@O2 I've already done that. Its saying network is busy at the moment. Has been saying that for weeks. I cant use my 4g. The signal has got worse in recent weeks.

@O2 shocking customer service. Asked for time to pay my bill today which was all confirmed only to now have my phone cut off. Cannot make any calls and customer service is closed. Absolutely disgraceful service. Why agree to then cut me off !

@O2 your customer service is awful. After waiting 11 days from making a complaint for a manager to call us back no one has.02 took over £600 out of my partners bank and keep refusing to help resolve this 7 staff and they have all said different stories on why this happened.
