  • iphigenie Joelle Nebbe-Mornod (@iphigenie) reported

@SebDance @FlipChartRick @O2 O2 was horrible after they removed charges, they throttled so badly I couldn't post a tweet or check email.

  • MikeAubury Mike Aubury (@MikeAubury) reported

@O2 @Jolly_Giant But this is a change, which contradicts previous O2 statements about roaming, and so we're free to cancel our contracts penalty free ?

  • trybeforeyoudye Try Before You Dye (@trybeforeyoudye) reported

@O2 @Celticommuter Literally does not address the fact your colleague lied to make the sale. Bryony, if it was within 2 weeks I believe you can cancel with no obligation. If it is outside of 2 weeks, you have 1 month to cancel but will have to pay off the devices first.

  • deborahanne67 Debs Randall (@deborahanne67) reported

@snation85 @O2 That’s really poor tbh, my patience would have disappeared too!

  • munkeyboy7 David Griffiths (@munkeyboy7) reported

@SebDance @O2 But different coloured passports!! I remembered this being part of an eu law lesson and therefore assumed it was a given when grifters help to get us out of the eu. Bet it was still somehow a surprise to those very same grifters, that and they don't care.

  • king_body_art King Of Ink Land ® (@king_body_art) reported

@O2 with the roaming charges returning I think there will soon be no need for a contract with you or any other network we will WiFi on apps via our devices and the term mobile phone will be moved to museums

  • Joe_DMB Joe (@Joe_DMB) reported

@O2 @Jolly_Giant Thieves. I’ll be leaving as soon as I can. This is a terrible business decision.

  • obw666 oscar (@obw666) reported

@M1dgar @O2 just go giffgaff and get the phone through them, cheaper deals better money value (giffgaff is on o2 network)

  • MikeAubury Mike Aubury (@MikeAubury) reported

@O2 @BenRosher Given O2s previous assurances about EU roaming, I assume this change means we can terminate our contracts, with no penalty, and move to a different provider ?

  • jmlafc12 Madame Petit 🇪🇺❄️ #FBPE #StopBrexit (@jmlafc12) reported from Crawley, England

I have been an @O2 customer for my whole mobile phone life. Since the #Nokia days of the early 90’s. Disgusted that they promised me no data roaming charges a while ago. Now looking for a new mobile phone operator that keeps their promises. Anyone??
