  @O2 I know the coverage in my area. In our village we have poor signal, but travel a mile into the middle of a field and you can get 4G. why can’t we have some sort of village booster too give us a signal as your signal seems to stop just before the area where the people are that pay

  I just want to know why @O2 isn’t letting me call and receive calls while I’m in Ireland! I’ve been stranded and put in very serious situations the past two days for some reason! I can’t even call customer service despite being able to roam. Wtf is going on??!

  @Nick2169Bruce @tescomobile @O2 's service has been awful the last 6 months or so, can hardly make a call in certain areas. Will definitely be looking at changing now as I'm out of contract.

  @O2 will you be continuing your support to O2 customers to be able to call Ukrainian numbers for free past today? I still have family stuck in the war who it's difficult to contact over the Internet, and am daunted at the prospect of a £3 per minute call.

  @O2 please be aware of fraud, anyone that’s been targeted by fraud by o2, a little heads up no one is willing to help the fraud team never ring back when they say they will, and your credit score could be affected because the company does not want to help!!

  @O2 Ported a number from Three into my account can’t get iMessages and FaceTime to activate since port, tried steps on Apple Support page but it instantly comes up “Activation Failed”. Tried sim in my iPhone too and same instant Activation Failed message. Is it account related?
