@O2 shocking customer service. Asked for time to pay my bill today which was all confirmed only to now have my phone cut off. Cannot make any calls and customer service is closed. Absolutely disgraceful service. Why agree to then cut me off !

@O2 I need someone to call me. I’m being charged for a phone I haven’t received. Your call centre is failing me with press 1 for this and 2 for this but none of them are appropriate. Awful service and I’m a new customer.

@O2 Hi, new customer... trying to activate SIM... won't connect to the network and website says to call... got told there will be a message sent to the number I was calling about but as it won't connect to the network I can't get the code and can't get through to anyone.

@O2 I cancelled my contract and said I wanted to keep my phone as pay as you go which the guy said he would send another sim to do the exchange and I never got the sim and till date nothing I called now for a puk code only to be told I can’t get one cause my contract is cancelled

Current state of @O2 customer service: - website + phone tree are recursive, make it impossible to speak to a human! - actual contact deets are hidden on 'how to complain' page - live chat unavailable: 'all agents busy' for last 2 days - 0 'call me back' slots over next month
