    @O2 shocking customer service. Asked for time to pay my bill today which was all confirmed only to now have my phone cut off. Cannot make any calls and customer service is closed. Absolutely disgraceful service. Why agree to then cut me off !

    @O2 Hey O2 - 15:30 and a call back from an O2 "manager" who is nasty, arrogant, utterly unhelpful and seemed to enjoy being argumentative. The Ombudsman has just found against O2 after my previous complaint - please regard this as a new complaint.

    @O2 hi there my phone has had no service since yesterday afternoon, I’ve check the status checker and the mast in my area is down and will be updated 6th jan do you know how long it may take to fix? And do I get money of my bill for lack of service? Thank you

    @McG70371461 @O2 I literally have no service at all, no calls, text or data, many people on different networks in my town are having the same issue my dad is on Vodafone at his is the same
