    @O2 shocking customer service. Asked for time to pay my bill today which was all confirmed only to now have my phone cut off. Cannot make any calls and customer service is closed. Absolutely disgraceful service. Why agree to then cut me off !

    @O2 Ok, I’ll tell him (which will mean me doing it as usual.). But you didn’t say anything about the 2729 number not working. And I tried it too. I’m trying to get a strike going, getting the whole country to go on strike, a fair bills strike! I’ll be back :)

    I love @O2. I made a complaint about having no network coverage. Their response is to close the complaint when they can't reach me on the phone to discuss. Good lord, give me strength...

    @virginmedia @ITVChase @O2 Hi my internet isn’t working at all what can I do ,I’ve checked and it says that virgin media has issues in my area but don’t know what’s the reason.
