    @O2 is there an issue with 4G network in Edinburgh, every time I am in public and not on WiFi- I can’t send or receive texts, get on internet. Can only make calls. Very frustrating !!

    @O2 Scary that company of your size can get away with a mass grand theft, Free Disney which costs £5.99 per month. As in, NOT FREE. Your offshore customer service uses 'English not first language' and cut offs when having to deal with real problems.

    What does it take to make @VodafoneUK & @O2 wake up to their responsibilities to rural customers? Knapdale & Jura had complete outage from 7/10 to 21/10 and now off again from 27/10 . Area is w/o terrestrial internet but the mobile companies are paying no attention.

    @VodafoneUK @O2 I am the MSP for Argyll & Bute and my office has been in regular touch with you about this problem on behalf of my constituents. You have a range of complaints - look at the emails & tweets from @GaynorJSimpson for example. Please act and on them w/o delay.

    @O2 think it’s safe to say you’ve lost a lot of customers today as you’ve not been prepared. My contract ends in December and I can’t wait to move on to EE it a competitor you offer the worst service I’ve come across. No signal anywhere and the “perks” don’t even work. #fail #o2
