@O2 experiencing very bad signal at IV28 but your signal checker says no fault. There must be. We have no landline, only mobile, so this is a critical issue. Please advise?

@O2 why do I still have no mobile data or able to make calls , your telling people this is resolved but this clearly is not true , it’s been 24 hours , and no mention of how long . Gone through customer services , done everything they suggested still nothing

@rw_83 @O2 Having the same issue. Lost service around 5am this morning. I know it's not a coverage issue as Wi-Fi calling doesn't work either. It's as if my SIM has stopped working. I use an eSIM, I wonder if the rest of you use eSIMs too? Trying to contact O2 is useless.

@O2 It's been 24 hrs and I still have no signal or mobile data! I basically cannot use my phone when off WiFi! I rang customer service but they had no idea what was happening! Please tell me what is happening and when it will be resolved!?

@O2 Spent 30 minutes on the phone to them and the payment failed on their system as well. Tried several cards. Been a customer for years but now likely I’ll cancel and move to another provider. Making this far too difficult
