    Glad I’m leaving @O2. Trying to recycle my phone and according to CEX, TescoMobile and Game the small mark on my phone wouldn’t be a problem. But send my phone off and they say they’d give 50% of the value. Jokers like. Even in store they said it wouldn’t be a problem

    OMG! @O2 are so slow, trying to find out price of a Galaxy A3 charger, on line support, the slowest so I decide to go retro and call the shop, no answer. An buying for @Argos_Online because I have find what I need in seconds!

    @O2 is there any way to arrange a call back over Twitter for the fraud team? My mothers been waiting a month now for a call back with her o2 account still locked out, she’s called dozens of times promised call backs and she’s never called she’s still on hold and fraud closes at 6

    @O2 I think you need to use a different delivery partner other than DPD. I was home for my allotted time slot but all I've had was a photo of the back of my flat with a "sorry we missed you" message. They didn't miss me they just never attempted to deliver in the first place!!!

    Really regret leaving @virginmedia and joining @O2. Terrible service and signal, never once had a problem with virgin media in 8 years

    @O2 yeah it did the same thing. I’ve deleted and reinstalled the app and am now having problems logging in. When i enter my code it says there’s a problem.

    @O2 called 18 times in 24hrs. was told your credit referrals will call me urgently due to defaults needing to be removed from my credit report. Now I’ve just been told this isn’t the process and a form needs to be filled out. I’m losing my mortgage and £3k solicitor fees HELP ME

    @O2 is it mandatory training to tell your long term customers to F@*K off or does that just apply to your customer reps from the North working at home!?? Seriously awful customer service and this will go mainstream! @VodafoneUK any good deals? as this company is disgusting!
