I left you @O2 for @SMARTYMobileUK because your mobile data is atrocious. There's an issue in my area that hasn't been resolved even after 2 weeks. Smarty, I hopeyou can provide me with a reliable Internet connection which O2 cannot fulfill.

@O2 If I’m in the EU on a pay monthly tariff, are calls/sms to landlines/mobiles in the country I’m in taken from my inclusive minutes/texts or charged as if I was in the UK (i.e. an international call/SMS). The wording on your Help pages is a bit ambiguous.

@O2 so because you're doing some sort of upgrade work in my area, i can barely use any data on my phone at all for upto 48 hours? Which doubles down as i can't do any work for potentially 48 hours. This mean i'll be given a discount on my bill for this month?
