Knapdale & Jura had complete outage from 7/10 to 21/10 and now off again from 27/10 . Area is w/o terrestrial internet but the mobile companies are paying no attention.

Everyone I know with a 5G ready phone has no issues. Stop gaslighting everyone and just tell the truth and start refunding for your lack of service! #o2

These questions to “help you” obviously don’t make any difference as it’s still the same deal being offered when I moved the last one. 2/2

They have a set amount of time to respond before I take it to @Ofcom if you have call centers overseas make sure the we can understand them.
