@O2 Scary that company of your size can get away with a mass grand theft, Free Disney which costs £5.99 per month. As in, NOT FREE. Your offshore customer service uses 'English not first language' and cut offs when having to deal with real problems.

@O2 @robashcroft1 I’m in the same areas with the inclusion of Warrington. I’ve not got a 5G ready phone, all my mates that do have no issues with signal. Clearly prioritising 5G over 4G and gaslighting everyone with pointless tips that don’t work @O2

@O2 Customer Service adviser, Callum in Ayrshire, deserves a pay rise. He was very helpful and friendly. Fingers crossed he has sorted the issue that two other advisers didn't.

What does it take to make @VodafoneUK & @O2 wake up to their responsibilities to rural customers? Knapdale & Jura had complete outage from 7/10 to 21/10 and now off again from 27/10 . Area is w/o terrestrial internet but the mobile companies are paying no attention.

@O2 I've had so many problems after switching from pay monthly to SIM only - I'm still paying £40 a month and there's basically no 4G service at all. I can't even message my husband - SORT THIS OUT I've called you loads of times. Also I work as a news journalist which u know
