@O2 shocking customer service. Asked for time to pay my bill today which was all confirmed only to now have my phone cut off. Cannot make any calls and customer service is closed. Absolutely disgraceful service. Why agree to then cut me off !

@O2 No. The problem comes from the fact your website apparently doesn't like Firefox. I gave all the details to someone on live chat last night, although I question if they actually reported the problem.

@SkySports_Keith Good luck, I had money come off of my phone bill because of someone hacking my google okay account. 350 quid went out yet they managed to block another 500 quids worth of transactions! Both @O2 & @GooglePlay just blamed eachother and I have had no help at all just more debt

They told her they are affiliated with @O2 and apparently do not offer cooling off periods. How can they miss-sell to a vulnerable lady with a brain injury and not cancel it. @plandotcom DISGUSTING.

@clare_jeffs @O2 @plandotcom Course they can cancel it. They have a duty of care for vulnerable people and legally, you're entitled to a cooling off period usually.
