@O2 Scary that company of your size can get away with a mass grand theft, Free Disney which costs £5.99 per month. As in, NOT FREE. Your offshore customer service uses 'English not first language' and cut offs when having to deal with real problems.

@O2 Customer for seventeen years, mis-sold a device I didn’t need and exorbitantly charged for it without my knowledge. O2 are despicable, when my contract ends, I’m going to a company that rewards loyalty, not take advantage of it.

@O2 All credit checks are completed by the network rather than ourselves. They consider a number of different factors and take these all into account when running the credit check. Unfortunately, we are therefore unable to provide any specific reasons. Their reply?

@Aruuj_x @virginmedia @O2 Hi Aruj, if you have difficulty obtaining a deadlock letter, you will have to wait eight weeks since raising the complaint before referring it to CISAS. If we believe that a service provider is not sending deadlock letters when they should be, we may look in to this further.

@O2 why don’t location services (Life360 and FindMy) work when I have parental controls enabled on my kids phones? Your tech support haven’t been able to help.

Tim Prater (@timprater) reported
@O2 ...and NO-ONE is actually investigating the wider issue. The cases are all related, would you not say (unless 20 cases of ID fraud with you in a month from a community of 4000 is usual)? So it needs someone to look at the connections between the cases, not one at a time.
