    Think it’s time for a change of phone network , can get a signal in the middle of a Forrest in Thailand but I come to prestonpans and I can’t get enough signal to send a text @O2 #dogshitsignal

    @O2 shocking customer service. Asked for time to pay my bill today which was all confirmed only to now have my phone cut off. Cannot make any calls and customer service is closed. Absolutely disgraceful service. Why agree to then cut me off !

    @shelleycoletoe @O2 They will tell you it’s your Sim but nobody I know gets 02 signal..I’m in a pub with 6 people..I have 1 bar same as other 02 users..ones on EE and Vodaphone have full signal!!

    @O2 why can I literally not get 4G signal anywhere I go now? I live in a major city centre and I can’t remember the last time I had 4G signal. The signal I’m getting is absolutely shocking. Needs sorting ASAP or else I’m going to another network provider

    @O2 Help! I’ve got a sim only contract with you and tried to change tariff for more mins but selected the wrong one. I clicked on ‘cancel tariff change’ and got a message to say the cancellation had been requested. How long do I need to wait before I can make the change? Thanks!

    @O2 absolutely fed up with no phone signal you told me months ago it would be sorted and still we wait! Not good enough! This has been going on for well over a year! 😡😡😡😡
