OMG! @O2 are so slow, trying to find out price of a Galaxy A3 charger, on line support, the slowest so I decide to go retro and call the shop, no answer. An buying for @Argos_Online because I have find what I need in seconds!

@O2 I've been trying to switch my number to another provider for 3 days, the PAC code wouldn't work and twice there has been an issue processing my request. I can't get through on the phone. It is absolutely ridiculous, obviously the right decision to switch providers!!!

@O2 absolutely shocking customer service. Someone has taking a brand new iPhone out on my address. I am still getting letters 6 months on for her with threats of debt collectors being sent despite speaking to 4 different customer service operators.

@O2 please stop ignoring my tweets about not having reception since Friday. I detest having to say this like an internet warrior but I feel like this big of a break in service warrants escalation to Ofcom, especially with the vague guidance you’ve provided on “mast repairs”

@O2 Your customer service is AWFUL. Can’t even find a number to ring. So frustrating. Quick to take money and not offer support. The complaints team only respond as an when they feel like it.
