I was getting worried about my iPhone and losing all data connectivity as this has happened a few times despite having a full signal. Power off/on and same. Happened at Hampden Park and at the weekend in Trafalgar Square and that area. Think it’s just @O2 can’t handle crowds.

@DangelAngello @VodafoneUK @O2 Had no problems with O2 but I dealt with them mostly through carphone warehouse found them very knowledgeable and helpful. It was Vodafone that were obstructive annoying and no help what so ever in the shop

@O2 No it doesn’t over the last 12 months the service has steadily declined! I was told initially my handset needed upgrading which I have done & its worse than ever. If I go to City Centre there is little to no service at all When my contract is up I will be moving after 20+ years

@O2 @DanyeWest82 Well, saying that @O2 when will you sort the shoddy network strength in Coventry out? This has been an ongoing issue since COVID that hasn't been resolved... 5G crawling slower than an infant... charging us more without delivering results, I had better reception in the Aegean Sea
