@O2 shocking customer service. Asked for time to pay my bill today which was all confirmed only to now have my phone cut off. Cannot make any calls and customer service is closed. Absolutely disgraceful service. Why agree to then cut me off !

@O2 Hi. I should have over 3 GB of data carried over but it is not showing up on my usage. My allowance renewed today as well so I should have over 5GB. Can you help please. I can't see any other way to contact o2?

@O2 in B76 in the West Midlands it has now been over a month with virtually no O2 signal - we cannot use our phones outside of the house - and shopping using our phone at the local Asda is impossible. We keep being told a fix is coming - but it’s taking a long time! HELP PLEASE

Omg @O2 paid my contract my off to get the iPhone 12 plus and what a **** show this phone this is. Can’t get 4G anywhere mean to have 5G and it won’t even have signal overseas. Plsssss help

Hey @o2 did you sell all of your masts so that your deal with @virginmedia could go through because if having no signal at home for 2 years isn’t bad enough, I can’t get any signal pretty much anywhere in London. One of the biggest cities in the world. 🙄

@O2 @mobilephones @mobilenetworks Hi my signal is awful in DA15 8RU were i live, and my signal at my workplace in DA18 4AF is showing -91dBm. Along almost all of the M20 in Kent(were i travel most days) has no signal. Why is it so awful . My wife has an old Nokia on sky network and that works great everywhere
