    @O2 shocking customer service. Asked for time to pay my bill today which was all confirmed only to now have my phone cut off. Cannot make any calls and customer service is closed. Absolutely disgraceful service. Why agree to then cut me off !

    Think it’s time for a change of phone network , can get a signal in the middle of a Forrest in Thailand but I come to prestonpans and I can’t get enough signal to send a text @O2 #dogshitsignal

    @O2 - what is wrong with your service on the train line from Ayr to Glasgow? It’s getting worse. So many times on journey it’s SOS only. It’s so disappointing 🫤 And a challenge when train delays kick in on train.

    @O2 clearly the worst signal ever. 40 pounds a month living in central Brighton and can’t use the data as it’s always blocked. You are thé worst phone company I ever used. Be sure I’ll be leaving soon. On Reddit you are recognised as the worst signal in southern England.

    @O2 I was prised off a contract I was happy with and now find the one I was recommended is increasing within contract and despite Ofcom recommendations. Shabby o2 especially given that your network’s internet connection is so abysmal.

    @CrankySalarian @O2 Your airtime plan is separate to your device plan, what’s happening is you are funnelled to their call centre in the Philippines 🇵🇭they do not have this information or simply do not understand, just like when they used India 🇮🇳they answered saying my namesJohn how May I help you!
