In our village we have poor signal, but travel a mile into the middle of a field and you can get 4G. why can’t we have some sort of village booster too give us a signal as your signal seems to stop just before the area where the people are that pay

The advisor didn't seem to know & sounded reluctant to ask her colleagues if they knew. I suggested asking her colleagues who are on @o2 but she said they were busy.

NESL (@mrs_nesl) reported@O2 I was only there for a day. Signal was so bad I couldn’t when check the status page. Appeared everywhere I went (near the promenade/football club) in Blackpool wouldn’t work. Was highly frustrating.

Andrew Ward 🇬🇧🚜 (@wheat_daddy) reported@O2 Can you please tell me what is going on with your network? The signal has been dire in the last month or 6 weeks and it’s not just my area, LN5. You have a mast 1 mile from me. I can’t hold a conversation now unless on wi fi at home. My contract has expired but i wont renew with current situation. Ive been with you years because the signal has been very good, not now though.
