Thanks @O2 I’ve lost a days work because we had a power cut. What has it got to do with you you ask? The fact I only have 1 bar of signal whilst the rest of the country waits for 5g. Surely better service for all is more important.

@O2 @Support_O2Help Why can you never get straight answers from O2. Been chasing up a refund for nearly £1,000 and they blame the bank for the Cheque declining. You’re the company that has issued the cheque due to staff not doing their job probably and cancelling contract.
