In our village we have poor signal, but travel a mile into the middle of a field and you can get 4G. why can’t we have some sort of village booster too give us a signal as your signal seems to stop just before the area where the people are that pay

Why? Because next month I will have a higher than normal bill. No warning, they just cut me off. All other bills are up to date and paid via DD. 1/7

You left my daughter phone-less whilst travelling, all because your ineffective record-keeping could not provide her with the info that she needed for her insurance. You cost her a lot of money, & we never got to the bottom of the issue!!
