@O2 massive problems still in CV47 area. I was told the issue had been resolved 2 weeks ago but still intermittent signal. I rely on this for work and caused me big problems this week. Please hurry and sort it out O2. A refund surely is the least you can do.

@O2 It's been more than 5 years I am using your network in CV21 area. I have very poor coverage and downloading speed. I had my current upgrade in April 2022. I have tried both 5g and 4g signals. Problem stays the same. Your chat support isn't available.

@GuyN72 @O2 Sorry to hear that - we're doing all we can to look at how best we can improve check-ins at grounds with limited phone service. We made a change last month, but we're looking at what else is possible. I'm on O2/Tesco Mobile myself and can completely understand your frustration!
