Cannot make any calls and customer service is closed. Absolutely disgraceful service. Why agree to then cut me off !

If you are using mobile at home you can link to your router for a better service. All the best with it 👌

The bad news for you is that the cost of Net Zero is increasing those energy costs. Who enshrined it in to law? Secondary order consequences are a thing...

Also I keep getting booted out the login page now of my virgin media account. Not impressed at all. Considering cancelling

They even boast about how they reduce energy consumption by switching equipment off/running in lower power. Esp in non peak periods such as overnight. Doesn’t seem to be subject to regulatory measures
