    Glad I’m leaving @O2. Trying to recycle my phone and according to CEX, TescoMobile and Game the small mark on my phone wouldn’t be a problem. But send my phone off and they say they’d give 50% of the value. Jokers like. Even in store they said it wouldn’t be a problem

    OMG! @O2 are so slow, trying to find out price of a Galaxy A3 charger, on line support, the slowest so I decide to go retro and call the shop, no answer. An buying for @Argos_Online because I have find what I need in seconds!

    @O2 always sending texts about being alert about fraud but then don’t want to know when it occurs. Customer service reps don’t want to help at all 😡

    How many times must @O2 tell me that I will receive my refund within 5 days and then never receive it. Absolutely ridiculous- tired of going round in circles. @MarkEvansO2 please can you help me since O2 customer service won’t ? Thank you.

    @O2 Awaiting almost p£70 refund from O2 for over 4 weeks now. 6+ hours of calls to chase and still no resolution. This shouldn't be hard, but constantly being told 'it's being sorted, we will call back within 48hrs' etc etc. Passed from pillar to post every time, and woeful CS

    @O2 I've spoken with complaints resolution at O2 and been told that the Government legislation is separate to their policy. So I sent the legislation link to O2, because if other providers are complying with the legislation, there's no reason why O2 are exempt. On with my challenge
