@O2 massive problems still in CV47 area. I was told the issue had been resolved 2 weeks ago but still intermittent signal. I rely on this for work and caused me big problems this week. Please hurry and sort it out O2. A refund surely is the least you can do.

@O2 It's been more than 5 years I am using your network in CV21 area. I have very poor coverage and downloading speed. I had my current upgrade in April 2022. I have tried both 5g and 4g signals. Problem stays the same. Your chat support isn't available.

@Paul_Martin1970 @O2 The reception says 4G. They will probably say there is work being done on the transmitter. But it's been a recurring and frequent issue for the last three years but it's getting worse. I think it is to push people to get 5G phones.

Discovered that @O2 has a cunning plan to save the high street, by making its online experience so appallingly awful you have to go to one of its stores. So thanks to in-store team @ Rugby for sorting out my upgrade after 10 days of online frustration. #GreatPeople #CrapSystens

@O2 Everywhere!!! And the compensation I'm owed is still yet to hit my account. You guys even offered to waive the fee to cancel my contract early and yet 2 different managers dealing with my case haven't called back. I'll DM if you can guarantee a call from someone in management

@O2 I have been reporting problems since end of 2019, but nothing has even been done! I cannot use the 5G in my house and the phone signal is awful and can only use the phone in 2 rooms and it now always working.

@O2 so I've lost my SIM and I go to the O2 web site to order a replacement and the 2factor security tells me its sent me BY SMS a code to log in.....I **** you not!! Who ******** designs these processes and how easy would it be to give another option to distribute the codes.

@O2 are the worst mobile provider I have ever dealt with. 1 week and no reply to a formal complaint, 2 handsets, neither fit for purpose as they don't support wifi calling, can't speak to anyone. Dreadful company and gutted I left EE!
