    Thanks @O2 I’ve lost a days work because we had a power cut. What has it got to do with you you ask? The fact I only have 1 bar of signal whilst the rest of the country waits for 5g. Surely better service for all is more important.

    @O2 We have lived in our house 11 years and had no improvement in service despite paying over the same period about £16000 for a poor signal and phones we cannot use at home, where we live and work.

    @O2 I know the coverage in my area. In our village we have poor signal, but travel a mile into the middle of a field and you can get 4G. why can’t we have some sort of village booster too give us a signal as your signal seems to stop just before the area where the people are that pay

    @MartinSLewis @MarkEvansO2 Can you help? Today I found myself without any contact with the outside world when @O2 cut my phone off. Why? Because next month I will have a higher than normal bill. No warning, they just cut me off. All other bills are up to date and paid via DD. 1/7

    @O2 why are you demanding money from my dad, when we cancelled the contract within 14 days. As soon as I paid off my iWatch I’ll being going elsewhere, if this is how you treat people, especially the elderly.

    Fraudulent O2 contracts were taken out in my name and after 12 weeks, still no resolution. Managers don't return calls and I've received threatening letters. The accounts are on my credit report and I need them closed. Please do something. #O2fraud @o2

    @O2 They didn’t do that though. Your customer service knows nothing about it? Spoke to a few different people who all said different things. Our email states we shouldn’t be charged anything for leaving yet that’s not what you’ve told us.

    @O2 Now I just found out it’s a credit to my @o2 account even though the terminology used was refund. No small matter of £3500 + over just 2 months.Put another complaint in which could take 24hrs.I’ve been with O2 from the start when they took over my contract from BT. Massive worry

    @O2 @02 shambles the worry of another £2200 bill coming out by mistake is massive.I’ve complained saying I’ve been getting the same data usage warnings even though I’m on a unlimited data contract No wonder people have breakdowns with money worry’s if this is the service you operate
