    @O2 your service is shocking, Iv paid my bill but I can’t contact anyone within 24 hours until then finally can be arsed to sort my service!

    Thanks @O2 I’ve lost a days work because we had a power cut. What has it got to do with you you ask? The fact I only have 1 bar of signal whilst the rest of the country waits for 5g. Surely better service for all is more important.

    @O2 We have lived in our house 11 years and had no improvement in service despite paying over the same period about £16000 for a poor signal and phones we cannot use at home, where we live and work.

    @O2 I know the coverage in my area. In our village we have poor signal, but travel a mile into the middle of a field and you can get 4G. why can’t we have some sort of village booster too give us a signal as your signal seems to stop just before the area where the people are that pay

    @O2 Ok thank you, but he has tried that and as soon as he gets through, someone says "Bye" and gets cut off, he's also tried 202 from his phone with no results. His problem is he can send texts from phone but can't receive any, can you help?

    @O2 It’s not working. First SIM card I was told was the wrong one , I needed a 5G sim. That’s arrived and it’s still not working!

    @O2 please fix your substandard network. Everyday i am hitting captcha's because you pummel thousands of users of a single IP. This is before your really slow and laggy 4G.

    @O2 please can customer service respond. I’m paying for data on my iPad and it has disappeared! Unable to get a response via the usual channels! It keeps hanging up because I am not a business customer! Not good service!

    @O2 I can’t make a payment on my bill via app or website, every time I try it says it’s been rejected...my bank said there is no problem their end..any advice what to do now?

    @O2 I spoke to someone from O2 on the 17th about extra charges on my bill. These were due to be removed, but according to my bill this has not happened. Help!
