  @O2 shocking customer service. Asked for time to pay my bill today which was all confirmed only to now have my phone cut off. Cannot make any calls and customer service is closed. Absolutely disgraceful service. Why agree to then cut me off !

  @O2 I've already done that. Its saying network is busy at the moment. Has been saying that for weeks. I cant use my 4g. The signal has got worse in recent weeks.

  @O2 you are a disgrace. You failed to provide a service and charge me over £600 as you forced me to move supplier. You help or support from you at all. Didn’t even send a bill went straight to dept recovery company. Over 30 years loyal custom from me and this is how you treat us

  @O2 what is going with your phone signal right now? It’s the worst it’s been for me in the 11 years I’ve been with you. Constant drop outs, ****** internet services won’t go above 2 bars. I’m paying over 100 pound a month for this garbage phone service. Somerset based no signal

  @O2 ME19 and ME20 areas are shocking their seems to be no point being with o2 if you can’t make and receive calls or get online it’s 2026 ffs you report it and it’s the same excuse we aware of a problem and we are trying to fix it but it never seems to happen !!!!!
