    @O2 shocking customer service. Asked for time to pay my bill today which was all confirmed only to now have my phone cut off. Cannot make any calls and customer service is closed. Absolutely disgraceful service. Why agree to then cut me off !

    Think it’s time for a change of phone network , can get a signal in the middle of a Forrest in Thailand but I come to prestonpans and I can’t get enough signal to send a text @O2 #dogshitsignal

    ... line via an employee’s iphone in store. I was NOT comfortable sharing this high level of info this way. So I went to try & complete my order online yday evening only then to find your WHOLE website was DOWN!!! And now the offer is GONE!!😤 @O2 @o2businessuk @o2business

    @O2 love to put their phone down on long standing customers of over 15yrs!!! I’m absolutely appalled at the treatment I’ve been subjected to over the last 2 weeks as a black business owner who’s paid nearly £1k buying a new handset from you only to then...(1)
