Cannot make any calls and customer service is closed. Absolutely disgraceful service. Why agree to then cut me off !

When I spoke to someone they said actually it’s 48hrs, then Friday I was told 72 all have passed - I’ve been a customer for over 15 years ??

They even boast about how they reduce energy consumption by switching equipment off/running in lower power. Esp in non peak periods such as overnight. Doesn’t seem to be subject to regulatory measures

Also I keep getting booted out the login page now of my virgin media account. Not impressed at all. Considering cancelling

Ukobach (@JasonOw55271825) reported@TomTugendhat @O2 @EE I’m not saying immigration is the problem However it is relatively easy for a mobile cell to be overwhelmed by users - how many HMO’s have sprung up there - it’s a genuine problem and the networks usually address it with micro or pico cells
