    @O2 I've already done that. Its saying network is busy at the moment. Has been saying that for weeks. I cant use my 4g. The signal has got worse in recent weeks.

    Think it’s time for a change of phone network , can get a signal in the middle of a Forrest in Thailand but I come to prestonpans and I can’t get enough signal to send a text @O2 #dogshitsignal

    @O2 shocking customer service. Asked for time to pay my bill today which was all confirmed only to now have my phone cut off. Cannot make any calls and customer service is closed. Absolutely disgraceful service. Why agree to then cut me off !

    @O2 hi I did try and call but your busy. Please can you do a fault test in my area. Wallyford scotland. My wife and I both have bad reception. With our phones having bad digital feedback. Many thanks Danny

    @o2 why has your 4G data become so bad? I have 2 bars but very difficult to get online at Axminster Train station to check on travel. Bridport is just the same. Why?

    @JohnTillUK @O2 @Mozilliondotcom Nice one John. They’ve been terrible near me with a mast down for 12 days now. They cited an issue then ‘routine maintenance’ with no update due until 1st Aug.

    @O2 As a computer engineer with a master's degree, this explanation struck me as ridiculous. As a customer who has purchased dozens of iPhones, several iPads, three Macbooks, an Apple Watch, AirPods, etc., this is the first time you've surprised me in a negative way.

    @O2 @LutzSchueler (2/2) I took out a new contract to see if that might fix. It hasn't. Now your CS phone rep's saying I would have to pay £20pm to connect to network and is making baseless claim that I got refused because I failed credit check. At wits end & want to leave O2 now.

    @O2 Your agent just tried to tell me that RECEIVING International Call (I.e. from outside UK) whilst in UK (I.e. NOT roaming) on my O2 registered mobile (UK domestic customer) is chargeable. What?! No, should NOT need any ‘bolt on’! Charging me as described above is ILLEGAL!
