@O2 We have lived in our house 11 years and had no improvement in service despite paying over the same period about £16000 for a poor signal and phones we cannot use at home, where we live and work.

Thanks @O2 I’ve lost a days work because we had a power cut. What has it got to do with you you ask? The fact I only have 1 bar of signal whilst the rest of the country waits for 5g. Surely better service for all is more important.

@O2 I know the coverage in my area. In our village we have poor signal, but travel a mile into the middle of a field and you can get 4G. why can’t we have some sort of village booster too give us a signal as your signal seems to stop just before the area where the people are that pay

@jodielouiseart @O2 I have sky mobile which is the o2 network and it’s terrible as Soon as I walk out my house I have signal but no bandwidth about 1-2 mbs on 4g. Went to Portland last year on a cliff at the edge of the country 20mb on 4g but in big town in the middle of the country nothing.

@o2 im really disappointed in the customer service levels at o2. My new phone contract has not been working and promises of call back from customer service also not happening. Thinking of returning the device and cancelling the contract.
