    @O2 It's been more than 5 years I am using your network in CV21 area. I have very poor coverage and downloading speed. I had my current upgrade in April 2022. I have tried both 5g and 4g signals. Problem stays the same. Your chat support isn't available.

    @O2 I've tried for 6 days now to pay my final bill but I can't get an answer on the phone from you.. I ended my contract for traveling so the number is no longer active.. I need to talk to someone as not having a number is causing me issues.. can someone help me

    @O2 massive problems still in CV47 area. I was told the issue had been resolved 2 weeks ago but still intermittent signal. I rely on this for work and caused me big problems this week. Please hurry and sort it out O2. A refund surely is the least you can do.

    Discovered that @O2 has a cunning plan to save the high street, by making its online experience so appallingly awful you have to go to one of its stores. So thanks to in-store team @ Rugby for sorting out my upgrade after 10 days of online frustration. #GreatPeople #CrapSystens

    @O2 I have had no signal all day, I’ve reset my network settings, taken the sim out and put back in. Turned off and on etc. I have soooo much I need to do, why have I got no signal?!

    @O2 Why is your 4g data so poor lately. Last few months it works less and less. Anywhere where there is a few people around it is non existent. Plymouth, Devon , Cornwall, Wales and Manchester I have been in past month and it hasn't worked properly if at all in any of them!

    @O2 no/little service weeks unable 2 use phone to call family,drs etc.Tracker won't function told mast down,review end September,and this is OK how? Call this customer service? We expect better in this village,we deserve better

    Hi @O2 you sent me notification that you have shut down 4g for me in USA. I also can’t call out after paying upgrade to do so. Can’t get in touch to activate by any means. How do I resolve?

    @truckerjoe82 @O2 @EE Probably best o2 coverage is terrible , hardly 5G anywhere. I’d recommend three if sim only
