Shauney Connor (@toryshaun) reported@TomTugendhat @O2 @EE Don’t come to Shropshire. In some areas like my parish signal is next to nothing. Lucky to get 3 bars on a good day!
-
Pete ‘Moose’ Jousiffe 🇬🇧 🏴 (@karakashin) reportedUnbelievable service from @O2 A week with no mobile service and they offer £5 compensation with no idea of when service will be resumed. Awful!
-
Kevin Thomas FINSTR 🏴 🇪🇺 🇺🇦 (@kevinxt) reported@TomTugendhat @O2 We also found that O2 were concentrating 5G in City/Built Up areas. That was 2 years ago, not sure if the roll out is still on going. If you are using mobile at home you can link to your router for a better service. All the best with it 👌
-
Chris (@Chris94501165) reported@TomTugendhat @O2 Tom, cell masts use this thing called electricity. Essentially O2 are underpowering them due to the cost of energy. The bad news for you is that the cost of Net Zero is increasing those energy costs. Who enshrined it in to law? Secondary order consequences are a thing...
-
Ben (@BenjaminEHowe) reported@AndyFurnival2 @TomTugendhat @O2 It was better when there were fewer mobile devices competing for the same signal.
-
Smoke 🇬🇧 🇺🇦 🇮🇱 (@London__Smoke) reported@AnythingRugbyy @EnglandRugby @O2 Shame it's not capped for Kenners though. Either way MS15 isn't the problem at all here. Tom Curry must be praying for death or the beach and Ford probably needs a break also.
-
Kate (@oftenFrazzled) reported@O2 signed up 2yr sim only Fri 12/06. received msg "my new number active" but I put in a pac code to keep my old number AND the new SIM hasn't arrived yet. Also I keep getting booted out the login page now of my virgin media account. Not impressed at all. Considering cancelling
-
LE Graphics (@legraphics) reported@O2 Great - so the spammers have more responsive customer service than O2?
-
Amelia Eberhardt-Armstrong (@SoSoaksy) reported@TomTugendhat @O2 They are reducing signal strength to save electricity costs. They even boast about how they reduce energy consumption by switching equipment off/running in lower power. Esp in non peak periods such as overnight. Doesn’t seem to be subject to regulatory measures

Angelo Micciche (@Micci1988) reported@TomTugendhat @O2 Im always having to go on flight mode and off again just to get network coverage.
