    @O2 shocking customer service. Asked for time to pay my bill today which was all confirmed only to now have my phone cut off. Cannot make any calls and customer service is closed. Absolutely disgraceful service. Why agree to then cut me off !

    @O2 @O2 costings for so called mobile data use - data disabled - over £145 over two days! So called correct cos out of Europe yet it’s taken 4 days and still no response from customer services -always try later as you are busy!!! #ripoff #nocustomerservice #mobiledata

    @virginmedia It isn’t known. Staff have said there is no problem but then have also ‘fixed’ problems over the phone several times with no change. We just want an engineer to come and change the receiver but get fobbed off. You and @O2 need to up your game. Still take the money each month.

    . @O2 Still no update on my complaint was told 48hrs maximum Monday for a management call back still nothing. Complaint team haven’t called. Oh and you asked me to DM you but also done nothing with that either. Does anyone actually work for o2?

    Good evening @o2 or at least it was until we tried to do what your staff advised us to do in August. So that’s yet another payment for a phone no longer in use cos your staff tell us something different every time 😩 easier just to cancel all 4 phones I think
