    @O2 It's been more than 5 years I am using your network in CV21 area. I have very poor coverage and downloading speed. I had my current upgrade in April 2022. I have tried both 5g and 4g signals. Problem stays the same. Your chat support isn't available.

    Discovered that @O2 has a cunning plan to save the high street, by making its online experience so appallingly awful you have to go to one of its stores. So thanks to in-store team @ Rugby for sorting out my upgrade after 10 days of online frustration. #GreatPeople #CrapSystens

    @O2 massive problems still in CV47 area. I was told the issue had been resolved 2 weeks ago but still intermittent signal. I rely on this for work and caused me big problems this week. Please hurry and sort it out O2. A refund surely is the least you can do.

    @O2 I've tried for 6 days now to pay my final bill but I can't get an answer on the phone from you.. I ended my contract for traveling so the number is no longer active.. I need to talk to someone as not having a number is causing me issues.. can someone help me

    @O2 6 phone calls and 1 shop visit later and you have still NOT sorted out my pac code transfer. I was told it would be sorted by 10 pm tonight and still not working! 6 days I've been trying to sort this! Why do I keep being lied to?

    Trying to pay @O2 £22 spoken to 4 different people and they still can’t take it. Waiting for a call back. Account is closed which seems to be the issue. Can’t be that difficult 😩

    @O2 your mobile reception is garbage. When I do get a 5G signal it's still slow. 4G is having a laugh. Can't wait until my contract is up. @EE so sorry I left you, please forgive me.

    @K69Dj @O2 I've a similar story from yesterday with bots. Helped my collegue and friend to purchase football match tickets online. Everything wents fine until payment with debit card. Asked the bot on the site, what's the problem - there was silence for nearly 3 hours.

    I have been with @o2 for over a decade. Next contract I will be switching, customer service is a disgrace. See adverts on tv from other phone networks about landing planes using there phone network, meanwhile I have to go for a drive to receive a text #poorcustomerservice

    @O2 I was issued with a odeon cinema code for use on Sunday however this is not now showing on my priority app so I’m unable to book my ticket. This seems to be a problem with priority as my partner booked the same and has the same issue however he took a screenshot of his code.
