    @O2 shocking customer service. Asked for time to pay my bill today which was all confirmed only to now have my phone cut off. Cannot make any calls and customer service is closed. Absolutely disgraceful service. Why agree to then cut me off !

    @O2 How are you sold out? The app wasn’t working all day yesterday you then put a post up saying you making improvements and it’s doing the same thing today! Get to a login code even though I was logged in perfectly fine two days ago for it but then crashes 🤬🤬🤬🤬

    @O2 How is that possible?! They can’t have sold through priority? I can’t see 1 single o2 customer who got through! This has totally backfired I’m switching this was the icing on the cake of always having AWFUL SIGNAL! Perhaps you just let new Virgin customers get through

    I don't always use the #O2Priority app, but for the second time now, it has logged me out, prob due to updating. When I try to login via my O2 account, I am presented with a blank white screen. Tried reinstalling, no change. So unstable! @O2
