@O2 shocking customer service. Asked for time to pay my bill today which was all confirmed only to now have my phone cut off. Cannot make any calls and customer service is closed. Absolutely disgraceful service. Why agree to then cut me off !

Hey @O2 - I haven’t received a credit agreement/paperwork for my new contract? I have the O2 login but nothing else. Considering this, I’m not entirely convinced the process was done correctly at the weekend.Please can you check the progress of my port so I know that it was done?

@O2 Yes along with all the other stuff you recommend and it's still not working properly, when people ring me it's says my phone is switched off although it's not! I've tried re-booting, taking the sim out, dialling numbers to make it ring for longer, airplane mode....

@O2 have just cut my ability to make phone calls after trying to fix a technical issue. They’ve ended up making it worse and now my number comes up invalid. Customer services over phone are useless advising me to wait 24 hours and call back again if there is an issue?!Not good.

@O2 Yesterday at about 4pm my phone signal at home went from 3-4 bars strong consistent signal to 0-1. I've tried following the troubleshoot on your website, however no solution. Website coverage says no issues in area, but problem is on multiple O2 phones in household.
