    @O2 Same issue again. Had to drove out to find open WiFi to do this post. Would love 3G I’m not greedy!

    Thanks @O2 I’ve lost a days work because we had a power cut. What has it got to do with you you ask? The fact I only have 1 bar of signal whilst the rest of the country waits for 5g. Surely better service for all is more important.

    @O2 I know the coverage in my area. In our village we have poor signal, but travel a mile into the middle of a field and you can get 4G. why can’t we have some sort of village booster too give us a signal as your signal seems to stop just before the area where the people are that pay

    @O2 Yes you have been saying that for years but only improving areas that don’t need it and leaving rural areas with no signal and still paying the same ..l

    @BNewtonUK @LloydsBank @O2 Thank you. I thought it was dodgy as all ****. Also, presumably they archive their WhatsApp chats. I do. So anybody at their company, with the WhatsApp login, have access to my full card details. Maybe i should change my card

    @O2 I have again, for the FIFTH month been charged incorrectly. After speaking to five people, five times being told that the issue would be resolved by my next bill!? Who can I speak to about this

    @O2 My wife has a technical issue with her phone (everything coming up no caller id). Live chat is useless with no reply for days. Just need a resolution. This stuff shouldn’t take weeks..

    @cat22t @O2 Yes and today we found some stores are franchised too. Hence why my Dad’s local store is decidedly unhelpful. The manager in the Manchester store has tried to help us today and submitted a fraud report

    @HarveyDecor @O2 To be fair I’ve been with o2 for years and had no problems. But I suppose the measure of a company is how they deal with problems..
