    @O2 Same issue again. Had to drove out to find open WiFi to do this post. Would love 3G I’m not greedy!

    @O2 Yes you have been saying that for years but only improving areas that don’t need it and leaving rural areas with no signal and still paying the same ..l

    @O2 We have lived in our house 11 years and had no improvement in service despite paying over the same period about £16000 for a poor signal and phones we cannot use at home, where we live and work.

    @O2 I know the coverage in my area. In our village we have poor signal, but travel a mile into the middle of a field and you can get 4G. why can’t we have some sort of village booster too give us a signal as your signal seems to stop just before the area where the people are that pay

    Thanks @O2 I’ve lost a days work because we had a power cut. What has it got to do with you you ask? The fact I only have 1 bar of signal whilst the rest of the country waits for 5g. Surely better service for all is more important.

    @MartinSLewis @MarkEvansO2 Can you help? Today I found myself without any contact with the outside world when @O2 cut my phone off. Why? Because next month I will have a higher than normal bill. No warning, they just cut me off. All other bills are up to date and paid via DD. 1/7

    Had the best person trying to help me with @O2. Asas switch still isnt in stock and probably won’t be by his birthday, but this woman tried EVERYTHIN possible to help! Even rang me back after a few hours after trying other options🥺 you don’t get customerservice like that anymore

    @O2 unable to get better than 3G service abroad. Now in France, but same problem in Austria and USA. Others get 4G on o2.

    @O2 hi, I live in Ipswich and your service status has said for two days that there is no service in Ipswich as there’s a mast issue, is this still the case or is it my phone? It’s been no service for two days.

    @O2 6 phone calls and 1 shop visit later and you have still NOT sorted out my pac code transfer. I was told it would be sorted by 10 pm tonight and still not working! 6 days I've been trying to sort this! Why do I keep being lied to?
