    @O2 shocking customer service. Asked for time to pay my bill today which was all confirmed only to now have my phone cut off. Cannot make any calls and customer service is closed. Absolutely disgraceful service. Why agree to then cut me off !

    @O2 hi I did try and call but your busy. Please can you do a fault test in my area. Wallyford scotland. My wife and I both have bad reception. With our phones having bad digital feedback. Many thanks Danny

    Think it’s time for a change of phone network , can get a signal in the middle of a Forrest in Thailand but I come to prestonpans and I can’t get enough signal to send a text @O2 #dogshitsignal

    @O2 I've already done that. Its saying network is busy at the moment. Has been saying that for weeks. I cant use my 4g. The signal has got worse in recent weeks.

    @ALittleLaw @O2 They are also sending me insane. I've collectively spent over 6hours on the phone to them! And not a solution in sight! I've cancelled my direct debit. Not a penny from me until it's sorted!

    @andrejpwalker @O2 It’s a nightmare, they haven’t updated my address from 20 years ago, even though I have moved and informed 4 times to different address’s. The virgin hook up is a joke.. app and website both terrible

    @O2 are the shittest network company ever! Can’t even get any signal in my own home! I’m expected to pay over £100 a month for **** all! If there was an emergency nobody could get hold of me.

    @EE 6 days left on my contract with a complaint with exec team, I've just rang up and been told its unfortunate @O2 have massively undercut you by £12 a month unfortunately I'm better moving to o2 what ****** customer service after 9 years, @Offcom need to look at you

    @O2 Hi, it looks like you guys recently cut off my spare SIM/phone number with no warning due to the 3G switch-off. I really need this number back as it’s linked to many personal accounts so I need it for authentication purposes, hasn’t been reassigned yet, can you please help?
