How long @o2 is ab acceptable amoubt of time to keep a customer on hold i spent an hour (my lunch break) and didnt grt to anyone and im on hold now for nearly 58 minutes and still no one! Do i get to invoice u for my time!

@O2 your customer service line HANGS UP on the caller once it’s confirmed they are calling about issues with topping up. Virtual assistant provides no info besides that number. How can I speak to a human?

Really crap service from @O2 and @Apple after my 6 month old phone developed a charging fault and died. Sent back and forth between both with Apple finally picking up responsibility by repairing it today in an Apple Store (those staff were great). Still not heard back from @O2
