@O2 massive problems still in CV47 area. I was told the issue had been resolved 2 weeks ago but still intermittent signal. I rely on this for work and caused me big problems this week. Please hurry and sort it out O2. A refund surely is the least you can do.

@O2 It's been more than 5 years I am using your network in CV21 area. I have very poor coverage and downloading speed. I had my current upgrade in April 2022. I have tried both 5g and 4g signals. Problem stays the same. Your chat support isn't available.

Discovered that @O2 has a cunning plan to save the high street, by making its online experience so appallingly awful you have to go to one of its stores. So thanks to in-store team @ Rugby for sorting out my upgrade after 10 days of online frustration. #GreatPeople #CrapSystens

@O2 Over the course of 4 days?I’ve been in three different counties so I would like to think so. Although the area I moved to last year has had little to zero network coverage from O2 for over 11 years, according to the neighbours. And O2 have done absolutely nothing about that.

Dear @ee and @O2 I’m counting down until I can change provider, AGAIN. Please sort the basics. So bored of hearing about 5G etc when every day I drive through areas which don’t even have a basic phone signal. It’s North Wales & N.Shropshire, not the moon.

@O2 Switching to #o2 left me with no phone service for a week, money taken from my account, and being chased for more money. Incompetent *and* fraudulent - quite the performance. And when you get through the ten minutes of being told to go online for support, they cut you off.

So, as an existing @virginmedia and @O2 customer, what do I get? My tv/Internet package is well overdue the contract end date and with so many options on the market, will my loyalty be rewarded with a much better deal? 🤔🤔🤔
