Thanks @O2 I’ve lost a days work because we had a power cut. What has it got to do with you you ask? The fact I only have 1 bar of signal whilst the rest of the country waits for 5g. Surely better service for all is more important.

@O2 I know the coverage in my area. In our village we have poor signal, but travel a mile into the middle of a field and you can get 4G. why can’t we have some sort of village booster too give us a signal as your signal seems to stop just before the area where the people are that pay

@O2 Yes you have been saying that for years but only improving areas that don’t need it and leaving rural areas with no signal and still paying the same ..l

@O2 We have lived in our house 11 years and had no improvement in service despite paying over the same period about £16000 for a poor signal and phones we cannot use at home, where we live and work.

@O2 atleast once a week now I am getting messages to say a mast in my area is not working, the signal is extremely hit and miss and trying to make a phone call is very difficult even on days when I dont get the mast messages. Can you explain what is going on? Can't contact online

@RevRichardColes @O2 I once lost my cool in an automated phone system (sorry can’t remember which one), screamed, very loudly, down the phone “I need to speak to a human being” - lo & behold the line clicked and a person was there.
