@O2 I know the coverage in my area. In our village we have poor signal, but travel a mile into the middle of a field and you can get 4G. why can’t we have some sort of village booster too give us a signal as your signal seems to stop just before the area where the people are that pay

Thanks @O2 I’ve lost a days work because we had a power cut. What has it got to do with you you ask? The fact I only have 1 bar of signal whilst the rest of the country waits for 5g. Surely better service for all is more important.

@O2 Yes you have been saying that for years but only improving areas that don’t need it and leaving rural areas with no signal and still paying the same ..l

@O2 We have lived in our house 11 years and had no improvement in service despite paying over the same period about £16000 for a poor signal and phones we cannot use at home, where we live and work.

@lastnotlost @giffgaff Giff Gaff runs on @O2, so the underlying issue is O2's crap service. I'll need to jump to either EE or Vodafone. I don't like either, but am forced to do this

@DeborahBiggs6 @O2 There was a time my account was locked, I tried changing the password to give me access which continued for a long time after contacting support no response, I contacted #Programmer_jock on Insta and it was positive resultI think they can help you too

i’m literally losing my ****. @O2 are doing work in my area apparently, until FEBRUARY so i can’t send or receive texts, nor can i make or receive calls. so that’s great. what am i paying for?! 😤😤😤

@WilliamNB @AusterfieldM @O2 Never forget that as a MVNO, GiffGaff did not have priority access to their signal. For quality (but not price) you’re always better off with the real operator. And if you depend on it to work, mobile (& broadband) is not the best place to save money :-(
