    @O2 massive problems still in CV47 area. I was told the issue had been resolved 2 weeks ago but still intermittent signal. I rely on this for work and caused me big problems this week. Please hurry and sort it out O2. A refund surely is the least you can do.

    Discovered that @O2 has a cunning plan to save the high street, by making its online experience so appallingly awful you have to go to one of its stores. So thanks to in-store team @ Rugby for sorting out my upgrade after 10 days of online frustration. #GreatPeople #CrapSystens

    @O2 reception in Worcester is poor. It's the main town for Worcestershire & a University town. As such it should have better reception.

    @alexbrod @O2 So sorry to hear this Alex. Unfortunately, poor mobile signal in hospitals is an ongoing issue we have begun to combat, due to the dependency on our devices. @LeedsHospitals we'd be happy to help you resolve this issue.

    I've had no luck with @O2 customer services so I thought I'd try this instead... I left O2 in December/Jan this year and Paid my account balance in full...so why do I still have £6 a month being taken from my bank account? I can't seem to stop this payment either. Not happy!!
