What does it take to make @VodafoneUK & @O2 wake up to their responsibilities to rural customers? Knapdale & Jura had complete outage from 7/10 to 21/10 and now off again from 27/10 . Area is w/o terrestrial internet but the mobile companies are paying no attention.

@O2 is there an issue with 4G network in Edinburgh, every time I am in public and not on WiFi- I can’t send or receive texts, get on internet. Can only make calls. Very frustrating !!

@O2 Customer for seventeen years, mis-sold a device I didn’t need and exorbitantly charged for it without my knowledge. O2 are despicable, when my contract ends, I’m going to a company that rewards loyalty, not take advantage of it.

@O2 I have found out what the issue is. Apparently there is an issue with a mast in my vicinity which is being worked on by engineers. So it looks like it is being sorted.
