-
John M Hunt (@Johnmhunt) reported from Oxgangs, ScotlandI was getting worried about my iPhone and losing all data connectivity as this has happened a few times despite having a full signal. Power off/on and same. Happened at Hampden Park and at the weekend in Trafalgar Square and that area. Think it’s just @O2 can’t handle crowds.
-
Paul (@itspaulactually) reported from Edinburgh, ScotlandEnough is enough, @O2. You put my bill up 10.7% in April yet I’m getting woeful 4G signal wherever I go (even with full bars). Everyone I know with a 5G ready phone has no issues. Stop gaslighting everyone and just tell the truth and start refunding for your lack of service! #o2
-

-
Mark Rainford (@cludgie78) reported from Edinburgh, ScotlandI suppose the onus is on the user, not the network (@O2 in this instance) alerting it's users that they could save money by switching tarrifs when their contract is up. Paying over the odds for a good while now #disapointed but not #surprised 😞
O2 Issues Reports
Latest outage, problems and issue reports in social media:
-
Nathan Jarvis (@NathanJarvisMD) reported@O2 can you please explain why O2 coverage is pretty much awful anywhere you go? You claim it’s good, but often there’s no internet access and phone signal is intermittent. Search on here to see so many people saying the same. Been the same for well over a year
-
Richard ingle (@RIngle100) reported@O2 can you explain why my daughters rolling plan was cancelled today withoutwarning and why your website will not allow a refresh? Tried calling call centre any they could not help. What has happened to O2? Do we take our business elsewhere.
-
MarQus Romelle (@MarQusRomelle) reported@O2 Yes I confirm. I seriously hope o2 are able to solve this issue because it shouldn’t be made so difficult, jumping through hoops and a bunch of loading screens with portal errors, to do something as simple as making a payment; it’s incredibly anti-consumer.
-
Daniel Daniel (@huckleberrydan) reported@mhewson_MCH @O2 Surprised you were able to post this on O2 - I struggle for signal almost everywhere!
-
Sheena Watts (@Sheena81) reported@O2 hello, I've lost my phone can you help please?
-
Ian Lewis (@IanLewis299) reported@O2 please check DMs as I have sent a new message. Despite assuring me my billing issue was sorted I've now had a message threatening my service including my travel bolt on that I am using while on holiday. This needs sorting asap.
-
Viridis (@Lord_Viridis) reported@Ofcom @O2 I myself warned them about web issues on myO2 4 months ago, now the app has followed suit and is unusable. All linked to people with multiple accounts. The authentication service is riddled with errors and will loop people into a server configuration error.
-
Andrew Goldstein (@Goldie__101) reported@O2 Hello. That would have been in October last year. I had a phone call two months ago I believe with support asking when the -£7 in credit on my account would be refunded and why I had to chase this. I received the cheque in March but seem to be getting the texts and mails still.
-
Sean W (@Sean_Bahamut) reported@O2 You've clarified, but not helped. This reply is not helpful at all. Your support staff also had no idea about this situation, or how to handle it. All they could do as a solution was terminate game pass subscription before my minimum 6 month period had finished. Not good enough
-
Adm (@MCR_ADM) reportedThe only time you can get reliable @O2 signal is by going to Europe. Anywhere in the UK. It will show 4G / 5G and you get naff all. “Maps offline” Music struggles to stream. Horrendous.
