Cannot make any calls and customer service is closed. Absolutely disgraceful service. Why agree to then cut me off !

Mast not worked properly in over a year and no refunds paid out! A big company that can't afford to pay it's debts. Embarrassing!

Joe Hopkins (@JoeHop04) reported@O2 I switched to O2 9 days ago and have had no phone line soon after. You ported my number to a handset that was never delivered (now stuck at a depot) and locked my account for suspected fraud. I can’t receive 2FA codes, so I’m locked out of other accounts.
