@O2 massive problems still in CV47 area. I was told the issue had been resolved 2 weeks ago but still intermittent signal. I rely on this for work and caused me big problems this week. Please hurry and sort it out O2. A refund surely is the least you can do.

@O2 It's been more than 5 years I am using your network in CV21 area. I have very poor coverage and downloading speed. I had my current upgrade in April 2022. I have tried both 5g and 4g signals. Problem stays the same. Your chat support isn't available.

Every time I try to access an app, that I had no issues using at any point in the past, I have to try and sign in and it asks me to put my number and it will send me a code, but every time I put my number in, it sends me back to the sign in page.@O2 @MarkEvansO2 @peterkay_co_uk
