    Thanks @O2 I’ve lost a days work because we had a power cut. What has it got to do with you you ask? The fact I only have 1 bar of signal whilst the rest of the country waits for 5g. Surely better service for all is more important.

    @O2 We have lived in our house 11 years and had no improvement in service despite paying over the same period about £16000 for a poor signal and phones we cannot use at home, where we live and work.

    @O2 I know the coverage in my area. In our village we have poor signal, but travel a mile into the middle of a field and you can get 4G. why can’t we have some sort of village booster too give us a signal as your signal seems to stop just before the area where the people are that pay

    @O2 Same issue again. Had to drove out to find open WiFi to do this post. Would love 3G I’m not greedy!

    Well aren't @virginmedia and @O2 and their various "all in one 'Volt'" services just a pile of unjoined up crap. Not really a surprise but there we go. Looks like I'll be waiting a while to get all the "great" benefits.

    @O2 (I have fixed the issue by disabling 5G as an option. I could make calls, use data, get SMSes, but incoming calls were diverted to voicemail only. Fixed by dropping down to automatic mode selection limited to 4G/3G/2G and removing 5G)

    @O2 @Ofcom I’ve requested a letter of deadlock with my dispute. Still no response. They have charged me international roaming, when I purchased the international travelling package. The service is dire, on the phone for 3 hours to resolve. #PleaseHelp
