    Another day, another day no service from @O2 and another day no progress. 4 days now. No suggestions, no solutions, no answers, no compensation, no reply, no call backs, thank god for dual sim so able to make some calls (on a dutch nr). @O2 the o is for zero?

    @O2 hi there. I’m currently in Poland with the roaming bolt on, on my plan. Is it called travel inclusive zone? I’m using an iPhone and I’ve switched roaming on in settings but it’s using networks called Play, play & T-Mobile. Am I safe?? I haven’t found the o2 network yet.

    @O2 please help!! Ive been trying to activate the data plan on my Apple Watch since Monday evening. Kept saying activating on the watch app. Went through a reset (with apple) now it’s not even saying activating and keeps asking to set up the data plan to which I get error code 08

    Dear @O2, If you don't increase your network bandwidth in the West Midlands, I'm going to have to find another network. Any large event with with a crowd (festival, PRIDE or sporting event) and my phone becomes an expensive paper weight whilst others stream the early Kick off 🙃

    @O2 I have sent numerous dm to o2 and all I keep getting back is contact o2 recycle, o2 recycle say contact customer services and customer services say contact o2 recycle

    @O2 No outgoing calls since last Friday, No one bothers to check the issues. I think it's time to say bye to O2 after 9 years of staying with O2.
