    @O2 shocking customer service. Asked for time to pay my bill today which was all confirmed only to now have my phone cut off. Cannot make any calls and customer service is closed. Absolutely disgraceful service. Why agree to then cut me off !

    Think it’s time for a change of phone network , can get a signal in the middle of a Forrest in Thailand but I come to prestonpans and I can’t get enough signal to send a text @O2 #dogshitsignal

    @O2 Day 107 of 365 on trying to get O2 to fix their phone customer service. 1) If you ring and ask for an e-sim for an Apple Watch then good luck with that. Staff seem very untrained. 2) Calls disconnect too much when speaking on 202. 3) The whole IVR system feels dated.

    @HMRCcustomers @O2 please help I’ve just received a bill for £222 from O2 after calling HMRC as they had incorrectly changed my tax code, why have I been charged for being kept on hold for this long?!

    @rolo2rolo @stephenblevins9 @O2 I find it amazing that companies like this never get held to account and you still have to pay full whack for only part of a service but I assume that’s all in the huge contracts we sign without reading!

    @O2 my o2 priority (via virgin bb) has become linked to my sons without explanation. My son recently took out his own virgin bb (separate address) and he is entitled to o2 priority too but each time I use a priority code his comes up as used. Please help.
