    @O2 shocking customer service. Asked for time to pay my bill today which was all confirmed only to now have my phone cut off. Cannot make any calls and customer service is closed. Absolutely disgraceful service. Why agree to then cut me off !

    @HerveyBrookes @O2 Exactly. Any extra fees in this context are roaming fees by definition. And that doesn't help us EU citizens that now have to buy an additional international roaming plan when we go to the UK.

    @LutzSchueler @MarkEvansO2 this is the only way I might be heard although it wouldn’t surprise me if this too doesn’t work! I have literally been contacting @O2 for about 17 days now and promised a manager call back 6 times never get one I am being palmed off and goes unresolved

    @O2 Still no service and it’s been a week when checking updates it’s now Wednesday at 8pm my partner also complained about this @Y2JONAKERFELDT and had no response from you over what is actually happening it’s a complete joke when u rely on ur phone for work wouldn’t recommend u

    @O2 I did. It says a phone mast near me is offline and data/calls might be disrupted. It says I'll get an update by 18th Jan. That's unacceptable, it's two weeks and I'm paying for this service and I can barely use it. How can I find out more about when it's going to end?
