Trying to recycle my phone and according to CEX, TescoMobile and Game the small mark on my phone wouldn’t be a problem. But send my phone off and they say they’d give 50% of the value. Jokers like. My mothers been waiting a month now for a call back with her o2 account still locked out, she’s called dozens of times promised call backs and she’s never called she’s still on hold and fraud closes at 6

Alex scott (@Alexscott066) reported@O2 Tried manually to select 3 different networks, all gave same response of "your Sim won't allow you to connect to this network". My phone, on a similar tariff , has had no problems. The same thing happened on a trip to Oz last year. Turned out the 'system' had put a 'block' on.
