Power off/on and same. Happened at Hampden Park and at the weekend in Trafalgar Square and that area. Think it’s just @O2 can’t handle crowds.

I rely on O2 for Internet and Streaming services (as the broadband here is worse than mobile signal..) and usually it is JUST about sufficient to use O2.

I had a phone call two months ago I believe with support asking when the -£7 in credit on my account would be refunded and why I had to chase this. I received the cheque in March but seem to be getting the texts and mails still.

Now I can’t get even get signal in my garden, the train home its awful and match days at the local football ground absolutely zero chance of signal for 2 hours.
