    @O2 I've already done that. Its saying network is busy at the moment. Has been saying that for weeks. I cant use my 4g. The signal has got worse in recent weeks.

    @O2 shocking customer service. Asked for time to pay my bill today which was all confirmed only to now have my phone cut off. Cannot make any calls and customer service is closed. Absolutely disgraceful service. Why agree to then cut me off !

    @O2 hi I did try and call but your busy. Please can you do a fault test in my area. Wallyford scotland. My wife and I both have bad reception. With our phones having bad digital feedback. Many thanks Danny

    Think it’s time for a change of phone network , can get a signal in the middle of a Forrest in Thailand but I come to prestonpans and I can’t get enough signal to send a text @O2 #dogshitsignal

    @O2 signal has been trash for months and not been able to make a phone call from my house for the last week. I live in Manchester not somewhere with no towers. £41 a month.

    The service in Richmond is so crap I can’t work out whether it’s the area or @O2. I cant even send iMessage using data inside my house it’s ridiculous. What network provider has better coverage pls. I’m cancelling this contract today

    @O2 i’ve changed iphones and the sim card is being acknowledged in my new phone however it’s not being registered to messages / facetime it’s been 24 hours how do i fix this ive reset my phone, turned it on and off, it’s been deregistered from my old phone etc

    @O2 Response appreciated, but its too late 4 failed attempts to transfer old number to O2, resulting in 6 hrs+ in online chats & 2 complaints (complaints that your chat operators raised, not me) & a cancelled contract within 14 days of a cooling period & a lost customer. Very poor.

    @O2 what on earth is happening to your online / telephone system? I’m a new customer, as of yesterday, and trying top up then trying to get access to link my number to my myo2 account is a nightmare and no one at your call centres can help me!!!! Did I make a mistake leaving EE?!

    @abs_1977 @O2 This has been going on for months I can literally only pay a bill over phone or in store. My salary date changes every month so I prefer to pay manually as opposed to DD and I've done it this way for years with no issue

    New scam to watch for with @O2 ring call centre with an issue. They add a new line to your account to fix an issue. Basically churning the customer for a new sale. And taking off advisors stats and earning themselves a bonus O2 stop call centre making sales. Please

    @virginmedia @O2 Hi. In this instance speaking through Virgin Media, it was set up without my knowledge and without a written or verbal contract. I am in the middle of this mess now and have looked a complaint. Thank you
