Thanks @O2 I’ve lost a days work because we had a power cut. What has it got to do with you you ask? The fact I only have 1 bar of signal whilst the rest of the country waits for 5g. Surely better service for all is more important.

@O2 To the complaint review email. I had an automated reply and then nothing until today when I received 2 calls 4 minutes apart and an email saying I’d get an email. I cannot answer my phone at work like many people but really would like a working phone back.

@TheLoneRanger00 @O2 There’s the problem, right there. Not just advertisement, but free provision of unhealthy food too. The moment you spot the continuous bombardment of certain types of food & drink (mostly ultra-processed), it’s very hard to unsee it!

This day in age with the taxes we pay and the cost of mobile contracts especially what I pay to @O2 there should be mobile signal everywhere, well not in Newquay. Have to connect to the customers WiFi to get hold of the contractor I'm working for. Poor very poor
