    Think it’s time for a change of phone network , can get a signal in the middle of a Forrest in Thailand but I come to prestonpans and I can’t get enough signal to send a text @O2 #dogshitsignal

    @O2 Hello, I do this all the time. Yet still get calls, almost on a daily basis. Why does this only seem to be a problem on O2? Used to happen when I was with you before, kept my number but went to EE and they all stopped. Came back, and they started again!

    @O2 Hi, my mum took out a contract so she could use her phone whilst visiting me in Chile, and in the shop, they assured her that it would work abroad. Now she's here in Chile and it doesn't work at all, she can't access data. This is very disappointing. Please can you help us?

    @OllieHu10287378 @EnglandRugby @O2 I didn’t say that . read what I said, neither is actually very good, so I’ll take the better passer and support runner... box kicking won’t win us the game at Twickenham . maybe if we were playing in Paris or Dublin . When youngs box kicks it is always too far & we don’t compete

    @O2 Here's how I'm cancelling. I go to my bank I cancel direct debits and you can either choose to tell me where to send the hardware included in my contract or you can not have it back, I don't much care either way. You're not getting that price increase out of me.

    @O2 Day 8 of no signal as you have a damaged mast. Now being told you’ll update by 4 March which will be 16 days with no signal. No compensation as you say you cannot guarantee a fault free service. You’ve just put your prices up. What am I paying you for?

    @virginmedia @O2 Your service is awful. I have only been with you for 11 days and have had engineers out twice and now two complaints and no help whatsoever - absolutely disgusting way to treat customers. No care or consideration at all. You should be ashamed

    @virginmedia @O2 I wouldn't bother, I'm about to cancel all Virgin Media products as Virgin Media has failed to provide a satisfactory service on my Mobile Account, I've had enough, for weeks I've been unable to call or text out from my number,VM know this, fault not fixed
