@O2 shocking customer service. Asked for time to pay my bill today which was all confirmed only to now have my phone cut off. Cannot make any calls and customer service is closed. Absolutely disgraceful service. Why agree to then cut me off !

@Aerial_Direct @O2 Can you help - for the past 3/4 months the signal in my house has become nonexistent! There has precisely been great signal and I have never had an issue, I now sound like a robot! After being an O2 customer for so long this is really disappointing!

@O2 someone just called me on this number claiming to be from O2 and saying my number had been randomly selected and I’d have my bill reduced by 40%. As lovely as that sounded I’m pretty sure it’s a scam and put the phone down 020 8126 5440

@O2 have taken over my number without sending me a new SIM. They've left me without a mobile network with two young kids who are currently poorly. I have no way of contacting doctors or 111 if I need to.

@O2 I know this. I told your support staff this. I'm without a working phone because no one could come up with a better solution than posting a SIM card, despite me being in an O2 store. ASAP means nothing.

@O2 just resigned for a new contract as was due an upgrade- sim only advertised as free disney+ for the normal 6 months- have chosen my extra and it’s only 3 months! Little help

@O2 Well, we're now at over 5 days, still no resolution, DM's utterly useless. No response from emails. I'm trying very hard to remain a customer, it's literally a £10 issue. Why does it take over 5 days to resolve a simple thing?
