Mandy Miller (@mrsmandymiller) reported from Burton Fleming, EnglandThanks @O2 I’ve lost a days work because we had a power cut. What has it got to do with you you ask? The fact I only have 1 bar of signal whilst the rest of the country waits for 5g. Surely better service for all is more important.

Victoria 🦊 (@VickiMilly) reported@lynne_lil_devil @O2 I had 3 calls before being told they can't do anything and that I need to go into a shop. Went in and they had no idea this was even a problem and refered me back to the phone. Missed a call from them on Sunday and have yet to get a call back. It's been an issue for like a month.
