@O2 shocking customer service. Asked for time to pay my bill today which was all confirmed only to now have my phone cut off. Cannot make any calls and customer service is closed. Absolutely disgraceful service. Why agree to then cut me off !

@O2 I've already done that. Its saying network is busy at the moment. Has been saying that for weeks. I cant use my 4g. The signal has got worse in recent weeks.

What annoys me about 2022 is that the only way to get customer service departments to talk to you is to tweet them. With that in mind @O2 can you get in touch. I can't penetrate your system.

@O2 Just switched to @O2 a couple of days ago and instantly regretting it. All confirmation type texts (banks, shopping etc) seem to be blocked. Their ridiculously slow “help” chat getting me nowhere. #useless

@O2 It's been more than 5 years I am using your network in CV21 area. I have very poor coverage and downloading speed. I had my current upgrade in April 2022. I have tried both 5g and 4g signals. Problem stays the same. Your chat support isn't available.

Advice please! Been with @O2 for years. We are paying £25 for 5GB of data/mth, on top of our phone purchase amount. As a new customer we could get 150gb for about the same, they won’t budge or even give us a bit more data, no loyalty. Plan to pay the phone off and change..1/2

Very grateful to @O2's customer service for helping me out with a phone problem just now. Their rep was very patient and polite!
