    Thanks @O2 I’ve lost a days work because we had a power cut. What has it got to do with you you ask? The fact I only have 1 bar of signal whilst the rest of the country waits for 5g. Surely better service for all is more important.

    @O2 I know the coverage in my area. In our village we have poor signal, but travel a mile into the middle of a field and you can get 4G. why can’t we have some sort of village booster too give us a signal as your signal seems to stop just before the area where the people are that pay

    @O2 Yes you have been saying that for years but only improving areas that don’t need it and leaving rural areas with no signal and still paying the same ..l

    @O2 We have lived in our house 11 years and had no improvement in service despite paying over the same period about £16000 for a poor signal and phones we cannot use at home, where we live and work.

    @O2 The network checker says may local mast is down. I’ve been having issues for almost a week. Your resolution being connect to WiFi is unacceptable. If I could access WiFi where I am I wouldn’t be using my data! Mind you I have three lines and I’m having issues with all of them

    @O2 recently taken out a new @virginmedia / @O2 VOLT contract with yourselves. Provided PAC code and ended up with a split port. Can make calls but unable to receive calls. Over 1 week on, numerous calls and no resolution. Can you help or pass me to the right team?

    @andyps1275 @O2 Sounds like you did good! I've also been with Virgin/O2 since the last century(!). I keep seeing the 'new customer' deals and wonder why I can't get them? Did you have to wait ages to talk to someone?

    I've been an @O2 customer for 27 years, just phoned to renew my plan with them and they have recognised my loyalty by offering... exactly the same as a new customer would get. And before that she happily sent me a PAC code. Almost like they want me to leave. Gee thanks.
