@O2 Scary that company of your size can get away with a mass grand theft, Free Disney which costs £5.99 per month. As in, NOT FREE. Your offshore customer service uses 'English not first language' and cut offs when having to deal with real problems.

What does it take to make @VodafoneUK & @O2 wake up to their responsibilities to rural customers? Knapdale & Jura had complete outage from 7/10 to 21/10 and now off again from 27/10 . Area is w/o terrestrial internet but the mobile companies are paying no attention.

@O2 Customer for seventeen years, mis-sold a device I didn’t need and exorbitantly charged for it without my knowledge. O2 are despicable, when my contract ends, I’m going to a company that rewards loyalty, not take advantage of it.

@O2 Hey @O2 - I complained when I joined your network 13 months ago as at my home I was getting 0.25 download then for about 6 months it was a good 4 - 6 but today without BT working I note your back at 0.25 or less again download. So it’s just your signal not my iPhone

@O2 Hi. Thanks but those links don’t help - it’s not that I have no signal, as I’ve explained I can receive calls but not texts. I’ve traveled to various areas today with work and still no texts have come through. I cannot use wifi or mobile web as it’s a Nokia 105.

@o2 I’ve had a new contract with you for less than two weeks and you’ve just put up my monthly cost by about 17%?! This is really poor, if I’d been made aware of the imminent increase I would’ve shopped around more. Abysmal customer service.

Wonder why it’s so easy to spend money with @O2 but you need 4 hours and a degree to return an item and change a SIM to pay as you go? Keep getting passed for pillar to post with their messaging service and sit for 25-30 mins on hold on the phone to get nowhere. 😮💨😡😤
