@O2 I've already done that. Its saying network is busy at the moment. Has been saying that for weeks. I cant use my 4g. The signal has got worse in recent weeks.

@O2 shocking customer service. Asked for time to pay my bill today which was all confirmed only to now have my phone cut off. Cannot make any calls and customer service is closed. Absolutely disgraceful service. Why agree to then cut me off !

@O2 I registered for updates last night. It said engineers are likely to be on the case. But they either are or they are not? If I have no signal how can the school contact me if there are problems with my child? How can we run a business with no signal when customers can’t ring us?

@O2 This is an absolute joke!! My number transferred yesterday at 1pm and today I can’t send iMessage from my number and now I’ve no signal whatsoever! I explained to your advisor on Monday that I have a daughter with a disability and I need my phone now I have no service at all

Wondering if @O2 will ever have a stable connection? Just seems to be going from average to dreadful in the last year. Lots of areas where the connection drops to H+ or just doesn't work despite saying 4g. Bath in particular is horrendous. I know plenty of that will be leaving!
