@O2 shocking customer service. Asked for time to pay my bill today which was all confirmed only to now have my phone cut off. Cannot make any calls and customer service is closed. Absolutely disgraceful service. Why agree to then cut me off !

@Nessiethesosage @O2 @MoneySavingExp Happen again 3 times (though each time they put the phone down on me when I asked for the refund). I have spent so many hours the past month on the phone to them trying to get through and not be cut off after 10 minutes.

@TanithTweets @O2 After all. They've had the cheek to mark me as a late payment when I paid early. And I've spent so many hours on the phone I can't count trying to speak to a person who won't put the phone down on me. I'm not paying this money. Not this or the 2.5k letters I've been threatened

@ApocalypseRick @O2 Please everyone be careful with them. I have a response to this telling me to DM them but they keep getting so far and not replying to that either after asking me to get in touch to apparently sort it out. I've still not had a phone call where they haven't put the phone down.

@O2 data services while roaming are bad again… What’s the point of free roaming as a selling point if then it doesn’t work. Both numbers, both phones, not a network signal issue. Sent you a DM yesterday but no luck. #belowexpectations

@acereject @O2 @NetworkRailGLC 5G network design is awful (towers need to be so close to connect) but something is wrong if 4G doesn't reach... (my fam is techie, I'm just a beautiful Pheasy, albeit smart as a parrot!

@IvyTenebrae @O2 @MoneySavingExp I’m sure they did that to me during lockdown when my phone died. I’d be getting the last iphone 11 in stock and they’d be reading the terms when the call would cut out. They’d start all over again, it’d be sold out and you end up with an LG brick

@virginmedia @O2 Nah. The problem is when I don’t have my Wi-Fi working from u guys using my O2 data is useless nothing loads on 4G literally have to go out on the street to get it to work so I have no way to check if u guys are having an outage 😩
