@O2 massive problems still in CV47 area. I was told the issue had been resolved 2 weeks ago but still intermittent signal. I rely on this for work and caused me big problems this week. Please hurry and sort it out O2. A refund surely is the least you can do.

  • railwaychaplain
Liam Johnston (@railwaychaplain) reported from Rugby, England

@Paul_Martin1970 @O2 The reception says 4G. They will probably say there is work being done on the transmitter. But it's been a recurring and frequent issue for the last three years but it's getting worse. I think it is to push people to get 5G phones.

@O2 It's been more than 5 years I am using your network in CV21 area. I have very poor coverage and downloading speed. I had my current upgrade in April 2022. I have tried both 5g and 4g signals. Problem stays the same. Your chat support isn't available.

Discovered that @O2 has a cunning plan to save the high street, by making its online experience so appallingly awful you have to go to one of its stores. So thanks to in-store team @ Rugby for sorting out my upgrade after 10 days of online frustration. #GreatPeople #CrapSystens

  • ChrisHa21736755
    Chris (@ChrisHa21736755) reported

@TomTugendhat @O2 @EE The UK mobile companies have been dealing with massive 4G and 5G investment costs and ever decreasing margins due to reducing contract prices. Meanwhile mobile use continues to rise leading to network congestion. All part of a healthy competitive market you might say.

  • EadrictheWild
    ๐Ÿ‘จ๐Ÿปโ€๐Ÿ’ป โšก๏ธ (@EadrictheWild) reported

@TomTugendhat @O2 @EE Becuase partly we don't put enough masts In (5g requires them every 300 meteres in cities) and partly because there's 10 million people more using our phone network than in the official cencus

  • GrumpyBiker1969
    Mr. Miyagi ๐ŸŒด (@GrumpyBiker1969) reported

@O2 You're a waste of space 8 different payment methods each one rejected on your website/ App. Its only ยฃ1.00 verification You absolute disgraceful waste of space. This is how you treat customers that have been with you for over 20 yrs. @Ofcom

@TomTugendhat @O2 @EE Donโ€™t come to Shropshire. In some areas like my parish signal is next to nothing. Lucky to get 3 bars on a good day!

@TomTugendhat @O2 Thought it was just me.. Kent is like a black hole when it comes to phone signal.

  • CliveDaviesUK
    ๐Ÿ‡บ๐Ÿ‡ฆ Clive Davies #FBPE ๐Ÿ”ถ๐Ÿ‡ฌ๐Ÿ‡ง๐Ÿ‡ช๐Ÿ‡บ๐Ÿ‡ญ๐Ÿ‡ฐ (@CliveDaviesUK) reported

@O2 Thereโ€™s really no point as nothing ever changes! And when Virgin Media goes down (which happens far too often) I have zero means of communication. The price hike was the last straw really - time to move to another provider.

    Kevin Thomas FINSTR ๐Ÿด๓ ง๓ ข๓ ท๓ ฌ๓ ณ๓ ฟ ๐Ÿ‡ช๐Ÿ‡บ ๐Ÿ‡บ๐Ÿ‡ฆ (@kevinxt) reported

@TomTugendhat @O2 Hi we had issues with O2 which was our Business Mobile supplier. There are coverage maps available, we checked them and found better coverage with EE. We tried a spare mobile first which was better, then changed to EE. Works well as we have two locations Wales and Southwest.

  • paz565
    Paz DLXV (@paz565) reported

@O2 The whole 'customer service' provided by O2 in relation to this matter has been nothing short of appalling. As O2 is now associated with Virgin Media, I will be taking the earliest opportunity available to switch the services I have with them too.
