Cannot make any calls and customer service is closed. Absolutely disgraceful service. Why agree to then cut me off !

Will McGugan (@willmcgugan) reportedSo @O2 had to be one of the most incompetent mobile providers out there. I’m unable to top up. Their app breaks with cryptic errors. I’m unable to change plans as the change tariff link breaks with “too many redirects”. I can create a new plan, but that won’t let me keep my number. O2 customer services, don’t bother replying. There’s nothing you could do to salvage your reputation in my eyes.
