    @O2 Same issue again. Had to drove out to find open WiFi to do this post. Would love 3G I’m not greedy!

    @O2 I know the coverage in my area. In our village we have poor signal, but travel a mile into the middle of a field and you can get 4G. why can’t we have some sort of village booster too give us a signal as your signal seems to stop just before the area where the people are that pay

    @O2 Yes you have been saying that for years but only improving areas that don’t need it and leaving rural areas with no signal and still paying the same ..l

    @O2 We have lived in our house 11 years and had no improvement in service despite paying over the same period about £16000 for a poor signal and phones we cannot use at home, where we live and work.

    Thanks @O2 I’ve lost a days work because we had a power cut. What has it got to do with you you ask? The fact I only have 1 bar of signal whilst the rest of the country waits for 5g. Surely better service for all is more important.

    @O2 I switched from O2 this week, after 14 years with them, to Vodafone. 100GB and unlimited calls for £12 - didn't even try to keep me as a customer.

    @O2 what a joke your customer service is! After 2 weeks of you cancelling orders you are now saying I can’t apply again!!! You have completely messed me around and someone in your sales team just swore at me!!!

    @O2 Hi. We recently switched to O2, having been offered a better deal. The service checker said signal good both in and outdoor. (And we have used tesco in the past, who I thought use o2) However, less than one bar since we switched and cuts out lots during calls.
