@O2 I've already done that. Its saying network is busy at the moment. Has been saying that for weeks. I cant use my 4g. The signal has got worse in recent weeks.

@O2 shocking customer service. Asked for time to pay my bill today which was all confirmed only to now have my phone cut off. Cannot make any calls and customer service is closed. Absolutely disgraceful service. Why agree to then cut me off !

@O2 is @ODEONCinemas @ODEONHelp is Orpington odeon participating in the free tickets. There was literally one showing for this week where it could be used. All the rest were showing priority tickets which were not free! Thanks for the help

@O2 Hi I’ve checked all this and signal is okay, it only seems to be happen with one specific contact, they receive my messages without issue but i just don’t get theirs or they cone through hours or even days later

@O2 O2 not happy with service. O2 sales team sold me a contract and said it was a upgrade. I shall receive 1 bill. Behold he set up a new contract. Now customer service don’t even call me back

Hey @O2 not sure if this is a network issue or not but I’ve not been getting texts from one contact or they have been delayed coming through by days. Any ideas what could be causing this
