Latest outage, problems and issue reports in Daventry and nearby locations:

  • railwaychaplain Liam Johnston (@railwaychaplain) reported from Rugby, England

@Paul_Martin1970 @O2 The reception says 4G. They will probably say there is work being done on the transmitter. But it's been a recurring and frequent issue for the last three years but it's getting worse. I think it is to push people to get 5G phones.

  • leewildgoose lee wildgoose (@leewildgoose) reported from Daventry, England

@O2 I've tried for 6 days now to pay my final bill but I can't get an answer on the phone from you.. I ended my contract for traveling so the number is no longer active.. I need to talk to someone as not having a number is causing me issues.. can someone help me

  • peterm4rtin peterm4rtin (@peterm4rtin) reported from Brington, England

Discovered that @O2 has a cunning plan to save the high street, by making its online experience so appallingly awful you have to go to one of its stores. So thanks to in-store team @ Rugby for sorting out my upgrade after 10 days of online frustration. #GreatPeople #CrapSystens

  • BilalAhmadRana 🅱🅸🅻🅰🅻 🅰🅷🅼🅰🅳 (@BilalAhmadRana) reported from Rugby, England

@O2 It's been more than 5 years I am using your network in CV21 area. I have very poor coverage and downloading speed. I had my current upgrade in April 2022. I have tried both 5g and 4g signals. Problem stays the same. Your chat support isn't available.

  • matt_rans Matt Ransley (@matt_rans) reported from Long Itchington, England

@O2 massive problems still in CV47 area. I was told the issue had been resolved 2 weeks ago but still intermittent signal. I rely on this for work and caused me big problems this week. Please hurry and sort it out O2. A refund surely is the least you can do.

  • BilalAhmadRana 🅱🅸🅻🅰🅻 🅰🅷🅼🅰🅳 (@BilalAhmadRana) reported from Rugby, England

@O2 Quiet convenient for you to send this reply to me. I have checked this many time. I have this problem since I got new sim after upgrade.

Hi @O2 - not been able to use web top up on your website for nearly a week now. Keep getting a message saying "Sorry, we're having some problems at the moment." Are you aware of the problem and working on a fix?

  • mentalmovieguy Aron lee (@mentalmovieguy) reported

@O2 try doing your job instead of sending me a scripted reply. You are still stating on your website one week for delivery so you even lie to customer before they even sign up

  • Bee_Face_Ka_Boo Laura Buchanan (@Bee_Face_Ka_Boo) reported

@O2 I paid an upfront fee for a phone, paid extra to have it delivered yesterday, it's still sitting as reviewing. Phoned your customer service who asked me to wait 24 hours for another confirmation email as they can't find the order. You kidding me?

  • bushlar88 Jonathan Clarke (@bushlar88) reported

@O2 some fantastic customer service, ring up and your advisor doesn't know what to do so hangs up. Call back, same advisor who hangs up again. Brilliant #NoHelp #RubbishService

  • kerri_jayne_ Kerri-Jayne (@kerri_jayne_) reported

@O2 hi why is your Welsh call centre calling me 3 times in a row. Leaving blank voicemails. Then when I do answer thinking it’s urgent, they hang up on me when I say I’m too busy? Scam or real?

  • James201185 James Harrison (@James201185) reported

@O2 can someone help I’m trying to find out how long I have to pay on my watch and I can’t find the info anywhere

  • CodeBeard Phil Harvey 😷 (@CodeBeard) reported

Hey @O2 turns out these companies come from your ‘marketing preferences’. I had to call to get those turned off. I have reported them to the national cybercrime number and O2 customer services. Now deciding if I leave O2 for this behaviour.

  • david43ni david (@david43ni) reported

So again @O2 is lying to people as an existing customer I cannot avail of switch up as am liter in my first year of contract with the new Iphone 14 maybe soon announced would loved to upgraded.

  • aptanet Paul Tansom 🔶🇬🇧🇪🇺🇺🇦 (@aptanet) reported

Hmm, dreadful mobile signal at so many places I've been recently. Finding that @virginmedia have switched across to the @O2 network explains everything. As they are ceasing service it's nice to know that @O2 are a network to avoid!

  • PFindersDomain Stewart Grainger (@PFindersDomain) reported

@O2 Tesco, but I know they use your infrastructure, so reporting to both, Tesco have replied, status checked, and issue fixed in the area, I will also monitor and continue to report.
