@O2 shocking customer service. Asked for time to pay my bill today which was all confirmed only to now have my phone cut off. Cannot make any calls and customer service is closed. Absolutely disgraceful service. Why agree to then cut me off !

Total incompetence from @O2 They spam you with texts that say "call 2220 to stop texts" But if you call 2220 it says this service is unavailable, and them spam text you even more

@O2 hi there, we’d used a code to try and book tickets for the cinema. Unfortunately we had to cancel but we couldn’t cancel the tickets. We want to see the same movie this week but the code won’t work. Is there a way we could book the same movie and use the 2 for 1 voucher?

@O2 8 days without service now, I contacted your customer service and was informed it was 'slow' in my area - it is non-existent! The solution I was offered was to raise a complaint, not sure how this would resolve it? I've had no timescales of when it will be resolved.
