Cannot make any calls and customer service is closed. Absolutely disgraceful service. Why agree to then cut me off !

I just spent 80 MINS on phone with your customer service, they could not find the account and hung up on me. I spent another 45 minutes after ringing back, transferred and the call went dead.

Otis Parris (@parriso56) reported@O2 I’m reporting the lack decent data coverage. At the moment at my postcode LS7 3LZ I can only get two bars on my iPhone 17 pro max. It’s just poor. I have on Saturday I want stream at LS7 4HA you can’t on 2 bars of 5G

David (@davidlondon92) reported@O2 I’m roaming in the US on my ultimate plan and the 5G is painfully slow. I just realised you cap the speed at 2 mbps, which renders it pretty useless. Can I even buy a bolt on to remove the throttle? Not sure why I pay for an ultimate plan if your speed is so abysmal

Thought it was the authorisation issue, default email opening a browser that no longer works with website. Changed default browser on email, it worked, but payment confirmation screen crashed.

Frazer (@FJZ05) reported@O2 Your 5G signal in Nottingham City Centre is absolutely abysmal and has been for a long time. When are you going to do something about it? It’s a joke I’m paying what I am for such poor service. It’s become virtually impossible to use my iPhone reliably. Truly awful.
