    @O2 massive problems still in CV47 area. I was told the issue had been resolved 2 weeks ago but still intermittent signal. I rely on this for work and caused me big problems this week. Please hurry and sort it out O2. A refund surely is the least you can do.

    Discovered that @O2 has a cunning plan to save the high street, by making its online experience so appallingly awful you have to go to one of its stores. So thanks to in-store team @ Rugby for sorting out my upgrade after 10 days of online frustration. #GreatPeople #CrapSystens

    @O2 definitely no regrets becoming a new customer with @O2 (you correctly detected the sarcasm) customer service is non existent. Being stuck in an endless loop & not being able to speak to anyone because they are 'too busy'. Gonna be exercising my right to cancel within 14 days
