Cannot make any calls and customer service is closed. Absolutely disgraceful service. Why agree to then cut me off !

No deadlock letter closed my complaint without addressing my response. @LutzSchueler help! Comp unacceptable!

It's a massive scam where you're obliged to pay a fortune for a service that doesn't work..it's not just 02 it's all of them.

Willlyep (@willyepp) reported@O2 how are your systems so fundamentally broken? Cannot login on the app, cannot login through the website (tried incognito mode also). Been happening for months and months - surely you must be aware of this problem? How is it taking so long to be fixed!!
