    @O2 shocking customer service. Asked for time to pay my bill today which was all confirmed only to now have my phone cut off. Cannot make any calls and customer service is closed. Absolutely disgraceful service. Why agree to then cut me off !

    @O2 hi I did try and call but your busy. Please can you do a fault test in my area. Wallyford scotland. My wife and I both have bad reception. With our phones having bad digital feedback. Many thanks Danny

    Think it’s time for a change of phone network , can get a signal in the middle of a Forrest in Thailand but I come to prestonpans and I can’t get enough signal to send a text @O2 #dogshitsignal

    @O2 I won’t change my mind cos o2 are just lazy and would rather take peoples £££ and not help properly and the evidence is there when I say that so I will still be cancel legally due to the lack of effort made to resolve the issue with the signal in my area
