@O2 hi Thank you for the text saying you're upgrading the network & my signal may be interrupted on the 18th. I've had no service since the 16th and your website is saying it "should" be restored by 10pm on Sunday. 6 days with no service at all. Not good enough.

@O2 how pathetic that I had to wait 22 minutes before someone picked up the phone only to disconnect it again and never called back! This is plain ridiculous service for a large firm like yourselves! #ofcom @Ofcom

Hi @O2 can you help? I still have not received my sim cards 10 days after signing up. App says they've been delivered. They haven't. I have no way to get started yet you've still sent me my first bill!! How can I get help? There's no contact numbers anywhere...
