    Think it’s time for a change of phone network , can get a signal in the middle of a Forrest in Thailand but I come to prestonpans and I can’t get enough signal to send a text @O2 #dogshitsignal

    @O2 shocking customer service. Asked for time to pay my bill today which was all confirmed only to now have my phone cut off. Cannot make any calls and customer service is closed. Absolutely disgraceful service. Why agree to then cut me off !

    @O2 I've already done that. Its saying network is busy at the moment. Has been saying that for weeks. I cant use my 4g. The signal has got worse in recent weeks.

    @O2 hi I did try and call but your busy. Please can you do a fault test in my area. Wallyford scotland. My wife and I both have bad reception. With our phones having bad digital feedback. Many thanks Danny

    @O2 I have been locked out of my02 for four months now. I have called o2 numerous times, visited o2 stores, raised complaint and EVERYTIME I get told issue will be resolved in 3-5 days, you will get a call back etc. Its been 4 months. PLEASE HELP

    @O2 sort it out paid my bill over 2 weeks ago nearly 3 weeks now and still no service I need my services reinstated. I’ve been calling you everyday and still nothing you keep telling lies.

    @O2 @miss_steele89 Sadly been with O2 for years and since the merger is terrible anywhere you go now, don’t get me started on the amount of scammers who seem to have O2 client details either as that’s now beyond a joke. Phone calls constantly.

    @EE CUSTOMER SERVICE A DISGRACE 32 days into a complaint and nobody adresed it, I'm on hold to terminate the contract and stil. Over an hour so far @O2 here I come
