    @O2 hi I did try and call but your busy. Please can you do a fault test in my area. Wallyford scotland. My wife and I both have bad reception. With our phones having bad digital feedback. Many thanks Danny

    @O2 shocking customer service. Asked for time to pay my bill today which was all confirmed only to now have my phone cut off. Cannot make any calls and customer service is closed. Absolutely disgraceful service. Why agree to then cut me off !

    Think it’s time for a change of phone network , can get a signal in the middle of a Forrest in Thailand but I come to prestonpans and I can’t get enough signal to send a text @O2 #dogshitsignal

    @O2 I've already done that. Its saying network is busy at the moment. Has been saying that for weeks. I cant use my 4g. The signal has got worse in recent weeks.

    The service in Richmond is so crap I can’t work out whether it’s the area or @O2. I cant even send iMessage using data inside my house it’s ridiculous. What network provider has better coverage pls. I’m cancelling this contract today

    @O2 appalling service. Cannot access online account, held on the phone for over an hour and cannot make payment either? Now you issue a penalty for non payment! Cant wait to quit the contract.

    Very frustrating that after being a loyal customer of @EE for over 25 years the best deal they can do me is £73 a month for the new iPhone 17 when @O2 can me the same deal for £57 a month. Loyalty means nothing these days ! 😡
