    @O2 shocking customer service. Asked for time to pay my bill today which was all confirmed only to now have my phone cut off. Cannot make any calls and customer service is closed. Absolutely disgraceful service. Why agree to then cut me off !

    @O2 Why is it that my mobile data never works whenever I leave my WiFi. I've spoken to O2 on several different occasions only to be told that wiping my current network settings works why is this a thing?
