Thanks @O2 I’ve lost a days work because we had a power cut. What has it got to do with you you ask? The fact I only have 1 bar of signal whilst the rest of the country waits for 5g. Surely better service for all is more important.

  • onejohnmiller John Miller (@onejohnmiller) reported from Burton Fleming, England

@O2 Yes you have been saying that for years but only improving areas that don’t need it and leaving rural areas with no signal and still paying the same ..l

@O2 I know the coverage in my area. In our village we have poor signal, but travel a mile into the middle of a field and you can get 4G. why can’t we have some sort of village booster too give us a signal as your signal seems to stop just before the area where the people are that pay

@O2 Very slow data performance on 4G and website says it can get busy in this area. Really there are not many houses. Not good from 02

Such a stressful day and @O2 can seem to answer any direct simple questions. This is so frustrating. I am so tired and angry by there customer service team

  • stringofears stringofears (@stringofears) reported

@O2 I'm sorry, but there is no way I am providing you with my address and phone number over social media. Also, you're missing the point. "Looking into it" won't change the fact that you do not respect your customer marketing choices and you should be reported to @Ofcom .

Hello @O2. Was helping a friend setup a phone for elderly person on PAYG contract. They accidentally mixed up "phonebook" with preinstalled "directory" contact on O2 SIM and got charged £1.50 for a 1 second call. Please help refund this outrageous cost, which was not their fault.

@O2 hi o2. We have been trying to ring like asked from the o2 shop. However, it’s very keen NOT to help us in the slightest and hangs up after saying ‘bye.’ We just want to migrate a number a pay of an existing contact. Didn’t think it would be that difficult!

  • Brandon22376427 Betty Blue (@Brandon22376427) reported

Absolutely shocking customer service from @O2 I’ve wasted five hours of my life on phone calls and chat and have got precisely nowhere. Anyone else?

@markxdavies @O2 Nope, not a word until I contacted them.. Not an email, nothing.. Plus you're down the cost of a new handset!!🙄 All I got was a link on here, after I'd made them aware.. Then today, about 2, I'd a text telling me it'll be back in 48hrs! But it was obviously back as I got a text!
