    Think it’s time for a change of phone network , can get a signal in the middle of a Forrest in Thailand but I come to prestonpans and I can’t get enough signal to send a text @O2 #dogshitsignal

    @O2 shocking customer service. Asked for time to pay my bill today which was all confirmed only to now have my phone cut off. Cannot make any calls and customer service is closed. Absolutely disgraceful service. Why agree to then cut me off !

    @O2 I have their customers (contract) for 2 years. My contract has ended and I am now on pay as you go customer!I am very disappointed with this company. Please never use them never!I am having issues and I cannot reach them!They appear to do anything but help. Online and in store!!

    @O2 52 minutes on hold to speak to someone call handler answered the phone asked for my mobile number and then put the phone down. Disgusting

    @O2 - trying to swap my SIM but apparently in my reply with the security code I'm using the number in the wrong format, your call centre has 30 minutes waiting to get through.... PLEASE HELP!
