone be able to help me in regards to my signal? I've tried turning my phone on etc and checking the coverage at home and work, and your website says the connection is fine. It isn't.

@O2 she needs refunding and compensating for the time without service and reimbursing for the phone she has had to buy. After so many attempts to solve the issue it is clear that you can’t and so she should be given a replacement phone 2/2

@O2 You won’t let me read your reply to my complaint because I have failed security… yet the complaint is about someone fraudulently accessing the account and changing the security! Do you get the issue?
