@O2 shocking customer service. Asked for time to pay my bill today which was all confirmed only to now have my phone cut off. Cannot make any calls and customer service is closed. Absolutely disgraceful service. Why agree to then cut me off !

@O2 hello. I've recently moved to an o2 plan. I'm looking at getting a handset and have read that there is a problem with phones made by Oneplus not allowing you to use 5g on O2, is this correct?
