    @O2 Ordered a SIM only plan 7 working days ago. Still not arrived. Please advise. Called customer services and the line was dreadful, I could barely hear them, they couldn’t hear me. All I got was that “someone will email you in 24-48 hours”. WHAT?

    @O2 I'm really disappointed with 02. Set up 2 new mobile plans as new customer. Sim expected next day -yesterday. Didn't arrive so expected today. Just had an email saying dispatched today arrival 2-3 days -too late. Not a good start. Maybe I should look for different provider.

    @O2 I think it’s ridiculous that o2 business can’t use Apple Watch ultra with the business contract. The only excuse is the billing system is not compatible. So have to take a secondary contract that’s not business to use the Apple Watch cellular features. Joke of a network

    @O2 yet again an issue with o2 coverage. Stepped back 20 yrs for o2 cover on main Belfast to Bangor route where phone signal cuts out without fail on at least 3 spots. Then an issue today all morning can’t make or receive calls bt20
