Glad I’m leaving @O2. Trying to recycle my phone and according to CEX, TescoMobile and Game the small mark on my phone wouldn’t be a problem. But send my phone off and they say they’d give 50% of the value. Jokers like. Even in store they said it wouldn’t be a problem

Don’t ever trade your phone in with @O2. My phone was in perfect working order when I handed it into the store, now the recycle company keep changing the story about problems with it, trying to offer £27 when I was originally quoted £137.

@O2 what’s the process for failed customer call backs? Twice this past week I’ve been promised 2 call backs, the first within 24hrs the 2nd same day and haven’t had either materialise 😕 Quite disappointing given the usual excellent service I receive.

@O2 We’ve been doing that with no avail. Was always the first Monday of the month and there have been none of late. It’s one of the main reasons I stay with o2 as the coverage where I live is awful and has worsened over time. Perhaps time to consider other network providers

@O2 please can you sort the signal out in NR2- constantly don’t have a signal and using the phone is impossible. I have told you this before and you said it was sorted- it isn’t.

@O2 Trying to call your business customer support line this morning on 8002 and getting 'this number is not recognised' - when I try and call the 0800 number, it's engaged.

@O2 Well they said my network provider, gave them my number it was this caller ID, 0113 310 0141. This is a breach of my privacy as this ain’t the first time it has happened with o2.
