@O2 shocking customer service. Asked for time to pay my bill today which was all confirmed only to now have my phone cut off. Cannot make any calls and customer service is closed. Absolutely disgraceful service. Why agree to then cut me off !

Made 7 (Seven!) calls to the @O2 contact center AND a visit to store. Still no further forward. Been told I need to send an email. What happened to personal service? All I need is a jiffy bag to return a phone and a promo code for an enhanced return. Pretty simple, no?

@O2 I placed an order on Thursday for click and collect but was then told the order would take 24hrs to process, I still don't have a dispatch email and you haven't responded to my DM. How do I cancel this order for a refund? I want to look elsewhere now.
