    Think it’s time for a change of phone network , can get a signal in the middle of a Forrest in Thailand but I come to prestonpans and I can’t get enough signal to send a text @O2 #dogshitsignal

    @O2 absolute Joke, I make a claim on my insurance after my car gets broken into & my Apple Watch is stolen, I had to repeat myself 4 times as I got passed around to 4 people, for you now to close my claim? You have my paper work all filled out and evidence plus the crime report?

    @O2 Swapped my network from Three with you. Sim arrived and I inserted and followed all of the text messages. But my number has changed even though I gave PAC when I changed over to you.

    @O2 I got a new phone and O2 account a few weeks ago but there is zero signal at my house. Although WiFi calls works in the house, texts doesn't. For so many things now you need a text msg to log in....banking, Amazon, NHS. The O2 service is useless for me. How do I cancel?
