    Think it’s time for a change of phone network , can get a signal in the middle of a Forrest in Thailand but I come to prestonpans and I can’t get enough signal to send a text @O2 #dogshitsignal

    @O2 shocking customer service. Asked for time to pay my bill today which was all confirmed only to now have my phone cut off. Cannot make any calls and customer service is closed. Absolutely disgraceful service. Why agree to then cut me off !

    Finally @O2 have the Apple Watch on their network 🙌🏻.....now I just need to wait till my series 3 bites the dust 😭

    @O2 Have you seen my message? I spoke with a customer services agent, who said she would try turning the wifi calling on and off from your end, but i dont think that is the issue, the wifi calling was working fine at home and hotel, but not offshore, need something done asap.

    @O2 Thank you. I have tried these things, it says the network cover is fine in my area. I reported the problem last night but I’m still having the problem. I can’t call 202 as all my calls are failing and if someone calls me I can answer but there is no sound.

    @O2 my family and I Are having major trouble with signal and 4g coverage. Paying for a service and currently not receiving it please help.

    Is it just me or are others waiting minutes for pages to open with full 4G coverage. Never mind 5G get the current provision sorted first! I’m on @O2

    @virginmedia Having to use an @O2 dongle at home whilst paying you! Also the 350mb broadband has never achieved its status and the best it can do is 290mb. Not good is it @thesun

    @O2 your phone line keeps cutting me off when I need technical help. Took a new contract and tried to keep the old number. People can call me using the old number, but texts won’t come through!
