    Think it’s time for a change of phone network , can get a signal in the middle of a Forrest in Thailand but I come to prestonpans and I can’t get enough signal to send a text @O2 #dogshitsignal

    @O2 cont’d in 6 business days!!!! I’m stuck between O2 and DPD and still no phone which I am being billed for. Nobody is helping. Disgraceful service from O2 as their responsibility to get the phone to me and disgraceful service from DPD. Can anyone help me please?

    @O2 currently on the phone for the 3rd time this week, the person I am speaking to is extremely patronising all because of miscommunication on YOUR part, I’ve been with you for over 15 years but I’m going to leave because of how pathetic the service is. Bye!

    @O2 why is your network so rubbish everywhere? At this rate you’ll be none existent as we’ll all leave to a network that actually works. What are paying for? Doesn’t look good when there is a FB page set up for how bad you are

    @O2 How can I speak to someone UK based that can help with a number of issues with My O2 showing wrong names on multiple connections and a complaint about a SIM card I was promised would be delivered yesterday and then a O2 store locking my account!! Thanks
