    Think it’s time for a change of phone network , can get a signal in the middle of a Forrest in Thailand but I come to prestonpans and I can’t get enough signal to send a text @O2 #dogshitsignal

    @O2 shocking customer service. Asked for time to pay my bill today which was all confirmed only to now have my phone cut off. Cannot make any calls and customer service is closed. Absolutely disgraceful service. Why agree to then cut me off !

    @O2 I've already done that. Its saying network is busy at the moment. Has been saying that for weeks. I cant use my 4g. The signal has got worse in recent weeks.

    @O2 hi I did try and call but your busy. Please can you do a fault test in my area. Wallyford scotland. My wife and I both have bad reception. With our phones having bad digital feedback. Many thanks Danny

    Big shout out to Lewis at the @O2 store in Wakefield. I went it to try and pay for my phone repair after 202 couldn't help me and changing my weekend plans to accommodate. Whilst I couldn't get it paid he did everything he could to help me.

    @iz__zy @O2 I been on the phone with two different people for like an hour. None of their fixes work and even they're frustrated. I've now been referred to technical support.

    Have to say I'm disappointed that @OctopusEnergy have gone the same way as @O2 from giving a guaranteed free treat every week to now only a possibility if you're lucky. 7 weeks in with O2 and not a thing. First week with Octopus and you guessed it..nothing. Sad times, no coffee.

    . @O2 I keep using your bad network due to priority and it's been weeks that it won't let me even access it. I called your customer service repeatedly and they have no idea what's going on. I'll give it 2 more days and then my husband, parents and I will switch to @EE

    @O2 I’m trying to make a formal complaint but your complaints process appears to be failing. Your online complaint form gives me an error and the complaints email address directed me to is not monitored. I need someone to help me register this complaint through another route.

    @MissNads22 @O2 @EE claim to be the best network, if not because I have a broadband at home, people would have thought I live up in the mountains and had to go outside to get a network 😭

    @O2 terrible customer service not helpful at all then after holding for 50 minutes waiting to be put through to a manager you cut me off !!! No call back as of yet
