    Thanks @O2 I’ve lost a days work because we had a power cut. What has it got to do with you you ask? The fact I only have 1 bar of signal whilst the rest of the country waits for 5g. Surely better service for all is more important.

    @O2 I haven’t needed hotspots since the lockdowns started - but I do remember that they were frequently unreliable. I try to use them wherever possible. Resetting my device rarely fixes it. What I think you need is some quick & reliable way of reporting an out-of-service hotspot.

    @O2 since u and virgin media started bumming each other my mobile data is just as bad as the @virginmedia wifi we pay for

    @O2 you have most inept staff and customer service. I've been on hold for an hour and then cut off once I spoke to someone. I was calling sue to your mistake. You're an absolute disgrace

    @O2 @virginmedia @cafeyn_uk CAFEYN IS AN EXTREMELY RUBBISH SERVICE. I ONLY GOT TO KNOW THIS BECAUSE IT WAS AN O2 ADD ON. WHEN I CLICKED THE LINK SENT BY O2 IT MADE ME LINK IT TO MY PAYPAL. CAFEYN CHARGED ME FOR A FREE SERVICE SINCE DAY 1 AND DOESNT WANT TO GIVE MY MONEY BACK
