    Discovered that @O2 has a cunning plan to save the high street, by making its online experience so appallingly awful you have to go to one of its stores. So thanks to in-store team @ Rugby for sorting out my upgrade after 10 days of online frustration. #GreatPeople #CrapSystens

    @OrryMain74 @O2 Not a single ticket. Site is still down. Not sure how all these other people got tickets when they didn’t go on sale until 10am and it went down before then???

    @O2 @peterkay_co_uk Absolute disgrace. I’ve been trying to get access for over 9 hours; been accepted in 6 times and thrown out. Now you let me the allocation has all gone. How can you call this a PRIORITY service.

    @O2 O2, at a time when people are struggling financially ,you have totally let down your hard working customers. Peter Kay announced he was keeping prices low, but you’ve allowed touts to buy and re-sell upto 10x the amount. You should hang your head in shame and embarrassment.

    @O2 Who’ve you sold them too as your app and website have been down all day? You put messages out saying not to worry as people had 48 hours to purchase them….you’re a joke!
