-
MarQus Romelle (@MarQusRomelle) reported@O2 Yes I confirm. I seriously hope o2 are able to solve this issue because it shouldn’t be made so difficult, jumping through hoops and a bunch of loading screens with portal errors, to do something as simple as making a payment; it’s incredibly anti-consumer.
-
Freddiefrazer (@fgz176) reported@O2 my account was locked for unknown reasons 2 months ago. 6 calls and 6 promises to sort later it is still locked. You have the worst customer services of any company I’ve dealt with
-
Melanie browder (@Melaniebrowder1) reported@andrejpwalker @O2 It’s a nightmare, they haven’t updated my address from 20 years ago, even though I have moved and informed 4 times to different address’s. The virgin hook up is a joke.. app and website both terrible
-
Joe Maw (@MawJoe) reported@O2 your service has been terrible since you amalgamated with Virgin I’ve had my security locked on my account despite several phone calls promising to unlock. This was caused by believe it or not, me wanting to spend money with o2z. Since then I’ve been charged twice for a bill
-
IndifferentMonKeY- (@IndifferentM) reported@O2 @O2 the worst experience i've EVER had. Stay away from this company.
