Cannot make any calls and customer service is closed. Absolutely disgraceful service. Why agree to then cut me off !

I have spent over 10hrs on the phone, with no resolution, had all our SIMs cancelled without being told so, and dealt with clueless and unhelpful customer service reps.

I was with O2 before it was even O2 but this last year has been nothing short of shambolic. If it's not full 5g giving me 5mb/s it's the fact I cannot look at my own accounts.

It's literally the only way I can pay my bills unless I spend 2hrs on the phone. It's ******* shockingly bad @Ofcom
