Why? Because next month I will have a higher than normal bill. No warning, they just cut me off. All other bills are up to date and paid via DD. 1/7

In our village we have poor signal, but travel a mile into the middle of a field and you can get 4G. why can’t we have some sort of village booster too give us a signal as your signal seems to stop just before the area where the people are that pay

Lea Cat (@NoVATonschools) reported@TomTugendhat @O2 I was an 02 customer for about 15 years and just put up with worsening signal (zero at home) and price rises. Had enough this March and had to get PAC codes via phone call. Couldn’t even complete the call because the signal was so bad- 02 do not care. I’ll never go back to them.

This is like complaining about the vegetable selection in Tesco being terrible, while care homes are underfunded. Tom apparently doesn't understand how a modern economy works.

Perhaps you'll be able to tether onto some of these, just be aware of spoofs!

Mr H (@silestanix) reported@O2 I've already submitted a formal complaint, I'll be asking for my PAC Code when I'm back in the UK next week. Enough is enough. I will also be withholding payment of line rental for this billing period, as the service has been non existent, I still cannot make phone calls.
