@O2 massive problems still in CV47 area. I was told the issue had been resolved 2 weeks ago but still intermittent signal. I rely on this for work and caused me big problems this week. Please hurry and sort it out O2. A refund surely is the least you can do.

@O2 been 36 hours without an active sim now due to another failure on your part. I have a 10 week old baby and need an active sim in case of emergencies. As a result, I havent left the house in 2 days. Your customer service is shocking and your incompetence is embarrassing.
