Thanks @O2 I’ve lost a days work because we had a power cut. What has it got to do with you you ask? The fact I only have 1 bar of signal whilst the rest of the country waits for 5g. Surely better service for all is more important.

  • onejohnmiller John Miller (@onejohnmiller) reported from Burton Fleming, England

@O2 Yes you have been saying that for years but only improving areas that don’t need it and leaving rural areas with no signal and still paying the same ..l

  • mrsmandymiller Mandy Miller (@mrsmandymiller) reported from Burton Fleming, England

@O2 Same issue again. Had to drove out to find open WiFi to do this post. Would love 3G I’m not greedy!

  • onejohnmiller John Miller (@onejohnmiller) reported from Burton Fleming, England

@O2 We have lived in our house 11 years and had no improvement in service despite paying over the same period about £16000 for a poor signal and phones we cannot use at home, where we live and work.

  • kyletoolebox H1TMAN (@kyletoolebox) reported from Scarborough, England

@O2 your service is shocking, Iv paid my bill but I can’t contact anyone within 24 hours until then finally can be arsed to sort my service!

  • onejohnmiller John Miller (@onejohnmiller) reported from Burton Fleming, England

@O2 I know the coverage in my area. In our village we have poor signal, but travel a mile into the middle of a field and you can get 4G. why can’t we have some sort of village booster too give us a signal as your signal seems to stop just before the area where the people are that pay

  • vixbettywright Vicki Wright 💙 (@vixbettywright) reported from Scarborough, England

@MartinSLewis @MarkEvansO2 Can you help? Today I found myself without any contact with the outside world when @O2 cut my phone off. Why? Because next month I will have a higher than normal bill. No warning, they just cut me off. All other bills are up to date and paid via DD. 1/7

  • joacie Jo C (@joacie) reported

@O2 could do with an upgrade to your coverage around Headingley stadium, Leeds. At the Hundred this evening and could barely get a signal all nighy. Friend on a competitor network has no problem at all... 👀😒

  • stewartgreenuk Stewart Green (@stewartgreenuk) reported

False information @O2 There’s a mast that’s been out for PA59AP for months and this advert is at Linlithgow station which has the worst signal between Edinburgh & Glasgow. My phone used to drop once or twice commuting, now it’s much more

  • theheliocentric Dr Heliocentric 🧊 (@theheliocentric) reported

@Diplodocusdog Hi, I see no one gets a reply from @O2 on here (even though the link in their standard reply includes X as a platform). I can’t find how to contact them as a potential new customer. Did you manage to contact them?

  • Katywhite1991 Catherine white (@Katywhite1991) reported

@O2 my contract is up-the best offer you have is £16 a month as the lowest contract offer you have is for 80GB of data?! Who needs that?! I’ve been managing just fine on the 6Gb I’ve had for the past 2 years. As a new customer I could get an £8 a month contract with you though??

  • parsons_gary gary Parsons (@parsons_gary) reported

Hi @O2, I’ve had constant poor signal and dropped calls in the CW6 area for over 7 years now. Your coverage checker says it should be fine, but it isn’t. This is affecting my work and daily life. Please investigate and let me know what’s being done and if I can be compensated.

  • joacie Jo C (@joacie) reported

@O2 you could do with an upgrade to your coverage around Headingley stadium, Leeds. At the Hundred this evening and could barely get a signal all night. Friend on a competitor network had no problem at all... 👀😒

  • ghotographyuk Gary Hurdman LRPS (@ghotographyuk) reported

@O2 What happened to priority? I've just tried to use it and got sent around a recursive experience of being asked to log in and not given the opportunity to buy my tickets. It's a bit rubbish, it never used to be. What happened?

  • MissClaireW CLAIRE WALMSLEY (@MissClaireW) reported from Halstead, England

@O2 Yeh you keep replying to people with this, & yet the link you sent either directs back to social media, or continues the issue of login problems... so... ?? @virginmedia @O2

  • RyanBarby bxrby (@RyanBarby) reported

@O2 why is it so hard to do literally anything in your network? Even harder to find an actual human being to talk to. Your entire company is a joke, your “talk to live chat” button is quite literally a line of text with no actual link to any support.
