Paul (@itspaulactually) reported from Edinburgh, Scotland@O2 @robashcroft1 I’m in the same areas with the inclusion of Warrington. I’ve not got a 5G ready phone, all my mates that do have no issues with signal. Clearly prioritising 5G over 4G and gaslighting everyone with pointless tips that don’t work @O2
-

Peter Williamson Garland🕷️ (@TwtrMinstrel) reported from Edinburgh, Scotland@O2 Scary that company of your size can get away with a mass grand theft, Free Disney which costs £5.99 per month. As in, NOT FREE. Your offshore customer service uses 'English not first language' and cut offs when having to deal with real problems.
-

-
Mark Rainford (@cludgie78) reported from Edinburgh, ScotlandI suppose the onus is on the user, not the network (@O2 in this instance) alerting it's users that they could save money by switching tarrifs when their contract is up. Paying over the odds for a good while now #disapointed but not #surprised 😞
-
Ian Gilmour (@iangilmour) reported from Edinburgh, Scotland@O2 Customer Service adviser, Callum in Ayrshire, deserves a pay rise. He was very helpful and friendly. Fingers crossed he has sorted the issue that two other advisers didn't.
-

O2 Issues Reports
Latest outage, problems and issue reports in social media:
-
John Kirby (@csljohnkirby) reportedWhy does @O2 make it so hard to be a good customer? Yesterday, due to terrible service, and for them going to my bank for a DD I did not owe, I received compensation of £50. Today, they threatened to cut my services and report me to Debt Collection Agencies. They sent me SMS and an email, yet apparently, the £30 compensation they offered today, I can not have because I had the maximum compensation yesterday for another matter.
-
mark teasel💙💙💙 (@Mteasel67) reported@O2 Oh come on... Please, I messaged you earlier re : my wife's data/ new SIM issues, her new SIM won't function but her old SIM has been disconnected leaving her with out a phone at all 🤬🤬🤬

Martin (@iMarbot) reported@O2 Blue Mondays not working for second week in a row :/ Last week was just not working at all, this week it says my phone number and email are already registered and provides no way to use the existing registration to spin.
-
Lauren Flower (@LaurenLFlower) reported@O2 I’m trying to sign into my O2 account but I can’t can someone help me
-
Jake Moore (@JakeMooreUK) reported@O2 But it always says no network issues. The problem is that O2 states on iPhones that there’s 4G and 5G on offer but it often doesn’t work. It would actually be more helpful if it just admitted it.
-
Mimi Farid (@MimiFarid) reported@O2 I’m absolutely getting fed up with the new app, every time, I tried to use it keeps opening website for virgin media. Sends you an email, and, you’ve to click on it. Other companies aren’t like that. The previous version was absolutely amazing. Fix it immediately!
