Cannot make any calls and customer service is closed. Absolutely disgraceful service. Why agree to then cut me off !

Steve Wright (@Steve_Wright85) reported@kokeshimum @O2 I’ve been 02 since it was Bt Cellnet. Finally left last year. Round my area got so bad, barely any signal in my house and surrounding areas. We were using WhatsApp WiFi to call. It’s been so poor for many people round here.

Didn’t want to leave but it just got to the point where it was regularly unusable on my travels. I’m now using a MVNO which uses EE and it’s just so much better for half the price too.

Alistair (@kirbali72) reported@kokeshimum @O2 I live in Norfolk the signal is terrible here. I use EE and Vodafone (work and own phone) neither are great. Travel in Europe the phone signal is much better !
