@O2 shocking customer service. Asked for time to pay my bill today which was all confirmed only to now have my phone cut off. Cannot make any calls and customer service is closed. Absolutely disgraceful service. Why agree to then cut me off !

@O2 if I pay my device plan off, would I be free to cancel my contract with zero fees on o2 refresh. I am planning to leave, as a result of the merger between yourselves and Virgin Media.
