    @O2 I've already done that. Its saying network is busy at the moment. Has been saying that for weeks. I cant use my 4g. The signal has got worse in recent weeks.

    Think it’s time for a change of phone network , can get a signal in the middle of a Forrest in Thailand but I come to prestonpans and I can’t get enough signal to send a text @O2 #dogshitsignal

    @O2 shocking customer service. Asked for time to pay my bill today which was all confirmed only to now have my phone cut off. Cannot make any calls and customer service is closed. Absolutely disgraceful service. Why agree to then cut me off !

    @mattstingray @O2 Don’t worry your bill will go up by £4 in April and they tell you it’s to improve service! Had better signal in 🇧🇬, 🇪🇸, 🇨🇭 and 🇫🇷 off the local providers than I do with one of the main players in 🇬🇧

    How I wish what happened yesterday had never happened. My arm hurts so much, even though I’m so happy to see Ariana; my back hurts, my feet hurt, my whole body hurts because of the sick people who did this to me. My wrist hurts a lot. 💔 Just thinking about it makes me cry @O2 I hope you can read my email.

    Still more AI drivel from @o2 instead of actual customer service, I will not deal with AI to sort out a problem of your making, advertise goods how your prepared to sell them don't try and flimflam customers or you'll end up losing them like you have in our case.
