@O2 OTPs via SMS have recently started to take quite a considerable amount of time to come through. Banks, cards, 2FA - regardless of service, they all seem to take 15 minutes, and they are often expired. This started a couple of weeks ago. Is this a network issue?

@mitchellsingh89 @O2 Contemplating the same. Get a notification I'm out of my SIM contract. Constantly have to switch the phone to airplane mode and back to get the network again.

After 24 years, I think it’s time to move away from @O2. I honestly can’t remember the last time I was able to speak to someone without using the wifi in my house. Can’t even go outside and talk to someone the signal is that bad!

@NeilNutbeam @mitchellsingh89 @O2 I've been with O2 for 25 years, their customer service was second to none, not any more. Really disappointed in the company it's turned into, no follow up on issues raised. Hopeless.

@EE We've had no reliable #EE signal here since we moved in 18 years ago. @VodafoneUK & @O2's signals are just as bad. It's frustrating that no provider seems willing to do anything to give what is a busy village on a main road a decent signal 1/2

@O2 Hi o2, On 11/01 I changed my tariff to the £15, I topped up £15 as I knew I’d need more data this month due to travelling and being on annual leave. A few days ago I received a text to say I’ve used all my data, this is because it’s only given me the £10 bundle. Please help

@O2 Absolutely useless service. Trying to set up a simple auto top up for a pay as you go account. No assistance on X, they can't help in a store and when calling 202 they just try and sell me a new contract that I don't want. I'll be going over to another supplier.
