    @O2 Scary that company of your size can get away with a mass grand theft, Free Disney which costs £5.99 per month. As in, NOT FREE. Your offshore customer service uses 'English not first language' and cut offs when having to deal with real problems.

    @O2 @robashcroft1 I’m in the same areas with the inclusion of Warrington. I’ve not got a 5G ready phone, all my mates that do have no issues with signal. Clearly prioritising 5G over 4G and gaslighting everyone with pointless tips that don’t work @O2

    Enough is enough, @O2. You put my bill up 10.7% in April yet I’m getting woeful 4G signal wherever I go (even with full bars). Everyone I know with a 5G ready phone has no issues. Stop gaslighting everyone and just tell the truth and start refunding for your lack of service! #o2

    @O2 I've already done that. Its saying network is busy at the moment. Has been saying that for weeks. I cant use my 4g. The signal has got worse in recent weeks.

    What does it take to make @VodafoneUK & @O2 wake up to their responsibilities to rural customers? Knapdale & Jura had complete outage from 7/10 to 21/10 and now off again from 27/10 . Area is w/o terrestrial internet but the mobile companies are paying no attention.

    @O2 Customer Service adviser, Callum in Ayrshire, deserves a pay rise. He was very helpful and friendly. Fingers crossed he has sorted the issue that two other advisers didn't.

    @O2 having a nightmare with your customer service. Just want to swap from an eSIM to a physical sim. Store can’t do it as new systems call up and takes 2 hours to get through. They send one out and go to activate it and it doesn’t work. Now sitting on hold again!

    @O2 why do you choose to use @TicketmasterUK for Priority as they cause more issues than they resolve? Take this morning's presale of @SabrinaAnnLynn for example. The swirly circle of death since 10:00 and still going round. Usless company and they have no customer service skills

    Just called @O2 to cancel my phone contract. They said the phone lines are busy… and then it WILL TAKE UP TO ONE WHOLE FKING HOUR TO ANSWER. Who’s got an hour to sit on the phone to O2?! I had to call for additional queries that im unable to find online

    @EnglandRugby @O2 People questioning selection - You’ve not been in training, you haven’t seen what the players have to offer, players need to hit criteria in training, yes murley is class but obviously Ollie Hassel Collins has earnt his place in training this week. Show some support instead 🌹
