    Think it’s time for a change of phone network , can get a signal in the middle of a Forrest in Thailand but I come to prestonpans and I can’t get enough signal to send a text @O2 #dogshitsignal

    @O2 hi I did try and call but your busy. Please can you do a fault test in my area. Wallyford scotland. My wife and I both have bad reception. With our phones having bad digital feedback. Many thanks Danny

    @O2 I've already done that. Its saying network is busy at the moment. Has been saying that for weeks. I cant use my 4g. The signal has got worse in recent weeks.

    @O2 shocking customer service. Asked for time to pay my bill today which was all confirmed only to now have my phone cut off. Cannot make any calls and customer service is closed. Absolutely disgraceful service. Why agree to then cut me off !

    @O2 I did that yesterday but got bogged down in setting up a virginmedia/o2 account rabbit hole. It was a nightmare. There are no new notifications there.

    Question for @O2 : how can I be on your Ultimate package in central London and still have literally no usable data? The phone shows signal, but data traffic is effectively zero. I’ve tested the other three UK networks in the same locations and they all work perfectly. What exactly is wrong with your service? As you can see it connected to you do no data traffic? Why?

    @O2 my boyfriend has been on the phone to your customer service for 3 hours today with no resolution. He has no phone signal (in London) since he joined in Jan. He has missed important work emails and calls. Worst service and customer service I’ve ever seen.

    @O2 Interestingly, three months ago, on the same day, I transferred both of my SIM cards to O2, installed eSIMs in two new iPhone Airs, both with the same iOS version. I carry both with me, and while one works perfectly, the other doesn't. When I told this to the service technician,

    @benjaminlfc @O2 @virginmedia It's always the private browser software they fail on. Always states, "Access denied to this page" yet the options button asks me if, "I want to log out?" Funny that...
