@O2 massive problems still in CV47 area. I was told the issue had been resolved 2 weeks ago but still intermittent signal. I rely on this for work and caused me big problems this week. Please hurry and sort it out O2. A refund surely is the least you can do.

@O2 awful service. Called to pay my device plan in full, was on the phone for >1 hr spoke to 5 different people in 5 different teams that couldn’t help (Customer Service, Retentions, Payments, Billing & Upgrades). My dog would’ve give a better service than what I received today!

@O2 currently been waiting 35 mins on customer service to get my phone working. You have cut me off and when I call 202 it tells me I have to pay my balance before I can use my phone.....my balance of £0.00

@O2 do you not support WiFi calling on the pixel 5? Every time I make a phone call I lose internet connection and there's no 4G/3G switching.

@O2 I bought my mother a PAYG phone and I cannot top it up. It just keeps saying there is a problem. She is stuck in hospital and needs to be able to contact us. Can't actually get to speak to anyone from O2 either. Please help.
