@O2 shocking customer service. Asked for time to pay my bill today which was all confirmed only to now have my phone cut off. Cannot make any calls and customer service is closed. Absolutely disgraceful service. Why agree to then cut me off !

@O2 @SamsungMobile No roaming charges but the worst customer service that I have ever experienced , 20 odd years with this company and after an investigation into the companies incompetence , I was given no explanation and the case was closed ,, hopefully the ombudsman can sort it out ,,,

@O2 Strange! I’ve seen a few posts about payments on Twitter. There is not much more I can tell you. I tried to make payment, the message tells me to contact bank. I contact bank and they have told me no record on their side and O2 has an issue

@O2 To pay even though I haven’t used them as EE didn’t complete the port of numbers until the 13th. I’ve explained the reason I had to leave was because I couldn’t use them as no signal but she just kept repeating herself but I don’t know if she didn’t understand

@O2 I’m YET to receive a bill refund which I have been chasing since 8 December, despite being told on various occasions that management will be in contact to process this. Absolutely awful customer service.

I have the best e-mail address in the world for my name. Had it since the 90s. @o2 are the only ones that won't accept it because their e-mail validating code is crap. I had to create an alias because they won't accept only one character before the @.

@O2 Unable to use data roaming in Spain. Data roaming enabled, only get 3G on movistar network. Tried turning off and on multiple times since morning

@O2 so here we go again... The last time I contacted you in December 2021 regarding a complaint which has been going on since July last year. I still haven't had a response. I've been a loyal o2 customer since 2007 and get this kind of service. Time to change providers.
