@O2 shocking customer service. Asked for time to pay my bill today which was all confirmed only to now have my phone cut off. Cannot make any calls and customer service is closed. Absolutely disgraceful service. Why agree to then cut me off !

@O2 I was thinking of leaving O2 because I’m paying over the odds on my contract and it’s about to come to an end soon, in addition to never getting internet signal, this has helped me decided I’d rather go with anyone else next
