@O2 I've already done that. Its saying network is busy at the moment. Has been saying that for weeks. I cant use my 4g. The signal has got worse in recent weeks.

@O2 shocking customer service. Asked for time to pay my bill today which was all confirmed only to now have my phone cut off. Cannot make any calls and customer service is closed. Absolutely disgraceful service. Why agree to then cut me off !

@O2 will let me go as far as attempting to sign in with a code then tells me gateway time out in less than a second of clicking next! What a shambles been on here since 8:30am

@O2 trying over an hour to sign back into my own priority app after being logged out despite being ‘ready’ to get Peter Kay tickets???? Why on earth was I logged out? Impossible to even get logged on never mind get tickets - very unfair!!!!!!!

Been sat on my laptop just under 2 hours trying to log in to @O2 priority, error after error, and sat aimlessly waiting for codes to get into the website that never turn up… disappointed doesn’t even cover it
