    Thanks @O2 I’ve lost a days work because we had a power cut. What has it got to do with you you ask? The fact I only have 1 bar of signal whilst the rest of the country waits for 5g. Surely better service for all is more important.

    @O2 I know the coverage in my area. In our village we have poor signal, but travel a mile into the middle of a field and you can get 4G. why can’t we have some sort of village booster too give us a signal as your signal seems to stop just before the area where the people are that pay

    @O2 Yes you have been saying that for years but only improving areas that don’t need it and leaving rural areas with no signal and still paying the same ..l

    @O2 We have lived in our house 11 years and had no improvement in service despite paying over the same period about £16000 for a poor signal and phones we cannot use at home, where we live and work.

    @O2 your service is shocking, Iv paid my bill but I can’t contact anyone within 24 hours until then finally can be arsed to sort my service!

    @O2 every single day my phone shows 4G, but it doesn’t load. So I flick airplane mode on momentarily then it works. A few weeks ago I was in Ireland and had no issues at all. Can you please explain? As a long term customer, I’m now considering changing providers #annoying
