    Thanks @O2 I’ve lost a days work because we had a power cut. What has it got to do with you you ask? The fact I only have 1 bar of signal whilst the rest of the country waits for 5g. Surely better service for all is more important.

    @O2 Yes you have been saying that for years but only improving areas that don’t need it and leaving rural areas with no signal and still paying the same ..l

    @O2 I know the coverage in my area. In our village we have poor signal, but travel a mile into the middle of a field and you can get 4G. why can’t we have some sort of village booster too give us a signal as your signal seems to stop just before the area where the people are that pay

    @O2 Same issue again. Had to drove out to find open WiFi to do this post. Would love 3G I’m not greedy!

    The @O2 customer service is appalling. Not been able to receive calls. Still awaiting a resolution after 2 weeks - and it's me chasing them. If you're out of contract soon, do yourself a favour and avoid this network like the plague.

    4 different advisors this morning and no one knows how to activate VOLT when your an existing @O2 @virginmedia customer! Disappointing start to the morning 🙈

    @O2 Is there anyway I can get my PAC number? I went to cancel my account today (asking for it to be cancelled at the end of my contract) but instead I have lost access to the O2 network, will you be able to send my a PAC number if I tell you my old O2 number?

    @O2 This one can’t - it’s about my number being ported across from me old provider and not working properly. I booked a customer service call. No one rang me. This is after 3 days of trying to get through on chat / phone

    Can't fault the customer service from @O2 sent my faulty phone back with a nice bit of sticky plastic over the screen, still faulty but none the less a nice touch... not a happy chappy!!

    @O2 Hi, in Luton today and had to revert to 3g? Could I have some sort of problem? It seems to be sporadic where I get no 4g?

    @O2 can someone read the dm I sent and sort it out as your customer representatives hang up mid call,your bot won’t let me through and your web chat service is never available
