@Paul_Martin1970 @O2 The reception says 4G. They will probably say there is work being done on the transmitter. But it's been a recurring and frequent issue for the last three years but it's getting worse. I think it is to push people to get 5G phones.

@O2 It's been more than 5 years I am using your network in CV21 area. I have very poor coverage and downloading speed. I had my current upgrade in April 2022. I have tried both 5g and 4g signals. Problem stays the same. Your chat support isn't available.

@O2 massive problems still in CV47 area. I was told the issue had been resolved 2 weeks ago but still intermittent signal. I rely on this for work and caused me big problems this week. Please hurry and sort it out O2. A refund surely is the least you can do.

Update to thread: ID needed for (SAR) Data Protection request nearly done. However, confirmation of the data I had requested left out the phone calls I made to @o2 about the data request and the complaint I made. Now corrected and confirmation received.

@O2 no signal on and off for over 4 weeks (maybe more) and very very poor call quality when i can actually make calls. Had enough of this **** i expect better for £70+ a month so the direct debits are getting cancelled as of today
