    @O2 I've tried for 6 days now to pay my final bill but I can't get an answer on the phone from you.. I ended my contract for traveling so the number is no longer active.. I need to talk to someone as not having a number is causing me issues.. can someone help me

    Discovered that @O2 has a cunning plan to save the high street, by making its online experience so appallingly awful you have to go to one of its stores. So thanks to in-store team @ Rugby for sorting out my upgrade after 10 days of online frustration. #GreatPeople #CrapSystens

    @Paul_Martin1970 @O2 The reception says 4G. They will probably say there is work being done on the transmitter. But it's been a recurring and frequent issue for the last three years but it's getting worse. I think it is to push people to get 5G phones.

    @O2 massive problems still in CV47 area. I was told the issue had been resolved 2 weeks ago but still intermittent signal. I rely on this for work and caused me big problems this week. Please hurry and sort it out O2. A refund surely is the least you can do.

    @O2 It's been more than 5 years I am using your network in CV21 area. I have very poor coverage and downloading speed. I had my current upgrade in April 2022. I have tried both 5g and 4g signals. Problem stays the same. Your chat support isn't available.

    @O2 Quiet convenient for you to send this reply to me. I have checked this many time. I have this problem since I got new sim after upgrade.

    @O2 any idea why I was unable to access any services at all from Thursday to Monday whilst at Green Man Festival ? EE and Vodaphone friends had no issues ? Battery eaten up , no means to communicate.

    I’ve had no signal or very poor signal on @ThreeUK for four years, had to rely on WiFi calling! Finally got around to switching to @O2 and instantly have full signal. I am finally free of that awful network and it’s crap customer services. #imfree

    @o2 not impressed yet again. 40 mins on hold to speak to the 'fraud team' then I am told I will be transferred over and you cut me off. Why is o2 ******* useless. Your company is a complete **** show. I am so glad my contract is up in 3 months.U are a disgrace to the industry.

    @O2 Oh great that’s a relief I’ve only got to pay £648, thought it might be more 😵‍💫 No point sliding into DM’s it’s a case that I didn’t read the small print as a long term customer I assumed (humph) that I’d be looked after 😢

    @O2 Your phone team has tried to help. I’ve lost my sim, I don’t have its number (I know my phone number of course). I’ve had the same number for 17yrs, pay as you go during expat yrs - would use it when back. I would just like to have the number (need sim) I’ve always had pls.
