    @O2 hi I did try and call but your busy. Please can you do a fault test in my area. Wallyford scotland. My wife and I both have bad reception. With our phones having bad digital feedback. Many thanks Danny

    Think it’s time for a change of phone network , can get a signal in the middle of a Forrest in Thailand but I come to prestonpans and I can’t get enough signal to send a text @O2 #dogshitsignal

    @O2 I've already done that. Its saying network is busy at the moment. Has been saying that for weeks. I cant use my 4g. The signal has got worse in recent weeks.

    @O2 shocking customer service. Asked for time to pay my bill today which was all confirmed only to now have my phone cut off. Cannot make any calls and customer service is closed. Absolutely disgraceful service. Why agree to then cut me off !

    @O2 Thanks- after 3 LONG phone calls with your customer service agents I think it’s almost sorted… the lady I spoke to this evening was exceptional, she was so helpful. Still need to speak to fraud team tomorrow and want to make sure this can’t happen again!

    @O2 I have two sim-only plans. Both out of contract today. If I want to renew directly with O2 the price is 20% higher but if I go through a 3rd party website I can get a price match to my current price but your own service desk can’t match the prices available on third party 1/n

    @RedRosesRugby @O2 I'm still worried about not having a powerful ball carrying 12. Without one defences can safely drift and cut off space out wide. Rowley is not a 12 despite all of her talent. Shame Emma Orr is injured, as the Scottish backline could cause problems in that area. 🐢💨

    @O2 absolutely fuming with the service received trying to O2 switch on day of telling me then been told no incorrect date I have proof it’s today and told no it’s a different date
