    @O2 hi I did try and call but your busy. Please can you do a fault test in my area. Wallyford scotland. My wife and I both have bad reception. With our phones having bad digital feedback. Many thanks Danny

    @O2 I've already done that. Its saying network is busy at the moment. Has been saying that for weeks. I cant use my 4g. The signal has got worse in recent weeks.

    @O2 shocking customer service. Asked for time to pay my bill today which was all confirmed only to now have my phone cut off. Cannot make any calls and customer service is closed. Absolutely disgraceful service. Why agree to then cut me off !

    Think it’s time for a change of phone network , can get a signal in the middle of a Forrest in Thailand but I come to prestonpans and I can’t get enough signal to send a text @O2 #dogshitsignal

    @O2 Day 48 of 365 on trying to get O2 to fix their phone customer service. 1) If you ring and ask for an e-sim for an Apple Watch then good luck with that. Staff seem very untrained. 2) Calls disconnect too much when speaking on 202. 3) The whole IVR system feels dated.

    Hello @O2 👋 I switched to you due to signal in my area and weekly Odeon tickets, but the signal is rubbish and its now impossible to get Odeon tickets even within 10 mins of release. Now feels like a scam. Thinking of leaving 👎

    @O2 number should have ported from Vodafone. Still not working, old SIM has stopped, customer services just say it’s in progress. Have turned phone on and off several times, still no joy! Frustrated #o2 #poorcustomerservice

    No one could make chaos more chaotic than @O2 - who seem to have literally no concept whatsoever of customer service online, in the store or on the ‘phone. Wasting hours for the simplest addition of a line. Only wish @Verizon was in the UK to provide some real competition.

    Still no response from @O2 about fraud on my account - but I have been made to pay for someone else’s purchase just to get service on a contract i do not want… shambles… any chance of you guys sorting it???

    @O2 can’t get hold of customer services. Really annoyed £93 taken from my account and I only had SIM only deal for Two weeks cancelled because of poor customer service and was told £8 credited to me £10 taken in 30/11 too. What’s happening? Hours wait on customer services 😡😡

    @O2 Hi. Is there absolutely no way of getting this sorted digitally? My number is on your old system and the instore clerk has said he can’t help me unless I got to Aberdeen where their shops are on the new system. I really need access to this number along with the data services.
