@O2 shocking customer service. Asked for time to pay my bill today which was all confirmed only to now have my phone cut off. Cannot make any calls and customer service is closed. Absolutely disgraceful service. Why agree to then cut me off !

@O2 My mobile is 07740 200127 however there has never been any O2 service at MK43 0PS so I think it’s more that a mast faulty

@O2 Been with you for years but you are downgrading my tariff so I'll pay the same and no longer get the 75 countries. Such a shame you have done this to a long standing customer, no reward for loyalty. I'm going to head off to 3. They can give me a better deal.

@O2 So until then i can't use my phone? There are no 02 gurus available within a 20mile radius and if i request a callback they aren't going to be able to call me as that is one of the problems ??
