    Think it’s time for a change of phone network , can get a signal in the middle of a Forrest in Thailand but I come to prestonpans and I can’t get enough signal to send a text @O2 #dogshitsignal

    @O2 shocking customer service. Asked for time to pay my bill today which was all confirmed only to now have my phone cut off. Cannot make any calls and customer service is closed. Absolutely disgraceful service. Why agree to then cut me off !

    Hi @O2. I recently upgraded my phone to another network and paid my final bill prior. You sent a rather threatening letter despite this. I have been charged £122.76 on top of my payment and when calling your paid CS number again for a refund, you send £4.22. Not happy please help

    Are all UK carriers going to sort out the poor VOLTE issue before you turn off 2 and 3G? Signal is there but calls frequently hang and the recipient of the call can not hear the caller. #4G #5G #poorcallquality @ThreeUK @O2 @VodafoneUK

    @O2 customer service is so so poor! Can’t get through on chat, phone number is impossible to find online and they don’t respond to complaints. Very upset new customer!

    @O2 I have been complaining to o2 since November, multiple phone calls every month, still nothing has been done to resolve my problem, still waiting for a call back from customer service manager since December 22nd. Is this normal?

    @O2 @Apple Bought watch never had apple fitness before the offer code didn’t work. Neither apple or O2 have been able to sort. Tried phoning today 3 times. Disconnected everytime. Very disappointed as bought for the offer! So much for meditation… stress more like

    Hey, @O2 - WHY have you cut my service off when the Ombudsman has ordered you to pay me compensation? I am getting pretty sick of this and will continue to name and shame O2 for your lousy "service" until this is addressed. RESTORE MY SERVICE!
