Glad I’m leaving @O2. Trying to recycle my phone and according to CEX, TescoMobile and Game the small mark on my phone wouldn’t be a problem. But send my phone off and they say they’d give 50% of the value. Jokers like. Even in store they said it wouldn’t be a problem

OMG! @O2 are so slow, trying to find out price of a Galaxy A3 charger, on line support, the slowest so I decide to go retro and call the shop, no answer. An buying for @Argos_Online because I have find what I need in seconds!

@O2 Thank you so much for your very important information. I have got Samsung SM-J610FN which was bought for the Tesco Mobile network. But just now I tried to use 3 mobile company's SIM card and it didn't work as the provider told me it's locked up by the recent mobile phone provider

Hey @O2 / @virginmedia your volt page says I am already using volt (I'm not) or I'm not eligible. I have virgin media broadband and an O2 phone, the addresses are correct and identical in both accounts. Your support is always offline (all agents are busy). How do I fix this?

@O2 This still hasn't been resolved, think it's time I left 02 to go to another provider as £80 a month for a service that I am not receiving is simply not good enough!

@O2 I went into your MK store today. 1 1/2 hours to buy a phone of which I sat around doing nothing. Not one offer of a coffee or cold drink. Buying a phone is an incredibly mundane boring thing to waste 1 1/2 hours of my life on but a refreshment night help!!
