    @O2 shocking customer service. Asked for time to pay my bill today which was all confirmed only to now have my phone cut off. Cannot make any calls and customer service is closed. Absolutely disgraceful service. Why agree to then cut me off !

    @O2 hi I did try and call but your busy. Please can you do a fault test in my area. Wallyford scotland. My wife and I both have bad reception. With our phones having bad digital feedback. Many thanks Danny

    @SimeonBilo @O2 Pleased for you. Anyone that got them through the proper way and isn’t going to sell them on, I’m genuinely pleased for you. You’ll have a great time I’m just gutted that they sold out whilst for the majority the app was down and then there an awful lot already on resale sites

    @O2 Oh this is poor. You’re system wasn’t good enough. Touts are already selling tickets at a huge profit. You really don’t care as you’ve made your money. I hope people vote with their feet and leave you on droves. Appalling customer service.

    @O2 Being an IT Architect, you could have easily sorted your systems to deal with the peak in demand. Couldn't get logged on, gave up and no doubt the opportunity to get a ticket. Poor show O2!!
