Cannot make any calls and customer service is closed. Absolutely disgraceful service. Why agree to then cut me off !

Absolute joke can never pay my bill in time because of it, doesn’t let me sign in even though the details are correct!! Shouldn’t have to phone up every month to sort it! @O2 @virginmedia

Lauren. (@LaurenDenny2) reported@O2 my phone number was disconnected on Thursday and was reassured numerous times it would be reconnected within 24 hours. 3 days later and it still isn’t reconnected. I’ve been advised to call 202. How when the network is still disconnected?! Very disappointing service!!!
