    Hey @O2 how do I raise a complaint.. 4 days of having no signal. Left with no contact! Unable to get emergency calls for elderly family, unable to get my consultant to reach me.... shocking!!!! 3 trips to a storr and not resolved! #notahappycustomer

    @O2 I received my new SIM on Friday 15th July. I've done the SIM swap. Still my phone number is not working. 3 days now. All I am told is it's a technical issue and it will be fixed soon. This is now affecting my job. What's going on?

    Getting seriously pissed off with trying to sort out my new iPhone. Keeps freezing with the Data Transfer, and now keeps saying “No Service”. Any ideas @O2?!
