@O2 shocking customer service. Asked for time to pay my bill today which was all confirmed only to now have my phone cut off. Cannot make any calls and customer service is closed. Absolutely disgraceful service. Why agree to then cut me off !

@O2 Sorry, your system crashed and I’ve been trying since 09:30 this morning! No confidence in the network if it crashes at the first sign of being busy! As with, @TicketmasterUK failed to cope with demand - certainly for us out in the sticks, we get nowhere again…!!!

Been trying since 9am to get @peterkay_co_uk tickets through 02 priority! Can buy them for 3x the price off people that have managed to get them through the extortionate resale sites. Great work @O2 @O2PriorityUK ! 16 years a customer and hundreds of £s a month spent for what!!!
