    Think it’s time for a change of phone network , can get a signal in the middle of a Forrest in Thailand but I come to prestonpans and I can’t get enough signal to send a text @O2 #dogshitsignal

    @O2 shocking customer service. Asked for time to pay my bill today which was all confirmed only to now have my phone cut off. Cannot make any calls and customer service is closed. Absolutely disgraceful service. Why agree to then cut me off !

    @O2 hi I did try and call but your busy. Please can you do a fault test in my area. Wallyford scotland. My wife and I both have bad reception. With our phones having bad digital feedback. Many thanks Danny

    Called @O2 3 times already still not rectified my situation. Paid the outstanding balance on my phone but still being charged monthly. It seems to be a BIG problem sorting it out. Unbelievable 👎🏻

    @adamJamescain92 @O2 I got hundreds in my blog about o2 I need go back answer them and encourage them all to rma dun and support the o2 sucks campaign. Let's get them the worst network award and investigated and fined

    @O2 how can I speak to somebody about my phone that needs to be repaired? Customer service line keeps cutting me off. By the time stores reopen my phone will be out of warranty. Please could you help me?

    @O2 @TheBeardedMonk Not aware of network issues are you crazy I been without signal 8 days you claim congestion 24 hours day and night 24/7 so you blind to my messege or stupid and when is it fixed

    @O2 I have questions to ask over the phone and your o2 customer service line keeps directing me to the website and then ending the call. Your customer service is awful. And the callback request online doesn’t work. It’s really really frustrating.
