@SkyHelpTeam why is your 4g so slow. Plymouth has 5g but on 4g+ the maximum download speed is 5mbps. Maybe not so good to run on @O2

@O2 fix your god damn network. You're holding me ransom with a device plan that I agreed to BEFORE your network became terrible and as you say "busy" (I say you're charging the same for less product). I'm fed up of your terrible customer service. @Ofcom complaint has been sent.

Imagine having a phone with @O2 you might as well not have one because you can’t use it. They don’t call customers back. I can’t even cancel it cos they apparently need to call me back with a secret code!!!!!! Been waiting days
