@O2 massive problems still in CV47 area. I was told the issue had been resolved 2 weeks ago but still intermittent signal. I rely on this for work and caused me big problems this week. Please hurry and sort it out O2. A refund surely is the least you can do.

@O2 been with you for YEARS no problems, got a new sim but wanted to keep my number. The transfer seemed to go well until a few days ago, now I can’t make any calls/send texts and my number has changed to a different one?! What’s going on?!!

@O2 Hi, unfortunately I did not receive an email or text. I logged it on Chrome on my O2, added it as an extra and added my name, date of birth and email, but I've had no email unfortunately. It's let me sign up but then when I try sign in, that's when it asks for card information

@O2 No reception at my postcode and this is the useless message on your website - "Looks like a nearby phone mast isn’t working as it should, sorry. Our engineers are likely to be on the case already, and your service might come and go until we fix it." Could you be more vague?
