    @O2 hi I did try and call but your busy. Please can you do a fault test in my area. Wallyford scotland. My wife and I both have bad reception. With our phones having bad digital feedback. Many thanks Danny

    Think it’s time for a change of phone network , can get a signal in the middle of a Forrest in Thailand but I come to prestonpans and I can’t get enough signal to send a text @O2 #dogshitsignal

    @O2 shocking customer service. Asked for time to pay my bill today which was all confirmed only to now have my phone cut off. Cannot make any calls and customer service is closed. Absolutely disgraceful service. Why agree to then cut me off !

    @O2 what's the crack with the signal/reception? Nearly 5 weeks I've not been able to use my services properly (massively restricted) and I'm sick of paying for something I'm not getting and missing important phonecards because of signal issues

    @O2 Your customer service is failing. Your priority pub offers have failed for 3 consecutive weeks, you compensate with a digital voucher which also failed and nobody will own the problem and resolve this. Please respond to my DM.

    @O2 having trouble with o2 priority Odeon tickets, i get mine but everytime i try to enter it, its invalid and its frustrating because I can't get a hold of O2 on the app ro talk to you people, so can you please help because i have 2 free Odeon tickets and want to use them

    @O2 I have sent via private message but happy to share experience with current or perspective customers. As you are good at rising prices each year but the customer service declines further where left hand doesn't know what right hand is doing. Happy to explain further on here
