@O2 hi I did try and call but your busy. Please can you do a fault test in my area. Wallyford scotland. My wife and I both have bad reception. With our phones having bad digital feedback. Many thanks Danny

@O2 I've already done that. Its saying network is busy at the moment. Has been saying that for weeks. I cant use my 4g. The signal has got worse in recent weeks.

@O2 shocking customer service. Asked for time to pay my bill today which was all confirmed only to now have my phone cut off. Cannot make any calls and customer service is closed. Absolutely disgraceful service. Why agree to then cut me off !

My ticket was free with @O2, so I'm not losing anything financially with it not working. But if I'd paid for the ticket to the stream I'd be livid. The only way to make this right for people now is to remove the time restriction on watching it.

@O2 When I went to steam to my TV, it kept buffering so I had to refresh. Now it's saying access denied. I had no idea I only had one chance to view this. Now my code doesn't work. Gutted @O2 wish I was warned of one time access. 😩
