@O2 shocking customer service. Asked for time to pay my bill today which was all confirmed only to now have my phone cut off. Cannot make any calls and customer service is closed. Absolutely disgraceful service. Why agree to then cut me off !

@O2 Yes I’ve checked that multiple times. It’s not just my phone either, my family has 2 other @o2 iPhones and they struggle for signal at home to. This has been going on for weeks #unhappywithservice

Hi @O2 how to i raise a formal complaint, I've been passed around so many call centres and queue systems now it's ridiculous? Why does no one communicate between each other at o2 when you're literally a communications company?

@O2 The ONS don't use it as an official statistic anymore. They call it “a very poor measure of general inflation at times greatly over estimating and at other times underestimating changes in prices and how these prices are experienced.” You'd 100% use CPI if it were higher
