@O2 massive problems still in CV47 area. I was told the issue had been resolved 2 weeks ago but still intermittent signal. I rely on this for work and caused me big problems this week. Please hurry and sort it out O2. A refund surely is the least you can do.

Discovered that @O2 has a cunning plan to save the high street, by making its online experience so appallingly awful you have to go to one of its stores. So thanks to in-store team @ Rugby for sorting out my upgrade after 10 days of online frustration. #GreatPeople #CrapSystens

@O2 I need to speak with someone at O2. I've called many times; the electronic voice tells me to go online. But the site explains NOTHING and Aura is no help. I want to speak with someone. How can I get through? If 02 can't offer help in a lockdown I'll find a provider that can.

@O2 @dthecosplayer Why is Pay Monthly worse than PAYG? For Xperia L4 Pay Monthly 12 month contract is £28 per month = £336 £13 device * 12 = £156 £15 tariff * 12 = £180 5GB PAYG 12 months is £240 (£96 cheaper) £120 device £10 PAYG * 12 months = £120 6GB No incentive to be loyal customer? @O2
