Cannot make any calls and customer service is closed. Absolutely disgraceful service. Why agree to then cut me off !

Northumberland Wanderer (@GreenVapinGiant) reported@ad_moran4 @EE @O2 I had similar issue recently, I decided to get a sim free phone from ee and a separate sim only deal, it worked out about 15 quid cheaper than what they quoted. So if you buy iPhone 17 sim free, it's about 32 a month over 24 months, then buy a sim deal. It will probs be cheaper

Just me (@TomSoede) reported@O2 has totally lost it ! Anybody else thinks like I do ? Charged me £2,000 this year and the service I required and paid for did not work when i needed it !
