    Thanks @O2 I’ve lost a days work because we had a power cut. What has it got to do with you you ask? The fact I only have 1 bar of signal whilst the rest of the country waits for 5g. Surely better service for all is more important.

    @O2 Same issue again. Had to drove out to find open WiFi to do this post. Would love 3G I’m not greedy!

    @ryanlgray @ThreeUKSupport @O2 Three are the absolute worst. I live 20 minutes outside Edinburgh city centre and struggled to get any data reception for almost a year.

    @CTSI_UK could I please have some advice regarding @o2 and their fraudulent sales activity - they are refusing to provide a returns envelope or solution holding out until the 14 day period is over to retain contract.

    @o2 pretend to sort out return - instantly ignore customer again and apparently out of stock of a jiffy envelope - zero communication to rectify- clearly forcing customers over 14 day return agreement - any advice from anyone re trading standards etc?
