    @O2 shocking customer service. Asked for time to pay my bill today which was all confirmed only to now have my phone cut off. Cannot make any calls and customer service is closed. Absolutely disgraceful service. Why agree to then cut me off !

    @O2 hi for the past few months the phone and data signal in the BL6 area has been awful. I have so much free data but am unable to do anything unless on WiFi! I know multiple people on O2 with the same issue!

    @altrinchamhq @craigawilliams @O2 I remember telling you to upgrade your phone because I thought it was that, but still terrible with the latest iPhone. O2 need to up their game no issue with Vodafone

    @O2 can’t even have a telephone conversation now signal that bad in OL11 area never mind connect to data 😡😡😡please contact as cannot get through to call centres 👎🏻
