@O2 shocking customer service. Asked for time to pay my bill today which was all confirmed only to now have my phone cut off. Cannot make any calls and customer service is closed. Absolutely disgraceful service. Why agree to then cut me off !

@O2 I am a O2 business customer. As the network is falling apart I have been given the option to buy a Boost Box. From what I have read some boxes seem to be 3G only and some support 4G. Can you confirm if the boost box is 3G only?

@CrossCountryUK @GeospatialC Thanks for the quick reply, I have done. If we mean it with working from everywhere- we really need to improve…there is no mobile signal (@O2) for large parts either. #Metaverse not quite…. Really friendly staff though and great views (it was the 8:12 from Bhm btw)

@O2 are 100% the worst network for data speed and connection. No matter where I am, city centre, at home, at work I get rubbish connection. I’ll be with mates on EE and 3 watching them use their phones normally while I’m stood waiting for images to load like it’s 1998 AOL dial up

Something especially egregious about living near The O2, but not having any @O2 signal once again, even though that doesn't make sense. Feels like it should be a massive router for all of South East London...

Instead of @O2 rolling out 5G to areas where they have a lot of customers why not sort out the network in the places where you don't have many customers because the coverage is not great. That way you could stop losing customers to other networks. Just a thought! #02 #o2 #5g
