    @O2 Yes you have been saying that for years but only improving areas that don’t need it and leaving rural areas with no signal and still paying the same ..l

    Thanks @O2 I’ve lost a days work because we had a power cut. What has it got to do with you you ask? The fact I only have 1 bar of signal whilst the rest of the country waits for 5g. Surely better service for all is more important.

    @O2 I know the coverage in my area. In our village we have poor signal, but travel a mile into the middle of a field and you can get 4G. why can’t we have some sort of village booster too give us a signal as your signal seems to stop just before the area where the people are that pay

    @SamsungUK Unfortunately, as an @O2 customer, my preorder has been told that they're out of stock, so without the device I can't claim the offer now. Basically was sold on a device with a special offer, placed my order, and now told they don't have any 😒 I can only hope one arrives soon.

    @O2 ive been trying to call you for over a month but the call is always cut on your end and it’s beginning to get really annoying. i need my problems solved for me asap as theyre getting out of hand. can i pls have someone call me from o2? thanks

    @O2 Morning, I pre-ordered the Galaxy S21 Ultra so should be getting the extra £150 on O2 Recycle but when I enter my order number, as instructed, it says it's an invalid promo code? Cam you help? Thanks

    @CFOXY5 @O2 I’m having to go to the financial ombudsman service about them couldn’t organise a phone call! A call back or a transfer to a manager not really what you expect from a telecoms company

    @O2 Your call handler refused to put me through to that team because I didn’t know the password on the account even though I could answer all the other questions. She was rude and unhelpful despite me explaining that this had been discussed with that team already
