    Think it’s time for a change of phone network , can get a signal in the middle of a Forrest in Thailand but I come to prestonpans and I can’t get enough signal to send a text @O2 #dogshitsignal

    @O2 I believe that O2 mis sols me a product last year and they say that they can't find a solution to my problem, beware when buy products from them.

    @O2 Card, txt to say top up loaded that’s all until this morning, when had txt to say you’ve been unable to renew big bundle. Yes shows o2 signal.

    @o2 @TheO2 so disappointed with O2,having been a victim to identify fraud with them & after numerous efforts to resolve; they have now handed it off to a debt collection agency. This is affecting my credit file & now my businesses!! Unreal Glad I’m not a customer.Still unresolved

    @O2 I have never had such poor service. My phone has been cut off for now reason. Bills up to date and paid! Contacted O2 yesterday and I’m still not connected! Bank holiday weekend and I can’t use my phone to contact my family! #poorcustomerservice #poorservice

    @O2 Hi, you are not reading through the trail or I assume it’s different people responding. This happens to both myself and wife. We are both on O2. Though the last 36 hours or so it’s been better. Coincidence that I raised a fault via the network app?

    @O2 It’s ok, after a voice recog that didn’t recognise “yes” and random divert to sales who cut me off trying to transfer me to customer service I eventually got through and eventually got sorted 🤞. Would have been easier via a chat though 🙃 - thanks for getting back to me
