@O2 shocking customer service. Asked for time to pay my bill today which was all confirmed only to now have my phone cut off. Cannot make any calls and customer service is closed. Absolutely disgraceful service. Why agree to then cut me off !

Seriously, @O2 , your website is terrible. Deal from @UswitchUK, link to O2 site, log in, the get “oops something went wrong”. EVERY TIME! Also, still waiting for a call back from you guys, after being told I’d be called back within 5 working days! 😡🤬

Hello @O2 Is there any way of contacting you to increase my spend limit? The 8002 number is not working and the chat is busy? Since it's MY spend limit not yours, an increase within YOUR limit should not really require any human input should it?
