Cannot make any calls and customer service is closed. Absolutely disgraceful service. Why agree to then cut me off !

I’m trapped rn too & got offered a great deal from EE as well💔 gonna try fight to get the deal back once I’m free from O2 shackles!

Terry (@tgloughnane) reported@O2 Unfortunately it’s everywhere. No particular ‘bad spots’ luckily if I’m with my wife I can hit spot off her EE network, but I really shouldn’t have to. I simply canny put up with it much longer.
