    @O2 No thanks. Im happy with Vodafone. Been a year since I switched to Vodafone from o2 I always have a good signal and don't need to listen to lousy excuses for lack of signal coverage.

    @O2 Customer service is challenging! I need to cancel an upgrade and return my phone. Do you have a contact number that doesn’t have me on hold for half an hour and send me to three (so far) different departments?
