@O2 shocking customer service. Asked for time to pay my bill today which was all confirmed only to now have my phone cut off. Cannot make any calls and customer service is closed. Absolutely disgraceful service. Why agree to then cut me off !

@O2 I've already done that. Its saying network is busy at the moment. Has been saying that for weeks. I cant use my 4g. The signal has got worse in recent weeks.

@O2 hi I did try and call but your busy. Please can you do a fault test in my area. Wallyford scotland. My wife and I both have bad reception. With our phones having bad digital feedback. Many thanks Danny

@O2 I dm’d you hours ago asking why my SIM card is suddenly not working and nobody replied? Couple weeks ago it was a service issue. Now my SIM isn’t working. And no response or help. I don’t pay you £50+ a month for these fuckeries? Sort it out.

@O2 Would someone be able to help me in regards to my signal? I've tried turning my phone on etc and checking the coverage at home and work, and your website says the connection is fine. It isn't.

FYI @O2 doesn't take fraud seriously at all! Been waiting on getting this sorted for 7 months through no fault of our own. No replies to emails and waiting on a call back 'in the next few hours' from a month ago. Absolutely horrendous. Oh and I'm a paying customer
