@O2 shocking customer service. Asked for time to pay my bill today which was all confirmed only to now have my phone cut off. Cannot make any calls and customer service is closed. Absolutely disgraceful service. Why agree to then cut me off !

@khansol0 @O2 Dude, they are so **** in High Wycombe, in terms of reception and speed, and offer zero solutions. Will tell o2 to go **** themselves as soon as it hits April.
