    Think it’s time for a change of phone network , can get a signal in the middle of a Forrest in Thailand but I come to prestonpans and I can’t get enough signal to send a text @O2 #dogshitsignal

    @O2 shocking customer service. Asked for time to pay my bill today which was all confirmed only to now have my phone cut off. Cannot make any calls and customer service is closed. Absolutely disgraceful service. Why agree to then cut me off !

    @O2 please can you explain why on #EE you can get 500mb data for £5.02 in USA but on your network it’s £7.20 a MB and you’ve told me I just hit a £51 limit for doing nothing??? Please tell me how to cancel and leave 😫😫😫😫

    @O2 PLEASE CAN YOU ANSWER YOUR PHONE! You haven't sent me a new sim card, but you are happily charging me for my contract. And I can't get through to you - your automated phone line just hangs up all the time. Your service is appalling. Please get in touch to fix this.

    I’m in South Africa. The reason for high phone use was to sort out flights, cars etc. It’s a stressful time with great uncertainty. Answer your calls and stop putting the phone down on people. Absolutely shocking behaviour!!! Not good enough. I expect better @O2 2/2

    @O2 pretty shocking that you do not inform your customers about the billing issues. I need previous bills to complete an expenses claim. Can someone send me this via email? Otherwise I will need to be compensated by O2

    Not sure what @o2 did - if anything - but suddenly I’m getting what I would expect in my area on 4G. I’ll continue to monitor it though. Seems odd but never mind.
