    @O2 I've already done that. Its saying network is busy at the moment. Has been saying that for weeks. I cant use my 4g. The signal has got worse in recent weeks.

    @O2 shocking customer service. Asked for time to pay my bill today which was all confirmed only to now have my phone cut off. Cannot make any calls and customer service is closed. Absolutely disgraceful service. Why agree to then cut me off !

    Think it’s time for a change of phone network , can get a signal in the middle of a Forrest in Thailand but I come to prestonpans and I can’t get enough signal to send a text @O2 #dogshitsignal

    @O2 hi I did try and call but your busy. Please can you do a fault test in my area. Wallyford scotland. My wife and I both have bad reception. With our phones having bad digital feedback. Many thanks Danny

    @O2 tell me this and tell me no more! How on earth did we all manage to survive on 3G way back when it was the standard network signal but if we are pushed to 3G now is just does not work?

    @Ofcom @O2 @TelefonicaUK been on hold for 25 minutes now. At what point can I have my contract terminated without paying a penalty? I’ve had this contract for 2 months now and the mobile data has never worked. I’ve spoken to someone previously who was going to send a new sim out
