In our village we have poor signal, but travel a mile into the middle of a field and you can get 4G. why can’t we have some sort of village booster too give us a signal as your signal seems to stop just before the area where the people are that pay

I’ve talked to your cust serv team after a week of nothing.. They advised a visit to an O2 store to fix, they also unable to process.. utterly astounding!

If I want to renew directly with O2 the price is 20% higher but if I go through a 3rd party website I can get a price match to my current price but your own service desk can’t match the prices available on third party 1/n
