Thanks @O2 I’ve lost a days work because we had a power cut. What has it got to do with you you ask? The fact I only have 1 bar of signal whilst the rest of the country waits for 5g. Surely better service for all is more important.

@O2 We have lived in our house 11 years and had no improvement in service despite paying over the same period about £16000 for a poor signal and phones we cannot use at home, where we live and work.

@O2 I know the coverage in my area. In our village we have poor signal, but travel a mile into the middle of a field and you can get 4G. why can’t we have some sort of village booster too give us a signal as your signal seems to stop just before the area where the people are that pay

@O2 Yes you have been saying that for years but only improving areas that don’t need it and leaving rural areas with no signal and still paying the same ..l

@lewisjarrett4 @O2 Retweet complaint using BBCWatchdig and WhichUk tags, the network is awful and the customer services is worse! People are starting to do this. It might get them to actually do something other than lie!

@ThreeUKSupport Thanks Holly. Voicemail was disabled and re-enabled a couple of times, the account was 'refreshed'. Issue has been ongoing for a number of years. It occurred when a voicemail was received while number was unavailable while being ported from @O2

@O2 I've tried: *Myphone+prePortSkysim=>SntndrOTP Works *Myphone+newO2sim=>SntndrOTP Fail *Wifephone+newO2sim=>SntndrOTP Fail *Wifephone+Vodasim=>SntndrOTP Works Unlikely that Sntndr have a fault affecting only my number at same time as I port my number to O2? Please escalate?

@O2 Yes, she tried that and it didn’t work, repeatedly. When she finally got someone in Customer Services who knew of the ‘changes’, they were able to do it manually on their end. In the store, they were clueless.

@justthemajor @O2 Feel your pain, retweet this with BBCWatchdog and WhichUk tags. I have gotten people doing this and have got noticed! The more people do this the more we may get o2 to address issues but more importantly let potential customers know the dreadful customer service.
