Absolutely disgusted by the appalling service from @O2 trying to organise new phones and contracts for my childrens birthday. Upshot is there are no phones, no birthday gifts and no doubt 2 extremely disappointed boys in the morning

@CharlotteCGill @O2 Shamefully, they have lied to you once and maybe twice. 1st lie saying mobile coverage isn't for indoors (BS). 2nd, if the device antenna was faulty you'd have the same issue indoor & out. If you have a friend on O2 you can prove this.

@O2 @tescomobile me and a friend is on tesco mobile and 2 other friends on O2. We all keep having issues with our texts not sending which yesterday an important one didn't come through. Is there any issues across the entire network or whole of manchester as we all have issues
