@O2 massive problems still in CV47 area. I was told the issue had been resolved 2 weeks ago but still intermittent signal. I rely on this for work and caused me big problems this week. Please hurry and sort it out O2. A refund surely is the least you can do.

Discovered that @O2 has a cunning plan to save the high street, by making its online experience so appallingly awful you have to go to one of its stores. So thanks to in-store team @ Rugby for sorting out my upgrade after 10 days of online frustration. #GreatPeople #CrapSystens

Absolutely gobsmacked by the service from @O2! Tried to place an order 3 times for an iWatch to find out that one of their staff members have made up my D.O.B, making me out to be 120- poor service for a customer that spends over £150 a month with them #disappointed #PoorService
@O2 Thankfully, I am out of O2, shocking service.
I was a customer of @o2 for over two decades with four devices on contract. Last 5 years service has been pathetic. Moved to Sky Mobile , same coverage, much cheaper and better customer service

@O2 keep sending me a list of contacts, I’ve wasted over an hour on all, to no avail, useless customer service. You either talk to a robot or someone who can’t help you. You ask to speak to a supervised. They say I am the supervisor, can I speak to your manager=no. No help at all
@O2 tried to upgrade to more phone data as I’m using so much, as I’m isolating. Been a customer for 10years. During a pandemic o2 see it as a business opportunity. The best they could do was charge me £16 for an extra 25GB of data. I have to wait till January to leave this crap
