Cannot make any calls and customer service is closed. Absolutely disgraceful service. Why agree to then cut me off !

Having the same issue again were they just seem to raise tickets to back end teams who never call you back, the frustrating thing is this issue can be resolved by a Apple Watch eSIM profile reset, as it happened to me last year

Jamie Daltry (@JamieDaltry) reported@O2 Why when I google O2 am I confronted with a Virgin login page. I am, for my sins signed with Virgin for broadband, when it works it’s ok. When it doesn’t, it’s a similar nightmare. Same impossible log on procedure, MI5 levels of security I just want access to my emails and bills.
