    @O2 shocking customer service. Asked for time to pay my bill today which was all confirmed only to now have my phone cut off. Cannot make any calls and customer service is closed. Absolutely disgraceful service. Why agree to then cut me off !

    @O2 I've already done that. Its saying network is busy at the moment. Has been saying that for weeks. I cant use my 4g. The signal has got worse in recent weeks.

    Think it’s time for a change of phone network , can get a signal in the middle of a Forrest in Thailand but I come to prestonpans and I can’t get enough signal to send a text @O2 #dogshitsignal

    @O2 hi I did try and call but your busy. Please can you do a fault test in my area. Wallyford scotland. My wife and I both have bad reception. With our phones having bad digital feedback. Many thanks Danny

    @kokeshimum @O2 The government told all the operators to remove Chinese components from masts due to spying fears. Replaced with substandard equipment. Not down to operators it's due to government interference.

    @O2 I am tired of using your My Network app to report no service, only to get a "Our network monitoring system hasn’t currently identified any issues at this location" SMS back. There is NO DATA in AL5 2RU - the centre of Harpenden town - for several months. It needs fixing!!!

    @kokeshimum @O2 I was visiting family in Warrington (pop 216,705) last week . O2 coverage so poor and in the spots of 5G near to the M62 motorway hotel I was staying , the data speed of 5G was 7.8 mb/s when I tested it.

    I moved from @ThreeUK to @O2 and nothing has improved on signal. Blind spots alll over the places. What I really don't get why you don't get anything on 4 antena bars? And could be anywhere in London

    @andrevella @bencrolla @O2 I was hoping that would’ve worked for me when they came through on the 14th, but unfortunately I got the same errors. It’s abysmal. 2026, IT department can’t create a payment link for me to use 🙄 customer since BT Cellnet days & I’m shocked at the lack of customer service
