    @O2 now up to 24hrs without a mobile or data signal on my phone in the West of Glasgow. As somebody whose work involves caring for vulnerable people out and about in the community, being cut off like this is far from ideal.

    Anyone tried using @O2? Trying to add money to a sim for our router - it’s an impossibility- their system is utterly **** - 20 minutes of options only to be told we didn’t put the number in quickly enough - goodbye. Don’t ever use O2 for your phone.

    @DeadbeatPad @O2 Same, but it’s been over 48hours for me in G1/G2. They don’t care, have had no acknowledgment of the issue from them.

    Nine days without service and you’ve still not fixed it @O2 the idea of a mobile phone is that you can call and text, I am unable to do either.
